Zero and his shiny gun of power blasts Rido and all the nearby vampires in the area. For some reason the night class is spared. Oh and there are some weird veins coming out of Zero now. The Night Class notes that Rido is still alive and Zero jumps off the roof to go find him. Yuki wants to jump off the roof and chase after Zero but Aido makes sure she doesn't splat herself on the sidewalk. Rido is running through the woods munchin on random vampires when Kaname strolls up to him. Kaname attacks him but Rido muses that Kaname can't do any real damage to him. Kaname smiles and jumps aside revealing Zero. Zero and his veiny self take out Rido and only 4 minutes of the show have passed. Damn it. Zero turns the gun on Kaname and says he is next. Kaname smiles and says he was expecting Zero to this and planned for it. Yuki and her crying self have made it to their location (Aido deemed it safe enough to go) and Kaname knows Zero won't make her sad. Yuki runs up, Zero puts his gun away, and Kaname has to be a douchebag and tell Yuki that then need to leave soon. The Night Class are sitting by a fountain resting. Ruka tries to give Aido a compliment but she is a bitch about. Aido was pretty awesome this episode. A mini flashback shows that Kaname told all the Night Class that he used them all like little pawns to protect Yuki and he does not care about them. Aido had started laughing when Kaname said that, saying that Kaname mist have cared about them if he tried to protect them like that. Back in the present the Night Class wonders what they are going to do now. Aido takes out his Kaname marble and puts it in his hands. He then asks Kain to pick a hand and if the hand has the marble he will follow Kaname. He then pulls a hand back when Kain nearly picks wrong. Kain points out that Aido has already made up his mind but picks the marble anyway. Rima and Shiki are off to the side trying to decide what they are going to do.
Yagari greets Headmaster hottie as he returns from battle alive. Hottie proclaims that he will put away his sword forever now. Zero and Yuki are on roof watching the sunrise. Zero says that he has been watching her this whole time...but she has been watching Kaname. Yuki reminds Zero that she was supposed to kill him if he became a vampire...but what happens if she became one? Zero says he doesn't know if she is a real vampire until she drinks his blood. So she does and she feels and understands all his emotions now. Instead of a heartfelt happy moment...Yuki tells Zero that she is leaving with Kaname. Zero then tells Yuki that he is going to kill her one day and she seems fine with it. Yuki leaves to pack up her stuff and put on her mom's old clothes apparently. Kaname is shocked to see Yuki in his room as he thought she was going to pick Zero. She says that she was going to be with him because he had always protected her and she loves him for that. Kaname is touched and is happy that Yuki can see the real him. Zero is off on the roof still smiling because his life sucks so hard. As Yuki and Kaname are leaving Headmaster daddy comes running out to bid farewell to his daughter and threaten Kaname a little bit. Kaname and Yuki walk a little ways and find Aido, Kain, and Ruka on the steps. They tell Kaname they don't care whether or not he wants them, they are going to follow him anyways. Aido and Ruka then get in a fight who gets to walk near Kaname. Headmaster hottie watches the scene and is happy that Yuki can smile despite not being able to run away from her fate. Yagari then reminds him that all the students are all still locked up. Oppies. Rima and Shiki find Takuma's sword in the rumble. Shiki decides to go return it to him and Rima tags along to feed him pocky. Yagari has to start clearing away the rumble from the doorway and his association people (the ones that came a few weeks/minutes ago to kill him) show up to help. Zero is reminiscing about the good times with Yuki...and vows to kill her. Yuki leaves with her group thinking that she will wait for Zero to come....THE END THANK GOD!!!

The end…is here! Now this would be the time for rejoicing and dancing in the streets..but the way it ended there might be a season three. However…the manga is nearly at the same point with the anime now. That either means it will be a few years before a new season or the new season would be completely different and everyone will know it will suck ass. …But I want to just thank GOD that it is over for now. The craziness and the drama is over! Now on to discussing this show for the last time!!!
I would like to start off by mentioning how fast Rido was killed. Yes the last 5 (6?) episodes have been about Rido but ZOOM he just died pretty fast. There was not much battle to this series at all. I guess that is the point since fighting takes away from the AWESOME ROMANCE! Still, I was hoping that Rido would put up more of a fight and off a few people before getting killed. Zero and his vine gun just took him out in one second….and then we had to suffer with the rest of the episode.
YUKI IS A BITCH!! Why anyone would like her is beyond me? Hopefully all the crazy fanpeople who watch this overrated piece of crap are all girls and are screaming over Zero and Kaname. Yuki is not worth anything to me. Just thinking about her makes me ill. How DARE she treat Zero like crap and just ride off into the sunset (rise) with Kaname. She is not innocent in that regards and the fact these two boys keep falling all over her makes me ill.
