Kamisama no Inai Nichiyoubi episode 12 FINAL EPISODE!!!!

So...I got home and took a nap. XD I am not used to working the early morning shift. I am a sleepy Tenchi. Two more days of early morning and then Saturday....SO MUCH WORK. But a bigger paycheck is always lovely. Now if my temporary employee would get her act together...

It's going to be okay kid.

But it is anime time now that I have awaken and received noms! Finally up is Kamisama no Inai Nichiyoubi. Finally indeed. Episode 12, end of the series...for now? Spoilers for Tenchi always being wrong. Always.

TADA! I made it whatever day I wanted it to be.

Episode Summary: Dee watches as Alis smiles at Ai. During her moment. Or what should have been her moment putting Alis back together. Dee has a moment of shock and sadness. But then Dee is like oh no, you want me to be the bad guy. Fine I'll be the bad guy! Dee wants to destroy everything now. EVERYTHING!!! Back at the basketball court it is all flowers and wonderfulness as the two smile on. Some time afterwords Ai is walking and Dee runs up to her. Ai looks on but Dee promises she has come on good intentions. She has thought about what Ai has said and has decided that Ai was right, she needs to tell Alis why the loop is happening. She knows this needs to be done even if things fall out of her favor. Ai is like I am glad you are going to tell Alis but we still need to think of a plan to stop the loop and save Dee. Dee wants Ai to meet with her and Alis at the basketball court to talk things out. Ai agrees and seems happy that things are on the up and up. Alis is playing basketball and basically is a sad person because he has the most amazing ability that makes basketball sad for him. Ai shows up first and Alis wonders what Dee could possibly say to both of them. Ai starts going HMMMMM Dee wants to tell you something but I can't tell you......Inside the classroom Dee has gathered the rest of the class. One male wants to know where Alis and Ai are. Dee pulls out her gun and shoots the kid in the head. Everyone is like.....what did you do?! The boy magically comes back to life in 5 seconds which upsets everyone even more. Then the episode starts to show Ai/Alis in the basketball court at the same time as Dee telling the classroom they should remember the truth. Alis starts to get mushy about Ai where all the classmates are gasping, that there was a dead body and so much blood and they made a wish. Dee is like so remembering this is awful right? Don't you want to forget again? Dee erases the date on the board and changes it to the day she dies. The world really starts to react to the changes, enough that Alis becomes alarm. He realizes that Dee is trying to reset the world and takes off running. In the classroom all the other students are being forced to relive that day. None of them are very happy about it and are trying not to cry. Dee gets ready to fall off the ladder, as she wants everyone to wish her back to life thus resetting the world.

Am I not the dead one!?

Dee gets a vision of Alis being the dead one instead and panics. Thankfully Alis makes it to the classroom and grabs at Dee. He starts to fall and Ai grabs him and the rest of the class grabs Ai. Once everyone is in the room safe and sound Ai is like...you are the dead one aren't you Alis? Alis nods, saying he is sorry Dee assumed it was her when ALL CLUES SAID IT WAS! Dee did fall out the window and Alis pulled her back in. He smashed his brain and was unable to be reborn a zombie. He is buried in the real world but he was so popular with his classmates they made this wish to keep these happy days. Alis has been trying to destroy this world to free his friends at the expense of being erased. Dee gets so upset as she remembers everything. She wants to reset the world again but Alis is against that. He points out all the 14 years they spent together will be forgotten. Dee had thought of this too during her reset. He wants everyone to go out and live their lives and think of him, that is way he can live on. The world slowly starts to erase itself. Scar and Yuri escape with the baby, saying Ai will be okay. Everyone says their tearful goodbyes to Alis as they walk out the door. Dee is the last classmate to say goodbye and is happy that Alis smiles at her and says the time they spent together was wonderful. Ai is the last to leave the classroom and she is mad that Alis brought her here to kill him. Alis says he has accepted this fate but is happy to have met Ai. She still wants to save him. She goes in for a hug but he pushes her out the door in a dramatic manner. Everyone starts gathering outside and Dee exchanges a look with Yuri. Ai is out in that big scary world looking at Alis' grave (whose real spelling is Alice). Beside her is...Alice?! He pretends to be pissed that he was saved and she smiles. THE END!

The obvious wish.

