DRAMAtical Murder episode 6

Post number 5 for anime blogging tonight folks. That sounds like a lot but according to my ToDoList for the week I still have 7 episodes to do before Sunday night. HAHA...yeah I am behind. Not sure how this all happened. Can I still blame the World Cup? No? FINE! I would eat some ice cream to drown my sorrows but....we has done. :( Guess we will have to go tomorrow to motivate myself to blog more episodes. For now have DRAMAtical Murder episode 6. Spoilers for...Grams opening up a can of what the hell?

Because Noiz doesn't work for free you know. He just won himself a person who has no idea how to play Rhyme. Well consciously.

Episode Summary: Aoba watches as Mizuki writhes in pain on the ground while the Mean Aoba keeps saying destroy over and over again. Suddenly the area looks like the inside of a computer, of a Rhyme game as it breaks apart. As Mizuki whooshes away Aoba sees Toue and that person that controls the Rhyme games. Toue seems happy to see Aoba AGAIN and Aoba is like what, how have we met before Mr. Rich Dude I See on TV? Toue says when Aoba understands his powers everything will begin. The field or whatever breaks apart and we hear Grams calling to unconscious Aoba on the ground. He wakes up with Koujaku and company all around him. After he realizes Grams is okay he asks about Mizuki. Mizuki is surrounded by what I think is Koujaku's people as the kid is also unconscious. Aoba gets overwhelmed and passes out again. At Platinum Jail Toue goes to the control room of...I guess the Rhyme game. There people tell him the Scrap-Rhyme connection worked and Aoba's powers work in times of distress. The random kid that is always with Toue says nothing. Assistant has called the police to pick up Aoba but Toue seems to have other ideas. Aoba wakes up in bed with Ren attending over him. He still has a headache though and his mind is racing about all the events that just happened. He eventually goes downstairs and finds EVERYONE eating at his house. Like lala we are all friends. Aoba is concerned about Grams since she was just kidnapped but everyone else seems concerned about him and his head. He does ask about Mizuki. Everyone gets quiet and he learns the kid and the rest of this team are in the hospital all unconscious like. As Aoba eats he asks Grams why the heck this all happened. Grams decides that everyone in the room deserves an answer, even Mink who Grams has never met before in her entire life. Apparently this story is a long and shocking one. Grams used to work for Toue but didn't know it. She thought she was working at some other lab on the mainland where they were learning about the brain and consciousness and how to heal it whether it be from death or injury. In reality Toue was taking this research and learning how to control people. Grams even found information about Toue wanting to replace people's consciousness all together. So she quit and ran away to this island to live out her days in peace. Eventually Toue came to this island after buying it and has been testing ways to control people. Probably through the Platinum Jail at first. He wants to perfect the system and sell it to other nations. Grams was asked to come back to the lab but she refused. So Mizuki and his team were kidnapped and experimented on. That is what people call Morphine, some magical group that hurt people in the past. In reality the ones who were taken by Morphine were probably brain washing victims that went wrong. The ones that went right are probably still at the lab. Mizuki and his people were brainwashed into taking Grams and that is that. If the brainwashing goes wrong it can leave someone broken IE Mizuki. So after everyone heard how awful Toue was they want to go storm the castle and take out Toue before he can control the world. Grams is like um I have said way too much, why don't you all go home and take a nap. Mink and Noiz didn't save Grams for free so they remind Aoba he will have to pay up one day. Clear and Koujaku wish Aoba well and promise to help with no strings attached. Elsewhere we see Toue and Assistant talking about what needs to be done next. Toue seems to think the group will come to him out of desperation while Assistant has other ideas.

So Noiz was right the entire time? Damn it!

After all the friends and potential rapists leave Grams is like...I need to tell you something Aoba. Of course she does. Apparently Aoba has a power called Scrap. It might be different in different people but in Aoba he has the power to control people with his voice. It can be as simple as him telling people what to do (stop fighting) to him...actually going into people's minds. Oh yes folks Aoba has the power to put his consciousness into someone else's consciousness. Depending on what he says in their brain Aoba has the power to destroy their consciousness. Aoba realizes that he was inside of Mizuki's brain earlier and not in someone's dream. Grams tells Aoba that the reason why Mizuki is in the condition he is in is because of what Aoba did or did not say to Mizuki. Aoba seems to think he didn't say anything when Mean Aoba said destroy about 193 times. But anyway Grams says since Aoba did nothing and poor Mizuki had to confront the awful truth with no help...he is probably broken. Grams goes on to say that Aoba played Rhyme a long time ago but there was an accident and Aoba lost his memories. This accident probably had to do with his Scrap power. Grams had to give Aoba medicine to keep it in check but it seems his ability is coming through (and appearing as Mean Aoba) anyway. She knew this day would come when she had to tell Aoba the truth, that Toue would one day find Aoba and use his powers took take over the world. In the alley Koujaku was going to confront Mink about something but Mink instead tells Koujaku something shocking about Aoba. Before Grams can tell Aoba more awful news Virus and Trip call saying the police are on their way to Aoba's house. Aoba then gets a message inviting him to Platinum Jail with that random kid looking all creepy. Some of the others get this message as well. The cops arrive and Aoba takes off leaving Grams behind. Everyone at their own places get worried or word that Aoba is in danger including Koujaku who is still in shock over what Mink said. Aoba runs from the cops and makes his way to Platinum Jail. THE END!

So..you killed your friend. But it will be okay. Not.

Well folks. Well indeed. I ask for questions and I get a few answers. Not the answers to the questions I already had mind you. So really that means I have information I don't understand yet and my original questions still exist. Color me confused about everything weeeee!

Err he never said he remembered you....

When we last saw Aoba he was in this dream/Rhyme like state with Mizuki. He was watching it all confused like as Mizuki lost his mind and Mean Aoba was saying Destroy. Did Aoba not hear Mean Aoba at all? By the end of the episode we get the answer to that question which is a no. So.....why didn't Aoba hear himself? Like no I would never say that to my friend stop that crazy voice! But since Aoba didn't say that I am going to assume he didn't hear what was going on and is out of the loop. Instead he watches as the entire area breaks down like a Rhyme game and poof Toue appears. At this point Aoba should be banging his head against the wall all confused like but he isn't. Keeping it together. Toue says some crap like oh good to see you again Aoba. Aoba knows who Toue is because of TV and having eyes but other than that...yeah you must be crazy old man. Toue tries to say some cryptic things about how Aoba will understand all once he knows his powers but then the entire area goes black. Why can't people just tell you things instead of giving you hints along the way? I would be screaming from the lack of knowing but not these people. Especially not Aoba the kid with no self preservation skills.

Errr...I am sure he will be okay.

