 photo sailormoonepisode1019_zpscf65b033.png
Behold Sailor Moon and a technocolor....something.
SO SLEEPY! Like look at the clock, I might actually consider this the next day despite not going to sleep yet. But I said I would get all the things done that I thought were done and that included this screenieless Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon: Crystal episode. Why look at all the posts I did tonight?! So clearly all the screenies will fail due to bandwidth because I am special yet? Oh wells. I tried anyway. Maybe there will be a post or two tomorrow. But now it is time for blankets and sleep. Enjoy Sailor Moon episode 10 what with ugly sweaters and randoms boys from past lives.

Hit it Rapunzel!
Episode Summary: Luna is like lets go to the moon weeee! Only…we need to use our powers to get there on a specific day so by get ready I mean go to the arcade and talk about our plans in public. The other Scouts check out the book Moon For Dummies and wonder how they are going to get there. Minako acts like she is in the know, probably because she is. Everyone stops to look at Usagi who is playing video games with Naru and her other two nonimportant friends. Everyone is simply excited that a happy Usagi has returned. That night she looks at the sky and thinks about Mamoru and how she can’t wait to go to the Moon to remember her past life. The days go on and Usagi’s father comes home one night and gives her a new necklace charm for her Silver Crystal. She agrees that this gift was sorta for a boy. For a split second Usagi looks mature and what not….but then she starts fighting with her brother over a video game and she is spoiled Usagi again. Soon the night arrives where conditions are such that flying to the moon makes sense. Usagi is sad the travel is taking place in the park where she and Mamoru had a moment but she puts that aside to transform with the rest of her Scout friends. That energy and anime magic creates a self propelling bubble that flies them to the moon (and back). There is a dramatic moment where everyone is like MOG that is Earth and WOW that is the Moon. They land on said Moon and the bubble pops so….how will they get home? Anyway Luna shows them around the ruins, ruins that weren’t there when the astronauts landed or something. Luna takes them to the busted up palace and Minako acts like she knows all. They enter the old prayer room and Luna orders them all to remove the Sword in the Stone© that is randomly in the center of this room. All the girls struggle but Minako manages to remove the rusted thing. Instantly Queen Serenity appears in mini form to talk to her daughter in super formal terms. She is like oh that is the special sword you Scouts should use to protect Serenity. The Queen thanks Luna for getting them there in one piece and what not and explains while she is long dead she sealed her will within this sword to wait for them. Then Queen Serenity tells them….everything they already know. The Moon Kingdom was blessed with long life and with the Silver Crystal they were to protect and help the Earth grow. Serenity fell in love with Endymion when evil itself came and conquered Earth in hopes of conquering the Moon. Endymion was like eff the police and tried to fight them off but was killed. Serenity then killed herself in sorrow. Queen Serenity sealed the Evil away but apparently that was only a bandaid as the Evil is back. As payment for using the Crystal the Moon Kingdom was destroyed and by this time Earth has reset due to all the evil there. Queen Serenity says that only Usagi has the power to use the Crystal correctly and release the power to destroy the evil, not seal it. Queen Serenity seems concerned when she is told that part of the Crystal went into Mamoru. Then she is like oh that is just Usagi’s kind heart trying to save Mamoru. The Queen tells Usagi her heart is the reason why she was reborn and to be both the Princess and a normal girl in all of this. Then she poofs away and everyone bubbles back home with 2 details more than when they went. The Scouts watch the sunrise on Earth and talk about how the Moon was so different when they lived there and that is why they loved Earth. Usagi seems in better spirits and believes Mamoru is alive.

You are not being sneaky enough!!!
Meanwhile in DarknessRUs Queen Beryl decides to go visit Queen Metalia. Kunzite leads the other Kings in the least sneaky mission ever to find out what is up with these maybe memories they have. Queen Beryl tells Queen Metalia that they can’t find the Crystal in Mamoru but she wants to keep him around as a love pet…I mean in case he might be useful. Queen Beryl is like we need to conquer the world now was the Princess and Silver Crystal are in the picture. Queen Beryl is also worried as she thinks the 4 Kings will regain their memories soon. What?! GASP! Then instantly all the Kings remember they are actually the knights of Endymion. Before they can do anything Queen Beryl is like haha so you all remember now? She starts to attack them and they get pissed, saying this wasn’t why they were reborn. Queen Beryl then brainwashes them into only obeying her. As the Scouts are told by Artemis and Luna at headquarters they think the enemy is in a certain spot in the world due to plate movement…everything goes insane on the monitor. Brainwashed Kunzite is leading the charge in Tokyo. He is going to freeze it over to the Evil Queen Metalia can move right on in. The Scout appear and everyone starts fighting to protect Usagi. Until Minako is like no we shouldn’t be fighting at all. Everyone is like why? Minako explains that these are Mamoru’s Knights and once when they followed Usagi to Earth they met these Knights and all fell in love with them. All the girls lose the will to fight as a Beryl voice over is like HAHA isn’t this tragic? Well Sailor Moon can still fight. After she does her speech she attacks….from space. She heals the entire city from ice and attacks the Knights. She almost heals them and the other Scout attack too but they escape. Usagi looks over the Earth while holding the locket to her chest. Back at EvilRUs Queen Beryl wakes up a drugged out looking Mamoru and declares him a puppet that will kill Sailor Moon and get the Crystal. He then is sent shopping at the set of Sinister as he shows up with Grandpa sweater near the arcade. THE END OF THE LONGEST SUMMARY EVER!
 photo sailormoonepisode1013_zps282e4e82.png
Well eff you Silver Crystal!
Seriously folks. I think that might have been my longest summary ever. And it isn’t it might be the longest summary ever for a show that had about 5 minutes of new material and 3483 minutes of things we already know. WHY AM I SO WORDY?!?!?!
 photo sailormoonepisode103_zps21ff60ad.png
Soon anyway. Because the enemy is going to keep Mamoru alive until we get back.
So when we last saw our Scouts Usagi had been crying in a glowing mess on the ground and the Scouts had come over to cheer themselves up by making her smile. After a group hug Luna is like…lets go to the Moon. What with the dramatic poses last time one would assume they were going to suit up with some stolen NASA gear and head out that moment. No folks. That is just silly. People can be dramatic for dramatics sakes. Luna is like oh you thought I meant now…no I mean later this month. We can go at the full moon. Because everyone knows the Moon actually disappears throughout the month, it doesn’t really depend on the relationship of the Earth between the Moon. It really does DISAPPEAR. So really they can’t go if it’s not there. XD I like how Ami checked out a book with random facts about the Moon like any of that was going to help them. Unless there was a chapter that the astronauts left out about the Moon Kingdom. Also this talk had to take place at the arcade, not under it because secrets are lame. I don’t think anyone was really concentrating on the topic anyway as they were busy looking at Usagi and being so happy that she was with her other friends and smiling. Things are better folks. Usagi will be fine.
 photo sailormoonepisode105_zps9b0e46cc.png
There is no way she could be mature or saving the world or something.
