Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon: Crystal episode 2

So....Sailor Moon is only airing every other week. The 4th one is due to air in 2 days. I am now posting about episode 2. I am a failure as a Sailor Moon fan. In my defense I did download the episodes as soon as they were available and watch them. Does that count for anything? Don't take away my transformation pen!

What no stickers?!
Episode Summary: Everyone in a classroom watches as their classmate Ami whooshes through a hard looking math problem. Later she gets a perfect on another test. Some of her classmates talk about how all she does is study and never spends time with friends. Ami overhears this and looks sad, especially when Usagi rounds the corner with her parade of friends laughing about bad grades. Elsewhere in the creepy palace of darkness the cackley lady, Queen Beryl, is busy yelling at one of her minions, the blond from last week Jadeite. She is like where is this Silver Crystal, our great ruler has been waiting MINUTES for it. Jadeite promises results and summons another monster from the ground. Usagi has finally made it home but can't nap as Luna is all staring at her. Luna reminds her she needs to find the Princess and the other Scout and defeat the enemy that she can't give Usagi any information about because....that would be no fun. Usagi seems to think battling is hard but having friends would be nice. Especially if it is Tuxedo Mask. Luna has other ideas on who the Scouts will be and goes to her own secret lair to look them up. During school everyone receives their grades on a recent slew of exams and Ami gets a perfect score. Usagi and her friends talk about this with Umino saying Ami attends Crystal Seminar, a prep school to help you get into high school. They talk about this and whether or not Ami is a good person. Ami hears all of this and walks home alone. Usagi also walks home alone sad about her awful grades. She spies Luna nearby and watches as the cat jumps on Ami. Ami happily pets Luna and Usagi decides she must be a good person. She introduces herself to Ami and when Ami hands over Luna she has a vision of the past. Usagi keeps up the friendly act, hoping the girl can teach her how to study one day. She invites her to the arcade and Usagi plays Sailor V while Motoki watches. Usagi goes okay and tells Ami to give it a try. Despite never playing before Ami does really well, beating the all time record. She wins a pen prize for her troubles and Usagi beats he machine until another pen pops out of the poor thing. Ami is acting like this is the best day of her life and is enjoying herself. They agree to refer to each other in a more casual manner but soon Ami has to run as she is late to the Crystal Seminar. Ami arrives and goes to work on her computer. Some fashion victim teacher comes by with the Crystal Seminar DISK and tells Ami to study with it as it will help her become a doctor. Ami agrees and uses said disk...her eyes growing green and the fashion victim teacher all smiling evil.
 photo SailorMoonepisode216_zpsabb38176.jpg
Oh snap glowing forehead time.
The next day after school Usagi and friends try to go for ice cream but one of their main friends mutters off about the Crystal Seminar. It is becoming clear more and more people are using this place. Ami is off in the library using her new pen and the disk when Usagi appears, asking if Ami will come to the ice cream store with them. Ami is so happy to be invited but thinks about the fashion victim teacher and says she has to studying harder. She accidentally leaves her Crystal Disk behind while Usagi and Luna think the girl is acting weird. While Usagi is walking home she comes across the Crystal Seminar advertising in the streets about how they use computers to study MOG. Usagi goes to throw her flier away when she hits the random dude who is always wearing a tuxedo in the middle of the day. I wonder what his name is. He thinks he heard Luna talk so off Usagi runs all flustered. Luna and Usagi investigate the disk on her computer which turns out to be the enemy brainwashing people with some creepy voice. This leads them to believe Ami is in dangerous trouble and off they go. They arrive to find the Crystal Seminar guarded by...guards. Luna tells Usagi to use the pen she won at the arcade to transform into someone else. Usagi chooses a doctor so she can make a house call. She runs into the building as the fashion victim teacher is all leering over Ami and her dead green eyes. Fashion victim finds Ami's pen and decides it goes against their plan to suck energy out of students and take over Tokyo and find the Silver Crystal. So special this pen. She throws it and Ami tries to break the brainwashing to save her special pen she shares with Usagi. Usagi in her doctor outfit breaks in and is like haha don't mess with my friend you evil teacher you. She transforms in Sailor Moon while Ami is like friend good. The fashion victim attacks with razor paper and eventually pins Usagi to a wall. Crying her eyes out doesn't affect this new baddie so clearly Usagi is dead. Ami gets all upset that her one and only friend in this world might be squished so she starts to glow blue. Luna is like AHA I knew it Sailor Mercury time. She commands Ami to transform and Ami complies because you listen to talking cats.

And in those 20 years...Tuxedo Mask still looks lame.
Episode 2 of the new Sailor Moon? Be still my heart. I am not a fan of this every other week schedule though. :( Why do they hates us? Is this some magical ploy to make tons of money and I am just not seeing the point? In any event it was like a game, seeing which one of us on Facebook among my Sailor Moon friends would post the second episode was out first. Like NOOO my episode is still downloading, don't you dare spoil things for me! It is still weird to be blogging about something that to me happened like 20 years ago. Like um everyone already knows what has happened in this episode, why am I doing this again? Because I can folks. Because nostalgia. Because it isn't exactly the same.
 photo SailorMoonepisode25_zps6efada3e.jpg
See at this point Usagi already has a few baddies under her Sailor belt but now it is...one.
Even though it is almost the same. The only thing that really isn't the same is the fact that this episode wasn't episode 2 in the original anime. The original anime had many, MANY more filler animes. I think I liked...some of them. In the manga it was BAM BAM Sailor Mars and Mercury right off the bat. In the original anime we get a bit of Usagi being...well herself before she finally gets some help. Which I think sorta works better. Makes it looks like she does need someone else in her life to help as a Scout. To get her back on track. And it gave her a few episodes with her normal friends before they are totally thrown away and forgotten. So yeah SOME filler episodes are great but not an entire arch and what not, friend of the week thing.
 photo SailorMoonepisode29_zps37325d99.jpg
I forgot to take a screenie of Queen Beryl so have a questionable art pic instead.
I think Queen Beryl sucks. I do appreciate that in this anime her position is explained a little better. Well I say that and her position was explained better in the original JAPANESE anime. I have seen every single episode of Sailor Moon but I have seen it more times DUBBED. A tragedy I know. So back in the day Queen Beryl was really acting like the one in charge instead of the middle man. She was second in command of the baddie Universe but she liked to act like she was in charge. But I guess it doesn't matter what version of the show Queen Beryl is in because she is always sounds super vague. Like find the Silver Crystal. Why did you fail at your first attempt? Like um did you see the Silver Crystal there? Oh wait does Jadeite even know what the stupid thing looks like? Yeah he doesn't. Plus some girl was throwing around a tiara killing his mud people. Give the guy a break. What are you doing all day anyway, cackling and waving your hands over your wand? Set your people up for success, not failure.
 photo SailorMoonepisode24_zps950c62b9.jpg
How about you explain this Sailor Moon stuff more before you make me commit to it.