Aoba wakes up long enough to see that things are terrible and okay at the same time. Literally he woke up for 5 seconds and went back to beddy in his head. Almost like a check point from the game or something. Make sure Aoba sees that Grams is okay and Mizuki is not. Everyone else is okay though folks. Koujaku, Mink, Noiz, and Clear are prize fighters against the brainwashed Mizuki gang. No injuries at all. Grams looks great okay given she was kidnapped by roughens. The magical cut on her neck has disappeared. I like how everyone was concerned over Aoba but not really touching him. Koujaku and Grams have permission to touch him. Maybe Clear. Mink and Noiz can handle the rest of the brainwashed people. So Aoba woke up, confirmed that Grams was okay, saw passed out Mizuki, and then passed out himself. Is Mizuki passed out from a beating or what Aoba saw in his mind? HMMMM FOLKS!

Which is always?

As Aoba is transported home *hope the cops don't show up * we get a scene at the Platinum Jail place. I wish I knew where this place exactly was. I am going to assume at the toppest tower because that is where all evil people go, to the most obvious place ever. But maybe since it is all control room and what not maybe it is Resident Evil and super underground. After Toue got done talking to Aoba in his brain or Rhyme or whatever he is seen with Assistant and Quiet Boy (I think I will say that for the kid until I know his real name) in this control room. Apparently the Scrap-Rhyme thing was a success folks. I am sure you were all worried about it. I know I was. Because you know...Scrap. What the hell? Okay be mysterious. With no reason to be mysterious since you are among people who know what the plot is. Oh you mean this is for the audience sake? I see then. Well I am glad it is a success that Aoba...did nothing. Assistant seems to be on board for going to get Aoba personally. Well sending the police personally to pick him up so the next part of their plan can take place. Makes sense to me. If the police weren't a bunch of insane people who are more dangerous than the gangs. Toue seems to be okay with waiting for things to come around. He has waited this long right?

Ren will protect you from all the insanity. Or he will lick your face. Either way.

Toue and his Assistant probably go back and forth on what to do with Aoba (which comes to a confusion conclusion later) Aoba wakes up with a massive headache. A Ren and Aoba reunion AWWWWWWWW. Ren is such a cute little AI robot with his tongue sticking out. I like how Noiz was able to use technology during the race for Grams but Aoba couldn't use Ren. :( Ren is totally losing in this harem folks. Oh yeah folks spoilers some of those...interesting pics I saw on the internets look like a human looking Ren. Ren the doggie is so cute though. They have a moment of just being alone, no one else around being crazy. That might be the last moment they have before everything gets insane. Aoba can always count on Ren. And his awful headaches that seem to be getting worse and worse. If I were him I would have just stayed in bed and let Grams serve me in bed. Or you know...since Grams was just kidnapped maybe someone else in the damn house can serve Grams and Aoba in bed. But since these people aren't really Aoba's friends besides Koujaku they aren't going to do that. No no Grams has to cook for some random people in her house after her awful kidnapping and Aoba has to expose himself to walking and moving and lights. How surprised do you think Aoba was to see all these people still in his house? GO HOME STRANGE PEOPLE!

Oh you...you're still alive? Err want some dinner?

Since Aoba looks and feels like crap he is ordered to get some medicine and food into his body. He is still all concerned about Grams. As he should be as the grandson. The rest of these yahoos are sitting around the table (Mink near the table) like they own the place, long lost friends and what not. HELP THE OLD LADY OUT! I guess everyone was too busy eating to ask Grams what happened to her. Or since they aren't long lost friends they really don't care that much about Grams. Or if they do care about Grams because they care about Aoba. So nothing was discussed until Aoba squished down the stairs. Grams sorta made a serious face and....said something insane. Something totally insane. She said she had something to tell everyone. EVERYONE! Um the only person she needs to explain things to is Aoba. Everyone else can go on their merry way in life. Like some of these random kids showed up to fight in Aoba's room and Grams doesn't know Mink from a hole in the wall. So what is this everyone crap? I had to rewind the viewing to make sure I read things right. She was acting like she was keeping a deep dark secret from them all and she feels bad for keeping it from them. It was odd folks. That must be where Aoba gets his non self preservation skills from.

No start from the middle. Which is where I think you started from anyway.

Grams....opened her mouth and insanity poured out. I thought Aoba and his trippy mind dream thing with Mizuki was insane but nope. That was just the tip of the iceberg. An iceberg that Grams knows about. It has been mentioned before that Grams is some sort of Doc. I think more of a...healer. Or that is what I thought anyway. She go visit other old people in the neighborhood and take care of them kinda deal. And make Aoba his magical medicine. I always thought Grams was super smart for that thing alone. But oh boy folks. Grams is nearly a brain surgeon. Or was. Once upon a time grams worked in a lab that studied the brain. I feel as if part or all of this anime minus the rapey parts and the millions of gang names are made for kids. Because really I am supposed to believe you can study the human brain when it is out of the head? I mean yes study it but the effect of medicine on a dead brain will probably not be amazing. Or if it is amazing....this is straight up Resident Evil. XD But yeah folks this was science for dummies.

Aoba's contribution to this discussion is to repeat everything Grams said in the form of a question.

So Grams worked in a lab that studied medicine to heal brain injuries. Studying how our consciousness works and what not. You know, the stuff people study that would be helpful and then it turns into a giant disaster. Good intentions but bad ways to go about it. See Deep Blue Sea. Grams wanted to help people and recover their minds, find ways to fix people. And apparently she was way too good at her job. Because why she was helping for medical reasons apparently all this research was being watched or sponsored by evil. YAY TOUE! So why does this man even care about brain research? Because he wants to brain wash people and sell the results to other countries who want to take over the world. DUH!

Everything is a lie. I bet his name isn't even Aoba!

Just let that all sink in people. I notice that Mink didn't really looked too shock so maybe he needs less sinking than the others. But everyone else was like....wait what? This kind man who came and bought our entire island and kicked the people out who already lived here to the slums and built this super amazing dome of luxury for the elite...he is actually evil? BLESS MY SOUL!!! I am trying to think of other Southern things to say but after spending 23 years in Florida I have none. I guess we don't count as Southern in Florida. But yeah they were shocked. I was shocked. I thought that Rhyme was a bit sketchy and of course Toue was up to no good. I just didn't think it was trying to take over the world kinda evil. The kind of evil that needs to outsource doctors. I would have made sure all my scientists were on my evil payroll. I certainly wouldn't let them quit and move away. And instead of brainwashing a bunch of gang members to kidnap my most important ex-doctor I might....do something else. Anything else. Mizuki almost killed Grams there! So Toue is evil, rich, and patient but still dumb. I see.

All of this sounds super bad.

