3rd Wedding Anniversary: The year of the Nendoroids

Sorry Eden of the East. :( I know today is your day to be posted....but pictures of my lovelies are sitting on my camera and they are begging to be posted. I promise I will blog you tomorrow.

(Not that my promises mean much XD)

According to the internet the gifts that are traditionally exchanged on a 3rd wedding anniversary are ones made of leather or those made of glass/crystal. Well...it is a good thing we are not a traditional couple. ON TO THE FIGURINES!

Photobucket

Way better than leather anyway!

So after the intial MOG you got me these nendoroids moment, it was time to decide: to open or not to open. Do I become one of those people who proudly display their loveliness forever in a box or do I take them out and forever ruined the mint condition value?

Photobucket

Scoffing at my hard decision.

Clearly I do not care about mint condition. XD

These three are my first big nendoroids so I had to get use to how to change around their different parts. I was almost afraid of pulling too hard! I can't be breaking my lovelies already!

Photobucket

Welcome to my collection!

Photobucket

Too cute for words!

Miku from Vocaloid2 was the very first nendoroid I ever saw and thanks to her I got quickly obsessed with finding out more about these cuties. I might not be familiar with the Vocaloid products but I do know she is BEYOND cute. Out of three nendoroids I got in the mail she looks the most complicated and detailed oriented. She is also quite wide with her hair taking up tons of space.

Photobucket

Rarw. I am scary.

Saber from Fate/Stay Night was the biggest surprise out of the three. Since she was one of the oldest nendoroids I thought I would never get her. I figured that I was late to this craze party and that she would be too expensive. So imagine my surprise when GASP she was sitting there on my lap. I love her facial expressions. FEAR HER!

Photobucket

My head is full of thoughts.

L from Death Note is by far the heaviest out of the three. Seriously his head is so big he falls over half the time. I would pose him for a picture and crash he went. But he also came with the most faces so that is fun. XD It is hard to look at that cute face and remember he came from a violent anime series.

Photobucket

This has a 99 percent chance of not being cute.

Photobucket

MOG MURDER!

Then I had a special attack and decided to switch them all about. L's big head messed me up from changing their facial expressions so I settled for an outfit change. The result is crack.

Photobucket

Cosplaying: You're doing it right XD

Of course someone from the tiny nendoroid family had to greet the new arrivals. Haruhi being the special person she is decided that task could only be completed by her. Doesn't L look thrilled?

Photobucket

Are you kidding me?

So those are my happy anniversary gift. They are all quite lovely and I can't wait for that shelf to MAGICALLY nail itself to the wall so I can display them proudly. Watch out for another one of these posts in the near future as my husband says one more nendoroid is on the way. Yay for gifts that keep on coming.

Photobucket

A new friend? Do Not Want.

The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya Season 2 Episode 1 (sorta kinda....maybe?)

This week marked a special event for many anime fans across the globe. The long awaited day had finally arrived. Those whose patience were tested an inch from snapping were handsomely rewarded. Truly this is the exact opposite of Judgment Day.

Photobucket

Shame on you ALL!

And what exactly is this awesome event? Well, the second season (sort of) of The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. REJOICE MASSES REJOICE!

At least I hope there are people rejoicing though. I mean, this anime did first air in April of 2006. Granted that 3 years really isn’t that long of a time period but this is anime we are talking about. A market that has dozens of new shows coming out 4 times a year. After a while people probably got tired of the studios antics and how they were constantly April fooled about when/if a second season would be released.

For those who have been patient reap your rewards and read on.

When the spring 2009 anime line-up was announced there were many upset people across the web. What was this “rebroadcasting” nonsense? Hadn’t loyal fans been put through enough with the “deleted” website that might contain clues to a second season? All that information about the second season being put on hold due to people not agreeing where the series should go was believed yet angered many. So when people saw this rebroadcasting crap they expressed their anger in the form of upset smiley faces -____-.

Yet they (we) were wrong. This was another trick by the studio and we were so use to their tricks we couldn’t actually believe that they were telling us the truth. XD Silly surprises.

Photobucket

Haruhi is like the twin sister my parents never wanted.

The reason behind the whole rebroadcasting this was this series is now being shown in chronologically order instead of INSANE wtf is going on order. So the first few episodes were season one and everyone rolled their eyes. But now, this new episode is number 8 chronological and thus had to be “delayed” as it were. This show borders on this makes NO sense at all so it would have ruined the feel of the series if they had started the spring season off with episode 8.

Photobucket

If you want to continue being a cash cow you better start caring!

Is it a little bit too late though? Are people flocking to this new discovery with renewed spirits for their favorite anime? Or have they suffered from LOST syndrome and grew bored with the huge time in between seasons? Only time will tell but for me it has only been about a year. Had it been three years since I first watched this series I might have a different mindset but a year seems about right for a second season.

Given that this series is a bit unconventional it would be a little special and hard to make a proper summary. Well, maybe not given the fact that the series is now being broadcast in chronically order. But I wanted this episode independently of the others thus it seems random like usual. So yeah, no summary.

