Mirai Nikki episode 26 FINAL EPISODE

XO The stores are trying to tempt me. They know I have a weakness for sales and deals. I can have 32893 boxes of cereal in my cabinet but if they are 50 cents off at the store I need to buy more. Or if discount stores magically start having some of my favorite collectables at 65 percent off I have to get them all. Even if I am trying to save money for Japan and anime conventions and crazy adult things like bills. Even if the husband (jokingly) says well you would save 100 percent if you didn’t buy them at all.

It is like they want me to fail.

Ready to blast the logic out of your brain?

So while I contemplate going to every single discount store tomorrow and spending even more money it is time to talk about the failure that is Yuki’s life. Ah yes the conclusion to Mirai Nikki episode 26. Me thinks it would have been better had episodes 25 and 26 aired together, like with Madoka. But in any event spoilers for….err…happy people?

Well that much is obvious Yuki.

Episode Summary: Yuki is having a magical day in Not Real World. He is finally going to see the stars with his mom and dad. But something doesn’t seem right. Oh yes he really is trapped in a giant sphere on top of his now broken school. MurMur cackles to herself that all is going well. She summons 3rd Yuno’s dad so she can glue him back together. Wouldn’t want to ruin that space time continuum. With that done all Yuno has to do is kill 3rd Yuno and all will be well. 3rd Yuno ends up waking up and is like what is going on? Yuno conceals herself and tells 3rd Yuno she knows her life and how said it is and she can end her suffering. 3rd Yuno says that she knows her parents love her deep down and if she just waits one day they will recognize her feelings. Yuno is like yeah I am killing you and finding 3rd Yuki.

Smart Yuno. Trying to make 3rd Yuno kill herself. I see what you are doing.

While this is going on 3rd Keigo has arrived with 3rd Nishijima and 3rd Yuno’s mom. 3rd Nishijima quickly makes himself useless by finding Minene who is NOT dead. Inside the sphere Yuki is slowly realizing something is wrong and that he needs to leave. MurMur is freaking out because there are so many changes to the space time continuum NONE of the Diary Users are going to end up Diary Users. They are all shown being affected by the time traveling crazies and/or explosion in town. The biggest change would be 11th learning he dies in the game and that eventually the winner will go on to NOT become god. 11th quickly tells Deus who is against the games now. Despite all this Yuno is still crazy so a stabbing she will go. Daddy Yuno shields 3rd Yuno from the attack and Mommy Yuno arrives on the scene. The family reconnects during this horrible moment which touches Yuno is horrible and positive ways. She decides that she is going to kill them all and 3rd Keigo fires at Yuno. Only Yuki’s fake parents have given him enough support that he can break free from the sphere with a little help from…MurMur? Two MurMurs?

The 438473th time your mom locked you up in the cage?

The new MurMur reveals herself to be number 2 (because they are numbered in the event of time travel I guess….) while the one with Yuno is revealed to be number 1. In any event Yuno is not shot and Yuki holds her close. He says he is going to save her and Yuno needs to stab him. Yuki says he has killed too many people and he wants Yuno to go back to the 2nd world and have a place for herself. Yuno contemplates this….and stabs herself. Yuki is like NOOO I LOVE YOU and she says kiss me you silly fool. She dies and 2nd MurMur declares Yuki the winner. She quickly takes him back to the second world which is falling apart. Yuki is god of nothing yay! Back in the 3rd world everyone is having the best life ever. Especially Minene who has married (or at least procreated) with 3rd Nishijima who is trying to arrest 3rd Minene. Everyone is much better off with the whole not being dead thing. Well maybe not high school teacher dude who is in jail but everyone else is doing fine. Even Akise is in the 3rd world, acting as some kind of space time continuum….spy or something. 3rd Yuno is seen with her friends showing off happy pictures of her family. In the background 3rd Yuki is walking with his family and momma look alike girlfriend. 3rd Yuno thinks something is missing from her life but can’t put her finger on it. Back in the 2nd world it has been 10,000 years and there is nothing. Yuki has no motivation to do anything, make a world without his Yuno. 2nd MurMur is bored to tears. Then after all that time Yuki’s phone changes, saying that Yuno is coming to see him. The world….cracks and then….THE END!

Well well well. Mirai Nikki is finally over. Some people are happy, some people dropped this 3829 episodes ago, and apparently some people are crying. I think I have a lot of feeling about this episode and the series overall so bear with me if things get wordy. Or take an ice cream break halfway through. Whatever works. XD

Okay so Yuki chillin in his sphere world. I wonder if a great deal of time passed by. That could explain why Yuki magically forgot about Yuno. Like last episode he was like NOOOO don’t leave me but I assumed he was playing during breakfast time when he was crying about some girl. Nope turns out he really did forget about Yuno. I guess when one is living out an entire world in a football shaped sphere it is crazy to ask how Yuki forgot about Yuno.

Don't go towards the light Yuki! Stay here! You are going to be stuck somewhere for eternity it might as well be here.

Now maybe I am not a hopeless romantic who loves a crazy person. But maybe…..just maybe Yuki was better off in that world. XD One could argue he only saved Yuno and her parents by leaving that sphere so….you know…maybe Yuki could have just lived with his fake family in the fake world. He had suffered enough at the hands of Yuno, maybe he had paid his dues. Why would he want to marry Yuno anyway? Did he not do ANY self-reflection with Yuno’s words on how they really didn’t love each other? Guess not, he was too busy eating perfect breakfasts.

Good thing the one change in the space time continuum has been changed. THE ONE CHANGE!

But before Yuki broke out of perfect sphere Yuno had to have some more insane moments. I mean….did I need to say Yuno had an insane moment? Probably not. Maybe I should have said MurMur had a stupid moment. Of course her entire thinking that the space time continuum would be RUINED if 3rd Yuno’s Dad died was stupid. Because hello who cares where Dad dies if Yuno is going to kill 3rd Yuno? It would probably be better if he died somewhere else so Yuki wouldn’t find the body. So maybe MurMur is doing a lot of stupid things, like siding with Yuno in the first place. But MurMur bringing the Dad there to heal him was special. Like you couldn’t have healed him at the home?

