Tenchi's Thoughtful Christmas Gift or Endless Kisses for the Husband!

Happy Holidays my lovely readers/stumblers onto my site! I hope everyone has had a great past few days. What with holidays and after holiday shopping and work I have been a bit busy lately. Who knew shopping could be so tiring?! I think I left a few things in the store for other people...Also I have been a bit slow on posts because my poor little fingers were smushed in the register at work. XO I need those fingers!!!

Christmas Duffy is ready for his Christmas breakfast. It will be a long day. XD

But yes! Time to post again folks. And since I am super excited about what the husband got me for Christmas I will start with that first. Because really...kisses forever. XD

XO A new Duffy is on the scene AND new pins?

In the past year or so the husband and I have been becoming more and more interested in visiting Disney. And while tickets are expensive we have found other ways to enjoy Disney, mainly visiting Downtown Disney. One of our favorite things to do while at Downtown Disney is to trade Disney pins with cast members. We would stock up on cheaper pins from the Discount Disney stores and trade away.

And then there were many happy smiles.

But sometimes we actual buy new pins at the store. Shocking I know. I noticed on various Disney boards people seemed to have up to date information on pins before they were released so we went in search of other websites that would have such information. Once Upon a Pin Podcast was one such site. There we learned that that there was going to be a big pin event to celebrate the grand opening of New Fantasyland.

Okay so I wasn't really there...

Naturally I was very excited. I think Fantasyland is my favorite part of Disney (mostly because my brave level is low and Fantasyland rides are my speed) and I have a really fun time exploring the new parts of Fantasyland when we visited for the Christmas Party. Well this pin event was taking place on a Thursday and it was outside the Disney theme parks. Oh and we just had come back from a vacation from Orlando and funds were low. It said all the pins were limited edition and there seemed to be rules set in place that people could only buy so many since these things get overwhelming. So the husband and I just looked at the pics of all the pretty pins and talked about how maybe things would be different when or if we became annual passholders.

I didn't even SEE this pin on line. So not only did the husband surprise me but he picked out great pins!

Well unbeknownst to me the husband had hatched a plan that night. In Christmases past the husband had a hard time....getting presents under the tree. Like IOUs because he ordered the items too late and they didn't arrive on time. But this year he was already on the ball. A nendoroid sized packaged has already arrived at my house. But he decided to wrap that in Valentine's paper and go with another plan.

Thanks coworker via the husband. XD You made this present even greater.

The husband thought up the sweetest plan ever. He had to work on the event day, Thursday December 6th. He has to get up at 4:45 am every work day to get to work on time. But that Thursday he went to work, got off at 4:00, and drove the 2.5 hours it takes to get to Orlando to get in line for this pin event, buy said pins, and drove all the way back home so he could go to work in a few short hours. XO Did I mention he had to take his work friend along for the ride because said work friend is an annual passholder thus could buy the only passholder pins? Everyone say AWWWW now.

So come Christmas day my face was beyond surprised. What a lovely, thoughtful, and time consuming gift that was given to me. My little eyes were full of happy tears and I couldn't stop hugging the husband. I think he hit it out of the park with creativity and love. Just AWWWW!!!

XO I even got a box set?! How spoiled am I?!

I think the general mood of Christmas was...the husband "won". For some reason my family always talks about the winning gift, all in good fun though. Obviously a gift given in love and good spirits is appreciated but we acknowledge a gift that seems to go over the top for a certain person. Do you think the husband won?

Love the new area for the Dumbo ride. Before it was just boring. I still can't believe how much TIME the husband spent on this gift. I know some people year after year spend all of the 23rd of December shopping. Because Christmas changes the date every year and it sneaks up on people....

Under the Sea! I am sure to ride this many times in the coming years.

The husband kept the AW factor going with saying things like I wish you could have come to the event and things like that. Since we are new to this pin thing the only "event" I have been to is the first Halloween party of the year at the Magic Kingdom and seeing the line for pins that night. In fact I didn't know what that line was for. I got in line and told the husband to find out what was going on. XD

Can't wait to eat there!!

So what does everyone think? Spoiled Tenchi? Amazing husband? I was just in awe the rest of the day since the husband insisted I open these first. I don't think he could have kept it in any longer. All month long he was like oh I guess it is 1X amount of days til you can open your presents. I think he was a little proud of himself.

First pin event taking up half the board.

