Is it silly that I imagine winning the lottery and spending some of that money going to theme parks all the time? Is that too little of a dream? XD Like I would take my family and friends to the most expensive hotel in Disney and eat with the characters and everything. XD Oh and I would be the pin trading Queen. Big dreams folks. Big dreams!
WEEE! Anime blogging on my anime blog. Let’s see how many episodes I can get done today. Probably not too many as I started this one last night. X___X I never get side track with silly things. Never.
I decided that Mirai Nikki was going to get watched first because…well last episode ended on a bit of a cliffhanger if you know what I mean. If you don’t know what I mean why are you reading an episode 4 post? Go back and watch the other 3 episodes first!
Episode Summary: Yuki and what looks like an open window (some protection fail there…) are freaking out due to the fact that Yuno is a creepy person. Dead people and all ruin a night. Yuki’s very attentive mom leaves a note for Yuki saying that Officer Keigo came by and to call him. Yuki sees that as a way out, to tell Keigo about Yuno’s dead bodies. However Yuno texts him before he can make the call. You know, because she can see his future and all. Yuki knows that he is trapped and there is nothing he can do. When Keigo picks Yuki up the next day he tries telling the officer what he saw. Only Yuno has been picked up first and makes it sound like Yuki is talking about their SEXY TIMES. So Yuki is screwed. Keigo takes the two to a cult like temple. Apparently the cult The Sacred Eye captured Minene last night and he wants to investigate. Yuki doesn’t really have his head in the game as he is trying to escape Yuno by throwing frogs at fish. It takes time for the group to be granted an audience with The Scared Eye but they finally are allowed in. A nearly blind woman in self-confinement introduces herself as Tsubaki, the 6th Diary Owner. She wants Yuki’s help as he has escaped two dead ends and she is fated to die tonight. Her diary makes use of all her minions, reporting what they see instead of her seeing her own fate. Yuno is not down for leaving Yuki, Keigo thinks this is a great plan (in the long run), and Yuki is scared out of his mind. They all end up staying to protect Tsubaki. Yuki starts opening up to Tsubaki, possibly because she has not revealed she as a room of dead bodies. Yuno becomes increasingly jealous and vows to kill Tsubaki.
In a different part of the temple/shrine Minene has been chained up (almost naked) by Number 12. Apparently it is his dream to be Hard Gay or something as he dons a scary outfit and dances around. He appears to be a follower of Tsubaki but has recently turned on her. He then demonstrates to Minene how he plans on doing this. Suddenly all the followers start losing their minds and killing each other. Yuno and Yuki are like wow things are bad DUH! Yuki has it in his mind he has to save Tsubaki while Yuno wants Yuki to leave. Yuki starts screaming that he doesn’t trust Yuno and she probably wants to kill him too. Yuki makes it to Tsubaki while Yuno is all NOOOO Yuki hates me NOOOOO. Yuno tries to figure out who is trying to kill her while Yuki pretends to be the hero. Yuno is not happy that Yuki and Tsubaki are having a normal relationship and threatens to kill Yuno. Number 12 transformed into Big Eye and does the victory dance for Minene. But Yuno does not kill Tsubaki, she runs around killing all the dead followers as they are not really dead yet. They are ZOMBIES! Big Eye is like WTF and Minene is like oh yeah by the way Yuno is INSANE. Yuno tells Yuki he has to come with her if he wants to live or he can stay with Tsubaki and die. THE END!
X__X Yuno is crazy. This entire series is perfect for Halloween. Why why is October over? Oh right because we need to celebrate Christmas. What is Thanksgiving?
But yes folks Yuno is crazy. Let us take a walk down crazy lane shall we? I don’t suggest watching this show on a dark and storming night. It might make you look at the windows a little funny.
The best part of Yuki’s dilemma is the fact he can’t do anything about it. If he tries to say anything Yuno diary will tell her ten minutes in advance. So by the time Yuki thinks of something Yuno has already seen it happen. I mean…I suppose he could write Keigo a note. In this episode Yuno could only see Yuki was talking to Tsubaki, not was actually being said. But that would only work so far.