I am going to put aside the fact that 3rd Yuno’s mom being in the police car with Keigo was beyond….special. We are just going to pretend she is so crazy she insisted on coming to a disaster area in case her husband happened to be there. Hey it could happen. Turns out she was RIGHT but yeah she returns home to find a blood trail and her daughter and husband missing. Obviously the first place she should look is the middle school with a rather large hole in it. That is obviously the first place she should look. Duh.

I am pretty sure Yuki found you in a cage. Just saying.

3rd Yuno was….I don’t know. She was looking pretty weak and she had been kidnapped by crazy people. So when she tells Yuno that she doesn’t have a sad life and she wasn’t suffering CLEARLY she wasn’t in the best state of mind. Almost like 3rd Yuno was crazy and insane but on a different level than Yuno. She probably has the same mindset many abused kids have, that things are going to get better and deep down Mommy and Daddy still love me. Which is sad and maybe I shouldn’t call her insane. But Yuno understood how this was all false thinking and she would probably know better than anyone else right? Even if Yuno is unreliable because she is crazy I felt bad for 3rd Yuno. Of course she would have ended up being Yuno down the road but you got to feel bad for someone in that situation right?

Maybe that was the whole point of everything. To paint Yuno as this crazy psychopath but once we understood her reasons…….no locking Yuki up with a pee jar was still bad. Yeah a lot of stuff that Yuno did was crazy but if everyone who ended up abused turned into Yuno the world would be a scary place. Or everyone would be dead. I don’t know, I guess I have mixed feelings about this. We want adults to be responsible for their behaviors even if they were abused in their childhood. Yuno was a teenager who should have known right from wrong but was too broken. I don’t know I don’t know. Yuno is very polarizing isn’t she?

So kids if your parents are treating you like crap just put yourself in mortal danger and everything will work out! The more you know....

Okay so that was all leading up to 3rd Yuno’s family reunion and how Yuno handled it. Now even though I just went on and on about how Yuno SHOULDN’T be a crazy person…I think seeing that heartwarming scene might have made me snap. Like OH all I had to do was be in danger (from someone ELSE since her parents were constantly putting/leaving her in danger) and my parents would have loved me too and I wouldn’t have to do all this?! Yeah that might have been too much for poor Yuno to handle. The mother should have loved Yuno all along but I guess she just needed something super horrible to happen to her to see the error of her ways. And if someone else was putting his daughter in danger, not his wife, then daddy could step in and not be the bad guy yes? So while this was all sweet and lovely, that 3rd Yuno and her family reuniting because of some brief kidnapping and stabbing I can see why Yuno went all WELL DIE THEN!

I have no idea why but I wasn’t expecting another MurMur. I really had no idea what I thought that Band-Aid on her head was. Sometimes anime characters just have Band-Aids for entire series and that is how it works. Maybe I thought MurMur killed MurMur 2? I don’t know. But I thought Yuki was going to throw himself in front of Keigo’s bullet and it was going to be a NOOOO Yuki moment. I didn’t expect that. But it would have been nice to see demon MurMur verses demon MurMur 2. XD Although….what did happen to MurMur….

Have you seen the 2nd world? No....okay keep on talking.

Yuki and Yuno had a heart to heart while 3rd Yuno and her family watch on IN TERROR! Hopefully they got their memories erased or something by Akise because this was scarring for life. In any event Yuki didn’t say anything real dramatic or out of character. He basically said what we were expecting. Kill me Yuno and go back to the 2nd world. Now after the fact Yuki probably would not have wished that on Yuno but at the time he thought he was saving her. Or maybe he thought he was saving 3rd Yuno. What matters is that Yuki loves Yuno for some reason and wants her to be happy.

Now….maybe…this was not a good thing to suggest. Yuno is crazy and wants to be with any Yuki. Well she picks 2nd Yuki in the end but five seconds ago she wanted to be with 3rd Yuki. Which… I can almost understand since I think all of these people are basically the same. Or would have been since they went back in time 2 years and not a few months like last time. But putting that all aside Yuki wants to die for Yuno and her to go back to the 2nd world. So….what is stopping her from killing Yuki and staying put? Did you say nothing? Okay then you were paying attention too.

Not that it matters since Yuno just stabbed herself. Well she has stabbed herself before and I thought it would take it more than one stab wound to take out Yuno. Like I thought Homura and her time traveling self would have to use the Navy Ships on her or something. But yes Yuno didn’t do the obvious and killed herself. Which might have been for the best. She had been through a lot, she came to the conclusion she loved Yuki, and basically she has nothing left to live for. Maybe she could have pointed out to Yuki she killed WAY more people than Yuki so really she deserved to die but maybe that was too obvious to say. The point is Yuno has done most of the hard work/dirty work this season so maybe she should be the one to rest in peace.

Yuno has survived so much worse. I doubt she died in 5 seconds. She and Minene are cockroaches!

I love how Yuki wasn’t even given 5 seconds to grieve Yuno’s death. Like 2nd Yuno is like WINNER even though SOMEONE is still alive. Poof who cares about Yuno’s body on the ground or the extra MurMur laying around. We need to get Yuki back to the 2nd world before the 3rd world completely goes to crazy town. Oh and save the 2nd world….

What space time continuum!?

I should have mentioned this earlier if I wanted to go in chronological order but I didn’t want to ruin the flow of the conversation I was having with myself. But MurMur was having a bad day. She was so bugged out about Daddy Yuno bleeding to death she failed to realize Yuno ARRIVING back in time ruined everything. Yuno just wanted to kill 3rd Yuno and take her place. Yuki wanted to stop that from happening. But the act of coming back in time, way too far in the past, made everything crazy and there was no way Humpty Dumpty could be put back together again. So yeah MurMur you glue Yuno Daddy back together. Fix the school and the huge explosions while you are at it too.

.....Still doesn't change the fact that all of those people COULD have raped and tortured Tsubaki. Like wtf was that all about?!