The day after Christmas was spent buying ornaments and such. But I made a stop to by a cork board so I could properly display my lovelies. I wasn't wasting any time with this gift.

The husband's coworker is at Disney this week so I asked him to pick up more Disney maps to add to the board.

Also a hidden treasure to these pins is that there is a giraffe involved. I love giraffes! So it is like a 2 and one gift! Plus only 250 of these sets were made so I feel special in that regard too. XD

I think that just about wraps up how amazing my husband is. There was a pic of Kira trying to drag away one of my pins but I have no idea where it ended up. I was like NOOOOO not my pin! Goober cat. I hope everyone else gave and received lovely and thoughtful presents. Or ate a lot of good food because that can be an awesome gift too. XD

Merry Christmas!!!!

Hello there my lovely readers and people who happened to stumble upon my blog. Tis very early in the morning, only mice are stirring. And maybe someone in a red suit breaking into houses under the guise of leaving people presents. The point being....it's Christmas!!!!

Oh hi we are cute so that makes Christmas even better.

Merry Christmas!!!!! After 365 days of waiting that magical day of Christmas is upon us! So Merry Christmas to all who celebrate this day and all it represents. To everyone else Happy Holidays or Happy Tuesday!

It will be a busy day I believe today. Probably will be the case for most people. SO much eating, unwrapping, worshiping, and laughing to do. Hopefully everyone takes a moment to be grateful for any and all blessings received this year. I know for some it will be hard to do as not everyone is blessed with a great year so I hope those people can take time and find support in their love ones and friends. Merry Christmas to all and to all a good....well I guess day. XD

Psycho-Pass episode 11

Merry Christmas Eve! Or Merry People are all over the streets, stores, and everywhere else day. XD I have been trying to clean up the house for the festivities tomorrow. Gotta clean and make things sparkles for the day. I think all the Christmas related stuff is done and just some minor things here and there need to be taken care of. So basically I might be ready to eat, be merry, and unwrap presents since I don't drink.

This probably won't end well....

As for anime land...here is an episode weee! Psycho-Pass episode 11 to be exact. Spoilers for all my screenies sucking because this episode was shot in the dark.

Good thing we are not going to go and help him directly.

Episode Summary: Ginoza is not pleased that things are going so poorly. So he decided that he will make things go even worse by sending the oldest and youngest member of the team to look for Shinya while he and the other two who never get screen time go look for the jamming device. Everyone notes that this situation must be serious if Shinya is asking for help. Akane and Tomomi head off alone and note the area looks like a war zone. Shougo warns Senguji that the popo are on their way and that this will no longer be a game but life or death...for Senguji. Senguji reloads his gun while telling a story about how he used to work in hostile areas of the world for cash. One day rebels came and blew his friend's head away. But the story is positive because as all the brain matter and blood dripped off his face he felt so alive. Being in that situation made him feel alive and like a real person. Being told that he is in a life and death situation now makes him feel alive despite being in a fake body. Besides Senguji knows that Shougo only sticks around for the shows and Senguji will put one on. Shinya races around and tries to dodge all the bullets that are coming his way. It is very cat and mouse like with dramatic music. Senguji thinks that he is tracking Shinya but it was really Yuki being bait. Shinya blows Senguji away but not before some bullets hit his body.

Can't even die in peace.

Shinya collapses as Yuki goes on and on how he has to live so she can become a latent criminal and be with him. Thankfully Shougo arrives to take away Yuki so Shinya only has one crazy girl to deal with. Just as they are no longer useful Akane and Tomomi arrive. Akane magically forgets all her medical training so she is the one to go after Shougo instead of Tomomi. Shinya isn't happy that Akane the dumb has taken off without him and Tomomi has to restrain him. The others eventually show up but way too much time has passed for it to help anyone. Akane does find Shougo who introduces himself to Akane. Akane is like I AM THE LAW and you will listen to me. To Akane's surprise her Dominator shows that Shougo has a very low crime number and it drops the more Shougo talks about killing people and what not. As he cuts Yuki up a bit he explains his hue has never clouded and the system has never flagged him. He talks a bit about how the system may read people's souls but he can read them better and how he lets people like Rikako fulfill their darkest desires. He continues to talk about how weak Akane is and throws her down the shotgun. He says he will kill Yuki unless Akane shoots him with the gun, making the decision on her own since the system has failed her. Akane continues to check with the Dominator while holding the shotgun. She eventually shoots but was aiming at nothing. Shougo says he is disappointed in Akane and kills Yuki. Outside Shinya is being taken away but not before he sees Akane. He is wheeled over as she says she is at fault for Yuki dying and that she met the legendary Shougo, Shinya's enemy. THE END!