You remember how last time I was like WOOHOO I am smart, I figured out Blue's Clues, give me a gold star? I was super proud of myself, thank I was amazing, and obviously no one else could figure out these obvious clues. Well lets pretend that didn't happen. None of it. Wipe it from your mind, my over the top happy dance. Because yeah....super wrong. I see a lot of people are calling troll on this but that might be more in reference to the ending itself, not the twist. Still.....

EFF YOU ALIS face.

First things first though...I think I like Dee's insanity. I really do. Well not insanity so to speak. Just the way she reacted to the Ai and Alis situation. I'm so gad you are here, one of a kind special girl indeed. And even if Dee had cried that probably still would have been the correct response. But Dee getting angry and vengeful was awesome. Way more awesome than sad tears. Angry tears are better. Like oh you want Ai now? You want to destroy this world and me? Well I will show you destroy. You will rue the day you said that. RUE!!!

TO HELL!

And then in a snap of your fingers....She's smiling to Ai's face. Like oh Ai thanks for keeping my secret. You are such a good friend hug hug hug. I thought that Dee was going to stab Ai in the back with that creepy hug. Yay insanity. It worked on Ai. But Ai might be a little naïve. I mean how much time passed between Dee confessing and now? Dee has had a long time to think this over. Not that full 14 years but a long time. So even if it was a few days it still wouldn't be long enough for Dee to magically want to tell Alis this. Ai should have been suspicious. Like shouldn't we think of a back up plan first before we tell Alis?

Girl you're amazing. Just the way you are.

Alis and his sneaky self thought he had things figured out so he had nothing to lose going to the meeting with Dee, the enemy. He had to put up an act with Ai though. He doesn't know she was assuming wrong things. Not that Ai was good at hiding those emotions. Like I know something you should know but I can't tell you, toe in the dirt, guilty face here. Alis might know what is going on but he is still a dense boy. Obviously the episodes would have gone differently had Dee arrived and talked. I wonder what Alis would have done then.

Um what kind of plan is this?

Guess we will never know. Because Dee has a plan. Haha I will show you reset crazy people. I am going to change everything!!! She went about it in an odd way though. Guess Alis already did it so he sent the precedent for it. I also guess I assumed that Alis was poppin caps into people the day of the reset. I didn't think it was an instant resurrection type deal. But yeah, I am not sure how much listening I would be doing if the talker was shooting people. I might have screamed....you know, unlike those kids.

Needs more freaking out.

After the screaming that never started it was time for XO. Remember!! Remember now!!! Maybe there was no screaming because this one violent act triggered memories. See Alis, you should have only shot one person and you could have shaved years off this loop. Well and you would still be dead. But everyone else was like....oh yes...dead body...it was awful! We lost one of us. I realize now that no one mentioned it was Dee who was dead though. Stop trying to be sneaky.

We just wanted to be happy!

So that little tidbit adds to what happened next. Dee wanted to reset this world. Don't try to understand the logic behind this though. Your brain might explode. Wishes are wishes. And as such they can change because the very nature of wishes have not been explained. But Dee decided she was going to redo the day by magically changing the day with chalk and making everyone act as they did the day she died. Then she would plant the idea WISH ME BACK TO LIFE. That does seem like an obvious wish but you can't blame freaked out people right? So that is why Dee was trying to do, restart things at the expense of all the people who might be hurt if the loop never happened and at the expense of the memories she had with Alis.

As that girl LOSES HER MIND!

Now that is what was happening with Dee and her I think I am dead brain. The rest of the class...it appears they knew it was Alis that was dead. Not Dee. I mean they were acting really scared out of their mind and that might have been because Dee just shot and killed someone. That could explain the stuttering and what not. Maybe they thought Dee really was the one dead and them acting it out again was not helping their state of mind. But I really think that they knew it was Dee who started to fall and Alis who actually died. And since Alis was not there to rescue Dee this was going to end badly. Just make it stop, the horribleness.

We won't let you die this time!

I am surprised that Alis figured out where Dee was and what she was doing so fast. He was sitting there with Ai, being a liar and allowing her to talk about giving him a 17th birthday when they saw the world try to repair itself. Since he didn't know Dee had changed the day he couldn't really know what she had planned right? Maybe Ai told him on the way. All that matters is that Alis reached Dee as she fell out the window and SHE realized she wasn't the dead one. But instead of anyone falling out the window both parties were pulled from sudden death to be placed gently back into the classroom. So everyone can cry and lose their minds and explain what is going on.