Some of these deviations from the timeline I understood happening. Like Tsubaki wanted to keep her parents safe since something crazy was happening in the city. Since her parents didn’t die Tsubaki didn’t become leader of a crazy cult Reisuke didn’t lose his parents and become a crazy kid. Minene sorta helped Keigo along but that does go along with Yuno going back in time so it counts! Takao (you know the teacher with like two minutes of screen time) was too careless with his crimes, trying to take advantage of the chaos, yet Yomotsu (12th, eyeball dude) was able to catch him. Since Yomotsu actually caught a bad guy he might not have felt the need to go above and beyond in his justice life and Takao ended up in jail.

Now I want to know who the "new" 1st would have been.

You mean a deranged 5 year old wouldn't have made a good god of time and space? This game was actually a bad idea?!

Some of the Diary Users…it was a bit iffy how their future got changed. In the long run it really doesn’t matter about Marco and Ai. 12th…meh. And 10th’s was just stupid. I guess during the explosions he goes outside to check on his dogs and seeing Hinata take care of his dogs makes him love her more, to treat her like a daughter? Oh okay. But the real Diary User I had problems with is 11th. Maybe I wasn’t following along correctly (and maybe one of my lovely commentators can explain this to me) but how did 11th get the information that he was going to die in the games? Was it because due to everything changing new Diary Users were chosen with different Diaries? In any event having a Diary that predicted the end of the game was probably way too powerful and bit of a cope out to get 11th to talk Deus out of the games. Really Deus, maybe this game wasn’t a great idea in picking the next god? REALLY?! Glad it took 11th pointing out that you would get no winner to realize that. Because it was a good plan when a murderer/crazy person would be the new god.

MOG WTF IS THIS?! I can't unsee this and I didn't even SEE anything!

Okay so all of that was lovely. I made fun of Yuki and his I WILL SAVE EVERYONE speech. Because in the end everyone in world 3 was saved. Deus listened to crybaby 11th and decided to go with another way in deciding who would take over for him (which turns out….was to pick TWO insane killers later down the line). So that means NONE of the Diary Users died. 3rd Yuno doesn’t become crazy and 3rd Yuki gets to date a girl who looks just like his mom. For some reason the dad is still in the picture. Not sure how that happened. Guess 11th and his DATES (poke out my eyes) with 8th were keeping him too busy to be a loan shark? No idea. Oh and Akise, who only existed to make sure the game went okay (yeah like that worked) was alive too. Only now to make sure the space time continuum was fixed or something. So while Yuno left the 1st world to rot (didn’t see anyone travel back there to check on things) and the 2nd world ended up in black swirls she actually succeeded in making a version of the world that was pretty good. So yay Yuno!

And you wanted to send Yuno here because...? I thought you looooooooooooooved her.

So where does this leave Yuki? Why he went back to the 2nd world. It is unclear if his indecision lead to the world to collapse into nothingness or if it was already on its way there. But in any event Yuki got to spend 10,000 years alone in nothinginess with only MurMur 2 and a manga. Oh and his cellphone that said Yuno was dead. WHAT A GREAT PRIZE! I am sure he was supposed to do something with his powers but given how many people in his life were dead and how many people died due to the black swirl Yuki would have had to start over. And since he lost the love of his life….he just sad there. With his long hair that needed to be washed and conditioned. In nothingness. For 10,000 years.

Starting to think Yuki should have stabbed himself.

I know this is shocking to hear but the manga ends on a crazier note. I read the last chapter because everyone was like MOG the manga was so lame. Basically almost everything is the same up until Yuki and MurMur look up at something cracking the ceiling. Because black holes of nothingness has ceilings. In the anime it just ended there, only hinting that somehow a version of Yuno stalked Yuki into nothingness. By hint I mean the cellphone SAID so and something was breaking into the nothingness. In the manga…..things go a little further into the crazy. Either way the idea that Yuno would be able to make her way back to Yuki is too insane for words. Also in the anime it was never really explained why Deus didn’t choose another god replacement right away. Yes they had more time (about two and a half years) but something would have to be done right away right?

Help....me...out of...these awful...clothes.

Nope instead we got…MINENE! WOOHOO! Once again she was never even thought about after she was off screen. Just Yuki is the winner because someone said so and off they went. It was like Minene was Jason or Michael Myers. Unless they shot her in the head, set her on fire, chopped her into pieces, and sent her into space DO NOT ASSUME SHE IS DEAD! Because she is not. In face she is ready and waiting to make babies with Nishijima!

XO How am I supposed to cheer for both of you? You can't both have Nishijima!....Oh look a flying baby.

Oh yes did I mention Minene actually got a happy ending? Because despite the fact she was trying to hammer home to Yuki these 3rd world people weren’t their people she sure hooked up with Nishijima fast! I mean…I was okay with thinking all these people are the same but she wasn’t. Yet she took Nishijima away from 3rd Minene and had herself some babies. I guess she had to explain to Nishijima why their kids could fly and why there was going to be two of her. Must be love if he could support her through all of that. So…YAY MINENE! You don’t get to be a god but being a stay at home mom to two flying kids and a cop husband is just as good right? Right.

And then 3rd Yuki ends up with the daughter his mom put up for adoption a year before she had Yuki. THE END!

Is that about it? I hope so because this got LONG! I feel as if I started this 4 hours ago. OH WAIT I DID! XD This series started off strong and I supported it through the many plot holes and Yuki being in love/out of love with an insane person. Clearly this was a show to tell people to be better parents OR ELSE! Or maybe that if you are the god of time and space The Hunger Games is not a good way to decide who should be the next ruler. Really it was a PSA people, nothing more. Plus Minene got to live so…be happy? XD Yeah clearly I am tired.

Mirai Nikki episode 25

Hello there lovely people of Earth. Today I had a trying day with my car. Really electronics in general hate me. The internet will go out, the TV will stop working, or the washing machine will refuse to work. Then my husband comes home and magically everything turns back on again. Today it just happened to be with my car alarm. Apparently when I put batteries in the clicker everything ceases to work. My husband comes home and magically it is all better. Making me once again look like a moron.

I would say I HATE YOU TECHNOLOGY…but I spend way too much time on the internet. Instead I will give it the stink eye and carry on until the next time something breaks down.