Why are you always causing problems?!

Totally called it. Yuki died and it was Akane's fault. Of course I thought the method was going to be a little different and I was almost right about that. Oh and blaming Akane might not be fair. But given the society they live in now being fair might be a thing of the past.

Oh Ginoza. Ginoza Ginoza Ginoza. It was like you were disappointed that you couldn't blow away Shinya so you just gave up on the rescue mission. Like psht whatever maybe if I send in Akane he will die anyway. While I agree that going off alone would be a bad idea I am not sure why they sent more people to unjam the system instead of going to rescue Shinya. If he never asks for help and sounds worried....why pick today to be a bunch of redshirts? GO TO THE RESCUE!

Maybe he should be the boss.

While Akane might be a pile a special I like that Tomomi is trying to take her under her wing despite the fact she only sees in Shinya vision. Maybe it is because Tomomi and has seen more that he actually can stop and try to protect Akane. They lost Shinya as an Inspector and given how Akane runs off at a moment's notice...she needs a lot of watching. Maybe she reminds Tomomi of Ginoza but I like him. Surely that means his head will be blown off.

Apparently the day his friend died was his best day ever!

It seems last episode when I could decide if Senguji was pissed at Shougo or happy. Well this week I can safely say.....happy. Very, very happy. Case in point Shougo tells him he is in danger and Senguji's response is to tell a lovely story about him and his friend. Also Senguji is super way old but that is probably not the point. But yes the story. Running around and making money off what sounds like struggling countries....good to know that Senguji is a people person. Why this story makes him happy even though it ends with his friend being killed. I understand what he was saying, that it takes a funeral to make you feel aliiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiive. But the way he went about it after the fact was a bit....you know illegal and evil. I guess if someone can't care enough to mourn their friend after the fact you can't expect them to care about strangers.

"Fun" folks.

So Senguji is not going to run away folks. Because finally the game has become fun. The prey has been given a weapon and maybe an upper hand. Something that Senguji hasn't had up until now. So he is off thanking Shougo. Or maybe he knew deep down that Shougo was not the best person to do business with. Something about how everyone else Shougo works with ends up dead. That might have been a tip off. But since Senguji is a crazy person it is hard to understand how they work. You go on living that way Mr. Crazy Person. How do you feel now?

Well that was slightly traumatizing wasn't it?

Well probably dead since you are plastered all over the place. I thought there was going to be a bit more cat and mouse going on that what we saw. But I guess last week there was a lot of that. When Senguji got shot the first time it wasn't much fun as he is made of metal and not blood and flesh. But then the second time he got blown away it was a bit more magical. Especially the creepy way he smiled. Like thanks for giving my wish buddy. And he did manage to hit Senguji despite having the “weaker” weapon so...yeah. Don't know where I was going with that one.

Can we save the crazy for later oh wait....

Shougo was bleeding on the ground there and apologizing to Yuki for using her as bait and homegirl lost her mind. Um you just saved her life. Granted it did but her in danger but looking around all I see is danger. Plus Yuki was too busy wanting to jump Shinya's bones because HELLO he is hot and saved her life. Maybe that was the crazy talking but at least she wasn't registering as a latent criminal yes? But maybe next time we should check to make sure the person shooting at you is acting alone okay?

Time to hire more people!

Are there any other people on the police force other than the ones we have seen? I know other red shirts show up from time to time but are there any other Enforcers or Inspectors? Because.....yeah can we get some more people coming to the rescue or something? This is getting kinda sad. Akane running off to save her friend alone... a dumb and dangerous move but I understand it under the circumstances. Maybe if there were bigger teams Tomomi wouldn't have to pick between protecting Akane and saving Shinya.

Entertain me for I am bored!

Shougo....he is a bored little person. I know he is testing Shinya but I didn't think that Akane was on his radar. But now that I think about it maybe he was trying to give a message to Shinya. And since Shinya is currently unable to walk he set the message via Akane. That and maybe Shougo likes to smash the hopes and dreams of everyone he comes across.

SHOOT HIM!

