Shakugan no Shana Season Three episode 4

So….I was kidnapped today. Got one blog post done and then was invited to go shopping. One does not need money to go shopping right?...Okay I do. But what I got was 75 percent off and I got one for a Christmas present for a friend. So it was super successful right? This post might be a little bananas as I have just been told Walmart apparently robbed the Sanrio store and now carries Hello Kitty all over the place. Hello Kitty busting out all over the place at Target AND Walmart? Beware my wallet. Beware.

So yes. Not very much blogging got done today. But I will attempt to now as the husband is asleep and TV is boring because everyone is talking about a certain celebrity getting a divorce. So shocked indeed.

Why do all my pictures suck? :( Bad quality everywhere.

Let me try and get something done before the end of the day. While I am nomming on chicken and drinking Code Red. What to watch what to watch…….Okay. Shakugan no Shana seems to be up next so let us go with that. Spoilers for people losing their minds!

Insert sad Shana here.

Episode Summary: Shana is shocked to see Yuji standing there but decides that is not really him, just a Crimson Lord in his form. Wilhelmina and Margery show up and demand to know what is going on. Yuji keeps insisting he is Yuji and this is not a drill. But he switches in and out of Yuji mode to The Snake of Festival mode. Yay for voice changes. Once they establish either something is not right with Yuji or he is the enemy Wilhelmina and Margery start attacking. YujiSnake pretends to be defeated but in reality is much powerful than the both of them. He traps both of them so he can kidnap/talk to Shana. Shana briefly is thrown off guard and questions if this is really Yuji or not. YujiSnake tells Shana to come with him and she is like no go. They start fighting but Wilhelmina and Margery start to break free from their confides. In an effort to lessen their force YujiSnake reveals to Margery the true nature of The Silver. The Silver is really the manifestation of human emotions. Margery wanted revenge against the people who did her wrong so the Silver she saw was actually herself. This causes Margery to lose it and summon up more Silvers. Wilhelmina has to carry Margery and fight off the Silvers. Shana gets pissed off at YujiSnake’s low tactics. YujiSnake decides he will have to fight Shana if he is going to take her with him. They end up on Yuji’s house. Shana asks what the heck he is thinking. YujiSnake has a plan to end all of the madness and keep her safe. Shana does not understand this plan and continues to fight. She is eventually overpowered and taken by YujiSnake. YujiSnake then travels to where Kazumi and Eita are to take back that machine that allows to hunt down the Denizens. Kazumi has a bit of a breakdown when she realizes that is not Yuji AND he is not choosing her. YujiSnake tells them both to leave and he takes off with Shana. THE END!

Well just take your toys and run.

X___X Let’s see if I can blog this episode while my cat is trying to kill me. This is MY chicken.

Photobucket

Surely this is not Yuji.

Let's ask him 12894 more times just to be sure.

I think a bit too much time was devoted to No, Really, I am Yuji. I will give the characters a bit of a break since they were in shock and didn’t have time to absorb the information like the viewers did. Shana was just standing (floating) in shock while Wilhelmina and Margery were like NO you are really The Snake of the Festival wearing a Yuji mask! What magic is this?!?!?!

Photobucket

Time for action!!!!

But when they realized it was Yuji and Mr. Snake…well they didn’t grieve for that long. They really didn’t have time to but I wish they would have asked why he was doing this. In between the yelling and fighting of course. Ask questions while trying to protect themselves. Maybe not make death blows or anything like that.

Photobucket

This is all apart of the plan folks.

In the end I am not quite sure if I am understanding what Yuji is trying to do. Mr. Snake wants the Denizen of the Crimson Realm to invade yes? That would mean goodbye humans. But Yuji is running around warning people and acting like he has a plan to end ALL of the crazy. Perhaps he means to end the cycle of Flame Hazes. Not sure if I get the whole picture yet. Maybe Yuji will come through in the end and tell us what the REAL deal is. Because right now I am not following the logic train.

Photobucket

Nope. You were not chosen. Goodbye.

What I am seeing is no matter what he wants to be with Shana. That is why I am having a hard time understanding the logic behind his team switching. But how sad was it to see Kazumi and her rejected little face. I think part of her wanted to be kidnapped instead. Like hello shouldn’t you care that Yuji is a team switcher? But whatever Yuji we are dealing with now he is definitely on Team Shana. Given that he is telling people to leave danger areas I am not sure what is going on.

Photobucket

Keeping it together the best she can.

But damn. DAMN folks. If Yuji is still Yuji he is cruel. Or he let Mr. Snake out to torture Margery. Because that was some cruel crap there. Effective but cruel. DAMN THOUGH.

Photobucket

Breaking the cutie? Well breaking the well endowed woman.

I am surprise that Margery is still alive. Her spirit is probably close to being destroyed though. All these years she has clung to the hope she can get the revenge on the people that did her wrong and it turns out it was her. Of course that means…The Silver didn’t steal her revenge. She really got it herself just in another form. Still I can see why she is having a mental breakdown. Very effective way for Yuji Snake to stall for time.

Photobucket

I can show you the world!!!!!

So in conclusion everyone was greatly unhappy at the end of this episode. Shana is unconscious, Margery had a meltdown, Yuji needs a haircut, and Wilhelmina is the only one around who has the power to do anything. Sounds like it is time to send in reinforcements. Maybe the people we saw in the opening theme song? XD

Don't you think that Yuji has inferiority complex?
Yuji : "Let's live together."
Shana : "Why do you only said it now?"
Yuji : "It's exactly because I can only said it now."
I can only translate this as : Yuji don't want to convey his feeling when he was the weaker one. >_>

Eternia- I think that might have played a part in it. That he always felt second best to Shana which is stupid as he didn't even KNOW this world/power existed until recently. Or maybe being YujiSnake makes him feel sexier. He does have such long and luscious hair now. XD