An epic showdown and everyone looks a hot mess!

As the internet stopped working last night…today the husband used the laptop and it magically works. So that means it is time to blog Mirai Nikki episode 25. Can you believe the ride is almost over? Spoilers for Yuno…pretending to have a sane side.

Oh Yuno....Yuno...always so crazy.

Episode Summary: Yuno and her insane self thinks she is like a half moon, with a bright half and a dark half. More like a crazy side and a crazier side but lets not split hairs here. MurMur is like psht I hate 9th but lets go kill Yuki right now. Yuno seems conflicted on what to do. Nonsense those feelings of hers. She already got Yuki’s penis. Time to kill him and move on to 3rd Yuki’s penis. But before that can happen the ambulance that Yuki called arrives…with Daddy Yuno. It appears he really doesn’t take part (yet?) in the abuse of the Yunos and is genuinely concerned about his daughter. He realizes that Yuno is taller than she is supposed to be so she stabs him in the gut. MurMur gets pisses because she is moving the Space Time Continuum with her random stabbings. I am going to let everyone digest that thought for one second……Okay Minene has her hands full with unconscious the 3rd Yuno and stupid Yuki. She eventually drops them off on top of Yuki’s school. Yuki has decided he is going to save everyone. Minene wishes him luck and flies off knowing he will fail. In the world’s ugliest outfit. Yuki hides 3rd Yuno in a classroom before he gets too sentimental. Good thing as Yuno and MurMur have shown up. They are now tag teaming Yuki with hand held weapons and that random sphere thing MurMur is flying on. Minene has called Keigo (4th) and warned him about his son’s health condition. Despite the fact that MurMur has amazing power Yuki manages to survive as the rest of the school is blown into pieces. Yuno starts (HAHAHHA!) having a mental breakdown at the thought of hurting Yuki. Yuki eventually reaches the “top” of the building where Yuno and MurMur are waiting. Yuki tries talking some sense into Yuno, to leave 3rd Yuki alone. MurMur response by throwing her sphere thing at her. Yuki dodges it, as he has seen he will die with Yuno’s knife. He plans on avoiding Yuno’s stabbing range but surprise she throws the knife instead. Yuno misses though as Yuki says he is doing this for Yuno because he loves her.

Maybe 3rd world will be a better place just because Yuno/MurMur blew up a school. Yay schools!

MurMur gets ready to attack again when Minene flies out of nowhere to stomp out MurMur. They battle in the air for a while with poor quality animation plaguing their every movement. Yuki tries to get Yuno’s phone but she starts cackling that her feelings are in the phone and she actually cares for Yuki. The sphere nearly takes Yuki out again. While all this fighting is going on news of the city being under attack reaches far and wide, affecting each “potential” Diary User in some way. Yuno has trapped Yuki in the sphere, turning into in a paradise for him. She can’t bear to kill him so she will leave him in there and start over with 3rd Yuki. Yuki tries to tell Yuno to go back to the 2nd world but she refuses. She also says she would have fallen in love with anyone would supported her and he would have fallen in love with anyone who protected him AKA they are not really in love. Then the girl that Yuki originally had a crush on appears out of nowhere and attempts to rape Yuki. YAY DREAM WORLDS! Minene appears having defeated MurMur. Yuno is like why were you even helping Yuki? Minene says something to the affect to because. Yuno is like….okay and lets MurMur out of her restraints. MurMur gets all demon face and goes to town on Minene. During this fierce battle Yuki is going about his perfect world in the sphere. It is unclear if he even remembers Yuno but he cries at the “dream” he has had about the Future Diary games. MurMur wins the battle and chews on Minene’s arm. It is unclear if Minene is really dead this time but Yuno throws her away anyway. Yuno looks down at 3rd Yuno…and it cuts to some stupid scene with MurMur and Yuno’s Dad talking about Yuno’s breasts. THE END!

Why do you hesitate oh great Diary User slayer?

Well things are getting wrapped rather nicely aren’t they? And by nicely I mean X___X chaos in the streets and how many more “worlds” are going to be messed up because of Yuno. XD

All the different Yunos EVER!

I am still feeling weird about calling them worlds. I mean I guess technically they are “different” timelines thus maybe different worlds. Just I can’t wrap my mind around how all the characters are insisting this is not their world. It is technically their world a few months in the past. Well I guess this jump it was more like a year jump? I get confused. Still it is still essentially the same world as no major changes have happened YET so to get bent out of shape about everything is weird.

You say that but then you come and rescue him. :( Silly Minene, the terrorist with the heart of gold.

Moving on to more important issues…I do not think this is going to end with Minene winning the game. I think that the “spoilery” opening credits existed because of her gaining Deus’ power later in the game. Not that she is necessarily dead. She has come back from the grave before. Just I don’t know if she even wants to be god at this point. That and no one seems to be COUNTING on her to be god. Yuki himself was like I’ll get Yuno to go back to the 2nd world and I’ll kill myself. Like um Minene is still in the game.

And then...what about Minene?

Which makes me kinda sad. Minene started off the most deranged Diary User yet now she seems the most….level headed? Almost enough to make me forget she did destroy half a high school and probably killed hundreds of innocent students to get to Yuki and Yuno. Typically people don’t cheer for bombers. But as the series has gone on Minene has been able to show different sides of her personality (well mainly because all the other Diary Users got an arc and then died). It just feels like Minene has been playing this game well despite being at a disadvantage and losing limbs left and right. So people counting Minene out despite being an important part of this game…shame on yous! She could have been a god.

Minene saves the world in many different outfits. But her potato sack look is not her best one.

However we do not know how many phone calls Minene made before going back to save Yuki and his stupid self. We saw her calling Keigo. We know they had a special….bond so to speak so it makes sense her doing that. But maybe Minene was so quick to go to battle as she took care of other things in this world. As in contacting 3rd Minene and telling her NOT to get involved in the Game. Things might have already changed because of the fire. Tsubaki’s family will not be killed thus she will not be tortured and maybe that will stop her and Reisuke from being Future Diaries. So maybe Minene is actually saving more people than Yuki could ever hope to. XD

Yep. That is MurMur.