At first I was really, really pissed at Akane. Shot the damn asshole already. Your friend is in danger and he is the one causing it. Your weapon is not working. Pick up the other gun with BOTH hands and blast off his head. Why is this so hard? I mean...if this was my best friend and she was hesitating so I would be pissed even if she did save me in the end. Well if I was dead guess I couldn't be pissed but still.

Unable to think for herself in this situation.

But one has to remember how Akane has been raised and how she has been trained. Hue colors and criminal numbers are everything. And Shougo was practically a saint according to her gun. It was probably going against all reason in her head thus the multiple trigger pulls and the sad face when things were just not working out for her. She so wanted to believe in the system, believe that her job was one that did the right thing and Shougo splat all over that as well as killed her best friend. Even though she should have shot him and become a latent criminal with Shinya.

Is he the only one or are there others?

So Shougo can't be the only one the system doesn't work on correct? They are going Minority Report on us now, showing that there are flaws in the system. Perhaps Shougo wasn't directly involved with the other crimes as his hands were doing the actual killing but he did kill Yuki here and nothing showed up. A flaw in the system or a flaw in Shougo? Either way I am sure he will be the one to bring the system down and will probably be worth more alive than dead which will probably piss off Shinya. Shougo and his crazy reasoning about destroying the system may be right but obviously he is going about it the wrong way. I look forward to Akane telling her other friend what happened next week. What a hot mess that will be.

Psycho-Pass episode 10: Akane has to save me? Well I'm dead.

YAWN! It is time for bed and this post keeps saying there is a broken piece of code. I don't know code! I have my little thingy that I put the pictures in and that is it. Gosh making me read and do work before I go to bed. I got things to do tomorrow post!!!

Hopefully this gets posted soon cause I am tired. XD Up now is Psycho-Pass episode 10. Spoilers for Shinya getting in trouble because of Akane. Again.

So sleepy!!!!

Episode Summary: Akane is trying to sleep because that is what most people seem to do when it is dark outside. In very fast print that flies across the screen Akane gets a text from her friend Yuki (because everyone in Japan is named Yuki okay) saying she needs her help and to meet her in a shady place tomorrow afternoon. Given that Akane has known Shinya for 5 seconds and she is incapable of doing anything on her own Akane drags Shinya along. Akane has done the basics though and has discovered Yuki has been missing from her home and isn't at her parents house. Shinya doesn't seem too upset about doing this wild goose chase on his day off but warns that Ginoza can't find out. They arrive at the ghetto and Shinya is like.....so yeah this is totally a trap. Shinya tells Akane to stay in the car before she accidentally kills herself and asks her to issue him a weapon. He tells her to track his moves and to call for back-up when eventually goes horrible. Shinya makes his way down into what looks like an old subway system while Akane tries to tell him where to go. Things are going less than horrible when Akane can't reach Shinya on the communicators anymore. Shinya hears brief static but Akane comes back online and tells him to keep going. Outside Akane watches as Shinya goes off the map and into what looks like a wall to her. Shinya makes his way to some old subway cars and suddenly everything is sealed off and filled with nasty water. Shinya is forced to get on a subway or he would have been smushed. Inside he finds Yuki in her underwear and no details on what happened to her. Shinya realizes that the voice over the intercom was just a hacked version of Akane's voice and the trap wasn't meant for Akane, it was meant for him. The train stops and they are forced to flee as a robot dog starts chasing after them. It is revealed that Shougo has set this trap for Shinya to be hunted by the crazy robot man Senguji . Shinya finds a bag of those Halloween glow stick things and he uses them to try to navigate around the traps that have been set for them. All the while Senguji is shooting at them and generally being a freak. Shougo watches from the sidelines amused. Yuki asks if this is how dangerous Akane's job really is and how she has been a special girl who does the right thing ever since school. Special Akane has contacted the rest of the team and Akane is basically told she is dumb for relying on maps that are over 60 years old.

Um I am trying to protect us here. Can you please keep the small talk to a minimum?

