XXXholic chapter 213: LAST CHAPTER

Surprise! Or not really....

HI CLOW REED!!!

Chapter Summary: Watanuki tells Domeki that the butterfly is Yuko and that someone with a very high magic power sent him the dream. But he doesn’t think it was Yuko because….well I don’t know why. But he thinks if he dresses up like Clow Reed and uses all the stuff he has learned over the years he will be able to find out who sent the dream. After doing some spells it turns out HAHAHA it was Yuko. And she has a message for Watanuki. She says nothing but let’s a bird out of cage, representing that Watanuki can leave the shop now. Watanuki doesn’t seem very happy about that fact or seeing Yuko. He tells Domeki all of this, that since he has stayed in this shop for so long his powers will allow him to leave. Domeki seems concerned and Watanuki is like you are so like your great grandfather who was like his grandfather. MEANING IT HAS BEEN 100 YEARS SINCE WATANUKI INHERTIED THE SHOP! Watanuki implies he is going to stay in the shop despite seeing Yuko. Domeki GREAT GRAND JUNIOR goes to get Watanuki a drink and says it is not time to use the egg to make Watanuki forget about Yuko. The series ENDS with Watanuki looking up at the sky thinking of Yuko. THE END!!!!

Do you hear that folks? It is the sound of my yaoi hopes and dreams being flushed down the toilet. When we get our epilogue chapter (because really CLAMP that is the only thing that will save you from the horde of angry fans) it still won’t change the fact that Domeki is DEAD and it has been 100 years. Like mog scrape me off the floor I am shocked at how horrible this all is.

And I blogged Starry Sky before this? WTF is wrong with me?!

Like I am going to bed folks. Maybe in the morning I will be better equipped to handle this nonsense. NONSENSE FOLKS! Maybe I will stop wishing they finish X/1999. They will probably have Subaru killing Kamui and Fumma becoming his boyfriend or something.

The correct time to use the egg was 100 years ago. THANKS!

Okay so after a scary night’s sleep (really why would I want to move where there is snow?!?!) I have decided….hey at least we know what the egg is for now? Right people? Silver lining in the sea of WTF?

Haha no folks. This is truly bad news. Unless the epilogue has a scene from 100 years ago with the REAL DOMEKI deciding to use the egg on Watanuki and suddenly he remembers how to bring back the Tsubasa clones there is a great unhappiness all over my face. A great unhappiness folks.

Watanuki needs a hug. And a smack to the head.

I am not even going to pretend to understand why Yuko sent Watanuki that dream. Really she couldn’t send it to him 10 years after she died? I think 10 years is more than enough to mourn for her. I mean….i guess she had to wait until he had enough powers to leave the shop. Still it would bother me if I had a dream about my friend who had to suffer 100 years before I could send him the dream. See folks, my head is beginning to hurt again.

I mean….how bittersweet is it that Watanuki might be able to move on 100 years after the fact. Even if his friends lived to be 80 that means he has lived so long without them. Being stuck in that house while various Domeki’s came to take care of him. Besides clients coming to visit him that means all Watanuki had for years were an aging Domeki and Kohane. Oh and the occasional Himawari. Once a year Himawari. If I were Watanuki’s friends I would be pissed that a dead person gets more consideration than I, the living person, does.

AND HOW ANGRY AM I THAT THERE IS NO YAOI?! What happened to the golden rule in CLAMP of reincarnation?! I mean…that WASN’T Domeki!!! I would be okay (well less MOG) about this situation if Domeki kept being reincarnated to be with Watanuki. That would be romantic. But since Watanuki went out of his way to say GRANDFATHER I would say…no this is not reincarnation. This is a whole new person and my dreams of romance are smashed. SMASHED since obviously Domeki went out and got himself a wife.

I still have Fai and Kurogane. I will focus on that.

Just no. Domeki was supposed to work at the university and try to find a way to save Watanuki and eventually turn into Fei Wong Reed. Not get married and have himself a family. He was supposed to die and eventually his reincarnated self would find his way back to Domeki. This should not be happening.

But what fool?!?!!

And okay. So Watanuki waited in the shop until he could see Yuko again. After he does see her again….he decides to stay in the shop? So…..what was the point of anything? Watanuki never had his wish granted. He still sees spirits. He lost the mentor that was protecting him. He found out he didn’t really even exist. And then he lost every friend he ever had waiting for a dead person who never really came. What a happy, HAPPY STORY!

SO LEAVE!!!