Moving on I see some people upset that MurMur got all crazy and demon like. Even though she was a demon. I am not sure what the problem is. Well really maybe why Deus used MurMur anyway. Not a lot of takers being the second banana to the god of space and time? But putting that aside MurMur and her scary face didn’t really bother me. Yes Minene’s arm is really getting the short end of the stick but it MurMur has been a sneaky person this entire series. Lets make her dangerous too. Much better than her randomly throwing a sphere around. I do wish they would have shown signs of her….other personality though out the series instead of those stupid HAPPY HAPPY scenes at the end of all those episodes.

Just very beautiful indeed.

The battles between Minene and MurMur probably would have been more enjoyable had the animation been better. Normally I try not to nitpick about these things (hahaha…) but it seriously made things…well less serious. Maybe because Minene just magically came on the scene with these powers. Just way over the top. And the thought of MurMur doing hand to hand combat made no sense in my mind.

Good talking there Yuki. And really you didn't think Yuno would throw a knife? Are you dumb?

Yuki thinking he could talk some sense into Yuno…laughable. But maybe the joke is on me. XD It did seem to work when Yuno and her perfect aim missed Yuki. But again Yuki is so worried about the 2nd world. Craziness. And he thinks he can fix it all, save everyone. I don’t see how he can save everyone as 12 people will still have to be in this Game. 11 people are still going to have to die. But then I realize that Yuki is only talking about saving the important people to him. I think. Or maybe he just means the people who are still left in world 2 despite the giant holes. Now that I think about it I have no idea who everyone is.

Maybe they are the other Yuno's feelings? Your other moon side.

Yuno….oh Yuno. Just when I can’t think she can get anymore crazy she pulls something completely out of left field. Obvious field really. Like really she didn’t understand her feelings? Is she far removed from reality that she never thought she would fall in love AGAIN with Yuki and killing him would actually be hard? I guess in way it should make me feel bad for Yuno, that she is so pathetic she can’t even love properly. That she was so focused on getting Yuki she didn’t allow herself to feel and enjoy it. See I am having a hard time describing Yuno because she is that crazy. XD

I wonder what Yuno did the first time around to make Yuki believe in her, since she wasn't "cheating" her way through the game.

But something that really made sense, the most sense Yuno has ever made, was in regards to Yuki and Yuno’s love story. That it really is sham and that either one of them would have fallen for a different person if they met those certain qualities. I guess that could apply to any relationship. I mean if I went to a different high school I would have never meet my husband. But I would like to think that my husband is a unique person while Yuno was talking about falling in love with a specific quality that a number of people possess. If that makes any sense.

Yuki doesn't seem to get much. So just keep on thinking you are in love Yuki.

In any event it doesn’t seem that Yuki is buying that kind of thinking. Yuki is kinda special though. Like he shouldn’t have fallen in love with Yuno even though she could protect him. Not sure how he came back from the Pee Jar. My memories are haunted by that jar and I wasn’t the one kidnapped. So while I think MAYBE in a different setting two people thrown together in these circumstances might be able to one day love each other despite how they are using each other. However in Yuki’s case…no not seeing how he could ever put certain things out of his mind. Yuno is cute but I don’t think anyone should be the desperate. XD

Oh and Yuno’s dad. Not the part after the episode obviously but the other part. When Daddy came rushing home at the thought of Yuno being in TRUE danger. It makes me think maybe he didn’t have a hand in all the abuse, that it really was the mother doing it all. But then again…he obviously knew about it and didn’t stop it. So that makes him pretty scummy in a different way. But at least Yuno got a hug right?

Was MurMur really being serious with that crazy land?

That sounds about it. Oh and MurMur being concerned that Yuno will destroy the space time continuum. HAHAHA that is so funny. So very funny. Only one episode left folks! Someone is going to die. Just it is up in the air who that person will be! SO much fun speculating though.

Mirai Nikki episode 24: And out the window the rules go

It feels like forever since I have blogged anything. X__X I have been caught up in reading books…with and without pictures. My friend has let me borrowed all The Walking Dead books she has and I am almost done with The Hunger Games trilogy. So it has just been me and the silence of my house lately. XD Oh and the cat that needs to fling herself on everything I do in life. Funny how I seem to have tons of free time but I just waste it all away.

In other news I finished working on this little plushie I have had sitting in the closet since October. And by finished I mean start. And I had to locate it first. So yay AWA, I have finally have my little Peach from the plushie making panel. See I can get things done…like send my friend her Japan souvenir that I have had packed up for 10 months!!! XD

Silly god of space and time noticing things and such.

So compared to all that I am not so late on blogging Mirai Nikki am i? What episode are we on now? Episode 24 folks! Spoilers for…No rules?

The fact that this is episode 24 and Yuki still has to ask this makes me wonder if he has been awake this ENTIRE SERIES!

Episode Summary: While Yuno tells Yuki she wanted just one happy day with Yuki we the viewers are taken on a little flashback. How Yuno was dealing with her life a year ago. How her mother was ill equipped to deal with a child and often called her husband to complain about Yuno. Then Mommy Dearest would talk to Yuno in a cage about how a sad mother she was. Eventually Yuno snapped, killed her parents, and promised to marry Yuki. Then after Yuno wins the game and Yuki is still dead Yuno goes back in time, hacks her prior self to death, and continues on in the games. MurMur appears and alters some of Yuno’s memories so she can go undetected a little easier. Yuno has no interest in becoming god again but takes the Future Diary from MurMur. With all this knowledge Yuki still questions why Yuno did this all. MurMur is like um she is a crazy person and she needed someone in her life to focus on (aka Yuki). Then Yuki is like well if you love me why are you trying to kill me. Yuno explains to Yuki only one of them is going to win or everyone on the planet will die. So clearly she should win and start this process all over again. MurMur ends up taking a portion of the ground into the sky as things were becoming super unstable and Yuki is eventually pushed off the side. Yuno has instant regrets and is so happy when Yuki comes out of nowhere saying he is going to save Yuno. And he falls off the cliff thing again.

Minene...maybe if you let Yuki die you could kill Yuno faster? Just a thought.