While everyone else is assuming that Shinya has been kidnapped Ginoza has decided that Shinya has run away and set this whole thing up to trick Akane. They try to track down Shinya based on Akane thinking he took a train and make it close to where they think Shinya is. Ginoza says that Shinya will be shot with a Dominator and if he was trying to escape he will be blown away. Akane states that they just can't kill him and Ginoza was friends with Shinya at once so have a heart. Ginoza insists if Shinya is killed it will be Akane's fault. Tomomi has decided he has had enough of that and manhandles Ginoza a bit. Inside Shinya is trying his hardest to outrun two dogs and a guy with a gun. Yuki isn't making things any easier with her “helping” by grabbing another bag. Shinya realizes that the person who set this trap wants him to win or have a chance at winning when he finds in Yuki's back part of a transmitter. Senguji notices that Shougo has helped Shinya and asks who he wants to win. Shougo says that he is just making it more interesting and giving Senguji what he really wants, to be alive with the hunt. Despite being knocked down a pug Senguji continues on. Shinya manages to take out one of the dogs but Yuki gets more and more upset, saying she is holding Shinya back and he could probably make it without her. Shinya realizes that he is being tested and there has to be a reason that Yuki was left on the train despite the bait part being over. Shinya has Yuki undress and it is revealed the last piece of the transmitter he needs was in her clothes. Shinya was supposed to protect and keep Yuki alive. With a piece from the down dog and the bra Shinya fixes the transmitter and calls for help. Akane basically does the TOLD YOU SO dance and everyone rushes in to find Shinya and Yuki. THE END!

That took you a long time to figure out. XD

Can Akane do ANYTHING right? Anything at all? Is the Sybil system trying to destroy itself and that is why it picked Akane to be apart of the force? BECAUSE REALLY PEOPLE! Is Shinya that desperate for a girlfriend? For real folks.

And this couldn't wait til morning why?

While it was hard to read the tiny text flying across my screen at the speed of fast....Akane should have known that something fishy was up. I mean....I stay up late but if someone texted me that late at night something better be important. And if its important enough to text me now I am going to SEE you now. Not 12 hours later. So the fact that the message said lets talk about it later...weird. Why not text during normal awake hours? That or you got a hater friend.

So is this like a date?!?!?!

I guess we should give Akane a sliver of credit. She didn't go alone. Maybe that is why she accepted the 3pm meet up time as she didn't want to wake Shinya. On his day “off'”. Good to know that these latent criminals have days off. Is anyone surprised that Shinya is the one Akane asked though? Tomomi we see a great deal because he is busy yelling at his son a lot. What about the other two? Is this show going to have two seasons or are they just going to be forgotten in the background?

You are too dumb to live.

I like how Shinya was like....yep this is a trap but proceeded to help out Akane anyway. Probably because Yuki had been out of reach and Akane probably would have gone in on alone because that is how she rolls. Not that Shinya should die for a wild goose chase but Akane has no real experience and Shinya had a better chance of thinking on his feet.

XO Surely this cannot be Japan. They don't have the space to let things rot way.

Maybe I haven't been paying attention close enough but I thought the whole this subway line hasn't been used in 60 years was very telling how far in the future this show is taking place in. Not that the current criminal system is that old (15-20) years but that means it is WAY in the future. Perhaps other things had happened in this society which made the system seem like a good idea. I am not seeing how it is a good idea but if there was increased crime and craziness I can see how people might be desperate for help.

Um shouldn't she sound worried for you?

Shinya was a bit special when he got tricked by Akane's fake voice. You couldn't hear her at all and suddenly it was crystal clear and she wasn't really answering your questions? Just giving you instructions? Weird. At least he didn't drown in sewer water though.

There are no glow sticks in the future?! HORRIBLE!

I was surprised that Shinya found Yuki alive. But I guess people have be tortured first and it wouldn't have been as interesting if Shinya just had to protect himself. Like oh the girl is dead let me instantly transport myself to safety since I am the most awesome person that has ever lived. I did think it took Shinya way too many seconds to realize he was the target though. X___X What is up with that, having him think and all?

Well aren't you a bright one?

Senguji had a bit of a special moment himself did he not? He was warned that Shougo just sees everyone as amusement pieces and once he gets bored of them they go quietly into that night, often in pieces. So why did Senguji think he was immune from this? What if Senguji words of living forever and keeping enjoyment in your life touched Shougo and Shougo thought this was giving Senguji what he really wanted? Like oh I thought this is what you asked for, more interesting prey? It is hard to tell if Senguji was really upset at this new twist in the game or if he smirked to himself as the game did just getting interesting.

Acceptable amount of doubt.

I thought Yuki held up pretty good given the circumstances. I don't know if I would have started talking about Akane during that time as I would be in mortal danger and maybe Akane's work/boy troubles would not be on my mind. But she kept it together well and even acknowledged that Shinya should leave her behind as he would have a better shot without her. Good thing he didn't as Shougo is testing him too but she did a fairly decent job of keeping it together and losing her mind. Good thing Shinya was getting tested though or Yuki would have been toast.