Wait wait I am having a thought now. If Yuki was able to write Keigo a note somehow..or talk to Keigo with Yuno standing by and smiling the whole time so she doesn’t think anything is up Keigo would be able to do something about it. Because Yuno can’t stop any attacks on her. She can’t see anything about herself. She only reacts to events happening to Yuki and since she is in the same room she can avoid the danger herself. But if Yuki was separate from Yuki Keigo might be able to overpower her.
That is a whole lot of mights here. And we are dealing with a crazy person. All of the other diary owners call Yuno crazy. That is a super bad thing, to be called crazy by other crazy people. I am quite certain Yuki is the only normal one now. And well…he is being driven mad by a crazy girl. So if Yuno has been branded Queen of the crazy people by the other crazy people we have a problem folks.
Minene has been captured by someone who is human. That is such a relief folks. There is a reason behind the insanity. It is just a cult run by a blind person whose evil minion wants to be a super hero/Hard gay. It all makes sense my friends.
Also there is a reason that Minene has to be sitting in a jail cell with just her panties on. I believe there is a reason I really do. HMMM indeed. Minene has gone through a lot of looks already. Lolita, tough boyish figure, past as a crying little orphan girl, and now an extra in the Hostel movies. I can’t wait to see who she will be next week. Maybe a school girl? A cat girl? The possibilities are endless.
I love how all episode Yuki is trying to keep it all together around Yuno. I would be like HEY ZOMBIE SLAVES yeah kill that crazy girl. But that is just me. XD
Also what is interesting to note is Yuno is the cause of all her problems with Yuki. This also leads to an interesting question. Should she not have seen him opening the door ten minutes before he did it and stopped him? But putting that aside she is the one making him on edge. Maybe if Tsubaki had not invited Yuki to her place her life would not be in danger from Yuno. In fact all the diary users might live longer if they left Yuki alone. Maybe that was Deus’ plan all alone. Go HEY EVERYONE go get Yuki, knowing that would make Yuno go insane. Being the God of Time and Space must be boring. :P
I am not sure if I understand the logic behind Tsubaki’s self-confinement. Her vision isn’t so bad that she is blind. I mean in the tiny clip at the end of the show she can make out shapes. And somehow she manages to read her diary and write in pretty tiny print. I think it would have made more sense for her to be locked up because she is so magical and powerful she cannot be tainted from the outside world. And Yuki…I would not be calling anyone’s eyes freaky. LOOK BEHIND YOU!
The entire scene with the followers losing their mind was entertaining. Confusing entertaining. I am not sure how they became under the influence of Number 12. I am not sure why Number 12 even captured Minene or how he has super hearing but the scene was amusing. Mainly because Yuki and Yuno were standing there talking about how things were going to get bad soon. Soon. Not now. Okay.
In the end everything became a giant mess. Yuki is trying to protect Tsubaki because he obviously has not learned from his mistakes. Innocent girl who is a Future Diary owner too. YES! Let us protect her now. Yuno is 5 seconds away from killing Tsubaki but not before killing the random zombies in the room. Mr. Cop has left the room, possibly to find Minene some clothes. And then…we have Hard Gay. Diary Owner number 12. Can it be next week already?! I want to meet more crazy people! XD

That window was also the first thing I noticed. Why was someone as cornered as Yuki would leave his window open? Unthinkable! XD
Also, the followers are only acting like zombie in the beginning, correct. But they axed each other to death, didn't they? Or, at least, dying. In the end of the episode, when they got up and tried to kill our teenagers, aren't they real zombies? Wow, that Hard Gay sure is a superhuman (rather that a deluded freak). To hyptonize that many people from the basement, and raise them all as zombies. >_>
I thought the window was closed, I thought there was like a small piece of glass, then the frame and then another frame and glass, but who knows O_o .
The big eye guy turned out to be a really, really weird guy, like I don't know, he has a grudge against Tsubaki or he just wants to be God, but he is insane too.
There are a few of unbelievable things in this show, but what could we expect from an anime that starts with some guy talking to the God of Space and Time as an imaginary friend O_o .
Eternia and Ruben- Even if the window was not opened I don't think I would be sitting near it given the craziness that is Yuno. I would be locking myself in a small room with no windows wishing for another life.
I am not sure what the real zombies were all about. I thought they were running around killing themselves but then they popped out of the snow like daisies! Only Yuno can land any death blows!
It is true though, to take things TOO realistically when one of the characters is a scary god of time with a huge nose. XD