Then out of nowhere Minene appears basically flying around and not being dead. She saves Yuki because he is too stupid to save himself. MurMur starts trying to blast Yuki and Minene but eventually grabs Yuno and takes her into the past. Minene and Yuki follow but arrive a few hours before Yuno. Minene explains to Yuki that Deus halved his power and knowledge and gave it to her. Then when they were in the bank he pulled Minene out before she blew up. Her task is to apparently help Yuki stop Yuno. Minene explains that this is now the 3rd world and that they have to find 3rd world Yuno before Yuno does. Elsewhere in town all the other Diary Owners are going through their past lives, with much focus on 11th making the said Diaries. 3rd Yuno is in her cage being tortured by her mother. When Minene and Yuki make it to 3rd Yuno’s house Yuki can’t stand the sight of her being tortured. He calls the police for help and Minene is like you is so dumb. Yuno and MurMur arrive on the scene. Yuno thought this was going to happen so she has brought along 3rd Yuki’s parents. Yuki is like NOOOOO and Minene takes him and 3rd Yuno out of the house. Yuki is like go back and get my parents and Minene is like those are not your parents dumbass. Once they reach safety Minene demands Yuki choose between his “parents” and 3rd Yuno. THE END!

X___X Well that was interesting wasn’t it folks?

Yuno logic is the best kind of logic.

I think what has been keeping me from blogging this episode (well besides reading up a storm) is the fact that everything was….very weird in this episode. Of course this show has been interesting all along but I thought within the world of time and space gods and killer teenager girls there was some sort of order. Rules were to be followed but despite the fact some REALLY weird things were going on it was all possible given the parameters of the show.

And I guess in a way….things still could make sense? I mean there are black swirls trying to destroy the world (second breakf…second world I mean). Diaries can predict the future…sometimes. And when the Diary Users die they just whoosh away. Oh and Akise was just a piece of walking, talking data.

MurMur didn't get the memo that Yuno is not the winner yet. But she seems to be taking the second banana roll to Yuno well.

But in any event yeah I was a bit X__x when MurMur just blasted back into the past (third world) with Yuno. Clearly Yuno was not the winner yet MurMur just went OH WELL and off she went anyway. I thought Yuno going back in time was part of her deal as god of space and time, not something MurMur could do at will. Like no someone has to become the winner before they inherit these awesome powers. Of course now that I have a few days to think about this episode maybe it is because Yuno still technically is a god? She just traveled back in time and took over past Yuno’s life. But would she not still have the same powers and what not? Maybe I should think about it that way instead of a total disregard to any of the rules that have been set in place since day one.

So much cheating everywhere!

However if we are going to talk about rule breakers…dear Lord Deus. You give 11th free reign over the entire game…actually you let him make the entire thing up and now you bring back zombie Minene. Well she wasn’t dead so I guess she isn’t a zombie. Oh yeah folks. MINENE IS ALIVE!! Everyone rejoice. XD

Okay enough of that. Yes. Deus is a giant cheater. If I was Yuki I would just fling myself off a building. MurMur has been on team Yuno since day one (probably because she works for Yuno) and now Deus is giving Minene the power to…fly and travel through space and be awesome. And do you know what Yuki gets? Nothing. Or 5 seconds of sex with Yuno. If Deus wanted Yuki to win maybe he should have given him a leg up. Because now that Minene is back she is who I am cheering for. How is Yuki supposed to win against Minene? He can’t. Deus hates him despite the fact he claims he bets Yuki will win. Poor Yuki.

At least it makes sense now why Deus stabbed Minene. He was impregnating Minene with his demon spawn. Or giving her his powers. Which can only be done by stabbing
Minene and filling her up with his….essence. I see folks. I SEE!

You hate people like me? Okay come work for me and one day have this job too!

Minene seems to be taking this all in stride. I might be a little pissed that I am not even allowed to die in peace. Like really lost her eye, lost her arm, lost her man, and was slowly bleeding to death. She helped Yuno keep Yuki alive this entire game and she is not allowed to die and be reunited with her man. But instead she is like WOOHOO let’s kill the evil bitch Yuno. She is pretty gunho about the situation despite being saddled with Yuki.

I guess when I think about it…I guess this makes more sense than Yuki winning the game and starting over in the new world (3rd world) and telling Minene what he knows. I know Yuki was being a bit badass a few episodes ago but that was Yuno feeding him lines. 5 minutes ago he was ready to kill himself with Yuno so I doubt he can really KILL Yuno. So those thoughts I had about Yuki winning the game by killing Yuno is laughable. XD

Because....two crazy Yunos would be too much to handle?

Well…..I don’t know. Maybe Yuki CAN kill Yuno. Since he is so focused on saving past Yuno. Yuno number 3. I don’t know why this fuels Yuki’s thoughts but apparently these are two different Yunos and past Yuno is just so innocent. Even Minene got in on the action by saying these people aren’t Yuki’s parents. I am not sure why they keep saying that. These are the same people. It doesn’t seem to be a different/parallel universe. Just these people are about 3 months behind in the normal flow of things.

He is going to save ALL the Yunos! Because he has done a great job with...everything else so far.

But Yuki seems bent on protecting Yuno. Past Yuno. 3rd Yuno. I am not sure why he doesn’t see they are the same person. 3rd Yuno isn’t some innocent little girl who needs saving. Well….she was until she took out her own parents. So maybe it is more correct to say that 3rd Yuno isn’t any saner than Yuno. They still went through the same traumas and given the chance would turn into a murderer who wants Yuki’s penis. So the only way he can really SAVE 3rd Yuno is to either go back in time further and not allow her to be adopted or to kill her before she becomes insane.

Hopefully Yuki doesn't try and save her parents...

But to be clear Yuno (any version of Yuno) has not had a very great life. Her mother clearly should not have adopted her. It appears that Yuno was a pretty decent kid (at least smart…) and her mother was not capable of raising a kid alone (as the father was away on business a lot). Anyone growing up in that environment would come out pretty messed up. Not as messed up as Yuno but I can see how her insanity started.