But hey people. We know what the egg is for. Only Yuko gave it to the stupidest person on Earth and he inturn gave it to his stupid relatives. How would Watanuki be sad to forget someone? HE WOULD FORGET THEM! He is sad REMEMBERING Yuko. But if you made him forget about Yuko he could move on with his life because he wouldn’t be stuck there remembering her. Just…MOG people. I mean apparently it was too much to expect an answer on why the egg could do that. But now apparently it is too much to expect people to USE THE EGG. I just…I just don’t get it.

SO MUCH HAPPINESS!!!

I think the epilogue will be Watanuki walking around the shop and the last page will be of him stepping one foot onto the sidewalk and we seeing how much the world has changed. We will get no explanation on who Fei Wong Reed really was (as I still believe he was one of the boys and not some distant person in the past). We will get no resolution for the Tsubasa characters and their journey.

Come to me my fellow CLAMP fans. Come to me and we will join in a circle of sorrow and despair. This was definitely not the ending we were expecting or wanting.

XXXholic Chapter 212: Are things looking up?!

I totally suck at giving the silent treatment. Like seriously folks. I want to cave so badly even if it is just to scream and yell at that person. But I am going to be stubborn and pig headed and WIN. WIN FOLKS.

Pray for me because I don’t think I am going to win. Pray that he apologizes soon because I love to talk and my cats do not talk back.

Watanuki....are you being special?

Tiny Chapter Summary: Watanuki has a dream with a butterfly flying around in it. When Husband Domeki comes home from work Wife Watanuki mentions the butterfly dream. He thinks the butterfly wants something and Domeki wants to know whose dream it is. The next night Watanuki notices that there is nothing around him and the butterfly. Domeki is like oh. The next night Watanuki tries exploring the area and finds nothing. After talking about food more Domeki seems a little interested that Watanuki is unable to figure out this dream. Watanuki comes up with a plan to kidnap the butterfly and ash what it wants. But the butterfly ends up getting away and takes on the shape of Yuko. THE END!!!

I love Watanuki. I really, really do. I loved him more when he was a spazzing kid going to school and pretending not to love Domeki but I love him. He wasn’t the emo hero and he wasn’t the I CAN DO ANYTHING hero. He was like the one whining because his life sucks and nothing is fair. But I love him.

But how dumb is he?

Like for real kinda dumb.

MOG IT MUST BE YUKO RIGHT?!?!?!

The SECOND I saw that butterfly I was like MOG Yuko is back save the series I am so excited! And I haven’t been waiting 10 years to see her face so WTF was wrong with Watanuki??!! He should have saw that butterfly and started crying out her name. So really people…really.

Put the two together my special!

Maybe I am being too harsh on Watanuki. Maybe he misses Yuko so much and has hoped to see her in every dream he has gone in he knew not to get his hopes up. Maybe he was afraid to say what he thought out loud in case he was wrong. Maybe….maybe Watanuki’s scorpion died. I don’t know folks.

Because if Watanuki was too emotionally involved to figure this out what was Domeki’s excuse? Oh yeah that person who was referred to as a butterfly, who wore butterfly garments all the time, and talked about butterflies. Yeah that dream couldn’t possibley be about her.

And especially if Domeki is the ultimate evil from Tsubasa. His main goal was to bring back Yuko so any information that might be about Yuko should spark his interest.

Behold I am Yuko. And I am here to tell you to stop drinking all my booze.

I don’t know. Since this series jumped 4 and then ten years into the future we the viewers don’t know what has gone on in regards to Yuko. Yes Watanuki is waiting for her but maybe Domeki isn’t allowed to say anything about it. Like the topic is off limits and Domeki doesn’t want to get his hopes up. And maybe Watanuki is so far gone into the occult he thought the butterfly was really a flying cow monster or something.

Next they will discuss when they should have children.

But can I say that it was super cute watching the boys eat together all the time. Like Watanuki has a crazy job/situation going on but Domeki comes over and it is like he can be normal for a small bit. Plus it is that husband/wife thing that I like. THAT I HOPE FOR.

Unbelievable it IS Yuko! XO

Maybe butterfly Yuko is trying to tell Watanuki he needs to move on with his life and stop clinging to her (since we don’t know which boy is Fei Wong Reed). Or maybe Yuko is trying to remind Domeki that HELLO you haven’t used that egg yet. YOU KNOW THE EGG!!!!!! Yeah so maybe she is trying to indirectly tell the boys it is time to move on.