The boys were hanging on Grams every word. I was sorta paying attention to the silhouettes of the ones who were maybe behind Morphine/working for Toue. They looked to be similar height and build. Two of them. I wonder who they could be folks. I wonder indeed. The mystery of Morphine seems to be solved though .Toue has been at this for a while, trying out different brain washing methods and what not. So it's not technically drugs folks. Totally different anime up in here. Just a man hurting people that he has already kicked when they were down. And Grams was sitting here the entire time with this information. I see indeed. Mizuki wasn't joining another team; he was offering up guinea pigs to slaughter. So even if Mean Aoba wasn't saying destroy a million times Mizuki probably wouldn't be doing too well right.

Or take a nap. You know, same thing.

After hearing all these horrible things all the mens minus Mink were like time to storm Platinum Jail. I mean this dude is trying to take over the world. We got to do something. He is going to start with his island and then everyone will be in danger. This is an outrage; we need to do something. And then Grams is like...yeah I said too much. You all should just go home and take a nap. Take a nap folks. Everyone they know is in danger, their teams could be next, and she wants them to go home and take a nap. Is she on crack? I can understand not wanting them to charge the gates with a baseball bat right now but she was acting like she shouldn't have said anything. This is me and my face going HMMMMMM that Grams thinks these kids aren't going to do anything about this hot mess. Then again....everyone did act like they were going to go home and take naps. Like oh okay we should put our jammies on and hold our Duffy bears tight tonight. Such conviction. I like how Mink and Noiz were like don't forgot our deal. Um what deal would that be Mink? Noiz had a deal but I don't recall you making one with Aoba after you were done beating him up.

Nothing good is going to come after saying that. Nothing.

Once all the randoms leave Grams is like....Aoba I need to tell you something. Like hot damn there is more lady? And it must be worse since you didn't want to tell our best friends forever who we trust with our lives. Let me sit down for the worse part. This is where things get a little special and confusing. Like this show isn't already. So when Aoba was WHOOSH in Mizuki's mind it wasn't really a bad dream or a Rhyme field. It was really Aoba going into Mizuki's mind. Without Rhyme being involved. Rhyme can come into later and might be why Toue made it. Or came up with the idea. But yeah folks Aoba has an ability called Scrap and he can magically tell people what do to (under specific circumstances) and they will obey him. He can even fly himself into someone's brain if he wanted to, their consciousness.

Because he had no idea he had these powers you old hag!

Do you see my face again folks? Of course you really can't but I was like...what the hell? Really what the hell? Other words too but yes what the hell. Aoba has a special ability.....how? Is this a magical world? Was Aoba worked on as a child, sorta like an experiment gone right? Grams wanted to tell Aoba something else later in this conversation and got interrupted. I am thinking she was going to say hey I am really not your Grams, I actually found out what they were doing to test subjects and I ran away WITH YOU. Yeah that is probably it. If Grams is going to say Aoba has a magical ability she needs to go the extra mile and explain how he got it. Aoba didn't really question it now. Nor did he question the fact that he did use to play Rhyme but he had an accident in the game and lost his memories. How long has this game been around? All the other characters (really Koujaku) are acting like it is a new thing that are taking away their gang members. No no Aoba wasn't really asking questions or thinking that way because he was too busy thinking that he is the one who hurt Mizuki. He just naturally accepts this insanity and realizes he wasn't having a crazy ass dream when he saw Mizuki and juice spewing all over the place. I thought it was blood last episode but it makes more sense if it was juice. Yeah Aoba was focusing on the fact that he didn't say anything (Mean Aoba did but whatever) and that hurt Mizuki. I like how Grams says it was Aoba's fault for this incident even though she knew about his powers and knew her Anti Scrap medicine was slowly failing. Like....if Aoba has the ability to accidentally go into some brain and break their soul MAYBE you should tell him and what not, help him with his powers. Or you know....go into hiding since Toue came to town. Everything other than what Grams did.

What do you mean something is off about Aoba?!

While Aoba is being told all this wonderful stuff I believe that Koujaku is being told something similar. Koujaku originally wanted to go fight Mink because Mink has an ex-con team. While Koujaku is probably the most normal out of all the suitors for Aoba in terms of not being a random, not trying to kill him, and having a childhood past...he is sort of a jerk. All this you suck because of this and you play Rhyme and you are an ex-con. Like crazy what are you? Anyway Koujaku wanted to beat up Mink for existing and not what he did to Aoba and Mink is like oh want me to tell you about Aoba? We don't get to hear what he said about Aoba but Koujaku is shocked. Not too shocked though. Well maybe but he still runs to help Aoba at the end of the episode.

How do you know that.......

Wait Aoba needs help? Why does Aoba need help? Well because the cops are on the way to arrest Aoba. Knowing the cops they were probably going to blow Aoba and Grams into tiny pieces which makes me question the intelligence of this plot but you know. See this entire time Toue and Assistant were talking about what to do with the Aoba situation. More than the Aoba situation as everyone else has been invited to Platinum Jail but you know. So much knowing. Toue thought that they would eventually get there out of desperation. In reality we all know Aoba was going to go there anyway to save all the people he knows from being brainwashed. Assistant thought that handing out invitations with Quiet Boy all over it was going to help make them come. Nothing screams suspicious right? Like lala please come to our fun land of pain so we can make you into slaves as well. That will go over well. Toue talked a good game about desperation but then the cops came. Desperation and death are the same thing.

Wait go back to this...what's Scrap?

Whatever the case is Virus and Trip (who are probably the leaders of Morphine and are working for Toue) call and tell Aoba the police are out to get him. Aoba's house is the only one in that direction. Aoba decides to RUN for it. He ran from the police that likes to shoot anyone who is alive. LEFT GRAMS! The one who was just kidnapped by Toue. The police that Toue sent to Aoba. No more grandson of the year award anymore. Also Aoba can really recover from those headaches when he needs to. So Aoba, his talking robot dog, Quiet Boy invitation, and his random video game program escape out the window while the police of craziness make the way to his house. Grams is left behind without telling Aoba the whole truth. And the other guys, the ones that were sent home to nap? Yeah each of them got an invitation to Platinum Jail and in their own way have found out Aoba is in trouble. So.....since everyone wants Aoba for some reason or another they got to help him because a dead Aoba is unable to give out favors. Onward everyone runs to their inevitable doom with half truths and confused Aoba. I am sure this will end well. Until then....peace out. XD

DRAMAtical Murder episode 5

Serious Aoba and his mean words again. I SEE!

What number are we on? Sorry I got lost. Marathoning some Big Brother episodes. Because I am a glutton for punishment you know. Oh yes post number 4 of the night. Up now is Glasslip episode 5. HAHA just kidding. Yeah I still haven't finished blogging that episode yet go me!!! Up now for real is DRAMAtical Murder episode 5. Spoilers for Aoba making new friends.

If Aoba keeps on asking the same question over and over again I am sure he will get the answer.

