Good Customer/Bad Customer Game

I made it through the work day without passing out. WOOHOO FOR ME! I might even make it to work tomorrow at this rate. But dude I need to get back to 100 percent and soon. Sluggish Tenchi is just no fun.

So in honor of me working one whole day of work I decided to play a little game. XD It is called Good Customer/Bad Customer. Because despite all the complaining I do a lot of our customers are nice and lovely. So I shall make a good point about a customer, a point that all customers should follow. Then I shall describe the exact opposite situation, something a customer should never do….but sadly a customer has have done and thus pissed me off.

Okay I am not really sure how this is a game but let’s roll with it anyway.

Good Customer: Arriving at my store at 8:50, learning that we close at 9, and asking to take their food to go.

Bad Customer: Arriving at my store at 8:50, learning that we close at 9, and insisting on eating in and staying an hour after closing just sitting and talking and generally being an asshole.

Good Customer: Asking for a carry-out pizza price for delivery and being understanding that the price will be different for delivery. Either they agree to pay the actual delivery price or to pick up the pizza for the price they want it for.

Bad Customer: Asking for a carry-out pizza price for delivery and not being understanding that the price will be different for delivery. Throw a fit that we have false advertising. Insist on delivery but bitch out the driver about paying way too much for a pizza that should have been the carry-out price. Also to make sure they take it fully out on the driver don’t tip them.

Good Customer: Calling us to order a pizza. Once it is obvious they don’t know what they want they say sorry and that they will call us back.

Bad Customer: Calling us to order a pizza. Once it is obvious they don’t know what they want they must spend 10 minutes on the phone with all the hemming and crazy mumbling to only order one pepperoni pizza. Thanks.

Good Customer: Putting the dogs up before the driver gets there.

Bad Customer: Not putting the dogs up before the driver gets there. They either spend 5 minutes putting the dogs up while the driver suffers through the weather conditions outside or they open the door so the dogs can go to town on the driver. Oh and blame the driver for this too.

Good Customer: Holding the door open when the delivery driver is struggling to carry the bags and open the door at the same time.

Bad Customer: Watch the delivery driver struggle with the door, make no move to help her, and get all pissy that the driver couldn’t bring in all 10 pizzas at once. Because if they are struggling with 5 pizzas 10 would be much more fun!!!!

Good Customer: Attempting to clean up your offspring’s mess even though materials
are limited.

Bad Customer: Making it easier for your offspring to make bigger messes and laugh at
their antics.

Good Customer: Ask to speak to the manager when you have a problem or issue that actually needs a manager to correct them.

Bad Customer: Ask to speak to the manager when you simply want to order a pizza but are too special to speak to a normal employee.

Good Customer: Giving the employee good directions if the delivery place is a bit from the norm.

Bad Customer: Tell the employee the name of the location without disclosing the ACTUAL place they are located in sending the driver on a wild goose chase.

Good Customer: Knowing that they are strapped for cash and deciding to pick up the pizza since they don’t have money for a tip.

Bad Customer: Knowing that they are strapped for cash and deciding to order delivery anyway and make it perfectly clear you ordered the pizza on purpose knowing they can’t tip.

XO What a fun game. Once I have more material/not busy eating cupcakes I shall have to play this again. Not that I want more material…just I have a feeling I will have a lot now that school has started again. *sigh* Think of the money, get myself through the day.