You know…since everyone believes that Mamoru is alive and not dead. They just assumed that Queen Beryl is keeping him alive because they know she loves Mamoru. Well maybe Minako knows that as she knows everything else and slowly releases this information at the moment that everyone remembers anyway. But yeah Usagi is not a crying mess because outdated info from the Moon is going to help her get Mamoru back. It is time to sit back and look stoic. Also hand your dad the super important Silver Crystal and allow him and a jewelry access to said important rock. Good thing Queen Beryl put the plans on backburner about looking in jewelry shops. X__X Seriously that was dangerous. But she gets back safe and sound and has a moment with it. Like yeah a boy sorta gave it to me…..Or you know…your Mom but whatever. Usagi’s Earth parents are like noooo she is going to get married to this boy we don’t know and she will be lost to us forever. How dare she grow up in such a short amount of time!!! Life is not fair! Or….Usagi is fighting over who gets to play her Pokemon game. Okay false alarm.
 photo sailormoonepisode106_zps8c819ea8.png
This was Luna.....doing something.
After a few nights of sleeping with her Crystal and broken pocket watch it was time to head to the park at night (because the Moon only comes out at night DUH!) and travel to the Moon. This is where a lot of anime magic came into play. You know, with a show that has talking cats for some unexplained reason. Luna was going to shake a bit and make a magical circle and use the transformation power of the Scouts to make a bubble AND travel to the Moon. Which is fine I guess but the bubble popped when they got to the Moon and they were already transformed you know. So how do they get back? Also how were they able to BREATH while on the Moon? Maybe it was different when there was stuff there but I am going to assume that using the Silver Crystal actually destroyed whatever previous atmosphere was there and the Scouts should have died instantly. But this is anime magic. Why am I asking such silly questions?
 photo sailormoonepisode108_zps80b74276.png
After ya'll did all the work I can handle the rest.
After they take the 5 minute flight to the Moon from Earth the Scouts quickly come across the ruins of the Moon Kingdom. The Moon Palace. Next to Moon Lake. Astronauts did a shotty job up there. Like okay boys grab a few photos, we are out of here! No one really had any feelings or emotions up to this point despite last episode everyone saying they got their past memories back. Clearly not as they are still remembering things. I guess it is all too soon for most of them although Minako could have shed a tear or too. Like guys…this was our home. All this pain and devastation, how it tortures me inside. Instead they acted pretty removed to the situation and followed the talking cat Luna (Artemis who?) as she led them past where the palace was and where the prayer room used to be. Everything else has fallen apart besides the pedestal that housed this old sword that probably should have rusted apart. It quickly turned into a scene from Disney World. Except this scene didn’t have a cute Duffy bear trying to remove the sword. XD
 photo sailormoonepisode109_zpsd3601ddb.png
MOM! Sorry you died but I need to save someone hot. Please help me!
Once the girls removed the sword (with no naked bits or fan service moments Cross Ange) POOF Queen Serenity in pint size form appeared. HELLO THERE QUEEN SERENITY! I see you think highly of yourself as you named your daughter after yourself. It just sounded….odd Queen Serenity saying Serenity’s name like Princess. So formal. Also I am going to push aside the whole idea that there was a computer system on the Moon and it could contain the human will of Queen Serenity like this is Johnny Depp movie. Because folks…they are on the moon without helmets. This is just par for the course. Since Queen Serenity popped up there was a bit more emotion from Usagi’s eyes. But as I texted my friend after watching this episode…the entire trip to the Moon was kinda useless. I mean…the Moon was destroyed 1,000 years ago. That is a bit outdated in terms of information. The Scouts and Usagi had remembered a great deal already and Queen Serenity just put the final pieces together for them (well most it turns out). But since Queen Serenity only sealed the creature away and didn’t kill it herself…..she really doesn’t know how to stop it, where it is, or how to get Mamoru back. She really only guessed why the Crystal lost some of it’s shininess. Like I am going to guess that you are a pure hearted person right now even though I don’t know you.
 photo sailormoonepisode1012_zpsf2882089.png
Well that was a new little tidbit.
Instead of anything useful it was just more of the same with a few new things sprinkled in. For some reason those born on the Moon were gifted with long life which they were to use to help watch and grow the Earth and it’s people. This is actually an important point though as this fact is what helped Queen Metalia turn to the Earth against the Moon. Get the Silver Crystal and you too can live long lives. Despite the Princess and the Scouts always dancing around in flowers and what not it turns out it wasn’t so lushy. It was like Princess Serenity was really named Rapunzel and she wanted to feel the grass and what not. Oh and to check out hottie Endymion. Then the EVIL from ….somewhere came and brainwashed every single person on Earth into attacking the Moon to steal the Silver Crystal. I think that maybe attacking the Moon directly might have been an easier move but I am not EVIL so what do I know. Another detail we got this episode was Endymion died while protecting Princess Serenity from every single person the Earth. Where the heck were the Scouts and Queen at this time? Oh just watching Princess Serenity off herself as she was consumed by grief. X___X Maybe it took time to power up the Silver Crystal. Or as it will probably turn out…Queen Serenity wasn’t supposed to be the one to use the Crystal as she couldn’t use it properly. I mean she could only seal the creature and the side effects were no more Kingdom for you. Sounds pretty dang steep if you ask me. Guess her heart wasn’t pure enough or something. There is no word on what happened to the Scouts during the battle. In the original anime it made a bit more sense on why everyone got sent to Earth. Like everyone was captured or killed and Queen Serenity used the last of her power to send them on purpose to Earth to be reincarnated. In this show I guess we are just to assume that.
 photo sailormoonepisode1011_zpsca8c743e.png
Except we all wanted to live on Earth with hot guys.
So yeah…everyone acted shocked at this not new information and the Queen assuming why a piece of the Crystal fell in Mamoru. Since she is a tiny hologram Queen Serenity and Usagi don’t get to hug things out. Instead Queen Serenity tells Usagi to be a Princess and normal girl. I might have freaked out at the idea that I am supposed to stop this EVIL that my older and more capable mother could only seal away. UNDER PRESSURE indeed. Usagi doesn’t ask much about her Mom or even her Dad. Doesn’t really cry when the transmission fails and first Mom is gone forever. She came to get answers and got…a few. Maybe. A good look at what could happen is Usagi doesn’t master this Silver Crystal pretty fast. I think that in reality land anyone would be upset at all this info. But Usagi is more worried about how to get Mamoru back. Can’t cry for you Mom, got a boyfriend to save. Well and Earth. The Scouts and I love Earth now because of the grass and trees and oceans. And since the Moon is a giant mess now…I guess this is home.
 photo sailormoonepisode1016_zps26046a3f.png
This evil lady LIED to us?! Also notice no girlfriends here.
While the Scouts and Usagi celebrate their return from Earth Queen Beryl decides to have a suspicious talk with Queen Metalia. And despite Kunzite being all who cares about memories last episode…well he is leading the charge now. I bet he was staring at Mamoru for weeks. SO LOVELY. The rest of the Kings follow his lead looking more and more concerned about why they feel things about this man and why they never noticed this random walkway before or why they never asked to see their great ruler before. Questions folks. Questions are important. Anyway Queen Beryl probably knew the Kings were out there and was putting on a show. Really there was no reason for her to talk to Queen Metalia anyway. Beryl wants to keep Mamoru for her own personal and sexual reasons and no matter what Metalia says she is going to do what she wants. Maybe she was just trying to cover her tracks, like oh maybe I can use him so let me keep him alive? Queen Metalia and her gassy self are like can we speed this along before the Scouts and Princess figure out things. Beryl laughs and mentions for the first time she needs to hurry before the Kings figure out their past. She has never mentioned it before and now that they are standing right there she just happens to mention it? SO SHOCKING! But not as shocking as the Kings getting part of their memories back on the spot. How they were Endyimon’s knights and what not. OH SNAP! We got to get away and save Mamoru and find Sailor Moon and…she’s standing right behind me isn’t she? Beryl and her claws attack the 4 awful King spies and everything is unfair! We weren’t reborn for this. One wonders…..where Beryl came from and where she found the 4 Kings to get them sorta on her side. But as they cry in pain she brainwashes them super good this time. Now they mean business.
 photo sailormoonepisode1017_zps8cbde6e1.png
EFF YOU ELSA!