This is Ai clearly figuring things out.

Ai decided that she figured out Blue's Clues too but she really didn't. Or if she did it was at the last second. Alis was slightly a liar. A lot of liar. Every time Ai said she was going to give him a 17th birthday he would smile. Or start to cry, like that is all I want. But really he was smiling because Ai was going to fail but the thought of her trying so hard was wonderful. He was crying because it was never going to happen. Because the little quiet girl Dee didn't die that day. It was the popular Alis that kicked it and apparently all his brains splattered on the ground meant he would never be a zombie. And the class was so upset at the idea of losing Alis that is why their wish was so powerful. I mean anyone being dead would be sad but Dee looked so very quiet. Alis was the life of the classroom, everyone's friend. It was so sad and overwhelming.

Because I was a ghost?!?!?!

Alis is quite dumb though. How could he not assume that Dee assumed she was the dead one? Wasn't she the transparent one in the real world? Of course it all makes sense NOW. Alis was a fake so he would be real in the real world. Dee's body was trapped in the wish world and she looked like a ghost. But of course she was going to believe she was the dead one. Alis couldn't tell Dee the truth or she would try to stop him. He was the sacfrice that was mentioned earlier. But DUH Dee was going to assume. Assume assume assume. Not sure how he thought Ai was going to help this loop though. Maybe he thought Dee was going to mess up and Ai was going to do her best to help Ai succeed which would really kill him in the end?

Ai who?

The goodbye to Alis lasted about a million minutes. I counted. Now that Dee has reset everything the world is falling apart. In fact if people do not leave bad things will happen. All the people who had been brought in here by Alis had to flee. Maybe Alis couldn't use those people because he did tell them the truth and they couldn't bring themselves to kill Alis? Either way this is like the whole 5 seconds of the show that had Scar and Yuri in it. Like oh no what is this time to run away. We will worry about Ai later. She can always take care of herself. We have to think about the baby. Even when other people start to appear in the real world and Ai is not among them we will not worry. WORSE PARENTS EVER! I know they haven't had much time to prepare for this but it is like these two adults have been out of the picture for so many episodes now. Clocked out mentally.

Just BAWWWW!

I have to admit...my little jaded heart was doing a whole lot of AWWW as everyone said goodbye to Alis. How Dee still wanted to save Alis. How Ai was trying to hate Alis while crying at the same time. This kid knew he was dead and tried his best for 14 years to make sure he saved his friends. Because that is the kind of person he was. So all the sad goodbyes despite the fact that the world was falling apart...I can accept them. Because Alis deserved this moment. I am not sure if Ai deserved to be the last one in the room as she knew him for the least amount of time. But she was and she did her usual Ai thing. Can't we think of a way to save you too? No peace out and go live your life beyond the ending song.

SUCH A DRAMATIC GOODBYE!

So what happens at the last second of the show? We see Ai looking at Alis' grave (whose name is ALICE by the way) and her trying to look sad. Sad that the boy in the grave is really dead and can't even be a zombie because he was that messed up when he died. But then we see Alis is standing NEXT to Ai and I felt lied to. LIED TO! Give me back my tears of sorrow. All of that emotion and feeling. I want it back YOU LIARS!

In a world of wishes there has to be a way!

Look I get why Alis is there. Ai didn't bring back dead Alis in the grave. She was able to wish to bring Loop Alis back to the real world. Something that wasn't supposed to be. She didn't bring back the dead, she brought back a part of a different world. What I am...X___X about is this whole show. The entire show folks. I thought it was going to be about dead people and it isn't. In fact I don't even think God abandoned the world. Someone has to be granting these wishes right? It sounds like he got tired of the complaining and he was like you know what...I will grant all your wishes!!! Only no one is happy with that either. All of this is speculation though since nothing was really explained in this show. It was just Ai going through one horrible experience to the next and everything but dead people taking over the show. Okay they were dead but different kinds of dead. Immortal Hampnie, not real Kiriko, not dead Ulla Queen of the Dead, sorta dead Alis, and not dead Dee.