Usagi has been Sailor Moon for about 5 minutes and Luna is already on her back. Like bish, it's not like this is Usagi from the original Sailor Moon. This seems to be manga Usagi who isn't...as dumb. Like I would call her a simple, sweet girl instead for a complete ditz who is lucky to be alive in the original manga. So chill Luna. She just got this gig and her friend was attack by a monster that looked like her mother. You are lucky she didn't quit already. It's like Luna went to the Queen Beryl school of explaining things. You are Sailor Moon, find the other scouts, Princess, and crystal NOW. Like um excuse me what is the overall plan here? Princess of what? Scouts of what? What does the crystal look like? Usagi might not be helping my case with her day dreaming about Tuxedo Mask. I would be like um that is a weird super hero outfit Mr. Sitting There Watching My Friend Be Attack dude.
 photo SailorMoonepisode26_zps4f2f930e.jpg
Clearly life is unfair if your name is not Ami.
So while Luna is researching who might be a Sailor Scout (Ami) Usagi's friends focus on a certain girl in class that always does well on tests (Ami). A total coincidence I am sure. I like how Usagi really has rocks for brains but is nice and wears her heart on her sleeve. She isn't snide or snotty. Umino could have gone that way when talking about Ami. He seems to be the kind of person who would want to be ranked number one in the school and here this genius/rich girl is getting all the glory. But nope Usagi and her friends just talk about how smart the girl is without being TOO catty. They are teenage girls after all. Part of this talk included the Crystal Seminar cram school Ami attends but part of it talks about what kind of person Ami is personally. Ami gets a bit sad as this seems to often be talk in the school. No one wants to approach her so she has no friends which makes her unapproachable. Sad genius is sad.
 photo SailorMoonepisode27_zps6b853d62.jpg
Usagi thinks every single girl from here on out is cute. Just an FYI.
Usagi is slowly making her way home as her grades were probably at the bottom of the class when she sees Luna getting ready to jump on Ami. It has to be noted for the rest of the series Usagi is usually seen with Luna, with the cat liking to take a ride on her shoulders. And no one says anything. Like cat in the classroom okay. Cat on a bus okay. Cat in the arcade okay. The cat is just there now folks accept it like anime magic. Anyway Luna jumps on Ami because she is on the hunt for princesses, sailor scouts, and silver crystals so we should start by investigating the people Usagi is currently interested in. Because these things have to be in Japan and no other country. I love cats and if one jumped on me randomly in the street I might have had a moment. Ami seems to take it in stride and pet the silly kitty which gives her brownie points with Usagi and Luna. Loving a cat means you are a good guy duh. This girls Usagi an opening to talk to the girl. Maybe she was feeling....intimidated by the pretty and smart girl and just needed a reason to talk to the girl? I like that she didn't voice one of her reasons for wanting to be friends with Ami, the whole studying thing. It might be nice for Ami to do that but yeah...keep that inside until you are real friends. For now Usagi is all smiles and friendlys.
 photo SailorMoonepisode28_zpsb68cc1ee.jpg
I am glad you won a prize but I want one too!
Since Ami was not in a hurry and if she was Steam Roller Usagi is now in the house...it is time for arcade time. Given that there is an arcade on every corner of Japan (at least in the parts we were staying in anyway) Usagi was a bit shock that Ami has never been inside one before and never played a video game before. Maybe that could have been the case 20 years ago but really....really. Ami has never been in before and has never had friends? HMM! Anyway Usagi is nice and seems to want to be friends or can be friends with everyone so she will take this girl under her wing. Or watch as Ami kicks butt at this Sailor V game and win a random prize. I WANT A PEN!!!! I know for a fact you can't really touch the machines like that in Japan so Usagi is rather special herself but hey she won a prize for herself. That 5 minutes of fun really touched Ami's heart but now it really was time to get to cram school. Just being called her proper name by Usagi was enough for her and the hopes of doing this again one day. See ya later friend!
 photo SailorMoonepisode211_zpsbb47b757.jpg
A COMPUTER?! All fancy with a keyboard and everything?!
Ami makes it to her cram school which is called Crystal Seminar. I think the Sailor Scouts and Luna would have solved these issues a lot faster in the future if they just assumed that anything named Crystal after the baddies moving into town had to do with said baddies. They were not very imaginative were they? Lazy baddies. So back in the year 1239 or whenever this anime first premiered this episode made a bit more sense. In the year 2014...not so much. They are trying to be faithful to the manga and they tried to rework a few lines to make it make sense but Crystal Seminar was....cool because it used computers to study with. REAL COMPUTERS! For every student. Yeah later in the episode Usagi has a laptop guys. So maybe they could have....tweeked a bit of the plot and made it more high tech, like VR kind of study computers to make it make more sense that this was the place to be. But they did get rid of the floppy disk of doom. FLOPPY DISK OF DOOM! Now there is a brainwashing CD. Her Ami, use this magical CD to study with and you will be a doctor one day. Now I will cackle with my super bad wardrobe choices as I make it clear I am the baddie.
 photo SailorMoonepisode212_zpsf3cf3167.jpg
She was so different in the 5 minutes we talked yesterday....
Since shows like this focus on one thing at a time it is no surprise that one of Usagi's friends is suddenly enrolled in Crystal Seminar as well. The place that was super hard and expensive to get into is now able to take on Usagi's friend and later advertise in the street at reduce cost. Again anything popular and new that pops up in Usagi's neighborhood Luna should suspect is the enemy. This friend muttering to herself really doesn't cause Usagi that much cause to worry but hello they were going to get ice cream! Ice cream is way more important than school. Usagi might have heard people whispering about Ami and all the gossip but she really is a sweet girl. She knows the girl is a bit lonely so she goes out of her way to invite Ami to the ice cream date. No talk of helping her study yet, just a gesture of friendship. One point of Usagi. Maybe she should use it as extra credit. She really does need it you know. Ami being the lonely girl she is happily accepts but the nagging voice of her poorly dressed teacher rings in her head. She wants to be a doctor. And at the age of 14 if she doesn't spend every waking minute studying with this special disk who knows what will happen. Since Usagi and Luna have known Ami for 10 minutes they automatically know something is up and must investigate this Crystal Seminar school. Oh look Ami left her disk behind....
 photo SailorMoonepisode213_zpse0702ccc.jpg
I wouldn't be worried about talking cats as much as your poor fashion sense but you know.