Like immediate business. Like time to freeze all of Tokyo and the people in it so Queen Metalia doesn’t have to adjust to the temperature at all. I think they are at the North Pole. So she will be adjusted to everything when she floats on by. Bring Santa too while you are at it. Okay no Santa as my husband is like NO CHRISTMAS YET! But now that the Kings are all brainwashed for a common purpose and aren’t trying to make themselves look good individually they are going to work together and attack the Sailor Scouts. Like I said they should all the time. I am not sure why this battle was so even though. I guess the Scouts could be getting stronger with each battle but Kunzite was able to take on all the Scouts last episode. Like haha let me hold you off and look amazing while doing so. Now everyone is so equal they are fighting one on one. Because Sailor Moon is not supposed to do anything because she has the Silver Crystal. Even if she fought things would go better. 2 on 1 and what not. How will this end?
 photo sailormoonepisode1018_zps118400c4.png
And you couldn't tell them this...before?
Oh it will end with Minako, keeper of all the secrets ever, letting loose a super secret that probably shouldn’t be a secret anymore. Everyone keeps on getting their memories back. I thought that was what the trip to the Moon was all about. Clearly not. They are going to get their memories back one tiny inch at a time. Except Minako. Who has all the memories and knows why they shouldn’t be fighting at all. You know, how this all slipped her mind until right now. Why wouldn’t Minako tell the others about their prior love lives?! What if one Scout got in a lucky hit and killed the King she was fighting? Sorry guys, should have told you earlier that these are actually our boyfriends in a past life. Not much was actually seen so maybe they were just being the stalkers or everyone just exchanged glances while Serenity and Endymion had a real relationship. Like yeah we like those boys but we got to focus. But whatever, Minako says these are our past boyfriends and instead of being mad at Minako for not telling them the truth they all lose the will to fight because now things are getting ridiculous and sad.
 photo sailormoonepisode1020_zpsecd631a8.png
This is literally the worst sweater on the face of the planet and I think everyone owns one.
Oh ridiculous? Usagi doesn’t want to be left out. So she must make some dramatic speech about how they shouldn’t attack girls IN love. Like actively? Okay. Then…she flew into space and unthawed Tokyo. Yes folks she really did that. The space that they needed transformation power to safely maneuver that was already questionable. Now Sailor Moon can just breath in space and fly in space and use an attack to melt and heal everyone in Tokyo because folks. Girls are in love. This fires up the rest of the Scouts to fight back and at the first sign of things being a little difficult….all the Kings flee. Like really? I think I would have liked it better if their memories were trying to return and they left as if to fight it. Not that the Scouts became super strong at that moment. Le sigh. So while the Kings run away Beryl is like…oh yeah. My man Mamoru. Did you notice how the Kings remembered Mamoru and not really the girls? They sorta mentioned it before but only when they were around Mamoru did things click. I guess that would just make the Scouts said on who really loves them. But yes while the Kings are trying to kick butt Beryl has to make Mamoru worth saving or Metalia is going to start questioning her loyalty. It appeared to me that he woke up a blank slate. I think I would have preferred straight up brainwashing with Mamoru trying to fight it and losing. But I guess the end result is still the same: Mamoru returning to Earth in a Sinister sweater with the orders to kill Sailor Moon and get the Crystal back. If Usagi was in denial about Mamoru being a baddie when he was just being Tuxedo Mask…..yeah. I think Luna, the Scouts, and that other random talking cat are going to have their hands full with Usagi flinging herself in the arms of brainwashed evil. Is that stool still available? I think Usagi is going to need it…..

Cross Ange: Tenshi to Ryuu no Rondo episode 6

 photo crossangeepisode65_zpse69435f2.png
I am sure Ange cut it because all those evil girls were going to ruin it next...
I feel out of all the shows I am watching this season...I really hate this show the most. Like obviously. As does most of the world. But why is it I am the most caught up on this show while other shows are left to rot all forgotten? I guess crap does sell folks. It is because people can't stop watching or talking about trainwrecks. It makes Sharknedo look like a masterpiece. Just...what is wrong with me? XD But yes up now is Cross Ange: Tenshi to Ryuu no Rondo episode 6. Spoilers for Ange hating everyone. Even people who exist solely to help and love her. Because.
 photo crossangeepisode66_zps0966da4a.png
But....I thought.....we were forever!
Episode Summary: Emma and Jasmine have received a shipment of goods from the mainland and are overlooking the supplies. In the background the viewers can see Momoka, Ange’s maid, running around and hiding. Ange’s crew has just returned from dragon killing and once again Ange seems to have hogged the kills which makes Hilda’s hoes pissed off. Before they can do anything in retaliation an alarm goes off due to an intruder. Everyone weapons up to take on the stupid person who actually broke into hell and TADA Ange is reunited with Momoka who seems to be very lala about the situation. While Ange is like what the hell Jill and Emma immediately call..someone. Someone in charge. And obviously things are not going end well for Emma. She is going to learn about the dragons and Normas and how everyone has been lied to about the conditions these girls live in. So…basically Momoka is going to die. But for now Ange and Momoka can live together. Ange agrees to watch over Momoka but is super pissed the girl is here at all. Momoka tries to make small talk during this uncomfortable time while Ange keeps repeating her name is Ange now. Momoka is like…..oh this is where you live….and attempts to help Ange undress and tidy the room up with Mana. Ange gets pretty pissy at Momoka and Momoka is like I am not going home, I am here for you forever. Ange takes this to mean that Momoka can’t go home because Ange destroyed the Kingdom. Before Momoka can explain that is not the case Ange demands to know when Momoka knew she was a Norma. Ange answers the question herself, from the beginning obviously. Ange decides to go to bed as Momoka explains how she searched high and low for the girl and wants to remain by her side forever. At mealtime the next day Momoka realizes how awful it is here and wonders if Ange has been here the entire time. The Normas gossip about Momoka being different and she is refused a meal as she is told to pay. For some reason Ange walks over to Hilda and her hoes table like they are going to let her sit there at all. Momoka is like bitches this is Princess Ange, give up your seats you awful Normas who deserve to die. They are like um bitch you know Ange is a Norma too. Momoka starts to make excuses but then passes out from lack of food as she has been on the run for 3 days prior.
 photo crossangeepisode617_zps72536353.png
But....the scandal!