I guess what I am trying to say is...I thought this show was going to be about something and it turned into a giant colorful and beautiful mess. No reason to what was going on. Ai shouldn't have been able to do half the things she ended up doing/handing, all the adults were insane, and for a world that is rapidly running out of kids Ai found plenty. I probably could have handled the not so violent zombie apocalypse. The problem is I have no idea what the show was trying to be instead. I guess it could be explained in a second season but for now....confused. A jumble mess of a world, full of wishes and crazy. Le sigh. Part of the ride was fun but part of the ride was so unsatisfying I can't say this was an amazing show. Good for what it was but then again...I don't know what it was?

Kamisama no Inai Nichiyoubi episode 11

Two posts and it is time for bed. I will try and get both episodes of Kiniro Mosaic up by tomorrow. That is the plan anyway. Then I need to do Illya and Titan since I am so behind on Realist I should save it for last. But that is what the late Tenchi is aiming for right now.

Well it is what I am aiming for this week. Because right now I need to be aiming for bed. I am going to hit publish and go hit the hay. More work tomorrow. Gotta fund these Disney trips somehow. Up now is Kamisama no Inai Nichiyoubi episode 11. Spoilers for...well look at the picture!

The face of someone who knows what is going on.

Episode Summary: Dee narrates the beginning of the episode. Ai has become part of the class and is constantly looking to find a way to fix the loop. She is shown walking around with Alis and spending time in the library. Yuri and Scar are absolutely useless, walking around and partaking in this town. Dee is a mixture of sad and smirking, saying that she won't let Ai stop her. That everyone else has failed to stop the loop and so will Ai. Later Ai is working with Yuri in the yard as a super content Scar tends to the baby. Yuri offers to help Ai if she needs it. Yuri warns her that it is easy to be taken in by this place (Scar) and that they need to be careful. Despite working hard to fix this distraction a month passes and it's Ai's birthday. A lot of the kids from her class including Dee attend as she turns 13. Dee has fun but watches Ai and Alis closely. Alis' present to her is....cleaning her shovel. Ai is grateful but slightly worried. She usually feels uneasy when it's not around her but now she doesn't worry since there are no dead people. This leads to destruction of this world talk and how they will work together to save everyone. Ai promises to make Alis turn 17, that that will be her wish. Alis warns her to not wish for anything. Instead of bringing up the obvious, that all wishes turn out horribly wrong in this new world, Alis is like people become complacent and it doesn't give them anything to live for. That human beings need to work for goals, not have them given to them. He also explains why he considers Dee an enemy. At first she was all for him stopping this world. But soon she changed, no longer the quiet mouse and decided that she liked this world. He has no idea what changed but he won't stop looking for a way to end things. Alis then decides this isn't happy conversation for her birthday. But soon they decide to pick things up. It is almost time for the school festival and that is when the reset occurs. Alis says that he has looked in the current world for clues and he thought he had brought them back here. One day the class votes on what to do for the festival. 9 for a play and 10, including Ai, for the food stall. This causes a ripple in the world as it usually is a tie with the play winning. Ai being the class is slowly changing things and Alis knows the world is trying to fix itself, that it is trying to get rid of what doesn't belong here. Alis is then seen putting clues all over the place about what is happening. Or what has happened. Dee them removes them before Ai can find them.

Well that was matter of fact....

Dee eventually misses a clue and Ai finds a news article, that a student died on that day and the rest of the students went missing. Ai puts Blue's Clues together as Dee walks up, ripping the new's article. She explains that when Alis first broke out with her, she had no idea why she had no body and tried to help him. But eventually she either remembered or found out. She was taking down the curtains in the room for the festival and fell out of the window. She obviously died and the rest of the class wished for this not to happen, for them to live on with their happy lives together. Thus the loop. Alis doesn't remember the event and Dee has been trying to destroy the outside world as much as possible as Whisper as to make this world look more appealing. If this world is destroyed Dee will go with it. Dee starts to ramble, trying to make it sound like she is doing this for Alis. But eventually it comes out that Dee always loved Alis and was too shy to do anything about it. At first she liked being needed by Alis and was too shy to do anything about it. At first she liked being needed by Alis but now she is scared of losing him. She begs desperately to help her. She want to be needed by Alis but she knows if Alis knows the truth he will pick everyone else over her. Ai doesn't give her an answer but she also doesn't tell Alis what she has learned. Ai wants to free this class, give Alis a birthday, and save Dee. Dee wakes up happily the next day. Today is the day Alis becomes depressed and only she has the ability to cheer him up. Before wishes were real Alis wanted to play basketball so bad, even though he sucked. He tried so very hard but then POOF he got his wish and never missed again. Despite being the star Alis grew upset over this “cheating” and Dee was there to help. As Dee skips over she is shocked to see Ai with Alis, them laughing and having a great time playing basketball. Ai asks Alis what he would do if someone had to be sacrificed to have the class freed. Alis says he would do anything no matter what to make this happen. Dee then has one of these NOOOOO moments as Alis has basically said I would let the one person die. THE END!