But I hope Yuko’s visit signifies that things are going to be more interesting from now on. This constant education going on is messing with my mind. And I miss spazzing Watanuki. :(

And of course when it turns out I am wrong and it is really someone pretending to be Yuko I will eat crow. Delicious crow.

XXXholic chapters 209-211

Watanuki hates clothes now or something.

Well the title is a bit of a lie. Recently my computer had to be reset so I don’t have chapter 209 still on my computer. And to be honest….it was probably boring so I don’t want to download it again. I think I just set the mood for this post didn’t I?

Spoilers for a lot of talking and no mention of Yuko at all.



So I think in chapter 209 Domeki went to Watanuki to help his professor out. Some sort of box or something. And the object inside the box turns into a human. Because everything in the XXXholic that is an inanimate object can take on the shape of a human. So now I have to be on high alert anytime someone comes on the screen. Because they might not be a someone but a something.

My name is Tenchi so I get ten guess yes?

Chapter 210 starts off with the object turned human sort of taunting Watanuki. Because that is everyone’s favorite pastime yes? Watanuki has to guess what the object and he is given 4 guesses due to his name. Because it makes sense people.

Watanuki is pushing his luck!

However the little object is kind. I would answer yes or no if someone was trying to guess something. Like clue. But the little object gave Watanuki lots of information and hints. You are nicely dressed human/object.

Guess now fool!!!

After all the questions Watanuki guesses that the object is a heigushi. CLAMP. I love you. I really do. But what is with all these things I don’t know about? Gosh it’s like CLAMP is writing about Japanese culture for a Japanese audience or something. HOW DARE THEY! What is wrong with them? Honestly.

But a heigushi is a talisman typed object that is placed in a building. It is used after the building is completed and blesses the family and protects them from harm. It has to go on a beam or somewhere that light does not shine. And it is pretty cute actually.

Well it's pretty anyway.

After being told all that Domeki asks what shall be done with the heigushi. Watanuki says it should remain a heigushi thus placed in a family building. Domeki suggests a friend’s temple and Watanuki agrees. The price of course is sake. WOOHOO.

This is Watanuki's way of saying he loves Domeki?

The only thing of interest in this chapter is Watanuki asking Domeki if reconstruction is happening at his temple. When he says no Watanuki acts all weird (like Yuko). And I don’t think that Watanuki was asking just so he could make a heigushi for Domeki. I think it was something more. Or at this point I want it to be something more.

Wait are you human?

Chapter 211 starts off with Watanuki talking to the plants outside. Or maybe they are not plants. Can’t be too careful with this manga you know. But off in the distance he sees a young woman crying under an umbrella. Watanuki tells Domeki about this as Domeki is his dedicated husband who just came home from work.

And how was your day at work dear?

Watanuki continues to update Domeki on the situation as he actually talks to the umbrella lady. She was crying in the rain but still asks Watanuki what he sells. When she learns it is wishes she tells Watanuki that she is waiting for someone under the umbrella but that he hasn’t shown up. Watanuki probably feels bad for her as he too is waiting for someone.

Yay for really dead and old love.

On their third meeting Watanuki learns that the umbrella was a gift from this man and he said that with this umbrella the public would not see them. Once Watanuki understands the correct wording he notices a charm on the umbrella. It has been placed wrong on the umbrella and once it is placed right the lover appears and they both poof, leaving the umbrella behind.

Inheriting the shop means inheriting her personality obviously.

Watanuki tells his husband Domeki about why the charm was placed wrong and what kind of relationship the two might have had. Perhaps that of an important figure head and his mistress. Or maybe one was a goat and one was a tree. Who knows with this manga. But they were waiting forever to see each other and Watanuki has reunited them. And the chapter closes out with Watanuki striking a Yuko pose with his new umbrella.

So…yeah. Getting bored people. Are we never going to see Ms. Ruin yaoi relationships? Do we not care about Yuko anymore? WHAT ABOUT THE DAMN EGG PEOPLE?!?! I want to know more about the plot and not all this…this. Like woohoo yay Watanuki you have learned a lot in the past ten years. NOW WHY HASN’T DOMEKI MADE YOU HIS YET?!

XXXholic Chapter 208: Can we stop being boring now?

At least the art is still spot on.

You know how I whine about how CLAMP releases their work super slow and with such few pages and how I go crazy waiting for new chapters? If you are unaware of that yeah I whine a lot of about the slowness of CLAMP and how 13 pages is not enough after waiting so long.