While Ami is being slowly brainwashed by the fashion victim Teacher Usagi and Luna decide to walk out in the open to the Crystal Seminar. Like lala we will just go as is and not wait til nightfall. I know that Usagi is a 14 year old girl with cream puffs for brains but Luna? Also Luna might want to stop talking in public so much. Because when Usagi goes to litter some more with the Crystal Seminar fliers she hits Mr. Tuxedo guy in the face again. It's like he is everywhere now, just like the enemy HMMMM. But since he has ears he heard Luna talking which freaks out Luna and Usagi as they rush home. Home to where Usagi has her own laptop computer and she can investigate the CD on her own. Not too magical and the brainwashing wasn't very well hidden. One would think it would be a bit more subtle and would affect someone over time. Instead it was like welcome to Crystal Seminar GIVE US ENERGY! Time to investigate this more and see poor Ami who surely must be suffering.
 photo SailorMoonepisode214_zpsb101b4e6.jpg
I am sure this makes sense on some level.....
Remember the amazing pen that Usagi “won” when Ami was playing the video game? Well it turns out it is from Luna. Luna has obviously changed this game to give out prizes to her Sailor Scouts because handing them to the girls is way too boring guys. Way too boring indeed. I guess that is a nice change. Especially since Luna is a cat and doesn't have a backpack. This magical pen changes Usagi into anything she wants to be so when she goes undercover she can look totally different. Like she looks different when she is Usagi and then Sailor Moon. TOTALLY different. So to investigate this Crystal Seminar Usagi transforms into a doctor. Because people can literally study to death. Literally. Well in this case that almost happened. All the energy was being sapped out of all the students so technically they did need a doctor. Any other day though it would have been a weird thing to transform into. Also Usagi was a doctor for about 5 seconds and then it was transforming into Sailor Moon time anyways. XD
 photo SailorMoonepisode215_zps75db6319.jpg
Slowly though. Very, very slowly so there will be time to save you.
Before Usagi came to save Ami Ami was trying to save herself. In the original anime Ami stopped using the FLOPPY DISK because writing notes was better for her. In this show she was more brainwashed so the teacher needed a better reason to get all up in her face. Clearly that pen near Ami was keeping her from studying oh okay. Eye rolling. Since that is the magical pen she and Usagi earned together brainwashed Ami tried to retrieve it. Then Usagi and her Sailor Moon self came in to not really save the day. I mean she has been Sailor Moon for 5 seconds. Her screams helped last time but they didn't work on fashion victim baddie. Plus this was a close space and the baddie was able to pin her down pretty fast. It made Usagi look pretty useless but that is something that often happens in Sailor Moon so you know. If only she had an ally. Someone who could help her out. Someone who also got a special pen this episode...
 photo SailorMoonepisode2ish2_zps2559e4b2.jpg
Her transformation was so amazing it broke my download and I had to go elsewhere for screenies. Take my word for it, it was awesome.
Instead of helping Usagi Luna goes straight to Ami and gets awake enough to realize a talking cat wants her to take a sparkly pen and shout out some weird phrase. Like say this Ami now or your precious friend you made yesterday will die. FRIEND!? I need my friend. So poof Sailor Mercury was born. I love her transformation sequence better than Usagi's if that's possible. Apparently transforming helped Ami get less brainwashed because she was like BAM attack. How do they know these things? I mean we know why but WHY?! She was all confident and amazing and was able to tell Usagi what to do too. WE shall double team this super weak baddie who took way too long to kill Usagi. I mean she was slicing furniture but pinned Usagi to the wall. I would have suggested slicing her too. But either way Ami transformed, saved her precious friend, and Usagi did the finishing blow with her magical tiara. GO TEAM!
 photo SailorMoonepisode2ish3_zps5a7b990f.jpg
About....what?
I think that was about it. I did forget to mention Tuxedo Mask did come and save Usagi at the last second before she was diced but then it was all about Ami and yay friendships we can do this woohoo! For a girl who was all about studying two minutes ago Ami sure bounced back fast. Like yeah having a friend finally in life is great but now you got to fight evil and all that jazz. It sounds slightly dangerous. So we should...run off into the sunset to plan a meeting? Oh Ami. She is super onboard to get Usagi into an amazing Scout of justice. Luna must be pleased. Until next time! XD

Dramatical Murder episode 3

What post am I on now? 4 anime posts? It sounds like a lot in one night but they have been building up. And I think I am still behind or still will behind after this mass posting. Sadly or happily depending on how you see it the husband has to go out of town AGAIN this summer to take another class for his job so it will just be me, Duffy, Kira, and some TV dinners. Surely I can get some posting done in the meantime right? You know, in between obsessing over this Zankie craziness on Big Brother. For the record I am one of the same crazies, not the insane ones petitioning CBS to make a Team America task for Frankie to kiss Zach or to get Zach to kiss Frankie. My yaoi colored glasses like things that happen naturally and by choice.
 photo dramaticalmurderepisode315_zps318e5a46.jpg
Wait Jail?
You know, like this show and Love Stage. Totally consensual stuff happening in these shows right? HAHA....no. So what is up now? DRAMAtical murder episode 3. Spoilers for Aoba needing to be more upset about dangerous situations.
 photo dramaticalmurderepisode35_zps5815cf3f.jpg
NOT CUTE REN!! :(
Episode Summary: So instead of this guy leaning over and hurting Aoba like it was implied last episode he merely grabs something off the shelf. The interaction with the man and Aoba is very weird and wooden but the man finally leaves with his spare part or whatever. Aoba is like okay...and goes back to work. That night Aoba is walking around and talking (explaining) how life is like in this city. “Teams” gathering around, people displaced from the construction of the Platinum Jail, and how life has changed for him and everyone else. He thinks about how his life will change and where he is headed and is genuinely trying to be stoic. Aoba reaches his home and finds the door unlock. He doesn't know if he left it unlocked or not so he doesn't know what to feel. Ren says he did lock the door but Aoba goes inside without locating a weapon of some sort. It is super dark and when he reaches his room he finds....the blond dude with bandages all over the place messing with his computer. His name is Noiz in case anyone cares. He is quite confused with Aoba computer set up and what he is all about. He confirms he is the one who tricked Aoba into a Rhyme battle the other day. He wants to know how Aoba was able to beat him and Aoba honestly answers that he can't remember. Noiz demands that Aoba battles him again in Rhyme. When Aoba refuses Noiz threatens doggie Ren and Aoba with a broken arm. Before anything bad can happen can happen to Aoba Clear appears at the doorway and instructs Noiz to leave his Master alone or else. Before Noiz and Clear can get into it Koujaku runs in claiming to have seen some shady business and rushed here to protect Aoba. Koujaku demands to know what is going on and Clear sorta stands there looking confused while Noiz decides to insult Koujaku. Koujaku and Noiz then decide to punch each other in the face about a million times messing up the room in the process. Clear watches while Aoba grows more and more upset. He screams for them to stop and instantly they do. 5 seconds later Grams comes upstairs all pissed. She decides that all the fighting in the world will stop if they just had a good meal so she forces them all downstairs to eat dinner. Or just bread. Either way. Aoba wants to know why Clear is here and he claims to have heard Aoba's voice. Koujaku wants to know what the hell is going on and that is when Aoba does awkward introductions instead of calling the police of Noiz for some reason. Everyone seems interested in how Clear can eat and drink with his gas mask on.
 photo dramaticalmurderepisode310_zpsad3dcf70.jpg
This would be Aoba not asking why Noiz broke into his house.