Sh sh Ai. I am having a moment. We can talk about Alis' hopes and dreams later.

Was...was I right? Was I mostly right about something? Despite the fact it was becoming really obvious? Sh sh...I want to be right. I want to believe. Let me have this moment.

Don't you want to be her friend? Or make sure she fails? Maybe you should have been trying to steer her in the wrong direction then?

First things first. Dee and her very unobvious self....could she has lurked anymore in this episode? It seems as lots of episodes lately in the anime world have been having people lurking in the shadows, being stalkers. Look at me always watching. Perhaps this was spoon feeding the reveal to come. Without this obvious behavior would it have been as easy to guess? Or maybe it was a giant troll as it looked like Dee was some giant villain but really she was a scared little girl...sorta anyway.

A month already?! WEEEE!

I like how more time passed in between this episode and the last than all the time in the episodes put together. A month, psht. We barely have covered that time frame on screen. Also that makes me wonder why Alis picked Ai to do this now. Wouldn't it have been best to wait at the start of the loop so they could figure things out? To have the most time to work on a solution???? HHHHHHHMMMMMMMMM.

HMMMMM how will Ai figure this out?

Also why was Ai necessary for this? Because of her age? Running out of age appropriate people who could have been in the class? I am sure there are SOME left. We saw Ulla kill a 15 year old during the ceremony. Ai is the youngest high school student ever. Or 9th grader. Either way. Maybe I am missing the grand point. I thought this was going to be dependent on Ai's power. Because Alis has had 14 years to get this right. Surely he thought of bringing in some young people and having them rejoin the class before. Right? 14 years is a lot of time to think of how to change things. Why does Alis need Ai to do this?

That is a lot of people failing....

If course all of this speculation is unnecessary. Because Alis really lucked out. Because....you know...I had my doubts about Ai. She doesn't seem like the most......well she doesn't seem very Nancy Drew like. Perhaps I am wrong. Ai just grew up fluffy. She wasn't really observant of the fact she was the only kid in her village, no one aged, and everyone had some degree of falling apart. But from a great distance Alis was like yep I want that Ai girl for my ultimate plan. Maybe because she tries hard? Like look at that persistent girl, she will never give up. Her heart is too big and she will feel the plight of all the people. Of course if Dee wanted to ruin Alis' plan why did she help him recruit Ai? Surely Alis didn't see this all from a distance.

In any event Scar and Yuri were totally useless. Perhaps Alis recruited Ai and thought SCORE I have more helpful people. Well he could kiss that goodbye. Because it doesn't look like Scar and Yuri did one thing in the entire month. Like oh look the calendar is from 14 years ago, I have done my part. Now it is time to walk around town and take in the creepy sights. Time to make the lawn look nice. Like is this real life?! Thanks for helping Yuri! Scar seems to be down for the useful count. She kicked some ass episode 3 and that's it. Even though Yuri warned about it, not becoming used to this world, I can't help but feel as if this will not end well for Ai's new family status. That Yuri and Scar will end up staying here. That the spell will be sorta broken. People will have a choice if they want to stay here in repeated bliss or if they want to leave. That way Ai can still save Dee. Me thinks Scar and Yuri would want to stay despite Yuri declaring Ai family too.

You get to be 13...for the first time maybe!

So...on to the birthday party. Happy Birthday Ai!!!! Everyone is way too old for you. No love interest for you. Wait, what am I saying? This is anime. Ai is 13 now. Boyfriends for everyone!!! Ai is the perfect age for Ai. He looks 16 after all. Still I guess it's nice that people were able to find joy for Ai's birthday. She did make a big deal about Alis' birthday so the same should be done for her. Even if it's going to repeat itself potentially. In this moment Ai is 13. You can't be having drama 24/7. Every once in a while you need to have a breather. But yeah...this is Ai, of course she needs a party.