Such faith in people......

I think that Akane called for help 5 seconds after Shinya went missing. Which is funny since Ginoza accused Shinya of running away 5 seconds after arriving. Ginoza is pretty amazing at assuming the worst about everyone. Wouldn't that mean headquarters has weak security if he was able to plan all this to trick Akane? Good job Ginoza for not being blinded by one thing.

Can't everything else just be her fault instead?

As much as Akane disrespected Ginoza last week I don't think she really deserved what he said about Shinya getting blasted away. Yes she does need to think ahead and not rush into things but if Shinya did plan this and got killed in the process it would be on Shinya, not Akane. I know he wants her to take responsibility for other things but maybe he went too far on that one. Either way it may have served as a wake up call for Akane so maybe it wasn't all for nothing.

And then you were fired.

I can't believe Tomomi was able to treat Ginoza like that and keep all his fingers. X___X I mean clearly he is the father but Ginoza doesn't like being disrespected and that was out of line. There is a line between the Inspectors and the latent criminals and that was crossed and thrown far away. Even if Tomomi was right he can't just run around doing that, especially if Ginoza is talking about blowing Shinya away. You think you are safe from Ginoza's anger?

And he said it in the most unsexiest way ever too.

In the end Tomomi and Akane are safe because look they see and hear Shinya. The episode ends with a rescue attempt in progress. Given how special this show has been (IE no happy endings for anyone) I think that Yuki will die right in front of Akane. Maybe even because of something Akane does. Now will that make Akane a latent criminal? Probably not but it might push Shinya even more over the end and have more a reason to go after Shougo. See, fun for everyone!

Zetsuen no Tempest episode 12: Watching a show with killer trees!

Episode Summary: Everyone is busy thinking to themselves and making XO faces that a Exodus Mage could have been created in all this insanity. Samon and Hakaze try to take time to explain that Hakaze was born to help the Tree of Genisis be revived, that the time was near to do so. But only Hakaze could give the final say to the tree on what time was right. This is of course logical that a great and powerful tree would allow one person to decide when it was going to be reborn. Mahiro is like um DO NOT CARE is there a mage of Exodus or not because I want to shoot something. Hakaze and Yoshino start pointing out that the Genesis Tree would probably not pick someone to help the tree of Exodus revive and that the Genesis Tree only used Aika's death as a catalyst to involve Mahiro, not created the situation on its own. And who was the one trying to make the Tree of Exodus happen? That would be Samon. Samon has run out of crazy faces but merely melts to the ground realizing his explanation on why Hakaze is the killer has turned back on him. Mahiro is busy aiming at everyone and thinking how it is much too magical that things are working out for Hakaze. But if Hakaze is already dead he can't get his revenge. Yoshino thinks is working out way too well but in the end will believe in Hakaze. Hakaze is busy looking for the offering while telling herself she is right. Although in the back of her head she thinks it is odd that the tree will put all the power in her hand whether or not to revive itself. She talks to Samon about how the Tree of Genesis won't kill everyone because that goes against all logic. Samon merely crumbles to the ground and predicts it will take Hakaze an hour to find the offering so hopefully by then the Tree of Exodus will be revived. All over the world pieces of the Tree of Genesis start to grow and eat civilization. Junichirou orders Natsumura to protect themselves and Evangeline as the Tree of Exodus starts to revive itself too.