So……yeah. XXXholics. Why are you sucking?

What is sparking this little rant is the latest chapter, chapter 208. Boring as HELL people. Seriously what is this crap? I know that while Tsubasa and XXXHolic share similar themes and characters they are different shows. Tsubasa had a lot of action with some major internal drama and a splash of magic. XXXholics has always been more about the supernatural element and explaining the crazy things that go on in the world.

I am fine with these differences. I enjoy both mangas separately and when they interconnect. I like watching the battles and such in Tsubasa and I like ghosts and such being explained in XXXholic.

SO MUCH BORING

But there has to be a limit on boring people. Haruka explaining festivals for like 8 pages. 8 damn pages. And it was boring. And I learned nothing. Seriously I just read all that crap and retained nothing. It was just blah blah this and that. How Watanuki thought this was all interesting is beyond me. Or how Haruka had some hidden meaning is REALLY beyond me. It was BORING!!!!

Finally someone on my side.

Then Watanuki and Ame-Warashi talking about chrysanthemum MOG PEOPLE. Why is that word so hard to spell? It’s like a joke. But yeah Watanuki and Ms. I want to kill all humans…SO BORING. The flowers were pretty. But Ms. Killer saying that all these festivals are useless under the human calendar made me want to scream. LIKE OKAY then why did you tell me all this?!

I love how no one thought this was weird at all.

And then Watanuki dances for like an hour on his water garden. Oh okay. I couldn’t stop laughing at the pointy elf shoes. He is all dancing around to make wine. Which I am sure it does have some protective element to it and it really came across as Yuko, doing something complicated for something so little, but I was like meh. Meh to the entire thing.

The best part of the chapter was Domeki and my glimmer of Domeki/Watanuki pairing. Watanuki is saying he made the wine for all his special people and lists his important people. Minus Domeki of course. In Watanuki’s mind he was leaving Domeki to be mean but in Domeki’s mind Watanuki was going to give him wine FIRST so he would let Watanuki pretend he was being mean.

This is my clinging to hope.

Then Domeki says that Watanuki has to drink the wine too. Because Watanuki is important to Domeki (and everyone else). Watanuki tends to not think about himself in these matters but Domeki is always there to watch out for him.

And that folks is what I want with XXXholic. Yaoi.

Seriously…yeah probably more yaoi. But I want more….plot I guess. I thought maybe Yuko would get more of a mention. That this stupid egg thing would be revealed. That the ultimate reasoning behind the baddie (aka Domeki all grown up) would be unleashed on the suspecting masses and we would all go AHA.

But no. We get flowers and wine and Watanuki wearing robes. Sure Watanuki was cute a few chapters back when he protected Domeki from that crazy obsessed girl. And Domeki was awesome protecting Watanuki. AND GROWN UP KOHANE IS CUTE!

But where is Ms. Homewrecker? Have we not seen her because she looks like Yuko? Why are the years flying by and nothing is happening in terms of Domeki trying to save Watanuki from this fate? And after 10 years the Tsubasa gang has only stopped by once?!

I vote for more important stuff too!

I am just disappointed. I love XXXholics and right now I am a very bored fan. Please CLAMP ladies..spice it up. Somehow. Make it more plot centric or something. I am tired of these boring nobodies. :( Also yaoi?

XXXholic Chapter 205

No girls allowed!!!

XO It’s been forever since I got to blog about XXXholic. I am actually pretty excited even if the overall feel of this chapter made me sad. Also 50 pages CLAMP? Are you trying to kill me from shock? If so you are doing a great job. I was fully expecting to have a normal chapter despite XXXholic not being released since April? At least I think April. But CLAMP has shown me and their fans some love so I am rejoicing.

Prepare for spoilers and me randomly pouting. Also WOOHOO for screenies.

There truly has been a transition from old shop keeper to new. The very first page describes the shop but fails to mention Yuko at all. Her time has passed. Watanuki is now the shop owner and he has made a name for himself. I am saddened by this fact but it is necessary. By saying it is Watanuki’s shop makes Yuko’s death very real. Also it makes me feel sad for Watanuki too as I wanted him to have a normal life outside the shop but now he is trapped as well. Not sure why Yuko wanted this, to have Watanuki repeat her life but meh. Maybe she had a reason. A reason that has yet to be explained. Or maybe she is hoping someone can stop this cycle.

Honey I'm home!!!!