I think what made me the maddest was she really…didn’t say much to Zero. Then she runs to Kaname and tells him she will go with him for he has been with her all along and she is worried about him being alone. HELLO?! Zero just ate his brother and you are leaving. Zero has watched you this WHOLE TIME while Kaname was using you as a pawn. HE IS THE ONE WHO IS ALONE! Not Kaname. You know that he had feelings for you but you pretended they weren’t real. Really, Yuki should have been on her hands and knees thanking Zero for not blasting Kaname when he had the chance. Instead she just goes off with Kaname thinking about how Zero will come and shoot her one day. Yeah, that is just so nice.
Wtf happened to Kaname? He felt like such a loser in this episode (that lasted like 6 episodes). He was just THERE watching it happen. He was not really actively involved. He then acted SURPRISED that Yuki was coming with him. Hello, you are the one who planned it this way buddy. So…you are not winning any vulnerable points with me. No AW poor Kaname his life sucks and now gets a happy ending. He was manipulative in everything he does and still everyone likes him at the end. How fantastic.
Well….this entire series should have been renamed “Zero is having the worst life EVER”. Seriously, I love how everyone gets a happy ending…and he gets a gun that veins to his body. I thought near the end he was going to take the gun and shoot himself in the head. Then maybe I would like the series a little bit more when someone has to suffer the consequences of their actions. Or not since it was Yuki’s fault. In any event…yeah Zero it sucks to be you.
But I am confused on something. Why do you want to kill Yuki. No, I have not read that far in the manga so I do not know WHY you would want to kill all the purebloods. Last time I checked vampire hunters kill the level e’s that are going out of control (AKA YOU). Not full blooded princess that you are in love with. SO….that was a bit melodramatic for me. And stupid. This whole OH POOR ZERO HE HAS TO KILL HIS LOVE….not so much buying it. It made no sense and it was just thrown in at the end. He only wanted to kill Kaname because…he is an asshole. He wanted to take after his parents; he didn’t ever talk about killing ALL the vampires. Well….maybe he talked about how he hated them and such…but still. This is Yuki. I could see him killing everyone else but sparing her. That and um….Zero, you is a vampire. Kettle meet Mr. Pot.
I LOVE AIDO!!!!! He lives!!! And he is so super in love with Kaname and I can still love him for his naive love. Even after Kaname was an asshole to all the Night Classers he still thought Kaname was being nice to him. He was so cute with his little marble and pulling the wrong hand away I WANTED TO HUG HIM INTO 12948 PIECES! *INSERT FAN GIRL SQUEEL!!!* Seriously….he was just so damn cute and innocent. And I LOVE how he and Ruka were fighting over the luggage at the end. Yes their blind devotion to Kaname is kinda sad…but they really are good people deep down. No Vampire orgies for them.
Kaname being an assface.
Aido losing his mind.
DON'T CRY FOR HIM!
Aido did the best job of protecting Yuki...
MMMM so sexy.
And still the comic relief of the show.
HE NEEDS A HUG!!!!
So simple and cute.
Goodbye Aido. :(
As for the rest of the Night Class…meh. Yeah….they all live. Nothing majorly exciting there. Well, Takuma may be dead but he is probably alive. Rima and Shiki are off to find them and all they need is one box of pocky to do it. Kain is going to follow everyone and wish that Ruka would open her eyes to him. Everyone gets close to what they want in the end except for Zero. Because his life sucks remember?
The lack of action is getting to me. This is a show about VAMPIRES! All I saw were a bunch of sand piles and some sexed out losers on the ground. I mean having powers is cool and all…but none of the Night Class got hurt. They were invincible. No one important died. Not that I want people to die needlessly…but it ended way too happy for the emo ridded show it was. Leaves a really funny taste in my mouth..oh that is disappointment. And why do vampires get turned to dust when they are sucked on…thanks for not answering that for me.
Well...I guess headmaster Hottie did a little bit of action.
MMMM forgetting about the students is funny.
What else to say…yeah. Yuki looking just like her mother and Kaname looking just like his father…really ups the creepy “incest” factor. Not only do I want to make out and marry my own brother like mommy did…I want to wear the exact same clothes too. I also love how when Yuki was a baby her mother wanted to make her grow up like a NORMAL HUMAN CHILD…yet gave her to a vampire hunter. That and why didn’t she try to change the system so her baby was not in danger? I like to look for all my options and not die..but that is just me.
YAY THE SERIES IS OVER! It has been pretty painful from the start. This second season was worse than the first with …4 hours taking 6 episodes to explain. And the first 7 with Yuki acting like a crack head about Kaname being honest with her. Nothing much seemed to happen and NOTHING was explained properly. I don’t know if more episodes would have made this series better…because then I would be subjected to more episodes and why would I want to do that to myself?! But in general more episodes=great understanding of what is going on. Or they could have cut out all the whining Yuki did.
Even though the anime followed the manga pretty closely (well, not the last two episodes really) it still sucked. I have no idea how you can follow something so closely and it sucked so hard but it did. And it scares me that so many people love this show. Maybe they really just loved the manga and are just trying to support the anime. Whatever, I can start 2009 Vampire Knight free! REJOICING FOR ME!!!