After dinner Noiz and Clear leave the house and Aoba tells Koujaku that Noiz was the one who attacked him in the Rhyme game the other day. Koujaku is angered and remembers where he knows Noiz from his Rhyme group. It gets all confusing in my head because I thought Koujaku just had a “team” and allowed some of his people to play Rhyme but clearly Koujaku doesn't like Noiz for some reason. Aoba tries to brush off this assault off as Noiz being confused on who he is as Noiz keeps mentioning Aoba and Rhyme. The subject then magically changes back to Mizuki whom apparently needs more cheering up according to Koujaku. They promise to go see him together and no one mentions the police at all. Aoba goes back to his room and it is still messed up. Thanks guys. Soon Aoba and Koujaku go to see Mizuki at his gang head quarters but it seems like there are way less members there now. They talk about various things like Mizuki doing tattoos and a really well known artist liking his work. Then Mizuki and Koujaku pretend they are into girls and talk about that for a while. Awkward. They joke about Mizuki giving Aoba a tattoo and it is all grand fun. Elsewhere in town people are covering up gang tags and replacing them with new ones. That guy with the dreads is watching TV and there is a commercial for Platinum Jail which is an amusement park and not...a jail like I thought it was. The commercial says how much fun it is for people of all ages while the dreads guy has like war flashbacks and what not. I guess at the top of Platinum Jail the dude in charge Toue is being creepy, talking about drugs and looking oddly at the boy who is always sitting next to him. The next day at work Noiz comes to visit Aoba while the three neighborhood brats are there. Noiz dodges them and kisses the female's hand, saying that boys don't like rowdy girls. Aoba is offended by this kiss and can't explain why. So Noiz does the logical thing and kisses Aoba. Aoba then freaks out more and Noiz is like what? Noiz wants Aoba to play Rhyme again and join his team. Aoba explains that he has never played Rhyme before when he gets a phone call that something bad happened to Grams. He takes off running and it turns out to be a minor back issue. Still Aoba worries and carries the woman home. They think back to when Grams used to carry Aoba and their life after the parents died. Aoba worries about Grams and sets to work looking to order her a cool chair. Grams looks conflicted about something when she is in the house and suddenly she is in the back of a car with some shady business going down. Toue's assistant is all AHA so he was alive while Grams looks guilty. THE END!
 photo dramaticalmurderepisode317_zps3fa351c6.jpg
Aoba is still stuck on that kiss you gave him....
Well that was a poorly drawn episode of not much happening and a lot of things happening at the same time. I thought the summary was going to be 5 sentences long but I guess we all know me being brief is an insane dream that will never happen yes? But I did mean what I said about the poorly drawn part. Man episode 3 and we are already having a dip in the quality. I could have filled the entire post of poorly drawn panels but I am sure that would have gotten old fast. Plus everyone knows the moments I am talking about so lets just talk about the episode and have in the back of our mind that the art really sucked in parts of this....confusing pile of what.
 photo dramaticalmurderepisode33_zps9d8cce61.jpg
Speaking of questionable art....
So yeah the blond hair kid with a lot of piercing and questionable clothing did not hurt Aoba. In fact everyone in this show I am siding eying what they are wearing. The not twins are dressed semi okay but not for “team” activity. Everyone is dressed horribly so I guess I can't pick on a single person. But yes folks false alarm. This kid was not there to hurt Aoba just yet. He was there to shop for a computer part or something and it just so happened to be behind Aoba. Fake out ending of course. Aoba was freaked out by their interaction. Super friendly customer service in Japan and he cannot stray from the script. So when the customer doesn't play along Aoba is left all confused. Like err okay thank you very quiet man who is being creepy. I am sure if this was a normal show Aoba would have gone meh and called it a day. Actually I am sure he did but since everyone that Aoba knows now is a potential boyfriend/rapist he best be paying attention to these tiny interactions.
 photo dramaticalmurderepisode32_zps048eef00.jpg
Lala with a smile on my face.
After work Aoba walks home at the speed of slow, taking in all the sights of his town that he has probably seen a million times before but now that the audience is watch he needs to add commentary to it. How life is so different now that Platinum Jail is in town. JAIL folks. JAIL! What part of JAIL sounds like an amusement park? This sounds like some major Engrish fail. Or the evil makers of this doom like place are going HAHA aren't we clever and everyone else is stupid. But life has changed since this place has rolled into town. I am not sure if it part of Rhyme or not though. Maybe it is a virtual reality amusement park and Rhyme is a byproduct? I do not know. I do know that some parts of this town aren't the best looking and that maybe these gangs have formed due to people being out of work and displaced because of this nonsense. Never really a good answer to do that sorta stuff but it is a reason you know? Everyone is down and out and trying to make ends meet and belong to something that won't disappear overnight. Aoba takes a few moments to think about this place in all of this while he walks home with Ren and his giant bag that apparently has nothing in it.
 photo dramaticalmurderepisode34_zps235241c7.jpg
Annoyed that you are in my house?
Aoba makes it to his super dark house and finds the door unlocked. All of this makes no sense later as Grams IS home. I mean I keep the door locked when I am home and maybe they do too but why would all the lights be off and such if she was there? Since Aoba has a bad habit of leaving the door unlocked he doesn't know to worry or not even though Ren thinks it is a perfect time to start worrying since he knows the door was locked. I might have started the panicking when I found that there were no lights on in the house and Grams didn't answer me when I thought she should be in the home. And I think I certainly would have walked with my cellphone in my hand as I entered my room in case something was up. And used said cellphone to call the police when a strange person was sitting on my floor messing with my computer stuff. Aoba...just...maybe..you should be more careful in the future. Like super careful. I know you haven't seen all the....pictures of yourself on the internet but you need to go into every room now with a gun and a tazer. Just saying. Show some more upsetness or something.
 photo dramaticalmurderepisode37_zps92abdfff.jpg
Err being suspicious?