Episode Summary: Aoba wakes up to shoes. Mr. Dread's shoes to be exact. Aoba is all tied up and surrounded by Mr. Dread and his peoples. Aoba demands to know where Grams is. Mr Dreads grabs Aoba by the hair to try to remind the boy of his situation. Aoba keeps asking about Grams so Mr. Dreads tells his people to get Aoba. Apparently imply get means something that actual get. The men sorta just take turns punching Aoba in the gut. Suddenly Aoba gets one of his headaches and swirls around his brain. Suddenly he turns into Serious Aoba and says the word Destroy. This makes all the dudes stop beating him up. Aoba wakes up...and passes out. When he wakes up again he is in a cell with Dreads' (whose name is Mink) Allmate which is a bird with a cigar. Since he is not currently kidnapped he takes the time to turn Ren on and look for his medicine for the absolute headache he has. No escaping here folks. When he finds no medicine in his bag...Mink appears at the doorway and throws said medicine at Aoba. Apparently this is special medicine or another. Aoba gets all upset because Mink and his people took Grams. Mink looks bored and says he was only there to kidnap Aoba for a certain purpose. When he got to the house the other people were already there. He is not Morphine. Since Mink got the information he wanted out of Aoba he will help the boy find his Grams. Aoba still has a bit of an attitude because he was beat up and kidnapped so Mink needs to rough him up a bit before offering up his services. He takes Aoba home where Clear and Koujaku breath a sigh of relief. Clear heard that Aoba was in trouble last night and Koujaku came by because hello give me dinner. Mink and Koujaku nearly get into it because apparently the gang Mink is in charge is a bunch of ex-cons and that makes Koujaku mad as everything makes the man mad. After they have their pissing contest Aoba reminds everyone that Grams is kidnapped by someone else, probably Morphine. They go inside to talk about it as Mink has a good idea where they are. His Allmate finds something in the house recording them. Aoba takes a good look at it and realizes it belongs to Noiz. Mink is all HMMM it is gathering information about us...invite the owner here. So Noiz makes his way to the house Aoba needs all the criminals possible to save his Grams. Noiz makes his way over to the house and one by one everyone helps locate Grams. Mink knows the location for some reason, Noiz researches things by computer, and Clear draws a map of the streets that no longer show up on computer. Apparently this area is a dump area that is off limits and all their help is needed to get to Grams. Koujaku is there for moral support. Aoba is like lets go save Grams. Noiz has a little bit of resistance in him but Aoba promises to join his Rhyme team if he helps with the Grams search. After that is hashed out onward everyone goes.

They poof there and watch the video game to see what their next move should be.

There is no actual footage of them going through this off limits area. They just poof make it to the junk yard. Mink and Koujaku have their people covering two different ways out of the dump while they make their way through this random place. Noiz stays at the entrance to hack them into different places. This turns out to be needed as there are tons of thugs everywhere that need punches to the faces to proceed. As Aoba is protecting Clear he realizes all these thugs are really Mizuki's team members. SHOCKER! Koujaku and Mink tell the other two boys to go on ahead as there are many thugs to punch in the face. Aoba and Clear keep on going but have to stop when Noiz is having problems with more doors and codes. Clear turns out to be a good fighter when his Master Aoba is in trouble. Eventually all the others tell Aoba to go on alone as they handle the never ending thugs. Aoba reaches outside in time to see Grams being put into a van. The leader of this group is...Mizuki? He looks like he is high on drugs and starts going on and on that they joined Morphine because they are the best and unless Aoba joins them Mizuki is going to slice Grams' neck. All great pieces of news yes? Aoba is clearly in shock and as Mizuki cackles on Aoba starts to get his headaches again. Aoba knows this isn't really Mizuki and tries to talk some sense into his friend. When the knife starts to draw blood Aoba screams STOP and POOF it is ripply time. It is like Aoba gets transported into a Rhyme field. Only it seems to be Mizuki's nightmare. There are people hanging out in his tattoo parlor talking about how cool Rhyme is and that his team Dry Juice is lame. It turns into a trippy nightmare with people having no faces and angry words pouring out of Aoba's ears. Eventually Aoba finds Mizuki and follows him out. Mizuki is his normal self and is super upset. All he wanted to do was help Dry Juice and he felt intimidated by Rhyme. He thought joining Morphine would help but it was all lies, they aren't who they say they are. Before Mizuki can explain who Morphine is the area starts to fill with blood. Aoba is upset for Mizuki but suddenly the other Aoba, the Serious one appears and starts saying Destroy over and over again. Mizuki falls on the ground in obvious pain as regular Aoba watches. THE END!

A very good question Aoba. Maybe we will find out next time.

At some point this show will start making sense right? I mean this is episode 5 folks. Episode 5. And I have still no idea what the heck is going on. Truly this show is made for the people who are aware of the original source (a game) because ya folks. This makes no sense. All these gangs and teams and what not and Aoba having no self preservation skills. No idea what is going on. At all.

This is how people make friends in anime. Being kidnapped and such.

When we last watched this show about a million years ago Aoba went home in a frenzy thinking Grams was in trouble. He found a house full of unconscious people and no Grams. Dreads was there with his team and they made quick work of punching Aoba into sleepy land. Aoba stayed passed out long enough for him to get transported to Dreads hangout. And a shocker folks. Dreads is not the leader of Morphine. I know it is surprising. He is actually the leader of a group called...err let me try to remember, so many names. Scratcher? Something Ractcher anyway. I will look it later folks, it would be too much for my broken computer to open up another window at this time. Yeah my computer has like stage 4 cancer or something. Can't even download anime episodes anymore. But Dreads is the leader of another group (not a Rhyme team), not Morphine. He also has a name folks. Mink. Let me take a moment to ponder how weird all the names are in this series. Maybe it is short for something else. But out of all the characters he doesn't look like a Mink. These things are important to me apparently.

Oh crap only words?! We can't even censor things? IT MUST BE BAD!

What is important to Aoba is Grams. As he kept asking over and over where Grams is. You got to love the boy though. He might have a one track mind but he wasn't really concerned about his own well being. He only cared about his Grams despite being in a room full of strange and angry looking men. To the point where he got his happy little butt kicked again. Mink (Minks?) gave a look and told his men to go to it and Aoba got his ass kicked. I thought for a second that the pictures all over the internet were happening folks, all the rapey scenes. I think the show sorta trolled that moment too. Mink tells the group to beat Aoba up and we go to a cutaway scene, like this event is happening in a different place. Like the men are taking turns with Aoba away from Mink. LIES. Well good lies. Maybe in the game that did happen. But all that happened was Aoba got hit in the stomach over and over again. I wouldn't like it and would probably pass out after the first one but Aoba kept trying to focus on Grams. That is until Aoba started getting one of his magical heads. We know they are magical as little lines squish above his head and there are vibrations in the air. Aoba tries hard to not let this headache take over but now the viewers know headaches are good. See when Aoba was playing Rhyme with Noiz he got a headache and POOF he sorta turned into someone else. A different personality or something with slightly different eyes. I thought that was a Rhyme only situation, something that Aoba could do inside the game. Nopers folks. All headaches, in the real world or game world produce this effect. The effect being Aoba turns into someone different (as Clear recognizes) and whatever he says happens. Well sorta anyway. Almost like the words don't matter, the intent behind them does. Serious Aoba say something and things stop or go his way. This time the goons stopped punching Aoba...really moving. Soon after Serious Aoba passed out and regular Aoba came out...and also passed out.