Hakaze starts to smile to herself, that she will get back to the future and the tree of Genesis can't run around killing people's sisters because hello she is having a hard time finding the offering and if the tree of Genesis really could do anything it wanted for her she would have found it by now. Then....a missile comes from the sky and lands practically in her lap. Yoshino asks if Hakaze is okay. Hakaze notes that this is way too magical but will travel back to the future anyway whether to save the world or allow Mahiro to have his revenge. Hakaze uses the missile to transport herself to the future and to leave her bones on the island. Despite the fact that the balance of the world hangs in the balance Yoshino is like OH NO NAKED!!! Samon turns into a scared puppy, looking at the ground and following everyone word Hakaze says. Hakaze has decided she is going to stop both of the trees from reviving and she and Samon are going to talk about what they should do next. She also promises Mahiro she will find the killer and if the killer turns out to be the Tree of Genesis he will kill her instead. Mahiro agrees to these terms and Yoshino thinks that everything is cupcakes and rainbows. Suddenly the Tree of Genesis starts attacking the Tree of Exodus. The fallout results in all the people praying for the Tree of Exodus being smushed (or maybe smushed). The Tree of Exodus starts fighting back which results in most of the military men in the area being smushed. Evangeline and Natsumura continue to flirt as Junichirou talks about how things are about to suck and then disappears. All over the world trees are appearing and killing tons of people. Hakaze is like oh okay time to really shut down the trees and figure things out. She is about to use the powerful gun talisman to protect the group why she handled the trees when a huge root comes and slashes at Yoshino. Both Hakaze and Mahiro run towards Yoshino as Samon is like NOOO come back Mahiro. Well Mahiro is then stabbed by another root. Both boys lay on the ground dying and Samon is in shock, that the tree of Genesis got Hakaze back and quickly disposed of said helpers. Hakaze has decided that the boys are not dying and uses the talisman to start healing Yoshino instead. Hakaze orders Samon to save and protect Mahiro no matter what as she starts to leave with Yoshino to stop the trees. Samon uses his sword to do so while thinking what the hell folks? What the hell?! THE END!

There are a lot of dead bodies out there folks. A tree is to blame.

This show is SO SLOW at some points. Maybe I should say sooooooooooooooooooooooooo sloooooooooooooooooooooooooooooow. And then BAM in the last minute something amazing happens and you forget the first 21 minutes could have been summed up in under 5. I see what you are doing there.

While Mahiro is...... very special and out of control you really have to appreciate the fact he says what most of us are thinking at times. Samon and Hakaze were talking about how special Hakaze is being born the Princess and all and he was like HELLO! That is not what we ended the last episode. Stay focus people. We are talking about the mage of Exodus.

FOCUS PEOPLE!

As usual the arguments and accusations are made up of what ifs. For the past 4 episodes I feel as if anything or nothing is actually happening and people are trying to become the next amazing lawyer. Problem is everyone is so great at what they are saying it is hard to know what to believe. Like a ping pong ball back and forth and the head ping pong ball Mahiro might just blow you all away now and ask questions later.

And now it is Samon's fault. Again. For a minute.

For those who are confused here is a flow chart: Hakaze said that someone in the clan killed Aika. Samon is like Hakaze is dead and can't help you find the killer so I will help you instead. Yoshino basically figures out how to bring back Hakaze so she can find the killer instead. Samon comes up with results first and claims no one in the clan killed Aika. Hakaze says the only way that is possible is if there was a mage of Exodus involved and killed Aika. Samon points out it is more logical that the Tree of Genesis killed Aika to make Mahiro rescue Hakaze. Tenchi points out that they are talking about TREES but no one cares. And Hakaze and Yoshino both point out that if the Exodus Mage killed Aika it is Samon's fault because he was the one trying to revive the tree. Time to take a nap with all that information.

Can I just shoot someone please?

So as you can see it is hard to blame Mahiro for his flip floppin. He is staying pretty true to his character about not caring about the world ending or what not. He just doesn't want it to end before he can get his revenge. Of course in the face of all this destruction maybe death would be welcomed by some but that would just count if the killer was a normal human. Or human at all. But Mahiro doesn't care about anything else or pretends not to so while his face reveals nothing inside his head is spinning and spinning.

This should prepare you for married like. XD If you live that long.

I think Samon is coming off as very prideful and that is why things aren't going his way. Perhaps it would have been better to pay someone to kill Hakaze and just take their chances with an out of control Exodus Tree. Which seems to be only going out of control because it is threatened. I can see how Samon tried to think of every angle and had to say certain things in the case the people rescuing Hakaze were intelligent people. Only the risk to that was revealing much of his plan and allowing the argument to be turned back on him. But his mind is always working even if all seems lost for him. Stall for time indeed. Although an hour doesn't seem like enough time to find the offering.

Yoshino and “villain” self acknowledges that all of this is way too special but at this point he can't play the what if game. He wants to bring Hakaze back. Probably because if this works maybe there will be a sliver of hope they can bring back Aika. Okay maybe Yoshino knows that is impossible but Yoshino needs to save a girl and has decided to pick a side and argue the most likely points for that side. Not a flip flopper here.

But I wanted to be a villain.