So Mr. Ugly Hat is in Aoba's room....why? He does say something odd to Aoba that gets no answer, as if Aoba didn't hear it or it didn't register. What are you? This guy, whose name is Noiz, seems to be a pro at computers so I am going to assume he knows what he is doing around them and what not. So for him to be confused must mean something. I am going to guess that Noiz wanted to find Rhyme stuff in Aoba's house? Because Rhyme is this life consuming game and if Aoba doesn't play Noiz again the world will end? Yeah it makes no sense folks. Especially Aoba keeps insisting he has never played before. Well not until that day he was jumped. Turns out that was Noiz. Now this would be the time where Aoba calls the police right, for assault and what not? Nope. Just nope folks. Aoba will looked shocked and stand there while Noiz threatens poor Ren and then Aoba himself. Is Ren AI? Can't he call the police himself? Why are you having a conversation with someone who broke into your house? Who cares about all this Rhyme crap?!
 photo dramaticalmurderepisode38_zps0fefe0f4.jpg
I have no idea what is going on but of course I will jump head first into the situation.
What happens next has me rethinking all the images I saw on the internets. Like oh okay so this is a crazy comedy show? First Noiz breaks in and is randomly talking about Rhyme. Suddenly Clear is on the balcony because he heard Aoba's voice. Then Koujaku is in the room having seen a shadowy figure from outside? Was Koujaku going for a stroll or was automatically coming to Aoba's house? Does Aoba have some magical voice that makes people do things for him at far away distances or does Clear here Aoba's voice in his head? All of these men are upset that the others are in the room and want to protect Aoba. Clear seems to be weighing his options as Noiz and Koujaku decide to fight it out right away. Of course Koujaku is in the right out of all the boys in the room but maybe Aoba could have backed him up a little bit? You know...since Noiz was threatening and broke in whereas the other two came to “help”? Instead Aoba was making sure to be noncommittal so he could have options for his yaoi harem. Maybe Koujaku should have hit him.
 photo dramaticalmurderepisode39_zps44e26f50.jpg
Grams is probably the type to sleep through a fire alarm isn't she?
More eyerolling that Aoba not picking a side in this nonsense is how Grams handled it. She slept through Noiz breaking through the house. Even if the old lady was taking a nap after baking the bread I am going to assume she left the front light on for Aoba. To have the entire house dark should have been her first clue that maybe she should call the police. Hearing all the noises from Aoba's room should have been her second. But since Aoba was being so wishy washy on what was happening I guess it is not a shocker she simply had a yell and got things under control. Even though Aoba and his voice had gotten the boys to at least stop fighting. I would have sent everyone out of my house with threats buy old school Grams is like a full tummy will help calm nerves and what not. So Aoba..when you find yourself in the position you often find yourself in the online pics just give them food. That should calm things down.
 photo dramaticalmurderepisode311_zps62bbeae1.jpg
We shall ignore Noiz because Clear is a bit more weird.
The meal between all the boys was really awkward. As it should have been since Aoba was not forthcoming with the facts. Noiz threatened cute little Ren. That means he is automatically evil and I hate him forever. Especially with his dumb hate. Grams should have had Koujaku's back since he has always had Aoba's back. Clear...well he took the attention of everyone else with his behavior. It should have been all on Noiz and how he broke into the house and messed with Aoba's computer. What if he put a virus on his computer or something?! But no it was about Clear. I mean all the boys are fashion rejects but Clear is downright weird with his gas mask. Is there a reason why no one asked him why he was wearing it? I mean him eating and drinking with the thing on was pretty weird but the first question should have been why are you wearing it and why do you always have an umbrella? Clear was making this dinner of biscuits into a light hearted event instead of a stare down between Koujaku and Noiz. MOG THESE NAMES!
 photo dramaticalmurderepisode312_zps165b5136.jpg
Aren't Mizuki and Koujaku on separate teams?
After dinner Clear and Noiz leave. Clear seems to be happy to be included in the meal but Noiz still pushes it with the glances and what not at Aoba. Only after they leave does Aoba mention to Koujaku that the crazy kid broke into his room. I am sure there was a good reason that Koujaku didn't chase after the beanie wear kid and beat him within an inch of his life. Maybe that sword IS for show. I mean...really folks? Instead Koujaku wants to talk about how he now recognizes the kid. Rhyme and his gang and other things like that. Oh okay so you remember him NOW! Besides the game being annoying I don't think the interaction between Noiz and Koujaku was that negative. Aoba seems more concerned that Noiz has mistaken him for someone else. Koujaku would have told him if he had right, since he has known Koujaku the longest yes? Koujaku didn't really take this concern as much. Like well the kid is insane so he is insisting insane things. He attacked you after all so who cares what he said? And as quick as the conversation about Noiz started it ended. It turned into Mizuki and how sad he has been lately. A bro is sad? Well let us forget about my problems and trashed room, we must make a coffee date with our friend! Forgotten Noiz issue woohoo!
 photo dramaticalmurderepisode313_zpsf5116750.jpg
What girls are you talking about and where is your neck?
After Aoba cleans his room and doesn't check in with Ren to see what the robot dog has to say on all this nonsense he walks his happy self over to see Mizuki. Who probably is in a worse mood now that even more people have quit his gang. I am sorry, team. Are we ever going to see what these teams do or are they really gangs? Because all we see are sitting around, tagging, and beating up. I guess we did see the guy with the dreads being all upset and staring at the TV. But I think that has more to do with Platinum Jail, the super Fun amusement park and not a prison, and not the gang situation. I am sure there will be more on that later and why he has tears about fires and people leaving is masses. For now it is time to see Koujaku and Aoba cheer up Mizuki. This mainly turned into a talk about tattoos. Mizuki runs a gang by night and tattoos by day. And he is proud of his work. Koujaku seems to love tattoos and both men fantasize about tattooing Aoba's naked skin one day. SO WONDERFUL I am sure. During this cheering up I guess Koujaku and Mizuki realized they were spending way too much time thinking about Aoba's naked tatted up body and it turned into a weird bro moment. Like incredibly weird moment. We got transported to a male frat house or something because all of the talk turned to girls. Like yeah we like girls. We totally like boobies and vaginas and what not. As Aoba sits there and both Mizuki and Koujaku want him. Take a pic of this happy moment as it is sure to not last long.
 photo dramaticalmurderepisode314_zps94cdf7b4.jpg
So about that hat.....