Thanks for cleaning my shovel. For your next birthday I will get you a clue.

It wasn't all fun times at the party though. No no, Alis had a whole month to tell Ai about Dee. But it is birthday party time so lets explain things. After Alis gives her the lamest present ever. Cleaning her shovel? Oh okay. But I guess that was to show how even Ai has become used to this place. Didn't even miss her poor shovel.

Shouldn't that tell you something?

Dee and Alis....enemies? Mhhhhh. So what does Alis think about this? He remembers at the beginning, the before times. How Dee followed him out of the hole and poof no body. That she joined him in his quest to find out what was going on. But then it changed. Dee suggested that this world wasn't that bad.......See enemies!?!?! Yeah it's like Alis just know they aren't on the same side but he can't figure out why. Because Dee still went with him and helped yes? Voicing opinions doesn't sound like enemy material to me.

Blur vision time as Alis tries to leave himself clues.

Finally things got a little interesting. I typed all that and and finally got to the meat.....Is Alis special? I mean they are cutting it close time wise but this is the 14th time this has repeated itself yes? It now dawns on him to have someone break the tie? If this only affected his class at first clearly something in that room is the cause of everything. An event of some kind, wishes don't come from nowhere. Adding another member of the class would change everything eventually yes? If something happened at the festival, the point of repeating the cycle, bring someone in sooner. The most dramatic vote ever and Dee knows it.

The world being almost ripped?

It looks....to me....that the world was unable to fix things. That vote caused a ripple. But it looks like....to me...since it wasn't explained....that the Alis planting old news stories all over the place was an old Alis. A previous Alis. Something he probably did in the first few cycles but Dee fixed things and somehow Alis forgot about the articles. So that is what it looked like to me, an old Alis coming around because of the ripple. And Dee was once again trying to fix things. No explanation on how Ai knew where to look though. None at all. Just that Dee missed a news clip and Ai eventually found it.

Did she instantly get back up and start walking? Because hello WHERE ARE MY ZOMBIES!

Enter the drama!! On how I was mainly right. Dee started off telling her story very strong. Like yeah I died so what? Fell out the window and people in her class wished for a time when she was alive. I was going to complain that no one looked that shock or upset when she fell. But this was in Dee's point of view and it was all slow mo. I am sure the crying and wailing came later. They must have cared enough to wish her back yes? No one was like wish the bitch stays dead.

Alis knows bits and pieces but not all of this. So shut it down.

It is unclear on how Alis is unaware of this, since he has broken free of the loop. Why did he forgot about the news clips? Also it should have been obvious from the break out that something was different about Dee. Alis figured out the loop, found a way out, and could remember the other loops but not that. But knew enough not to shoot Dee in his crazy moment that Ai thinks is okay.

But this is all for him yes?

Dee rambled for a quite a bit. Like I am now. XD She was all like Alis, I wanted to help Alis. This is for him, it's all been for him. But clearly it was for her. Not that you can blame her. It looks like she is super dead, no body to go back to. This will end badly for her. And all this mousey girl ever wanted was to be around Alis. He was so popular and wonderful she never got close to him. But since this wish Apocalypse things have looked up. So she wants to make sure Ai is on her side and won't destroy this world. What will Ai do?

Turn that smile upside down because....

I almost thought that Dee was the one who caused the rest of the world's problems. That she wants to mess everything up so badly Alis will want to stay here. Can she make a with that powerful though? That would be just way over the top. Hopefully not. But I do want to know how she has tried to mess this up? Newsflash: Ai was not a good play for mess ups. I mean she hasn't done anything yet but....well....green eyed monster indeed.

Clearly he means himself but of course Dee will assume it means her. Enter the sadness.

Which is sad really. Dee's one moment of shining in Alis' life is to comfort him in regards to basketball wish. The one time during the loop when she can shine and be useful. Only she gets there and Ai has taken her spot. All that looking forwardtoness gone, gone forever. And if that wasn't sad enough Ai and her ill timed questioning skills asks what Alis would do if someone had to be sacrificed to free his class. Of course he said he do it. Because in his mind HE would be the one dying. He wasn't thinking of Dee. But Dee doesn't know that. She assumes Alis really doesn't need or want her. Thus next episode Dee will go crazy and attempt to kill Ai which will cause Alis to be somehow hurt and Yuri....will prune more trees. I see indeed.