Let me just take my time to find my pills lalala.

We wait a bit and normal Aoba wakes up. And instead of jumping up in shock or trying to find a way out...Aoba acts like he is in his bed at home and reaches for his bag. Because his head hurts and he needs his medicine. I am sure he does need his meds but maybe we can run away while the people who are beating you aren't around. Yes turn on Ren and get an escape route going. I would say call the police but they would just shoot up the entire joint and ask questions never. Instead Aoba acts like he has all the time in the world, looking for the pills and wondering where they were. RUN AWAY AOBA! Do you not sense the danger? In case anyone was wondering Aoba didn't have the pills because Mink went through his bag. He stands in the doorway because Aoba senses no danger and tosses them to the boy. Not before commenting these pills aren't common or something. Special sorta pills.

So I am done being kidnapped now?

I am sure because Aoba doesn't sense the danger he took one of the pills. These headaches must be really bad. And instead of losing his mind all over the place because Mink is there it was just the normal WHERE IS GRAMS! Mink was like I don't know in a very calm manner. According to Mink all he wanted to do was kidnap Aoba. He got to the Aoba house and there were already people there and no Grams. I am not sure if Mink's people beat up the already there people or not. I am sure they did now that I think about it. But anyway those people are the ones who stole Grams. Not Mink. Mink wanted to steal Aoba for a very specific objective. And now that the objective has been made...Mink no longer needs Aoba. Like what the hell? I am going to assume that Mink wants to do something, maybe get revenge on Toue and he is building an army. Aoba and his random headaches of super voice might work. How would Mink even know that Aoba can do this? Is he an ex-Rhyme player too and he saw what Noiz saw? I don't even know. Everyone seems to know about Aoba and what he can do. Something big happened in the past that Aoba doesn't know obviously. I am glad Mink went through all that trouble of gathering his entire team to kidnap one boy for 5 minutes. Then...allow him to go and find his Grams. Why not actually use Aoba for what you need him for?

Sure. It was just a minor beating this time.

Aoba decides he believes this lie for some reason. Because he is dumb and senses no danger. I mean that every single time I say it. He really thinks that Mink had nothing to do with Grams being poof. Turns out that Mink was telling the truth but why should Aoba believe him? Oh because Mink knows where Grams is and if Aoba wants to find her faster he (Aoba) should trust Mink. Right because that is how trust is made. The sad thing is....it worked. Aoba totally forgot and forgave Mink for kidnapping him for whatever reason and beating him up. You can find Grams? Well heck we will put this small issue behind us. Really a misunderstanding. Hop in the car and Mink will take you home. Surely we shall find Grams.

Koujaku.....just...stop missing the point.

So yeah. Since Mink is not Morphine Aoba gets in a car and goes back home. I would have gone directly to where Mink claims Grams is. No reason to go home at all. You know...Aoba had to go home as one of the directives to pick up the rest of his harem. The second the car pulled up Clear came flying out the window and crashing to the ground. He heard Aoba last night being all scared and worried. Heard him. From far away. Why is no one questioning how Clear can hear Aoba when he isn't talking or around? More magical voice crap there. So Clear was worried about the voice thing and came to check up on Aoba. Koujaku came running out of the house at all this noise as he was worried too. I believe him being more about Aoba's house as he is often there for dinner and it was weird for Grams and Aoba not being home. Koujaku and Clear had their moments but then it was inside time and not calling cops time because you know they are evil too.

Somehow I don't think Mink gives two figs about Koujaku...

At no time does Aoba really explain why Mink is there or what the man did to him. At no time at all. But of course Koujaku knows that Noiz put Aoba is super danger and what did the man really do about that? Nothing. What Mink did was a bit more serious but still...you know....Aoba. Just Aoba. Aoba glosses over things and instantly all is forgotten. Or maybe Grams being gone is more important. I doubt that is the reason, Aoba just is a frootloop dingus. In any event Aoba gathered all these people to his living room to talk about rescuing Grams. Koujaku and Mink can have their moment later. Because there will be a moment. While Mink isn't a dirty yakuza like Virus and Trip...he is an ex-con. And Koujaku hates them too. Because his gang is different than those two gangs. Basically Koujaku hates everyone. What do these “teams” do? Aren't they committing crimes as well? What is the difference between teams and a con team? They got caught.

As Noiz does exactly what Mink wants.

In any event we need to save Grams. Like really save her folks. Mink seems to know where she is or that is what he told Aoba. But then it turned into something else. First Mink Allmate finds Noiz...Allmate or listening device or something. I am glad that Aoba knew what it was because it was a green cube. But yeah Koujaku is like he is spying on you MOG!!!! Since the little cube scans and gets info on Mink Mink decides that Noiz is an information freak and that he should join in the whole save Grams thing. WHY IS MINK HELPING?! Seriously it makes no sense at all. At least where Noiz is concerned Aoba promised to join the Rhyme team if the man helped but Mink?! MOG folks.

So....who isn't at the meeting to help Grams? HMMMMMMMMM!

So Noiz makes his way over and each boy then takes a turn demonstrating why they should be picked as main love interest for Aoba. It now just dawned on me that Mink is....a possible love interest. My eyes folks my eyes. Everyone but Koujaku helped out in the mission to help Grams. Koujaku is a childhood friend so he doesn't need to earn his place in the harem. Mink knows for some reason the area Grams is in. I don't even know what folks. I really don't. How does he know where Grams is if he got there and the woman was already gone? I guess he has other information, where Morphine is located, that we don't know about. So he just knows the area. We need Noiz to pull up computer graphs for some reason that are out of date to make him feel important. Clear seems to be the most important person during this entire operation as he has walked around this off limits area recently and his map of the area is the most accurate. So really who needs Mink and Noiz? Oh Aoba wants to keep his rapist harem together? Well sure lets promise to play Rhyme with Noiz. Surely we will need him on this mission. 

Okay so it turns out they need Noiz on the mission. This massive pile of trash has a building and what not with tons of locks. So all those maps Noiz, Mink, and Clear made...I guess they already went through those boring parts. We are at the point where Aoba gets a useless video game update on his life and it is time to move forward. Mink and Koujaku brought their teams which I think is pretty nice. Everyone really wants a piece of Aoba. I think it would have made the most sense to take Noiz with them into the building. What if the guy got jumped while he was alone outside? Wouldn't it be easier to see what he was physically up against? For some reason Noiz stays behind to hack while the others move on to the trash area of grossness.