There was a brief scene inside Platinum Jail. You know the scary amusement park that apparently booted people out of their houses and what not. The dude in charge is talking to his male assistant about something. Something...we can't know about yet. All we can know about this place for now is that Toue is in charge and he likes talking to this random teenager in a horrible hat that is constantly sitting next to him. Is this kid on drugs? Anyway that was just for a brief moment. It is a new day in this anime and Aoba has to work again with his lovely puffy jacket. And who is this customer that has now walked in the door? Noiz. HELLO NOIZ STALKER! Aoba thought he had it rough with those random bratty neighborhood kids. Now he has Noiz and his unpredictable self. The first thing Noiz does is......get rid of the bratty kids? Well then...maybe Noiz isn't so bad after all. Apparently Aoba was none too happy with how Noiz sent them packing. A kiss on the hand isn't such a big deal to me but Aoba was uncomfortable with the whole thing. Noiz seems to think differently and has decided to show Aoba what kissing is all about by...kissing him! Score Noiz: 1. Rest of the potential pairings: 0.
 photo dramaticalmurderepisode316_zps86c16870.jpg
Noiz is a bit unpredictable.
Aoba's reaction to the kiss was shock. Like let me kiss me for 30 seconds then back away all shocked and slightly...not angry but the emotion less than angry. Sorta like when Noiz broke into his house and Aoba was like BAD BOY! Noiz seems to not care about the issue at all. It was like it didn't even happen in his mind. I thought he was going to say see, kisses are no big deal. Maybe it turned into a big deal and Noiz decided to say nothing as he didn't want to look like a fool. Instead he talked about the real reason he was there....join my Rhyme team. What? Even if Aoba is having some brain issue and he did play Rhyme before why would Noiz put someone he wants on his team in danger by playing the game with the safety off? Does that make any sense at all? Of course it doesn't. I mean I guess Noiz could have been testing to make sure this is the player he THINKS Aoba is but damn what if Aoba died? Like whelp there goes the best player I used to know. This train of thought got Aoba off the kiss which he really should have demanded needed more attention.
 photo dramaticalmurderepisode3_zps99232aef.jpg
Noiz will come back later. So you guys can be bros.
Before anything can come of...well the kiss and the demand Aoba gets a frantic call that Grams is in trouble. Boss man decides to show up at that moment and instead of taking care of Noiz Aoba runs out of there. Like runs. Grams is his only family. Probably him and her for a while til friend Koujaku came around. She took care of his after the accident and the family died. She works hard being a doctor of some sort to support him. Hell she even makes bread for questionable people because Aoba might be friends with them. So of course he runs off all worried. Turns out the old lady just hurt her back but you can't be too careful when old people get hurt. It takes a long time for them to heal. Aoba walks her home. Well carries her home. A bonding moment between the two. Aoba wants her to be around forever but that is probably not going to happen in this sort of anime.
 photo dramaticalmurderepisode318_zps0d0e8808.jpg
There seems to be a lot of technology in this universe yet they couldn't find someone they were looking for? Is this movie Transcendence or something?
The episode ends with Aoba being the sweet grandson he is by looking up old people chairs. Like I want to help my Grams out since she helps me out so much. Well..it turns out Grams has a secret. A big secret. Her back might have been hurting earlier but she seems to be fine enough to walk outside to sit in a car with Toue's assistant. Mr. Assistant is all smiling like a Cheshire Cat because HE is alive. Like ha you hid him but now we have found him. Grams looks sad so I am assuming the him is Aoba. But who did she hide Aoba from? Toue? The dude running the amusement park? Why would he care about Aoba? Guess I am going to have to keep on watching to learn this...weird piece of information yes?

Duffy the Disney Bear Adventures: Fun at Olive Garden and Adventure Landing

 photo DuffyJuly201427_zps7e970d11.jpg
This is totally not Christmas paper turned inside out. Never.
It was recently Muffy's mom's birthday. So many '! But instead of going to Disney this year (sad face) Muffy's mom decided to go to Olive Garden and Adventure Landing with friends instead. I guess that is okay even if Disney is more fun! We could have had churros but I have never been to Olive Garden so that might be fun too.
 photo DuffyJuly201428_zps21c9273f.jpg
Got to get the present all ready. Giving presents at birthdays is fun!
 photo DuffyJuly201429_zpse662a025.jpg
For the first time ever Mom was not only ON TIME but was the first one somewhere. GO MOM!
 photo DuffyJuly201430_zps3633a29d.jpg
I was in charge of the buzzer. You put your name in at the desk and you wait outside with your little buzzer. When it is your turn it starts to vibrate and gets all red.

After a bit we got seated inside the restaurant at a big table.

Mom forgot to take a picture of the food. :( It was a lot too! A salad and breadsticks and raviolis. All very yummy.

We went to inside to play games. While mom lost really bad at Who Wants to be a Millionaire Dad won the jackpot at this game.
 photo DuffyJuly201441_zps93b70f02.jpg
Everyone's favorite game of the night was this new fishing game. Basically we captured fishes and got tickets based on how many pounds we caught. Mom was obsessed with trying to get the bonus. The only person who got the bonus was Scruffy's mom though. It was fun to watch though. We had a great time even if it wasn't Disney. Yay golf!

Glasslip episode 3

How come everywhere else in the United States there are little old ladies who eat dinner at 4pm and go to bed by 7 and have no idea how to use a cellphone yet I have a chain smoking phone obsessed night owl who couldn't be quiet if her life depending on it? Newsflash! Cellphones are not cups on a string you don't have to scream into them. Gosh like really? Isn't she supposed to be complaining about me and my young and wild ways, spying through the blinds to catch me in the act of a moral infraction? I sense I am getting the short end of the stick here folks.
 photo glasslipepisode314_zps34df004e.jpg
So this is going to need some explanation.....
While I contemplate this grave injustice have another anime post. Number 3 is Glasslip episode 3. Spoilers for it being slightly better than episode 2 and maybe Kakeru isn't that creepy.
 photo glasslipepisode33_zps240b8a35.jpg
Because walking is dramatic folks.
Episode Summary: Touko realizes that asking Kakeru to see the future is making the vision she saw/hear earlier come true. Kakeru says he can stop by her place later as he is busy doing things. Touko gets all embarrassed that a boy is coming over even though she invited them and basically banishes her parents from the glass workshop as she has a “project” going on right now. She goes in the work shop to actually make a piece of glass as she thinks about this love triangle with herself and Yuki and Yanagi. Kakeru takes his sweet time walking to Touko's house, being all stoic and stopping so the episode can cause and be dramatic. By the time Kakeru gets there Touko looks at the piece of glass she is working on and sees a vision of Yanagi crying. Kakeru reveals himself and Touko ruins her piece of glass accidentally. Kakeru points out the obvious, that Touko's medium to receive visions comes from where she works. Touko has no time to say anything to Kakeru as her sister briefly walks in to be all smirky face. This causes Touko to send Kakeru packing before ANYTHING is talked about. While walking down the driveway Kakeru asks if Touko wants to see the future because Yuki confessed to her. Touko is like DUDE you just moved here how did you know? Kakeru doesn't hold back and tells her everyone knew but her. Touko says she wants to remain friends with everyone by seeing the future and changing things. Kakeru doesn't know if that will work but admires her spirit. That said he turns down Kakeru when she invites him to go hiking and walks home stoically alone again. The next day everyone is waiting at the hiking place for Yuki and Yanagi. Touko gets a little weird around Yuki while Yanagi pretends nothing is wrong with bringing a blow dryer on a one day hiking trip. Hiro's sister arrives with her new driver self to take Sachi to the top of the mountain along with their cooking supplies. Hiro worries over Sachi as Touko wishes her luck. Sachi smiles as she notes the tension between Yuki and Touko. On the way up the mountain Hiro's sister talks about Sachi pretty pendant and who it could be from. Sachi says it is from someone she loves (Touko) while Ms. Sister continues to try and make Hiro sound good in Sachi's eye. Good wingman.
 photo glasslipepisode311_zpsac943f6e.jpg
Whoa! We are being upfront...in an anime?! Is this real life?!