Kamisama no Inai Nichiyoubi episode 10

Oh look Wednesday came and went. Le sigh. And this afternoon we are heading out of town again for another Disney trip. Two dresses and a skirt in one year? Am I turning into a girl? Craziness. I am going to see how many episodes I can get blogged before work but since I haven't even packed yet....here is one?

This world is still unclear to me but oh well.

After this weekend trip I won't be out of town for an entire month. XD My coworker will which means I will have to pick up her morning shift so maybe more blogging can get done? We will have to wait and see though. Here is Kamisama no Inai Nichiyoubi episode 10 though. Spoilers for Alis being slightly unstable....

....This is the only way into town?!

Episode Summary: A large fire breaks out over the city with a Ferris Wheel. Everyone in a classroom watches in horror. One boy asks Alis what he has done. Alis very calmly states that nothing matters, nothing is happening is really real. Alis states everything is going to be reset anyway. Alis pulls out his gun and starts to shoot everyone but Dee. Dee looks on in horror but then there is no more fire and all the dead classmates start walking to school, waving to Alis. Alis looks pissed. Back in the present Alis has taken everyone to this city. It is old and decaying. Scar notes there are no signs of other humans, dead or living. Alis says to follow him as he begins the most complicated trek to school as possible. Good thing Scar wasn't holding a baby. They reach the school and Alis states this is where his class is trapped. He leads them to the room where there is a barrier around it. Ai is like well I have seen weirder. Alis warns that once nonclass members enter this room they cannot leave unless everything is resolved. Rollin their eyes everyone enters the room. They find it completely new and nice looking as is the rest of the city when they venture outside. Everyone greets Alis warmly as he walks to a certain house. Whisper/Dee is waiting for him, having gotten food and warmer clothes for everyone. Dee happily gives Ai a hug as she has a body in this world. She runs off and everyone eats dinner. Alis refuses to explain what this world is, as he wants them to see for themselves first.

Oh hi there strange boy we all know. How are you doing today?

Ai starts school whereas Scar and Yuri look around. Scar is afraid about the baby being seen but Yuri promises to protect her. Ai is greeted warmly at school by all her new classmates. Also there are no teachers to shoot her in the face. Dee talks to Ai, trying to get her to join the cooking club. Dee also whispers that she hopes Ai see that this place isn't so bad. During break Ai tells Alis this world doesn't seem right, that it must be a wish. Alis does confirm that much. Later the entire group comes together and Yuri mentions how all signs point to this world being 14 years in the past. Alis explains he thinks ALL of his classmates must have made to create this world but he doesn't know the exact wish. He just knows the world repeats itself exactly the same every year. It is commented that this is a strong wish. Alis says he and Dee are the only ones who know what is going on. He was able to figure out the loop after 2 cycles. At first only the members of his class were here. It took a long time but Alis eventually broke out. He tried taking Dee with him but she turns into a ghost in the outside world. Alis has been working for all these years to break the other students out. Ai is like so you are a lot older.....Alis almost cries, saying he wants to be 17. He explains he has tried to bring people into the city to make the force field mess up. Thousands of people later and his classmates are still trapped as the world is able to mend itself. Alis also explains that he has an enemy in this world, Dee. Elsewhere Dee is thinking about her school days and how she fell out of a window cleaning curtains. She reaches for help and THE END!

Also funny: The zombie apocalypse has had two major acts of violence...ON LIVING PEOPLE!

X__X It's funny folks. I thought I knew what I was going to write, that I knew what was going on. But then the pieces started coming together as I was typing the summary. Like OH that's what is going on. So let me work my way backwards as I think this is how things are panning out.

Alis doesn't have the whole picture though.

We were lead to believe that Alis was having the vision of the class room. And that might be true. He might be lying. In fact I thought Alis was lying. That Dee was the one who made the wish, not the whole class. But it seems off that Alis claims to not know what the wish is if he saw the window sill in the fog. His problem. So if he is seeing that he knows what the wish is and he is just lying to the group. Sorta like how he and Dee lied about her being a witch.

But Alis is telling the truth about the class making the wish. I don't believe Dee made this wish. I believe shortly after God said GTFO to the world this school had a little festival. Dee fell out of the window and died. The entire class was so upset they made a collective wish to go back in time to when Dee was in their class. Poof the cycle of the beginning of the school year until she died began. That is why the cycle isn't a full year and why it's on a specific day.