Ange takes Momoka to the Jasmine mall to buy her better food and give her money to take care of herself. As Momoka talks about this money system being lame a girl missing an arm is wheeled to the clinic. Ange casually says she will probably end up like that as Momoka starts to pale. She wants to know the real Ange is. She decides to spruce up the place. Maybe if things look like the past Ange will act like the past. She goes about changing the locker room and Ange’s living space. At one point she makes a separate dining area with special food just for Ange. Ange gets more and more upset at each of these attempts. Everyone sees Ange lose her mind at meal time and Hilda’s hoes are like oh look at Ange being mean to that girl while at the same time calling Ange spoiled for all this extraness. During rifle practice one day Salia talks about Ersha’s huge boobs keeping her from being a sharpshooter. Because there has not been enough fanservice this episode. Hilda and her hoes talk loud about Momoka, saying that the poor girl came and got iced out by a bitch. That the girl is probably going to die because she learned this super secret information and really anyone who knows Ange dies. This causes Ange to stop and think. At meal time Momoka attempts to eat the food Normas are served and of course it is nasty. Momoka talks about how this is probably her last meal on the property. Ange demands it be bath time and Momoka is like I will wash your back. As they bathe naked Ange notices a scar on Momoka and she wonders why the girl didn’t use Mana to erase it. Momoka says the scar means something important to her. In a flashback a little Momoka accidentally broke one of Ange’s dolls and cut herself. Instead of being concerned about the doll Ange is concerned about Momoka as there is only one Momoka. Ange helps hide the broken doll and that meant the world to Momoka. In the here and now Momoka will always support Ange, Norma or not. No matter what happens. Ange tells Momoka to leave right now, to runaway with her Mana so she can be safe. Momoka says she will serve Ange to the end implying she knows what will happen. There is a dragon warning and Ange is forced to leave the bath and go fight. During suit up Jill informs Ange that Momoka is being returned today and her duty is over will. The Hilda hoes are like haha better earn a lot of money to pay for the girl’s tombstone. Ange gets upset and thinks about how much of a dumbass Momoka has been and that she has lied to her all this time. Then…Ange breaks formation and kills ALL THE DRAGONS. The rest of the girls are pissed afterwards that they have no money. Momoka is brought to the plane that will take her away to death. Everyone stops to watch this as everyone knows what is going on. Momoka thanks everyone for letting her be there and ask they take care of Ange. Ange comes out of nowhere with all the money she has ever earned from dragons, demanding to buy the girl. Emma is of course scandalized at the idea but Jill is like cash is King at Hell Land and allows it. The ship leaves and Momoka is like…I can stay with you Ange? Ange pretends not to care as Momoka is beyond happy and alive. THE END!
 photo crossangeepisode616_zps4d411927.png
And your mom...and your dad....but you know blame the girl who was BOUGHT already for you.
It’s like I can’t stop watching this train wreck! I have only watched 2 episodes of that junior high group getting super powers but now I am on episode 6 of hot mess land. You know, where young girls are breaking into or going back to TortureNormasRUs. Crazytime. At least the nudity and fanservice was kept to a minimum this time. Well you know…tolerable.
 photo crossangeepisode615_zps68175a9a.png
Ange left Tusk and Momoka...well probably was going to be killed for keeping the secret too.
Oh but before I get into this episode I want to talk about something from the last episode that I might have been wrong about. Me wrong? I know crazy. But I thought that Tusk and his family had escaped TortureNormasRUs and Jill had chased them and crashed. I am beginning to think something else was going on in that scene. Mainly because I didn’t notice the other bodies before. But now that I have and it makes sense with all the graves Tusk dug I am wondering what really went on. Especially with the whole dragging frozen dragons away. Did his mom escape a long time ago and find this island of random mens, mens that might have been in charge of harvesting dragons for Mana/magic or other super bad purpose. Then years later Jill stumbled upon this island and had to punish the runaway Norma? But then Jill would have had a better idea where Ange was…..hmmmmm. Maybe Tusk did grow up at that place, NormaRUs and all those down bodies were other Normas that died. Maybe Jill didn’t shoot them down. Just putting it out there that I am second guessing my random guesses.
 photo crossangeepisode62_zps6bab895b.png
This is a VERY good question since I saw no friendship at all in this episode.
But back to this episode. Ange was rescued from freedom and a sorta cute boy to live among bitches and risk her life everyday under horrible conditions. Is Ange on crack? She must be since Hilda is not looking very punished despite being the one who almost brought down the magical machine of power and maybe freedom. I know that not many Normas know how special Ange’s machine is but still…..if Ange is not going to be punished for the deaths of Zola, Miranda, and DumbDumb then everyone needs to stop trying to kill her. It could have ended badly for others had Ange crashed into them instead of the ocean. So since Hilda isn’t complaining about Ange being a tattletale and isn’t dead herself I am going to assume that Ange came back and continued her craziness. You know, in actually wanting to be back and all. Like I have my keychain and a few friends. I don’t need the others to like me too. Because if she tattles on them folks bad things might happen to Ange. OH WAIT they are already bullying her so why does it matter?!
 photo crossangeepisode69_zps6118677f.png
MOG what is wrong with her pupils?!
So for whatever reason Ange is keeping her mouth shut about panties bringing down her vehicle and has continued being a loose cannon on the squad. It looks like Ange will be leader one day if the opening song is true and not a giant house of lies. At this point I can see that happening. Not only because Ange is a natural but because Salia isn’t whipping Ange into shape. I don’t mean sexually like Zola but those books on leadership are not working too well. Maybe Jill should step in because Ange breaking formation all the time is not helpful. Since the money situation at NormaLand is crappy to begin with Ange is really taking cash out of everyone’s pockets. But for now Hilda and her hoes are just shooting glares at Ange, some are like WOW Ange is amazing, and Salia is like wait Ange what about the rules THINK OF THE RULES!
 photo crossangeepisode61_zpsada85312.png
Who is wearing a bra?!
Perhaps Ange would have won the other girls over eventually. Perhaps she would have found her own group to be friends with and what not, opening up and accepting that it is okay to have friends. I thought that was where we were heading anyway. Well there seems to be a detour on that friendship boat, one that Ange seems…well upset that happened which confuses me greatly. See this island gets regular shipments to keep the girls happy and able to fight dragons. And bras. Bras everyone except on people’s bodies of course. And during one of these shipments someone really dropped the ball because there was a stowaway. Momoka the hand maid has managed to outsmart guards and hopefully tightened security at home to come and see her precious Angelise. What could go wrong?!!?
 photo crossangeepisode63_zps39a5227f.png
Um....i don't know her?
I like how fast everyone was able to find Momoka. Like yeah we might be Norma but since we don’t depend on Mana we got to be amazing in other ways. Also it is impressive since I am sure no one really wants to break into this place or has gotten this far to break in. I am sure the Moms and Dad who got their kids taken away would have loved to break in. I don’t know what would have happened if Ange and Momoka hadn’t had such a dramatic reunion. Would she have been shot on sight? Thrown back in the plane before she saw too much? I got slightly excited when Jill and Emma were talking about the dragons and the truth. Like oh snap we are going to find out that DRAGONS are the source of Mana and not having MANA is actually better and blah blah. But it turns out they were just talking about how Mana users think Normas go to some…..facility for….some reeducation or something. So no folks it is not bean spilling time. It is just that Momoka doesn’t know AT ALL about the dragons and that is the secret that she will be killed over. We can’t have her going back to any Mana users and explaining what she saw. I mean…..that might change people’s minds about Normas you know!!! No? Okay. Just that she saw too much and has to die, we get it.
 photo crossangeepisode64_zps7cf80538.png
Poor dead Mana user. :( So sad....lets kill more Normas.