The rest of the kids go up the mountain and Touko almost has a moment with Yuki. She then decides to mention Kakeru and the invite to hike on a reflex and all this tension goes over Hiro's head. They reach the top where Sister and Sachi are waiting for them with about 47 boxes full of cooking things. Sister leaves and promises to return when they need a ride back. Sachi claims riding with the sister was fun, like a roller coaster. They take a moment to go a deck and look at the scenery where Touko tries to avoid embarrassing situations. Hiro takes charge of the group and setting up their little area. Yuki tries to go with Touko to get water but Touko takes off with Yanagi instead. They totally walk into the woods to look for water instead of obviously looking at the camp sites where other people are. They eventually find a creek and Yanagi flat out asks Touko if she is going out with Yuki. Touko has a brief freak out that sends both girls into the creek. Yuki gets the tent set up and leaves to find the girls, being a good wing man to Hiro in return. Sachi happily sits down and reads as Hiro makes a meal for everyone. Apparently the boy prepared a speech to woo Sachi but he sorta messes up. It is undetermined if Sachi knows what Hiro was trying to do or if she thinks he is an adorable puppy. Back in the woods Touko and Yanagi start to strip and wring out their soaken wet clothes. They sit down and discuss the Yuki situation. Yanagi confesses to seeing the confession and Touko's lame answer. Touko says she doesn't like Yuki that way and Yanagi is her girl. She will support Yanagi and Yanagi believes her. She vows not to give up on Yuki. The girls then start to use the blow dryer to...dry off. Of course Yuki appears at this time and the girls attack him, tear his arms off, and leave his body in the woods for the bears to eat. Or they all go back to the camp where Hiro has been working hard on the food and flirting with Sachi. At least the food is good. Hiro ends up putting all the 78 boxes of things away and tries to confess to Sachi again. It doesn't work out for him but Sachi gives him a friendship book because. Touko has decided that it is time to talk to Yuki so she drags him away to say....she doesn't think they should get together. He thinks it is another dude while she is tries to tell him they should just be friends and Yuki should open his eyes to someone else. Yuki doesn't throw a fit but doesn't like this answer. Touko seems relieved that hard part is now over. Hiro's sister arrives to take the supplies and Sachi home. Sachi thanks Touko for a wonderful day and Touko gets a vision of Sachi back in the hospital. She tries to ask Sachi if she is okay but the car takes off. Touko worries down the mountain with the others. Sachi does text her on the way home which makes Touko happy. Touko takes a bath with her sister later and tries to talk about the Yuki situation but the sister is more interested in the Kakeru situation. Touko gets all blushy face and probably protests too much. THE END!
 photo glasslipepisode315_zps063ad305.jpg
This is as far as Hiro gets in this episode with Sachi. Sad to watch folks. Well not that sad.
Well...I must say. This episode was much better than the last one. I did think the confession came a bit early but maybe the boys had been waiting forever to make their move. But after this episode I realize that Yanagi is really friends with Touko and her being...semi cryptic and cynical was mostly for show. Dramatic purposes only I suppose. These are just happy and confused kids full of emotions and what not. Maybe we can salvage this slice of life with a tiny bit of magical seeing into the future business.
 photo glasslipepisode35_zps59e5e532.jpg
Stop reading my mind!
Touko is at her family's house eagerly waiting for Kakeru to come over and help her see the future. Life has gotten way too real since the boy has come into town. I think that maybe if Kakeru hadn't showed up none of this would have happened but I don't think Touko realizes that. XD Sorta funny when you think about it. Kakeru arriving and looking at Touko made Sachi and Yuki all HMMM face which made Yanagi want together with Yuki which made Touko break up the no dating rule which lead them to this giant not so giant mess they find themselves in. She needs to take a deep breath as saying thank you to Yuki probably won't last for long. I would like to think that normally Touko wouldn't ask a complete stranger for help in her and her friend's personal lives but desperate times are desperate. Don't come in the workshop or else. OR ELSE!!!
 photo glasslipepisode37_zpsabf689a3.jpg
Well then....this is surely a match made in heaven.
Kakeru was at Touko's house for about 5 minutes. No seriously he was. I would have been pissed if I had been him. She should have just talked to him on the phone and agreed to meet somewhere else if she was going to get that embarrassed about her sister seeing Kakeru. Her trying to hide Kakeru made the situation much more interesting that it really was. I am surprised that Kakeru allowed himself to be pushed aside so fast but I guess he is sorta laid back. He did get an understanding of why Touko's powers work better around glass but that was it. Touko spills the beans on why she wants to see the future and explains the love triangle that seems to be going on. Not so much a triangle as Touko doesn't realize that Sachi likes her but whatever. Kakeru doesn't seem to show much emotion in the fact that Touko said all these potentially embarrassing things about her friends. He handles it in a very clinical way. Like what are you going to do if you see the future. Touko really didn't have a great answer for that since she doesn't know. She wants to do something so they will all remain friends but she doesn't know how to go about doing that. Kakeru notes that will probably fail but her trying to help her friends is something he can appreciate. So when Touko takes these...almost kind words as a sign of friendship she invites Kakeru to the hike tomorrow thinking he will come and maybe to say sorry for sending him away so fast. A hike would be a punishment in my book but whatever. Kakeru clinically turns down the offer and goes home in a very dramatic fashion. Seriously anime, he was walking by some seagulls, why the dramatic scenes?
 photo glasslipepisode39_zpscc422263.jpg
Pay attention Sachi, this is important!