Dead?! I ain't dead. See me hugging Ai?!

This does pose a few questions though. I imagine that Alis was upset that Dee died. So he would have made the wish too. Why was he able to figure out the loop and no one else? Why if he can remember the loop is he unable to remember the wish? He might remember Dee's death as he sees the window. So he might know everything and is just lying as Ai might cry some sparkle tears, that she doesn't want to kill/send Dee to the afterlife. Also this might pose the question why would the class be so upset at Dee's death as the dead basically come back to life. Things were still relatively new. Maybe Dee was still going to be Dee for a whole. But maybe this wish was made sorta of in the moment and there was a lot of fear of the dead?

Way to slide that in at the 11th hour.

Alis was slow on giving out information. And the group only has pieces of what I wrote. Now why is that? Of course why does Alis think Ai can help with this situation? There doesn't seem to be a whole lot of honesty going on right now. Waiting until the last second to tell them they won't be able to leave this world until it is resolved. Like he knew Ai was going to say no I want to save everyone, lets go folks! And since Yuri just made his epic speech he had to go too, along with his living in sin partner. Why would Alis want the group to make their own decisions about this world though? He wants to destroy this forcefield, this bubble. So why want them to see what it is like? What if they decide they like it? Like well there goes my help.

My little heart of gold needs to help everyone.

Ai is that kind of person though. Like no I want to save this dead girl. I think she understands thought, the whole destroying the world to save it. Alis just had to be dramatic about it. It seems that everywhere Ai goes there is a false community going lalala to the problems that are happening around the world. Like this isn't really happening so I will create my own world and ignore the truth. Now Alis might have wanted to tell Ai the truth. Because what if Dee tells Ai? Alis wants to destroy me. At least Alis is smart enough to realize this world is false.

Um....that is quite a bit.

But what is Ai going to do about all the people who live here now? Sorta impressive how much space this spell/wish takes place in. But yes. Now there are tons of living people who won't die and won't technically be dead in the world. What if they are happier this way? And why did Alis bring so many people? I know he was trying to break the spell but he might have gone a little overboard with the people. So not only will Ai “kill” Dee but now these people will be homeless. What is Alis' goal?

We are going to make this work...until it falls apart.

Scar and Yuri seem to be coming along rather nicely. They just are at this point. No questions. They traveled around for less than 3 weeks together and are not a couple. Because this is the....magic wish apocalypse and you might not get tomorrow. Seems after Hampnie died Yuri was like time to put to rest my old family and make a new one. You there lady with no emotions. Grab the kid that is half gravekeeper and that magical baby. We are now family. Good to know they are worried about people seeing the baby but given they are back in time people might believe this is the last normal baby.

And then the insanity kicks in....

Oh and did I mention how X___X it was to see Alis kill all his classmates? Like hello lend me your ears folks. Watch as I set fire to this whole town. And since it doesn't matter I shall shoot you all in the face. Just because. Perhaps Alis has already tried to get more people to understand the truth like Dee. Like look I shot one of you, see him walking back to school? But now that everyone is reset Alis is like oh well and shoots them all. Just because I noticed he did not shoot Dee. Why is that? Because she doesn't get reset and she would remember him having the crazy? I guess there is not much of a point in shooting anyone. Alis might have had a bit of the crazy.

Blame the wishes!

Clearly this show is insane. I thought it was going to be about zombies and what not. Instead we get a world that revolves around wishes. Many people have the wish I don't want to die so that got applied to all. Most individuals eventually have children but maybe there was enough people who didn't want children or regretted getting pregnant to make that wish apply. Then there seem to be a lot of humans who get individual wishes on top of that. So that is the real mystery of the show. Perhaps God didn't abandon them. He just got tired of the complaining and was like you want some wishes? Yes to everything!!!! Question is will any of this be answered?

HMMMMM I wonder why Ai.

So where does that leave us? Dee is dead because when she fell out of the window she splatted on the sidewalk. Alis couldn't reach her in time. He made a separate wish to never miss ever again thus separating him from the others and knowing what is going on. Dee wants to repeat this year that her fellow classmates created for her. Alis wants to free the trapped ones, maybe “setting Dee free” by....trapping more people there. Oh and Ai can help destroy this crazy wish. Did I about cover everything? Insanity I tell you.