While Emma is upset at the idea of a poor innocent Mana user dying (while Normas die all around her) and Jill is like um bitch does it look like I care Ange is having a lot of not caring going on herself. At first I wasn’t too happy with Ange. But since I am a slacker and I take a lot of time to finish watching an episode and putting together my words I thought about it. I mean at first I did assume it was going to be hearts and rainbows. Like MOG someone from my former life cares about me and even though I am a Norma I get NORMAL love. Thank you Momoka for being the small ray of sunshine in my life of hell. Hugs of all. Thank goodness I was being slow on the friendships. I almost really talked to the other Normas. Now I don’t have to. Now clean my room.
 photo crossangeepisode68_zpsb34fbcd1.png
Err I might put that aside as Momoka is the only one who wants to be your friend.
Yeah none of that happened. Ange was like is this my life? Why is Jill making me watch this Mana User? Just because I know her and she came to see me and used to wait on me hand and foot why should I have to take care of her? Now my Norma Street Cred is worried. Because that is how Ange was acting, like Momoka being there is ruining her reputation. She was trying to put the Princess stuff behind her and now the girl is here and Ange is back at square one. Then I realized that was too much insanity. Ange is upset because Momoka LIED to her. The girl knew she was a Norma and kept it a secret for her. Instead of being happy that she was protected Ange chooses to focus on the fact that there were lies. That everyone allowed to her to spew her anti Norma rants while she was one herself. Sometimes lies can be done for the good of another but that person might not be happy with the lies. Like the trust is broken and perhaps Ange was doubting any of what they had was real. Which should be clear as Momoka was her SERVANT and hello is here right now.
 photo crossangeepisode67_zps3c8bba54.png
And then it was never brought up again. X____X
I am not sure how much more Momoka could have done to let Ange know she was on team Ange. Sure calling Ange by her Princess name wasn’t earning any points with the girl but Momoka was….well very cheerful and happy. She never gave any indication she was looking down at Ange now or then. You know since she knew Ange was a Norma from the start. She might also not be accepting that Ange is a Norma but neither did Ange at first. So that wouldn’t be a reason not to like the girl. Whatever small issues of trust Ange had against the girl…..Ange could have been nice to someone who broke in to come and see her. Granted Momoka didn’t know this was a one way ticket but I am sure Momoka was under investigation and this was no easy feat. Plus if Ange wasn’t so eager to ignore and act all put out by Momoka she might have learned more about what happened to her nation. I mean why would she believe Jill anyway? Momoka started to say something but Ange was like go to sleep Mana waster, folding clothes and what not. I am sure we will find out what happened to the nation one day, Ms. Dark Hair girl looking stoic in the opening. I thought that we would get more scenes with the palace and evil brother but the focus all turned into Ange so….
 photo crossangeepisode610_zps22995a57.png
Ange was looking for trouble.
Ange wasn’t happy Momoka was there from the start. But Momoka was really ruining her street cred by acting….well out of place. Everyone knew the girl was different and it was going to cause a scene. Personally I might have kept Momoka in a jail cell. The rest of the Normas have already been tainted by having Ange in their lives. We don’t need another Coco on our hands. But this girl actually uses Mana and isn’t Emma in Charge Lady. She treats Ange like she is special. All Normas know their place but Momoka is making Ange seem better than them. Obviously. I just think it is dangerous. I also thought it was eye rolling that Ange tried to sit with Hilda’s hoes at lunch. Like why not go over to Ersha and Vivian? I don’t know if Momoka would have been nice to them. She seems to think everyone who is a Norma is beneath her, like what she was taught at IHATENORMASCHOOL. But maybe Momoka could have seen the light (sooner) had Ange not been stupid and tried to sit at a full table with bitches that hate her. Go sit with the normal Normas who aren’t all about rape and sabotage. Of course they treated Ange badly which proved Momoka right when she was all hating on Normas calling them savages. And of course Momoka was going to defend Ange. Like err…she isn’t a Norma. And even if she was she isn’t like you. I suspect that this would have gone on a little longer had the girl not been starving death. It was entertaining to say the least.
 photo crossangeepisode611_zpsb4e69da2.png
Feel like smiling now Momoka?
Despite acting like Momoka was poop on the bottom of her shoe Ange gets Momoka some of the purchasable food (IE more edible than the free stuff) and gives the girl some cash to take care of any other expenses the girl may have during her short trip here. The amount of money one needs for services at this place changes all the time. Ange needed like a hug wad for one outfit but now Momoka only needs a few dollars for food for…however long she is here. Even though Ange is handing over the cash she isn’t…well happy. And Momoka can’t figure out why. Is Momoka just slow or is she in denial about things? Like look around. See that girl missing an arm and crying her eyes out? That is Ange’s future. That is every Norma’s future. Momoka doesn’t seem to care about the other Normas but Ange is her girl. And this is all horrible is it not? Perhaps Momoka really thought she was going to be the light in Ange’s life and bring back some of Ange’s regal past and thought the sweet girl would resurface, even if just for her. But Ange isn’t the nice girl she remembers and it is breaking her little heart. :( Where is her Ange?
 photo crossangeepisode612_zps5185eb90.png
Egg you animation!
Well since Momoka can’t fix any of the real issues in Ange’s life she goes for the things she can fix. I am not sure if she was using the money Ange gave her or Mana but Momoka was on redecorating kick. Ange will feel regal or more herself if her surroundings reflect that situation. And each time the girl does something nice Ange explodes. I am not sure if it is because this is further drawing attention to Ange or if Ange feels insulted that Momoka is placing pretty pillows and serving lovely meals in the face of dragons eating her face. Whatever it is Ange has exploded in anger. Not as much anger as I would have liked though. Ange just…gets aggressive. She doesn’t explain the real reason behind her anger and leaves people expecting to read her mind. Like let me stomp around and throw a hissy fit. That wasn’t the kind of Princess Ange was portrayed being but I guess it is possible she was spoiled. But clearly Momoka is trying to help the girl and means well. Can’t you just smile and put up with it for a few days?
 photo crossangeepisode613_zpsc79af3c5.png
Because none of you are bitches right?
Hilda, Rosalie, and Chris don’t care at all about Momoka. If this was anyone else they would probably be torturing or teasing the girl themselves. Like ew a person who does Mana and is dumb as rocks, lets make sure she hates life too. But since they hate Ange more it was all about making Ange feel awful about herself. You know, after Salia points out that Ersha has these giant boobies and that affects the girl’s shooting. Because no one else has huge boobies like that. But yeah Ange is practicing her shooting and Hilda and her hoes take the time to make Ange feel like crap. Of course if what they say is true about Ange none of this will get to her and they really should practice shooting so they can earn money and stop whining you know? But yeah Ange overhears them talk about how Momoka is going to be killed for knowing the dragon secret crap now and she won’t even going out feeling loved. Can’t Ange love a girl who risked it all for her? No? Because she sucks? Sounds like Ange to me. SMIRK SMIRK SMIRK!
 photo crossangeepisode614_zps4ec15b54.png
So Ange has always shown love in this way.....