How can he see with the gas mask on?!

As the others made their way through the area of uselessness they encountered thugs. Like seriously why didn't they jump the fence or walk through the trash if Grams wasn't even in the damn building? Anyway these thugs weren't killed by the others but quickly taken out by Mink, Koujaku, and surprisingly Clear. When punches were being thrown Aoba realized all these thugs were Mizuki's people. Wait I thought Morphine took Grams? What is this foolishness? Aoba doesn't voice his concerns out loud and Koujaku doesn't recognize the people. They just keep busting heads and allowing Noiz to unlock the doors. I am sure they could have kicked these doors down thus leaving Aoba free from that promise but everyone has to do everything together for some reason. Hurry Aoba we will all stay behind and protect you from the thugs. Go save Grams.

Mizuki! I thought we were bros!

Aoba runs outside dramatically as Grams is being loaded into the van. Caught them just in time wouldn't you know. It hurts Aoba's little heart to see who the hostage people are. Mizuki and company. He had to know it was Mizuki after the first couple busted heads right? Only this Mizuki is looking high and crazy. And stupid. Let me cut off Grams head to get Aoba to join Dry Juice that no longer exists because they joined Morphine. That is right folks. The man that loved his little “team” to death has decided to join Morphine and be famous. Look at all my power I am so awesome! JOIN ME NOW OR DIE. Getting people to join your team under that circumstance must mean a lot. I like how Aoba doesn't immediately get pissed. He takes the time to realize his friend is high on kite land and something is amidst. Or maybe Aoba's headache was keeping him from really concentrating. He seems to be getting a lot of them and we the viewers know this is a serious headache as there are ripples and we can hear the noise the headache makes if a headache really made noise.

NOT NICE!!

Then...things get crazy. Aoba tells Mizuki to stop as Grams had some blood on his neck and it was Rhyme game time. Is Noiz around again with his rabbit loving self? It seems different than a Rhyme field or game. It is almost like Aoba has passed out and is having a dream. Or that Aoba and Mizuki are sharing a dream. Because Aoba is seeing things that only Mizuki knows about. Hearing all these people talk about Rhyme and how Dry Juice is lame. A real nightmare for Mizuki. So yeah Aoba is experiencing Mizuki's dream via Rhyme. I thought it was particularly awful to see the gross words pool out of Aoba's head. The people with no faces wasn't TOO bad. Not AS bad as it could be. Good thing Aoba found Mizuki before things got too crazy.

Err things are not looking very good for Mizuki now....

The episode ends with Aoba finding the real Mizuki. The one not on drugs and trying to kill his Grams. Turns out that Mizuki did join Morphine on purpose. He wanted to protect his team, to protect the family he thought they were from Rhyme influence. If they were a better team maybe they wouldn't leave for Rhyme. Only...DUH Morphine wasn't a great place to turn to for help. Things went wrong and now Mizuki really regrets the decision and needs Aoba's help. Only Aoba isn't talking. Like he isn't really there, not an active part of this dream. The active person seems to be the other Aoba, Serious Aoba and he is in the mood to say destroy over and over again. Um why so angry Serious Aoba? Mizuki is friend not enemy. Well every time Serious Aoba says Destroy Mizuki is looking worse and worse. Like um his head is going to explode. I am sure there is a logical explanation to this craziness but it will have to wait until next time. Mizuki! Don't die and leave Aoba here with all these crazy people. No destroying for you!

Duffy the Disney Bear Adventures: Bounce along with Tigger

Hey mom!! Don't forget about me when you are posting all these anime episode thingys. Aren't I cuter than cartoons? I go on super adventures too......or hang around the house. But I am just as interesting as these people saving the world or having future visions honest!!! Just look at me and all my cute costumes doing cute things. That will be just as fun yes?

See at first I was just going to spend the afternoon watching TV....

when all of a sudden there was a pack of Tiggers behind me. How can they be so quiet? Tiggers are usually so loud. XD

Love Stage episode 7

What has happened to Izumi?! Will he survive the end of the episode?!

Post number 3 of the night I am on a roll. XD Go me. Because making one post a day would be insane, letting people know that I am alive and trying to keep on track. PSHT! It is better to fall way behind and bombard everyone with tons of posts at once. Cross of lots of to do things on my trusty list. Yeah I am a good. But lets get to it, this Love Stage episode 7 post. Spoilers for Izumi actually getting a clue and realizing other people exist on this planet.

Ryouma has feelings too. It isn't black and white uke and seme up in here.

Episode Summary: Izumi lays on the bed and tells Ryouma he can do whatever he wants with him. He turns the drama up a bit more with throwing his arms to the side. Ryouma tells Izumi that he isn't going to stop now and it will be Izumi's fault. Thus begins the sparkly making out moment of censorship. It is unknown how much attention Izumi received but there was...stuff happening. Ryouma seemed to be enjoying himself when he looks up and sees tears in Izumi's eyes. He throws himself off of Izumi and runs to the corner. Izumi is like what are you doing? Ryouma says that he really loves Izumi and hurting his feelings like this is awful. He runs to the bathroom to think about how big of a mistake it was to stop, his once in a lifetime chance of Izumi sex. Izumi is like...whatever and goes back to bed. Ryouma calms down enough to put the food in the fridge and write Izumi a note. He sees the manga on the counter and takes it downstairs to his manager's car. He then asks for a super huge favor. Elsewhere in the world Rei looks like death. Super death. He hasn't gotten any sleep in days and has sent Izumi about a million text messages. He hasn't told the family that Izumi has gone missing, just that he is at a friend's house. For some reason they buy this lie even though they thought Izumi was a sad little otaku who has no friends. If Izumi has not returned by nightfall Rei will be forced to call the police. He is once sad manager. Back at Ryouma's place Izumi is having a dream about LalaLulu that lasts the whole episode, even when he is awake as if to tell the story of what is going on with Izumi. LalaLulu has an enemy that used to be a friend but she turned to the dark side. LalaLulu has promised to save this friend. Now the friend has gotten Izumi the...whatever to turn to the dark side as well. He no longer believes in hopes and dreams, all there is is suffering and what not. Izumi wakes up in the middle of this dream feeling all weird. He has slept til 6 pm so he goes looking for food. He finds his breakfast in the fridge as well as an apology note from Ryouma about the half sexy times and his clothes all washed for him. As he eats he starts to cry as he realizes Ryouma is a really nice guy and all he has done is take advantage of the situation. He knows he has to to go home...but after he eats this lovely meal. He does eventually turn on his phone and sees that Rei has called a million times and texted about 19 million. Izumi thinks they are going to be angry messages but in reality they are just Rei talking about how worried he is and please come home, that Izumi can do whatever he wants just come home. Izumi has the tears about Rei caring so much for him as well.