I am not sure what MurMur was trying to do with showing Yuki the past if she was going to have Yuno kill him anyway. Also her clip at the end of the episode was pretty….boring and crazy at the same time. Like this woman is having a break down and MurMur is making a joke of it. Not enjoyable to me.

Always prepared that Yuno. XD

So in conclusion Yuki is saved after being thrown off a cliff because Minene and her new arm can fly, MurMur is like EFF YOU RULES and travels to the past anyway, and instead of focusing on saving the rest of the semi innocent contestants Yuki is going to save 3rd Yuno from being hacked to death by herself. Fun times for all. Can Minene win please?

Mirai Nikki episode 23: Why is Yuki even trying?

HELLO THERE! I am alive folks. Just been trying to have a busy today. I predict that Thursday and Friday will be super busy and crazy days. Especially Friday. I might just pass out after work. And as such I need to have the house looking nice and caught up so I can be lazy after work.

Or I spent most of the day wasting time on the internets. The bathroom is nice and sparkly though! Kira helped by getting her cat fur everywhere. So helpful my kitty.

Oh Yuki. Yuki Yuki Yuki....good thing Yuno loves you. Because you is too dumb to live.

Without further delay…Mirai Nikki episode 23 time!! WOOHOO! Spoilers for some serious answers!

Can't be having the world end BEFORE the set date. The flowers haven't arrived yet!

Episode Summary: MurMur cackles to herself as she keeps a small part of Deus. This should be enough to keep the world from ending before the set time. Deus is very confused on how MurMur can use her powers with the arm restraints on. But MurMur is going to be the next god. Yuki has gotten over Akise’s beheading as Yuno has announced the world is going to end in a week. As a result more and more swirls of blackness fill the area. Yuki decides to stay at Case de Yuno as she steals electricity from the neighbors. Since the world is ending it probably won’t matter. Yuno is off taking a bath in a steel drum and asks Yuki to join her. Yuki is like no so Yuno will make him his own bath. Yuki thinks to himself how all of his friends must have been telling the truth and Yuno was lying. But Yuki can’t imagine sweet innocent Yuno killing him. At dinner Yuki shows signs of not trusting Yuno but the fact that Yuki won’t have sex with her is more upsetting. Yuno runs off all upset and Yuki spends the night pretending he can’t hear Yuno.

Hopefully while we are having sex the black swirls don't kill us!

As the week progresses on Yuki takes the time to visit his now destroyed house. Yuki misses his absentee mom and murdering dad. Yuki goes to the school…and doesn’t think about all his dead classmates. Instead Yuno shows up (in his mind or for real) acting cute. So Yuki decides he needs to figure out how he feels about Yuno. That night he decides he is going to take a romantic bath with Yuno in the steel drum. After that awkward fun Yuki says lets go to bed. This leads them having awkward sex YAY! After all that great sex Yuki is like so Yuno why did you lie about mom and dad, that I can bring them back to life? Yuno pulls out an axe…and throws it aside. Yuno says she was just trying to make Yuki feel better and says some vague things about finding out from Deus this rule. She asks Yuki to kill her since she is happy enough. Yuki says he can’t kill her if he can’t wish her back to life. He suggests they just die together and Yuno is like oh lord this again? Yuki then wonders what Akise was talking about, Yuno winning the game once before and this was World 2. Yuno then loses her damn mind and tries to kill Yuki with said axe. Yuno is pissed that Yuki ruined their one happy day with his stupid questions. Yuki runs through the house wondering why Yuno is acting like this post sex.

Yes. Because that would just ruin your plan...of slashing him to pieces.

Suddenly MurMur appears, locks Yuno out, and pushes Yuki in the hole where the dead bodies were. MurMur sends Yuki back in time, to the day when Yuki and Yuno were doing their future paper things and Yuki agreed to married Yuno. MurMur then says she will show Yuki the truth. Yuno and her super sane self scream at Yuki not to look as she hacks the door down with her trusty axe. MurMur floats Yuki through what looks like the data storing machine that nearly sucked in Akise last week. Yuno asks Yuki why he wanted to be god and how he thinks the first world ended. First world? OH SNAP it is story time. MurMur shows Yuki some visions of the past but Yuki says they are different from how he remembers them. MurMur explains she just showed him visions of the first world and he is living in the second world. In the first world Yuki and Yuno committed suicide at the end of the game. Which was nice and lovely until Yuno spits out the pills and declared herself the winner. When she tried to wish Yuki back to life with her new god powers that is when she found out NOPE no dead people rules. She then traveled back in time and killed herself (the Yuno who just joined the game) so she could find Yuki and start all over again. Yuki freaks the hell out over the fact Yuno killed….innocent Yuno? Ragey Yuki travels back to the real world where Yuno has broken down the door and has put on her super crazy. THE END!

I see I see I SEE!

I think for quite a while now I have been supporting a time traveling Yuno. So now that is has come as the big reveal I am more like….oh. XD I am sure other people guessed it was a time traveling Yuno of some kind so I am not sure how SHOCKING this knowledge was for everyone.

Now I want to know who MurMur really is!

MurMur was acting pretty weird. Well she has been acting weird since day one but you know. She picked up a tiny piece of Deus and declared herself the new god of time and space? Did she miss the part of the game where the WINNER would be the new god? Or is she banking on Yuno messing up again? She is all over the place, voting for Yuno to win this entire time yet now she is giving Yuki very critical information. Her real motives for this game seem to be the mystery now although I think it won’t be touched upon much. Poor Deus, he has no hands left to strangle her.

Just a normal day in the neighborhood. It's not like the world is ending next week or anything.

The first half of the episode was pretty dang strange. The world is slowly being destroyed by swirls in the sky yet Yuno and Yuki were acting like they were on Spring Break. Of course Yuno needed to be a little special and steal electricity to make this all happened but if that is the only crazy thing Yuno did then Yuki should be counting his lucky stars. It was just weird though, the amount of happy that was going on. Everyone Yuki cares about are dead and will stay dead. And the world is ending. So clearly this meant it was time for eating dinners together and intimate baths.

Yuno never fails to bring the crazy.