In any event life seems to be the same in the shop. Domeki has arrived “home” and brought ingredients for dinner. Watanuki still acts like Domeki’s presence is a nuisance but not as ANGRILY as he has done in the past. The twins still bounce around and act special and black Mokona is a heavy little drinker. A happy little happily indeed.

Eating is totally helping!!!

After the drinking and eating the girls and Mokona go to clean up. Then Watanuki says THE PHRASE. You know, the phrase that seems really unnatural to say in a normal conversation but must be said so the audience knows what is going on. We might roll our eyes at such phrases but sometimes there is no other way to let out important information.

My brain is still trying to comprehend this ten years issue X_X.

That being said….10 YEARS?!?!?!?! It’s been 10 years since Yuko died?! 6 years have passed since the last chapter?!?!?!?! XO That makes Domeki 26 now!! Of course I am 26 too but STILL!!! Watanuki is still 16 so a 10 year differences is making my head explode. Also that means it has been 10 years since Watanuki has been trapped in that shop and that really saddens me. I know that he and Syaoran had to make sacrifices to get out of Fei Wong Reed’s trap but it still depresses me. I know that Watanuki made that sacrifice because he wanted to wait for Yuko and he doesn’t really see it as suffering. But I do thus the sadness. :(

TEN YEARS PEOPLE!

Domeki is suspicious of smoke monsters because he watched LOST....10 years ago!!!

So after Domeki explains to us readers that he is still studying FOLK LORE with Kohane he asks Watanuki about the visitor that came to the shop recently. Watanuki points out that the visitor is right there. Apparently the little…smoke thingy around Watanuki is a something. We are not told what the something is the entire chapter but Watanuki seems to be at peace with the smoke creature. Domeki still shows his cautious side and gives the smoke A LOOK every time it…might do something?

Apparently I do not handle change well.

MOG IT’S BEEN TEN YEARS! My poor little Kohane is all grown up and attending college. Apparently Domeki is her teacher now or something. Not that I was really paying attention as I was still crying over the fact that Kohane is now 18 years old and no longer that cute kid with tons of hair. Now she is a young woman with tons of hair. Everything is changing!!!

Watanuki was randomly conducting the air the entire chapter.

Anyway Kohane arrives at the shop because it’s…food season or something. She is picking up food for grandma which makes me happy that she is still alive and kicking. Kohane ends up staying for dinner where there is more unnatural conversation about Kohane taking classes with Domeki and how her mother is doing. You know, stuff that was probably discussed already WHEN IT HAPPENED but we readers need to know. But during this meal Domeki and Kohane keep staying at the smoke thing as Watanuki waves his arms around and plays with the smoke thingy. Their looks of concern do not fill my heart with reassurance.

Smoke monsters get a high resell value in the Other World.

After dinner Domeki stays behind because Watanuki has a request of him. Since Domeki is in love with Watanuki of course the answer is yes. XD Watanuki explains that something is about to enter the shop and Domeki needs to shoo it away with his magical arrow. Watanuki cannot maintain the barrier with the little one around (what he calls the smoke monster) but it’s in danger and this must be done. Domeki says yes because saying no to Watanuki is not possible.

Sure...we'll go along with this for now.

The conversation for the next few pages is confusing. Watanuki is having a conversation with the smoke monster and Domeki can only hear Watanuki’s side. I am sure once the smoke monster thing is explained it will all make sense but for now I am like WHAT IS GOING ON?!! Sorta like how Domeki looks in this picture but with more expression on my face.

Domeki's life everyday for the past 10 years. Yay.

So putting aside the fact I have no idea what Watanuki was talking about and what is going to happen Domeki makes me AWWW. He is going to stand in the rain for hours shooting at giant….arms/hands that are coming to steal the smoke monster because he loves Watanuki. OPEN YOUR EYES WATANUKI! This is love. I probably would have asked Watanuki more about what is going on but Domeki shows that he really trusts Watanuki and simply does what he asks. Even if that means he is in danger and he might have to do with for hours.

This will probably not end well...

While Domeki is shooting away the hangs Watanuki watches as he protects the smoke thingy monster. He wanted to go inside to protect the smoke monster but smokey wants to stay outside for some reason. Watanuki is waiting for a summons? we gather and then things will be okay. But probably not after Watanuki gets seriously hurt as the last page shows Watanuki bleeding true CLAMP style: all over the place and slashed up. I am sure Domeki will not be pleased with this development.