Ange does have a heart though despite what the others girls think. How about they go from being Princess of an entire Empire to being raped on the table by a crazy person calling yo nothing? So when Momoka attempts to make small talk over awful dinner about how this is probably her last night there Ange knows she has to do something. I wonder if Momoka knows what is going to happen to her. I think she does when she is walking to the plane later but during this impromptu bathy time I don’t think she really knew. I think if she did know she was too happy once again being important to Ange. Like yes let me wash your back like old times. I think Ange was working in her mind what she needed to say to the girl. If she revealed how much she cared about Momoka the girl wasn’t going to go. So I guess she needed to be firm with her talking and what not. But I think whatever Ange said was going to have no affect on Momoka. Momoka is on Team Ange no matter what. While this Mama loving world seems to be all happy and skippy there still existed a caste system that left Momoka being a maid, doing everything for Ange. But while Ange had typical hatred towards Normas she showed Momoka a lot of love despite them not being equal. So when Momoka freaked out over breaking Ange’s doll at a young age Ange was like no we must care about Momoka. She is worth many more dolls! There is only one Momoka. So that stayed with Momoka and was probably a big reason why the girl risked coming to find the girl. Plus Momoka knew Ange was a Norma and that she was nice all along. HMMMM I bet the other girls would be like that too. So after this walk down memory lane Ange really did need to tell Momoka to run. That things were not going to end well and Momoka couldn’t get on the plane.
 photo crossangeepisode619_zps88603fa3.png
As expected Momoka was like I will stay by your side until the very last second. Which was that second as the alarm goes off for dragons. IS there ANY other team besides Ange’s? I have seen other older girls so where the heck are they? But Ange knows the alarm is for her and that she must leave Momoka forever. And Jill informs Ange of this, that by the time the mission is over Momoka will be back on the transport ship. Where she will be stabbed in the back and thrown out an open window. Hilda and her hoes made sure to rub it in Ange’s face as well. Like there is nothing she can do about it and someone else will die because of Ange. There is a bit of travel time to the dragons so Ange had time to think about how much of a dumbass Momoka was. This is translated into Momoka is a lovely girl who doesn’t deserve to die but since nothing can be done so all I can do is say Momoka is a dumbass. So as Momoka gets ready to board the plane Ange takes off like a crazy person and kills all the dragons. Not hogs them but KILLS them all. ALL OF THEM. Dedicated to you Momoka you dead girl you.
 photo crossangeepisode618_zps7249ed73.png
Okay. But I am still going to ignore you half the time okay.
Or not so dead girl. As Momoka gets ready to board her death ship she takes the time to say goodbye and thanks for the horrible memories. Emma looks sad because one dead Mana user is sadder than 32894372 dead Normas. But wait…what is that? It is Ange and 4 shopping bags full of all the money she has ever earned at this horrible place. Thank goodness she has never spent a dime except on her uniform. She runs up to Jill and is like I am buying that girl which of course incensed Emma. Her delicate sensibilities. You can’t BUY Mana users. We are certainly are worth more that stupid pieces of paper. But Jill is like….there is hope for Ange yet. She may be a bratty girl with no love for most people but once she figures out how to work a system she works it good. In a world where you have to pay for the fuel you use to fly to your death it is certainly not out of the question to buy someone marked for death thus useless anyway. Three cheers for Ange as she has gone up a few notches in everyone’s eyes. The most brownie points though is from Momoka. The girl had to know she was toast and Ange used all her money to save her life. This calls for a group hug. A normal hug?....A gentle reminder that your name is Ange and that while you might not show it you care deeply for me? Momoka will take that. Yay for friendship that doesn’t involve raping the other person. Ange isn’t that bad after all…I think. There is still more to this series so who knows.

Duffy the Disney Bear Adventures: Tea Time?

 photo DuffyPicsoctober13th002_zps72ff641a.jpg
Lots of different kinds of tea parties around the world. I wonder what Mom meant.
Hello there! It is me again Duffy the Disney Bear. Mom says she is falling asleep in the computer chair. Well maybe if she stepped aside and let me handle my own posts I could get things done faster! XO I don't think Mom would like me being cheeky though. I think I will just say that many other stuffed animals live in the house with me and Mom and sometimes I get together with them to have fun. Having lots of Duffys is nice but I like to be friends with everyone you know? So here is a bit of afternoon fun we had one day.
 photo DuffyPicsoctober13th004_zpsa021afce.jpg
Oh this kind of tea party. Well....we are dressed nice anyway so I am sure it won't matter.
 photo DuffyPicsoctober13th005_zpsa78f7569.jpg
When Mom rescued my furniture she only found one chair. I am sure Hello Sunshine doesn't mind.
 photo DuffyPicsoctober13th006_zpsac96555b.jpg
Better picture of our outfits. Kira came over and tried to knock us to the ground!
 photo DuffyPicsoctober13th007_zpsb12747d6.jpg
Err...there is a bunny in my tea cup?
 photo DuffyPicsoctober13th008_zps082fc24a.jpg
You want us to follow you?
 photo DuffyPicsoctober13th009_zps677a3409.jpg
What is this? The other Hellos are having their own tea party?
 photo DuffyPicsoctober13th010_zps748cb8ab.jpg
Err we can't really reach the table. But keep your crown on Queen of Hearts. It isn't that big of deal. We can stand up!
 photo DuffyPicsoctober13th011_zpse191dfc4.jpg
The Hellos invited the Alice and Wonderland Tsums over to the party too.
 photo DuffyPicsoctober13th012_zps0f3c597d.jpg
Apparently this was a super sugar filled party. You might want to slow down there Mad Hater.
 photo DuffyPicsoctober13th013_zps82a49750.jpg
The Queen of Hearts dress looks good on Hello Valentine. I wonder how Shelly May will look when Mom finally gets her.
 photo DuffyPicsoctober13th014_zps9db9f568.jpg
We will combine meals so they are a little more balanced.
 photo DuffyPicsoctober13th016_zpse46d9fe2.jpg
All of us look pretty cute. The Hellos are made big at Build a Bear though! Maybe they should have special clothes for bigger plushies.

All the Hellos in the Alice in Wonderland outfits. We had a fun afternoon of yummy foods. Maybe we can do it again sometime soon.

Shirobako episode 5

Time really flies when it is pitch black outside and it is slightly freezing cold. Like I don't know how you people do it up North and in other countries. I know people complain about it being hot here but cold is just so different for me. X___X Like even going to the bathroom is a pain because I feel like I am wasting ten gallons of water waiting for the thing to heat up so my fingers don't break off. Begone cold...but I want it to be Christmas please.

Release the secret weapon!!!
As I cuddle into a blanket that threatens to take me to sleepy land have another anime episode post tonight. Up now is Shirobako episode 5. Spoilers for animes of the world being decided on by barely legal assistants who really shouldn't be making decisions at all.
 photo shirobakoepisode54_zpsd60d2af9.png
How about it is zero percent her fault?