For Yuno this is everyday behavior though. Acting normal when in reality everything is insane. I guess I was expecting more from Yuki. He did do a few side glances and mentioned his phone but at the beginning of this episode he was content chillin at Case de Crazy. I am not sure what he was waiting for. The world is ending and the longer they wait to “decide” a winner the more likely people will die. I suppose Yuki was upset that their plan to kill Yuno and bringing everyone back to life has been totally messed up but there wasn’t much mopey behavior from Yuki. I would expect him to suicidal or upset. Something anyway.

:( And yet...he doesn't cry.

After a few days Yuki did walk around town and look a little sad. Oh and he acknowledged that Yuno was the one lying and his friends were telling the truth. Without a single tear. If I came to the realization that I killed all my innocent friends to protect a liar and crazy pants I would be beside myself in anger and sadness. But maybe Yuki is smarter than I think. Maybe he knew if he showed emotion Yuno would read her Future Diary and that would be the end of him. But that would probably be giving him way too much credit.

Um...so yeah.

So putting aside that the world was ending and Yuki was acting pretty emotional stunted and confused…we has a sex scene folks! WOOHOO! X__x Yeah that went over well with me. But I guess the awkwardness of the scene was accurate? It wasn’t totally sexy…but it was weird how they were pretending to be adults while looking totally like kids.

You didn't think to ask about this...WHEN IT HAPPENED?!

For 5 whole seconds (what Yuki is 14 years old?!) things were great. Then as they laid there in the afterglow of their lovemaking Yuki decides it is time to ask Yuno about that cliffhanger in the last episode. OH YES he finally remembered. A headless Akise texted Yuki something and after sex Yuki thought it was the right time to question Yuno about it. Oh Yuno that 60 seconds was awesome but what did Akise mean when he said you already won the game once and became god? MOG YOU SLEEP WITH A KNIFE!!!!!

Yuki ruined her magical night of bliss.

From there things turned into crazy town. Instead of denying things like usual Yuno picks up the random knife she always sleeps with and tries to hack Yuki to pieces. And Yuki has no idea WHY. Um because only one of you can become god and Yuno knows that you can’t bring people back to life. Maybe Yuki thought they were going to kill themselves like Romeo and Juliet? Yuki is pretty stupid, I guess it is understandable that he is confused about this random turn of events. At least wait until the next morning to kill Yuki gosh.

You are such a dumbass Yuki.

I think if MurMur had not interfered Yuki would have been killed by Yuno. I don’t think that I need a cookie for that line of thinking though. Yuki has been the weakest person in this entire series with the exception of his badass lines that were fed to him by Yuno. So yeah Yuki was toast. Yuno was going to kill him. It is unclear if she just snapped or if that was her plan all along. But the way Yuno was carrying on when MurMur decided to show Yuki the truth was interesting. Yuno was going to kill Yuki anyway so why did it matter at that point? Was she afraid that somehow with this knowledge Yuki was going to be able to turn things around and do some time traveling himself? Unlikely but the way she lost her mind was X____X. Questionable at least.

Just get to the truth!

I question why MurMur choose to show Yuki the scenes that she did. Yes we all know that Yuno wanted to be Yuki’s bride and what not. Much of Yuki’s flying around in space felt like filler. Got to stretch out the dramatic reveal as long as possible. Or maybe because I thought all of this weeks ago it didn’t have much a dramatic impact on me thus I am complaining.

So romantic. Well until Yuno got up.

But after all that boring stuff…XO there was still some surprises left for me. I figured that the first time around Yuno was slightly normal in the first game thus Yuki might have fallen in love with the hidden crazy Yuno. So I thought maybe he just committed suicide out of love for Yuno. But NOPE! They were all like let’s die together weeeeee! Only Yuno, being the hidden crazy, spits out her pills and cackles as she is the winner and will bring Yuki back. Like oh snap didn’t see that coming. But I probably should have since she did kill her parents, back before the games even started.

So basically I am the DMV of space and time?

I do think this whole you can’t bring back the dead is kinda lame. Yes it appears being the god of time and space isn’t a very good gig and you are not all powerful. Well yeah I guess not if you die while in office. Maybe this job really sucks and this is just a way to elect another sucker. I think most people would want to become god to do something supernatural and Deus probably kept that little detail, no zombie people, on the down low for that very reason.

She killed herself for you? WHY ARE YOU PISSED?!

BUT ANYWAY back to Yuki being a dumbass. I mean yes it is super creepy and weird now that we all know the whole NO DEAD PEOPLE rule. I would find that very suspect. But instead of focusing on that Yuki decides to cry about the dead Yuno. Because in his mind she is more Yuno than the Yuno he has been playing the game with the entire time. This is probably because Yuki is the stupidest person on the face of the planet. Granted I can see how Yuki could get very confused at this shocking news. But these Yunos are the same exact person. One just had a few extra months added on to her life. And she had a few more deaths under her belt. But this Yuno (alive Yuno?) said the exact same things to Yuki about being a bride and stuff. Alive Yuno just killed herself (Dead Yuno) before the game number 2 started. So all this NOOOO stuff was highly unnecessary. Or it should have shown Yuki that Alive Yuno loves him so much that she was willing to kill herself to be with him.

But he is dumb. And there is still the looming question on why Yuno wanted to go back in time. I swear if it was just to take a ride on his penis I will scream. Maybe she wanted to get pregnant therefore changing the rules or something. I don’t know. It is hard to analyze the actions of crazy people. MurMur seems pretty happy that she is the new god of space and time…despite the fact that there are two contestants left. Alive Yuno and slightly confused Yuki.

There are a few episodes left until this series ends. I can’t imagine that the entire time will be spent with Yuno chasing Yuki and having her explain away her crazy. Maybe there is hope for Minene still! I trust in you opening theme song, Minene was a different color. Maybe Yuki will somehow kill Yuno, wish to start everything over again, and make it so Minene is the winner by telling her everyone’s names. WEEEE! Or maybe Yuno will win again but Yuki will make sure he has his memories or something.

I think I had more to say but I forgot….I did start writing this on Sunday. XD Oh me and my The Walking Dead comics.