Ryouma is really trying to earn those brownie points isn't he?

Ryouma eventually comes home to work to a house that Izumi cleaned. Izumi has never cleaned before in his life so it is less than awesome. Izumi seems pleased so Ryouma doesn't mention it. Ryouma sorta wants to ask about staying forever but seems on board with Izumi going home to the family. He gives the boy his manga folder with a note from LalaLulu's manga story author person. Izumi is in shock that Ryouma saw the famous author and Ryouma plays it off as no big deal. In reality it was a huge deal. His manager said no to the idea at first. Then said they had no pull in that industry. Ryouma was going to the magazine headquarters anyway for a different article so he begged and begged to see someone in the manga department. After hearing a no from them Ryouma did his famous bowing to the extreme on the floor and poof LalaLulu's author saw Izumi's sad work and wrote a message for the kid. It says that Izumi must be rather young as the work is not up to par. But that once the person gets more life experience and sees different things there is sure to be an improvement and to never give up. Izumi is so touched by the kind words and that Ryouma did this for him. Ryouma didn't want Izumi to give up on his dream and since Izumi helped him through the dark times Ryouma wanted to return the favor. Izumi is like okay...I will go back home and stop worrying people. And to get more life experience I will....make my showbiz debut. Um okay logic. Ryouma offers to go with Izumi to make the apology as Ryouma hid the kid at this house. They both bow to Rei and are super sorry. Rei breaks into tears and hugs the Izumi kid...then passes out from all the stress and lack of sleep. The other assistants in the house explain how rough it has been on Rei and put the man to bed. Ryouma tried to leave the house to give the family time but Izumi catches him out the door, saying he needs more thanks. Izumi lists all the things he likes about Ryouma and basically says...you are like my big brother. Ryouma is like.....dude that is not where I want to be. Izumi thanks him for all his help and blah blah and Ryouma goes to leave...when he runs back to give Izumi a kiss and a message that he is NOT Izumi's brother. He leaves and Izumi gets all blushy, wondering if this is love. THE END!

Okay some growth. Not totally aware....

Wow. Izumi went through a lot of growth in a period of 12 hours or so. X__X Of course if this was in the real world I would still be calling for Ryouma's head because hello assault but you know....things have really turned around for these two. A lot. Izumi might have gotten some delusional praise this episode which resulted in some....random life choice but overall it was a good episode for both the boys. If I was to forgive Ryouma he really stepped up to the plate this episode.

Izumi really knows how to set the mood doesn't he?

Of course we do have to start with Izumi and his dramatic antics in bed though. Ryouma suggested that maybe Izumi could live there forever (or another night) but on the condition that Rei is called. Ryouma is only two years older than Izumi but is about 10 years more mature. Rei might be annoying but he is worried about the boy (and his job). Izumi reacts by saying no and Ryouma points out that Izumi being there wearing his boyfriend shirt is way too tempting. Ryouma might be doing it to himself at this point always helping Izumi and being around him but Ryouma can only be so strong before the urge to look at the elephant takes over. Izumi response of course was dramatic. Like take me, my life has no meaning anyway. Might as well give you my body since my hopes and dreams didn't turn out for the best. I am not sure what Ryouma was thinking by actually taking the boy up on his offer. Like hot damn thanks for the meal or let me show you a lesson, that you need to be careful with what you say because someone other than me might take you one day. Ryouma and the sparkle that was this foreplay lasted about 5 seconds. It is unknown if....let me see how to word this....if Izumi was...pleasured as it didn't last that long. I am going with yes but very briefly.

Ryouma has yet to be touched or take off any of his clothing.

So far in these encounters if anyone was feeling...good it has been Izumi. Ryouma hasn't gotten to the point where he has gotten anything out of the deal. Probably because doing this kind of activity when the other person is crying sucks. Like whelp since I am not an insane person watching someone cry during sexy times is a turn off. Ryouma is in love with Izumi this time and wants to do this with happiness and flowers and all the yaoi trimmings. It sorta takes away from the magic when Izumi says have at it but hides his face and can't....er...show appreciation for the action. So Ryouma pulled back before anything major could happen. He did so because he doesn't want to be the bad guy and because Izumi needs to hear the truth. All the harsh truth coming at him in the past 24 hours. Izumi saying casually that Ryouma can have him was hurtful to Ryouma as the man has real feelings for Izumi. It isn't a joke or no big deal for the man. That when Izumi does and say things Ryouma has a different sorta of feeling towards it. Ryouma might have acted a bit dramatic running out of the room but he said what he needed to say and what Izumi needed to hear. That Izumi isn't the only one that matters in this situation. Good job Ryouma for being strong. We will just ignore that moment in the bathroom when you think to yourself that a golden opportunity has passed you by.

Meanwhile Ryouma wants to drown himself.

Despite the fact that Izumi is playing with his emotions...Ryouma is still pretty awesome. He had already made the breakfast for Izumi before all this sex stuff came up. Even though the man was going to be late for work Ryouma took the time to put away the breakfast that upset Izumi was going to let go to waste. I would have slapped someone upside the head if I made someone breakfast and they didn't eat it. Well...if it looked good. I am not exactly the world's best cook. And Ryouma did something else that was a bit magical. Besides the fact that he left a note taking most of the responsibility for the incident, about going too far. Ryouma took the manga of horror and awfulness and decided to do something to help the boy. We didn't find out until later in the episode but it was really nice. Izumi was being a little brat and acting spoiled so....Ryouma did something to spoil Izumi more but also give him a bit of something. Something that Izumi gave to Ryouma all those years ago by accident.

How has my life turned out like this?!

Rei spent the entire day wanting to kill himself and being sleep deprived. I am surprised he was able to keep it a secret for so long. Didn't anyone in his family care? Well I guess since Rei lied and said the boy was at a friend's house there was no reason to worry. A bit of suspicion since Izumi has no friends and is going to die alone in life but you know...not too much worry there. Rei had already pulled an all nighter trying to get ahead of this Ryouma and Izumi love story issue. He spent another night worrying that Izumi was out in the world being lost, kidnapped, or dead. Poor Rei. Much too young to be worrying to this extent. I am having a feeling that Rei did a lot of the Izumi raising and not the actual famous parents. I like how Rei had a balance of anger and worry. I know that 18 isn't officially an adult in Japan but the kid is in college so how man can you be if he is out there doing his own thing? I guess the worry comes into play that this is Izumi and he has no bag on him at all.

First step to humanhood: Realizing your actions affect others.