Poor Hakaze. She is running around trying to find this talisman, thinking the fate of the world is on her shoulders and in the end she still might die. She thinks she is right and that her precious Tree of Genesis would never kill anyone, even to save her. Because if the Tree of Genesis was able to make all of this happen for her it would just POOF the offering in front of her. Make the offering the barrel or something. But Hakaze told herself that if the Tree of Genesis was the killer she would offer herself up to Mahiro as the killer. I understand WHY Hakaze thinks that way but don't agree with it.

A giant tree that created the world and you are doubting what it can and cannot do?

In the end none of that matters. Hakaze is like where is the offering and POOF the missile appears in front of her. She keeps that information to herself obviously but takes that as a sign that the Tree of Genesis is working to protect her no matter what the cost. I agree that is what it looks like and probably is. But if I could play both sides of the coin....perhaps the Tree of Genesis is just really, really good at turning bad situations into something amazing. If fruits are popping up all over the place maybe one of the military planes fell out of the sky and Genesis Tree was able to use the wind to push it towards Hakaze. It could happen. But right now Hakaze is in oh crap mode. Like maybe everything is being done for me and things aren't going to end well.

She moved her skin and organs across time and space. Please be impressed with that.

Hakaze has returned though! Behold the naked girl. Mahiro was busy not carrying, Samon probably crapped his pants, and Yoshino was handing over his jacket. Everyone was like meh what magic? Once you see some killer trees having a girl travel across space and time really isn't that magical. Been there and done that yes? Welcome back Hakaze!

Yoshino keeps being called a villain and I really don't think he is. I don't even see anything dark with him. I just seem him as connecting the dots a lot faster and thinking on his feet. Adapting to the situation very fast. Yes having a gun in your pocket looks bad but....have you seen Mahiro? A little insurance was necessary. I don't know, I just am not seeing the dark in him. None of the characters really seem dark to me, they all believe what they believe and are trying to get it done without really hurting anyone. Well except Mahiro but Aika is dead (at this point) so I can see that too.

I like how Hakaze was able to put aside all differences and stop both trees so they could talk it out. That is probably why she is the leader of her clan and I am the leader of nothing. Because I would have taken that gun and blown Samon away. Maybe Hakaze sees that there is no real evil in Samon and he was trying to protect the world the best way he knew how. So she was willing to put aside her anger and focus on the greater good. Hats off to Hakaze.

.....Cut down all the trees!

I say hats off and really they were blown into the road, run over by a car, and set on fire. Bring on the evil trees of chaos. Despite none of the trees being revived...they were both doing a great job of being alive and causing problems. Look I caused Hakaze to be born so she can say yes to my revival. But what is left to be done? It is running around killing people and doing what it wants so what is this word revival? Both trees in fact. Me thinks that maybe people should stop trying to help either tree and nuke them both.

...When did this romance start?!

There wasn't much of the outside folks this week. You know the ones who are just randomly saying dialogue that goes along with what is going on with the main characters. Junichirou is an odd little duck. He doesn't know what is going to happen and he hasn't picked sides either way but eventually things are going to end in disaster and maybe he should have made a decision? But if he has no real power maybe he felt as if he didn't have the right to make any decision. Natsumura and Evangeline are weird too. They just met and tried to kill each other but they will have much to talk about after this is over? Flirting? In the face of danger. I see.

Oh shit did this just happen?!

So just as Hakaze was like look folks I am going to go and fix all of this Yoshino gets sideswiped by a random root. Not sure which tree it was but I am going to assume it was the Genesis tree. Or the Genesis Tree's fault as Samon was like WHAT THE HELL?! I was like OH SNAP here is our five seconds of action in this episode. Yoshino is going to die and Mahiro will have more revenge to get. Mahiro pretends not to care but he was definitely upset when he saw Yoshino was done. XO What a twist, Yoshino being dead! Like for real dead.

Never mind, everyone will be fine.

But then Mahiro got stabbed by another root and I was like oh false alarm. Nothing to see here folks. If one got stabbed I could see them staying dead. Both getting stabbed? They will be saved but separated. Which is what happened. Hakaze took Yoshino and Mahiro got stuck with Samon. I guess stuck might be a harsh word since Samon will save Mahiro but still. For five seconds I was like X____X wow they really killed Yoshino. Now it seems that no one will die and Hakaze will team up with Yoshino to revive the Genesis Tree and Mahiro will pretend to listen to Samon as Mahiro changes his mind every 5 seconds. Well then....guess I will find out what new twist lies next week? They better hurry up and save the world as they are running out of people to rescue at this point.