I probably should have waited to post this chapter until after the arc was over but truly I was excited. This post probably doesn’t make much sense as we don’t know what is going on with smokey and I spent too much time bawwwwing over it being ten years since Watanuki took over the shop. But soon (hopefully) things will be explained and Domeki can fawn all over Watanuki. AW.

XXXholic Rou Oneshot Special: The Tsubasa Crossover that wasn't

Bring on the tears and the booze!

Today is my anniversary. I have been married for 4 years now (although it seems like much longer....). But instead of posting about my day and how lovely my husband is I will talk about Tsubasa and XXXholic. Because I have my priorities straight. or I am insane.

Seriously I did have a great day today and truly I love my husband. But he will forgive me because this involves Fai. My husband knows not to get in the middle of my fangirling over Fai. Dangerous things could happen.

Spoilers for the XXXholic Rou Oneshot Special. Also beware of random yelling!

My signature looks like....scribbles. :( I'm boring.

Watanuki and Mokona are discussing something super duper serious. Or something really simple that has been blown up into something super duper serious because this is the CLAMP universe. Watanuki has to create his signature now...even though he has been the shop owner for 4 years now. I am not sure how the timeline goes in these specials but one would think Watanuki would have already gotten that important/simple task down by now. But it is a time for Watanuki to be sad about Yuuko so I would be that mean to him.

Mokona explains to Watanuki he needs to think long and hard how to make his signature unique. Watanuki goes outside in the rain to think of something and suddenly someone says the bird. Who could it be?! Syaoran of course. And he brought along Fai and Kurogane and Mokona too!!!!

Fai is lovely. I would have enjoyed their entrance more if Fai and Kurogane were closer. Not trying to go crazy shipper on you but I think that those two truly have grown closer in Tsubasa and I would like the physical distance between them to represent that too.

Aw a brotherly reunion....

Watanuki is very happy to see Syaoran and company. Apparently this is the first time since the end of Tsubasa that Syaoran and gang has made it to Watanuki's world which surprises me. Wasn't White Mokona able to take the Tsubasa boys back to worlds they had the most memories of AKA Clow Country and Watanuki's shop? I guess often is a relative term considering how many worlds are out there. I was just expecting the visits to be much more frequent and sooner.

How much more proof do you people need!?!?!?

The Mokonas are beyond happy to be together again. Which is fine but me being the special yaoi fangirl I am have picked up on the very tiny details. Notice the white Mokona and black Mokona snuggling. Fai and Kurogane look on and are happy the two creatures can be together. Like them. White Fai and Black Kurogane. This is not lost upon me people. Do we see those smiles?! They know they are lucky to travel together and around each other all the time. BECAUSE THEY ARE IN LOVE.

Putting that all aside...I think this scene is very cute and important. Proof too. But Kurogane needs to smile more, I enjoy seeing a happy Kurogane.

While Kurogane and Fai have a moment Watanuki and Syaoran are outside having their own. Syaoran states that Watanuki has gotten stronger and truly is the owner of the shop. Watanuki thinks that Syaoran is just being nice but smiles anyway. Syaoran is a bit down because he hasn't seen Sakura since they left Clow Country but he hopes her universe is up soon.

STAY LONGER! Also...why was there no talk about how their mission is going.....

AND THEN THEY GO HOME! Seriously I hate that. The HI we are here and the next minute BYE we are leaving. I want to see the stuff in between! I wanted to see more of Fai. This is a very disappointing crossover that I wasn't expecting people! It's my anniversary, I deserve more Fai action! Just...rarw.

But they are leaving. Everything is sad but people promise to meet again and they all pretend it is rainbow and kisses time. Watanuki starts to glow and says that he thinks that he has enough power now to help send the gang to where Sakura is. Watanuki says the price has already been paid so it is traveling time. NOOOOOOO!!!

Ah memories.

Watanuki explains to his Mokona that the price was paid when Syaoran helped him decide how his signature should go. Everyone say AWWWW! He has decided on birds, moreso the wings of a bird (Tsubasa HAHAHAHA) and all is well. He strikes a Yuuko pose and wishes them well on their journey. The end.

....Yeah there could have been more Fai. But since this is XXXholic it might be better if Watanuki is the main focal point. I can still dream though. Dream of a day when Fai and Kurogane are without a doubt a couple in black and white so everyone knows. But I know so that's all that matters. Happy anniversary to me!!!!

Well there was also more happiness as Kobato 21b was also translated but that confusing/happy mess deserves its own post. For now I am happy with any Fai I can get. Celebrate all!