So remember that hiking thing that Hiro planned? That Sachi is too...weak in her random sickness that she couldn't attend a local festival but she would be okay with a hike up a mountain? Yeah that didn't happen either. I can barely hike up my stairs and I am a healthy person. Healthy but lazy. This hike would involve Touko, Yanagi, Hiro, and Yuki. Sachi would be driven up the mountain by Hiro's sister. She would wait for them to arrive, eat lunch with them, and be driven back home after all was said and done. So how does this mean Sachi is hiking too? Yeah Hiro is trying to include Sachi and it is cute but I really wouldn't feel involved with this. Plan a trip to the beach where Sachi can sit in the sand while everyone else swims or something. But I would have loved to be Sachi instead. Like haha I get driven up the mountain and you don't lalala. Hiro's sister does a great job trying to plant love seeds in Sachi's head about Hiro but then she takes the time to mention Sachi's necklace which is from Touko so...you know. Bit of a wash there.
 photo glasslipepisode38_zpsf6728aa8.jpg
You wouldn't. Ever. Except at the end of this episode.
The rest of the 4 kids hiked up the mountain. Not my idea of a good time. Most things outside aren't my idea of a good time though. Yanagi had me rolling my eyes because she brought a blow dryer on a day long camping trip. At least it has batteries....The teasing between Yanagi and Yuki felt like one of a real brother and sister team so I am glad I know they are step siblings and it isn't as incestuous as it seems. I am an equally opportunity teaser though so I will point out that Hiro brought a crap load of stuff to make a meal. I mean at least it was brought in the car but still. Pack a small picnic lunch. But I guess that wouldn't give Sachi much to do. There wasn't much hiking actually shown as that is boring and what not and bugs. Really bugs folks. Yuki did help Touko from falling down the mountain which meant blushy faces. Any other day it would be a friend helping a friend but there is tension between the two. I might have freaked out too Touko, don't feel bad. XD
 photo glasslipepisode312_zpsa9361e30.jpg
Gosh Touko you can't even do a confession right.
Once up the moment there was a bit more teenage tension. I am sure the tension was there before as Kakeru told Touko earlier that everyone knew that Yuki liked her. Even him and he moved to town 30 seconds ago. So there are moments where Touko tries to get Yuki closer to Yanagi and she hangs back a bit. But the tension wasn't so overbearing people couldn't have fun. But then something happened. Other than Yuki trying to genuinely help Touko because finding water is hard moment. That was special. No folks...another moment happened. Instead of spending an entire season full of misunderstandings and hurt feelings things actually happened. People opened their mouths and said how they felt. Like flat out asked questions and gave answers. How is this possible?! Don't they know they are supposed to be in anime and they need to exchange hurt glances and misunderstandings for at least 5 more episodes? HOW CAN THERE BE THE TRUTH?! Well besides Hiro and his pure love for Sachi. He tried but really he is not ready for the truth. He can keep on being cute for now.
 photo glasslipepisode313_zps53bd6f4d.jpg
Well that got better fast. X___X
Yanagi struck first. And she didn't even wait for the adorable moment when she and Touko both fell into the water. Did they really think they were supposed to use stream water for a picnic site? Goobers. But yeah Yanagi had started to talk and BAM they were in the water. After they dragged themselves out Yanagi told Touko that she saw Yuki confess, heard Touko's lame reply, and wanted to know what Touko was going to do about it. I mean she didn't confess EVERYTHING, like how she basically set things up for Touko to take back the no dating rule but she was more upfront than normal teenage girls. I found it refreshing that she was being honest with Touko. In turn Touko was honest with her. No I don't like Yuki. I think of him as a friend. I have always thought you two would be a better couple. And I promise to make it better. We don't know if Touko can make that happen as it involves Yuki's feelings but she and Yanagi are friends. Close friends. She would never want anyone to be hurt and I think she can appreciate how Yanagi was...well I guess mature about it. I will call Yanagi mature. Now they shall celebrate by actually using the damn dryer that Yanagi brought and freak out when Yuki sees them half naked in the process. YAY FRIENDS!
 photo glasslipepisode316_zps099e4538.jpg
Yuki is speechless by the honesty.
Touko decides to keep this honest train going. I was a bit...shocked. But maybe I shouldn't be. These are kids that have known each other forever and she really does want to fix things as fast as possible. So while Hiro has all the fun of making the food and taking down camp alone while not being able to get out to Sachi how he feels Touko goes to have her own talk with Yuki. Which was rather short. I think I like that too. Touko told Yuki that he is her precious friend and that she won't be returning his feelings. Yuki was of course upset but didn't rage against the walls or beg Touko to change her mind or tell her to give it time as she will learn to love him. The name Kakeru got thrown around a bit but I guess that is to be expected. Overall they handled the situation maturely and without...well it was awkward but they moved past it. I am sure he still likes Touko and Touko will still try to Yanagi but I like that Yuki was told up front that he wasn't going to get any Touko action. Lets just get that out there in the open so Yuki doesn't have false hope and look pathetic.
 photo glasslipepisode317_zpscc8f0d94.jpg
Looks like a hospital to me.....
As everyone is getting ready to leave (4 kids walking down the mountain and Sachi taking the van via Hiro's sister) Touko's gets another vision. She gets a lot of these. We haven't gotten much confirmation on this but everyone does know she sees things right? She just hasn't told them yet that they have been classified as visions of the future from Kakeru. Anyway Touko sees Sachi and a hospital and assumes the worse. We don't know what is wrong with the girl yet but something is wrong with Sachi, enough that she can't hike up a mountain or spend time with people at a festival. So Touko is really worried. She can only ask if Sachi is feeling okay right now as...well what else can she do? Sachi is sick, not injured in the future. Touko can't really fix that and I am sure that will become a sad point for her and maybe Kakeru in the future. That seeing things and not being able to change them is heart breaking. Moreso than not getting Yuki and Yanagi together.
 photo glasslipepisode3_zps1553e265.jpg
Gosh stop assuming I like a boy I have spent a grand total of 30 minutes with!
The episode ends with Touko having some bath time with her sister. I have a feeling that I should learn the sisters' names in this show but I guess I am being lazy at this point. Maybe if they add more I will learn them. Not going to learn Mom or Dad or Gramps though. That is universal for all animes I seem to watch. Only people between the ages of 12-22 matter in animes gosh. Older than that and you might as well be a senior citizen. Anyway Touko has a lot to think about including Kakeru. Well she wasn't thinking about him. She was thinking about being confessed to (what Yuki did) and the sister assumed she was talking about the boy in the shed Kakeru. Wait? Boy? I like him? Yeah I am slightly rolling my eyes at that folks. They haven't had much interaction at this point and one of them, the first one, involved some weird look at the school's chickens. Maybe she is attracted to what she thinks is the bad boy in him but I want more interaction before there is instant love or something. At least have a fish growing out of her knee or something to tie them together. I guess we will see how this works out now that there are a correct amount of people for this new love orgy!