Episode Summary: Tarou tries to follow Endou outside and pretend like he doesn’t understand how angry the man is. Endou is like no I completely quit for episode 8 peace out and leaves. Tarou is completely overwhelmed and it really isn’t his fault but he does not gain sympathy when he decides to assign some blame to Aoi. Aoi is like no and Tarou tries to open up about what happened when Erika walks by. He seems determined to not involve her or Honda despite Aoi suggesting to do that. He might have been right though as they go to morning assembly and find Honda having a meltdown that Seiichi hasn’t finished the storyboard for the last episode and at this rate it will be done after the broadcast is off the air. The office lady with a sleek haircut opens her drawer and suggests they use IT. Seiichi seems to be in a great mood and hops up to Honda who has promised him friend chicken. The man must be on crack as he allows Honda to take him into a dark room for said chicken. Turns out this room has a sort of jail cell in the corner and Honda has locked the man inside with no cell phone and piss bucket. The man is not allowed to leave until the storyboard is done. Honda is going to stick it out with the man in the room too but Seiichi keeps making excuses and what not. Despite all of this Aoi thinks Tarou needs to tell Honda what happened. Tarou has to take Aoi aside as Erika was listening in to the conversation and he wants it hush hush. Basically Endou had a crybaby attack because someone on the 3 D team wanted to make an explosion at the end of episode 8…3D and not traditional art. Tarou knew that Endou was drawing that part and the 3D department told Tarou to tell Endou. Endou basically got offended and said he was about to start it and tell the guys no. Well Tarou goes back and forth between the two groups using no tact at all and ends up getting Endou super offended. The next morning Endou comes in and starts working on the scene and Tarou was like….I told you the 3D people already did it and Endou had his explosion and left. Aoi is like….so basically you screwed it up. She still wants to go to Honda but Tarou tries to make her see the light. When that doesn’t work he fails at complimenting her. Honda however is busy on Seiichi duty, not giving him chicken and following him to the bathroom. Endou comes home surprised to see his wife not at work. She switched shifts so he has to lie about why he is home. He tries to distract her by going out to eat but she wants to stay in as they have a loan to pay off.
 photo shirobakoepisode52_zps529c887b.png
Ange having her own derp face moment.
Honda and Seiichi are looking like crap in the jail cell and Honda is like…well why don’t you cop out and have a recap episode for the final episode. Seiichi has flashbacks when he got an award for best director for his debut anime. He promised big things for his next project and it turned out to be some Jiggy anime, the one that everyone mentions. It turned into an utter failure and this anime was supposed to be his major comeback. There is a brief moment of motivation then demotivation when there is no chicken but later the motivation is found. Sorta. In the meantime Endou takes out his underling to meet with his mentor. We will call him Mentor since I don’t need any more nonsense in my life. Underling is clearly team Endou and traditional animation and didn’t get the memo that the events of yesterday/today were not to be brought up. Endou starts to trash 3 D animation thinking that Mentor will agree with him. Well it turns out Mentor has gone traitor and has started teaching 3 D classes to kids. Endou is singing the drunkie traitor song but as Mentor explains…..this field is growing. He thinks traditional is the way to go but there is no doubts that the animation world is changing and maybe they need to work together with 3 D animators and not against them. Underling and Endou get butthurt and Mentor says if Endou blames others well maybe he should just quit. It is time to adjust with…well the times. Aoi and Tarou tried to call during this dinner but Endou kept hanging up on them. They go back to the studio where they run into the 3 D animator and Tarou informs the man that Endou has quit. The man is like X___X but Tarou promises it will be okay even though Aoi is glaring at him. Aoi leaves for the night and runs into Emo at the supermarket. They end up making a meal together and Ema lets Aoi know that many people know about Endou’s tantrum. Ema talks a bit about 3 D animation and how that might affect her career and what not. Aoi feels guilty and goes back to work to hear Tarou trying to find another animator to take over as supervisor for episode 8. He thinks that will be easier than convincing Endou to come back. He wants to handle this problem so Honda doesn’t worry. Aoi goes to pick up more frames from Misato who knows about Endou’s tantrum. She is also worried about the future of traditionally drawn verses 3 D. She also asks how this will effect episode 9 as their episode opens up with the explosion from episode 8. Aoi slightly panics and vows to find out the next day. But when she gets to the office Endou is there and wants to watch the 3 D scene. Aoi shows it to him and he seems shocked. Aoi leaves the room briefly and she is told episode 9’s beginning is done with regular animation. That means Endou has to do the last scene with regular animation. Aoi freaks out and blames Tarou when he walks by. He seems pleased that Aoi is now in deep crap too so she has to help him. THE END!

Are you serious about being this behind in anime blogging?!
MOG I started writing this like weeks ago. Why do I do this?! I did write the summary the day I watched the episode. You know…so it would be fresh in my mind. Unlike the rest of the episode which has been erased and deleted already. Because those two things are necessary. Delete something and it goes to the recycling bid because maybe you really didn’t want to delete it. So maybe I just erased it. Let me check my mind to see what happened.
 photo shirobakoepisode510_zps52cb0edb.png
Sweet talking will not get you out of this young man.
Okay so when we last saw our heroes…I mean main characters Aoi got a day off which she ended by pounding back a few drinks. Which was well deserved and I don’t think anyone was all pointing fingers and blaming Aoi for what happened with Tarou and his special brand of crazy. Even after learning all the details I don’t know how Tarou could blame Aoi with a straight face. In the end it does become her problem but while I don’t think Tarou was 100 percent innocent there was nothing Aoi could have done if she has picked up the phone. Just would have ruined her night as well. Of course it took a lot of the episode to get to the meat of the problem so I will just cut to the chase and explain why….having very young assistants in charge of much older adults might be a bad idea.
 photo shirobakoepisode58_zpsb9862ff1.png
See? Tarou was...okay at first.
So going chronologically and to the point Endou needs to learn to stop being such a baby. He had problems with Misato in the first episode and tried to brush it under the rug when the woman never did anything to him. She seems to know he doesn’t really like her work for some reason and is careful to not step on any toes. More like there is well known information that Endou is a giant pain in the ass to work with and no one wants to be on the receiving end of his tears. Basically the 3 D department over stepped their bounds and decided to do a scene that wasn’t originally assigned to them. They thought they were helping the overworked Endou and that their explosion made the scene pop. It is up to Tarou to tell Endou not to do the scene and be the in between of the two parties.
 photo shirobakoepisode59_zpsf3bd409f.png
Aoi has lots of compassion for people not named Tarou.
As expected this does not go over well. When Aoi is finally told the whole story (as she saw Endou walk out at the tail end of the drama) she feels as if most of the fault is with Tarou. I can’t really agree with ALL but some. Some folks. Because….I feel as if the part of my brain that stops my mouth from saying unfortunate things either doesn’t exist or is on a permanent vacation. But Tarou takes that to a whole new level. There were times he could have said the same thing but with different words and the same message would have come across. Or rather he just made up random crap, put words in people’s mouths. I believe part of this business involved a lot of ass kissing and stretching the truth. Like Endou…everyone knows how you have been so busy lately and what with Aoi causing all that drama last week…well we are just trying to keep on track and the 3 D team is going to take over this one scene so no one else falls behind or passes out. Like throw people under the bus. LIE. Lie in a way that makes sense and won’t cause people to question your lie. Because people coming together and talking about your lie leads to your downfall every time. Instead of doing any of that Tarou lied in ways that made the situation worse. Like well Endou I guess people don’t think you can do it. Well 3 D team I guess Endou hates your guts and thinks everything you do is crap. Like…Tarou needs to learn to be a people person. Or people need to learn that everything he says is lies and perhaps people should take the 5 minutes to stand up and talk directly to the person, breaking some Japanese code of speaking through people to not be confrontational or something. Because Tarou is beyond confrontational.
 photo shirobakoepisode41_zps5408966d.png
...And I could have fixed this last night? HOW?!