Izumi slept the day away. When I sleep way too much in one day I wake up feeling awful and sleepy still. If I had to pick (because both options are bad) between not getting enough sleep and getting too much sleep I probably pick not enough. You can always nap later. But the feeling of being blah all day would be too much. Maybe Izumi needed the sleep from all the hard work he did on his manga and stayed up late. Plus getting your heart broken is pretty draining as well. Izumi woke up and immediately ate the food that Ryouma made him for breakfast. Due to anime magic the food tasted good reheated. Soon after Izumi woke up there were tears. And not for himself which is where the real growth came from. They were tears for Ryouma. Izumi finally realized he has been treating Ryouma like crap. Yes Ryouma did something awful to him at the house. But since Izumi listened to the man and invited him into his life Izumi has been treating him with disregard. Once there was forgiveness and the promise of friendship I think Izumi should have wiped the slate clean. Ryouma being in love and wanting to please Izumi kept giving and giving. Like stay up late and help me with my manga. Let me stay at your house and keep my secret from Rei. Who cares if you really love me, have awful sex with me. Izumi knew that Ryouma liked him and took advantage of the situation, being all WOW Ryouma is a great friend. That wasn't really what Ryouma was doing and Izumi took advantage of that. So hurting Ryouma hit home to Izumi and there were tears that Izumi did something to hurt a man that has been so good to him (after the fact). Eat that food with tears and resolve that you will be better next time.

Ryouma really is ready to do the super bow at a moment's notice.

Ryouma is a hard working individual. Some people in the entertainment industry seem to make money off of partying and doing nothing. Like look at me I make millions for singing one song. Ryouma seems to be one of the hard working types that are all over the place to get to more places that will lead to better work. A hard working entertainment person. So when Ryouma does favors they really mean something. Izumi started to realize that earlier in the day with Ryouma still being at work and being tired from all the manga work. But Ryouma does things and downplays them later. Like oh it was nothing that I got your favorite manga artists to review your terrible work. It wasn't like I had to pull strings and beg for favors and prostate myself in front of an editor for 5 seconds with the LalaLulu super star. No no it was really easy...super easy. Yep nothing at all that I am super amazing and got the impossible done. It must be love folks.

Please don't give up Izumi as you gave me hope in my dark hours too. Everyone say AWWW!

So why would Ryouma do this for Izumi? Well for love like I already said. Buy why would Ryouma risk favors and falling out in a certain industry just so a famous manga artist can review really bad work? To give Izumi hope. Because Ryouma had a dream once. *cue the Rapunzel music * Thinking about Izumi gave Ryouma the strength to go on in the showbiz industry. Ryouma thought that maybe Izumi needed some encouragement from his idol. Now...Mr. LalaLulu (or she, whoever) was very kind to Izumi as this entire thing could have gone sour. Like look kid you suck and Ryouma wasted a valuable favor on me reviewing this crap. I really don't see Izumi improving at all even if he traveled the world and was all sorts of different things. Some jobs you can get better at and others you need talent. I don't think Izumi has any talent. But this manga artist isn't blinded by love and maybe was speaking the truth, he wasn't the best in his industry when he first started out. That Izumi is just young and has the passion, just needs to channel it better and experience new things. So this all worked out well for Ryouma, that his idea to give Izumi hope and encouragement from his beloved idol.

Wait what...how does this add up?!

Izumi was already touched by Ryouma already during the day while eating the food. That Ryouma really is a great person. But when Ryouma comes in with that letter from the manga artist...I am pretty sure it was game over. What do you mean Ryouma came to my house and did something awful to me? This man is truly perfect and thoughtful and blah blah. So with Ryouma's kind actions and the knowledge that Rei really does care about him as evident by the millions of phone calls and text messages that weren't anger laced.....Izumi had a lot of things in his eye this episode. Everyone just wants the best for me even when I haven't really done much for them. He didn't know he was Ryouma's inspiration. So...for some reason...Izumi has decided that to become a better manga artist means he should take up Rei's suggestion and make his showbiz debut. Like how my sentences didn't really match up there? Yeah that is how it went down folks. The train of thought in Izumi's head was a bit off. Way off. How does a equal cheese? I get he was told to get out and see the world but you know...traveling could do the same thing. Studying overseas. Actually going to a manga studio to see how others draw. Maybe take some anatomy classes. But...joining showbiz where you have the nerves and shakes at the thought of being the center of attention? How is that going to help Izumi at all? I feel as if this was going to be the naturally path for Izumi, he was meant to be an entertainer no matter what and the reason behind it is paper thin. Just...odd.

This poor man needs a good...days sleep now. XD

Now that Izumi has new inspiration, friend, and fresh clothes it is on to home to see Rei. Well at the rest of the family too but only Rei knows it is a big deal. I like that Ryouma went along too putting aside the romance. He did it because he had a part in making Rei worry. I think if it had been anyone else Rei would have been overeating but it does seem that Izumi doesn't have many life skills. I say that and I can't fix anything in my house and I hate cooking. Putting that aside Izumi and Ryouma did a very polite and sincere bow of apology. I am not sure how much of this Rei saw as he passed out shortly afterward. Some assistant or another put the man to bed. How many does this house have? Maybe they need to work a little harder if Rei is always around and I don't know who they are. But Rei is better now folks. He really cares for this kid. Maybe he will wake up and give Izumi the lecture he deserves tomorrow.

Does this feel like an older brother kiss? And...maybe don't answer that.

For now Izumi needs to say goodnight and thank you to Ryouma who once again was being respectful and trying to leave quietly. Ryouma might have had a tantrum after the commercial but besides that he has really been pretty mature. Although who cares about how Izumi looks or dresses yes? But yeah Izumi had to talk to Ryouma some more and while the kid thought he was being nice...he sorta stabbed Ryouma in the heart. Like you do so much for me...like my big brother! Like I am surprised that Ryouma didn't die right then and there. I like that Ryouma started to leave but came back for a kiss and to clarify this was not a big brother relationship. That he loves Izumi. No pressure I guess but there was kisses so you know.....Instead of getting upset or trying to ignore the situation Izumi got all blushy face and thought about how he felt about Ryouma. Ryouma keeps doing nice things for him which can make you happy about a person but of course it is more than that right? Right Izumi?

Izumi is dramatic even in his dreams.

I think that is about it for this episode. Izumi joining the showbiz industry seems odd especially since Ryouma hates coat riders and that is all that Izumi seems to have going for him. Unless he is going to premier in the drag queen area of showbiz. I didn't touch much or finish talking about the LalaLulu dream. Izumi's state of mind played out in LalaLulu land again. He went to the dark side with LalaLulu's former friend and the super heroine even got hurt. But soon Izumi saw the light and was saved. He brings in dreams again folks. Now we can look forward to super star Izumi? How will that work without a good luck charm? Ryouma needs to be around all the time now? Guess we will find out next time!