So yeah…not sure how Aoi was going to help out Tarou in that aspect of his life. She can’t teach him now at the age of 22 or however old he is how to have tact. Usually junior and high school beats that out of you. But Aoi places all the blame on Tarou and his lack of…..workplace words. In reality Endou was being just as immature as Tarou was being. Yes the man felt slighted. Yes they should have asked Endou his thoughts on the matter before even starting anything. That is where the toe stepping started. Sending in Tarou instead of manning up to what they did…not a fan. Even if it is Tarou’s job to keep things on track I don’t think it is his job to stop two grown men from having a fight…even if he started it. I think the fight was going to happen no matter what the kid said just based on what was happening. Endou just has an attitude and this was a moment where anyone would feel slighted. Like I can do this scene amazingly and now someone is going to come around with their 3 D glasses and make it unnecessary. I think that Tarou probably should have gone to Honda sooner….or at all. This was over his head and I don’t think he should have made the decision or helped make the decision on what should actually be on air.
 photo shirobakoepisode55_zpsc81d00d1.png
X__X How can the end not be done yet?!
Aoi keeps saying that Tarou needs to go get Honda. I think Honda should have been brought in earlier. Because now the man has locked himself up with crybaby Seiichi in a tiny room with no hope of ever seeing the light of day again. Because it is funny that Seiichi, a man who needs redemption in his life, has yet to write the ending to anime that is already airing. Just let that sink in folks. People are basically finishing the actual episode, drawings and all, a day or two before it airs. But now we are so backed up things are looking iffy on that point. But now…now…the person who has made up the entire anime from his own head doesn’t even have an ending for it! How did this show get picked up?! Especially with a man like Seiichi who apparently rose quickly and fell just as quickly in the anime field. Had this been a manga or game adaptation or someone who had been consist with regards to hits yeah back up the guy. But Seiichi was like look guys…idols and they just gave him a show? Perhaps if he was conflicted on ONE detail of the ending I might understand. But it sounds like he has no idea what to do and was lala living in fried chicken land when he should have been really reviewing his material and coming to ending that is satisfying.
 photo shirobakoepisode57_zps2836b3b2.png
There is a bucket. Get to work NOW!
Is this real life in the anime field? If so I am really am understanding the derp/C-Team scenes more and more now. How Recap episodes come into being. How the last episode ends with no ending at all or an ending that really isn’t an ending and everything felt like a giant waste of time. Perhaps not all studios have a special key that basically lead to a dungeon under the studio. Okay in the studio but you know what I mean. Honda acted like he was turning into a demon when really the man was just trying to save everyone’s jobs including Seiichi. He was going to eat more chicken! No chicken for you until you finish something. Although I might have drawn the line at the piss bucket since I locked myself in there too to ensure work got done. Just…Seiichi has a lot of regrets about the past and his horrible looking anime that probably would have failed anyway just based on the drawings but still. Honda is just trying to help…everyone. Which means he has no time to help Tarou and Aoi fix this problem. Because a no ending is a bigger deal than a crybaby attack.
 photo shirobakoepisode511_zps4b5980bc.png
Speaking of showing professional and wearing big boy panties....
But it is still a deal. Not a deal where Tarou needs to suck up to Aoi. I agree that maybe they should have talked to Erika and see what she would suggest if going to Honda was not an option since she has been around the block for a while. I think a lot of this episode had to do with Japanese interpersonal relationships and that is why it seems so…off to me. Like just talk to people. Or fire people. If Endou wants to play this game he can go somewhere else. Especially when others like Misato finds out what is going on and she isn’t even at the studio. Show some professionalism. I especially was….well was something at the husband trying to sneak home after stomping out of work and finding his hard working wife cleaning the house. Like I wanted to beat him when he asked why she wasn’t at work. Like fool why aren’t you at work?! Guilty face! Plus she is going to work later. As probably the primary breadwinner Endou needs to think about having HIS FEELINGS hurt at work. This coming from a girl who has made bad decisions at her job in the past. But I am not the primary earner. Work is work and sometimes you are going to have your feelings hurt. But if Endou just had put his big boy panties on and talked to the 3 D people he might have learned Tarou was saying some crappy things and perhaps there was a different point of view. Or at least he could have explained how passionate he felt about the topic.

But they are meanie heads. MEANIE HEADS!
Instead he takes his underling out to get drunk and talk crap with Mentor. I kinda felt bad for underling as he had pressure to support Endou. I think on his own underling was all like TEAM DRAWING and not team 3 D. He seems knowledgeable and looks up to those who draw things rather than rely on computers. But he has to support Endou during this crazy tantrum the man is having. I think that Endou was expecting Mentor to support him as well. Like eff the police, we don’t need 3 D animation. How dare they take our jobs! Instead Mentor had a more mature point of view which sorta pissed Endou off. Like well….I believe in hand drawn animation too. But right now I am teaching 3 D animators. Because that might be the future. And instead of being left in the dust I want to help shape the future. Because if it does come down to only computers then I will need a new job. And if it continues to be a hybrid I will need to have a good working relationship with these other people. Things are changing and you can either change with it or be called a relic. I think some advice about picking your battles and being someone reliable might have been warranted too. Like dude no one is going to count on you if you stomp out the minute you don’t get your way. I know you felt slighted but do the best you can do so maybe if things fall through you can look like the hero.

Thanks for the drive by Emmaing and giving your opinion.
Aoi was stuck in the middle of these two factions. She was trying to help Tarou reach an angry and drinking Endou to no avail. She keeps saying bring Honda into this and Tarou refuses to do so. So on she goes to get some actual food to eat. I can’t help but notice this line of work seems to have long hours or not really a traditional set of hours. I was happy to see Ema and Aoi hanging out. I thought that the show was going to be more like that. The girls living close to each other and often going to each other’s house to complain or vent about work, having dinners together. So it was nice. Brief but nice. Ema was basically there to voice her concerns about 3 D animation herself. Like this is a big chunk of people’s lives. Sorta like when all the video rental places die. Change happens and a lot of people gain jobs while others lose them. So Ema sheds some light on what Endou must be thinking so I guess Aoi feels guilty enough to go back and help Tarou. Or maybe she was just on a break. Either way she comes back to Tarou telling lies to people that things are going well and him trying to find someone to replace Endou. Which I think was the right thing to do. Let Endou have his crybaby attack. I don’t want his help anyway. Time to find someone who can do the work without being all emo about things. I think Tarou did the right thing.

Okay so maybe Aoi was reminded at a different part of the episode...but still. What the heck?!
The episode ends with Aoi getting sucked back into the drama. Perhaps Endou had a change of heart or the booze got to him. Or maybe he realized that eating is a nice thing and he needs his job. Whatever the case may be he decides to ask Aoi to play the explosion scene in question. He needs to see for himself if this scene is worth having a crazy attack over. And I think folks…he saw the light. I think he knows that the scene (as incomplete as it was) looked really good in 3 D and he had to admit defeat. That all would have been fine and dandy but of course something else had to come up. Aoi is then informed (well she was informed earlier but now it is dire) that her episode is directly tied into the ending of Tarou’s episode. And that episode has already been drawn with traditional techniques. As in no 3 D. So now…the scenes don’t match. And clearly this is Aoi’s problem. This is why I think there are way too many hands involved with the anime process. No one knows what anyone else is doing and when people take it upon themselves to change things…well other things get affected. If Tarou had not told Aoi about this animation change problem she would have been caught off guard. But since she DOES know what is going on….that means she is responsible to help fix the mess. You know, the minute she got Endou on board now she needs to go crawling back to Endou and get the 3 D team mad for wasting her time. Her. Because Tarou is done being responsible. Like haha you are involved now so you fix it. Thanks a lot dude….