In terms of personal opinion this episode felt different to me. I can’t pinpoint what it was exactly but the show felt different. The characters sounded different even though they don’t. Their faces looked a bit off and almost SD at points. Even Kyon’s dramatic run on sentences had lost something but I am not sure WHAT. I am just so good at explaining things.

Photobucket

Art style anyone?

The first part of the episode was pretty boring. Given Haruhi’s usual antics the writing down of wishes was very very tame. Almost normal. Had it not been for Kyon’s fun killing spirit about the whole thing I might have fallen asleep. Crazy Haruhi would have made them write down wishes and later that night accidentally taken them to a dream world were their wishes came true in very bad ways. But….nope. She just may have broken the law to obtain the bamboo shoot but that is barely on the radar with insane Haruhi. You let me down you little psychopath.

Photobucket

Is petty theft all you got O great Haruhi?

The real interesting part of the show consisted of Kyon getting sent back to the past for no reason. Or at least for no reason as of yet. Sometimes Mikuru’s vagueness gets on my nerves. But Kyon was willing to go along with it so he can only blame himself.

Photobucket

Err, okay.

In the past they meet up with Haruhi the middle schooler and she was acting as crazy as ever. Or really, perhaps it was the start of the crazy. In any event Mikuru’s mission was to have Haruhi and Kyon meet in the past. For what reason we are not sure why.

Photobucket

Such a way of words.

But the results of said meeting are….well the entire series. Three years ago Haruhi might have just begun to fall into crazy land. If Kyon had not confirmed her crazy ideas and told her where she could find espers, time travelers, and aliens she might have given up all that “nonsense” and moved on to something else. Perhaps even be normal. Perhaps she would not have had that power at all.

Photobucket

Best codename ever.

So walk with me down this scary thought pattern of thinking. Haruhi creates things with her minds. Perhaps the only reason that aliens, time travelers, and espers exist is because Haruhi wants them to. Someone at time traveling head quarters made Mikuru take Kyon back in time. Kyon then tells Haruhi about time travelers thus making her believe they could actually exist. So according to some of the Brigade members three years ago SOMETHING happened. And that something could be their very existence, that Kyon’s words made her create aliens, time travelers, and espers.

Photobucket

The only school that can house all the crazy.

So in effect…the time travelers sent Kyon back in time to make sure they will exist later? X_X Or maybe that was not their intent but that is how it sounds. That is full of grandfather paradox, Novikov self-consistency principle, and a bunch of other concepts that fly over my silly little head.

Photobucket

As long as 378974 Sakura's don't start showing up I think I will be fine..

Add that to the possibility that Kyon might be the one with the real power and this show is turning into a real cluster….well you know. Everything is a result of Kyon’s casual words. At this rate it will be hard to tell what the heck is going on but that is the point of the show right?

Photobucket

Are you telling me this is all my fault?

I think people who follow the manga will better understand this show than those of us who are only currently on the anime. The time jumps are expected and they already know how most of this is going to play out. Not to say it’s not an adventure now but I am sure they are experiencing something different than I am.

To me this series might be better watching it as a complete whole rather than one episode at a time. It is already made of special without watching the videos out of “order”. So perhaps I will watch the entire series once season two (sorta) is out. But I am pretty much lying and I will watch the new episodes when they come out and I will continue to be confused. It is in my nature! So I hope that this season (ish) makes a little bit of sense and maybe something gets explained. Or if they don’t at least make season three come out in a timelier manner.

The silver lining outweighs the clouds today

Today was a great day. By all accounts it really should have been considered a pretty sucky one. It rained nonstop, slow people refused to do the speed limits at all, and everyone and their mother called in for deliveries which cased me to spend lots of time with the rain and slow drivers. I spent most of the day soaked wet and strangely very thirsty. Yet it was a good day.

So why was it a good day? Today was the day that three years ago I got married to my best friend on the planet. That fact alone made the day special even though I was tired, wet, and nearly killed by half the population on the road.

Some people scoff at the fact that a wedding day can be the happiest days in someone's life. I am not one of those people. I think that my wedding day was/will be the happiest day of my life. It was the day I pledged myself to my husband in front of all the important people in my life. Every day after this day I get to live with and love my best friend. It was the beginning of all the future happiness I will experience with this man so it is only natural that all this future happiness is dependent on our wedding day.

This day three years ago I was a nervous wreck and beyond happy. I was told later that my husband was excited yet nervous the entire time he was waiting for the ceremony to start (and yes I was late to my own wedding, but not by much all considering). I remember walking down the isle and having my soon to be husband meet me half way. It is hard to remember the vows we exchanged (which I had to fight tooth and nail since our officiant was against them for some reason) because I kept smiling and looking into his lovely face. I remember everyone clapping as we were announced man and wife. I remember the great food and the happy times at the reception. Things went wrong and not everything went according to plan but none of that mattered. As long as I got married that day everything else was of second importance.

This day two years ago we got another member added to our little family. I was getting ready for what I thought would be our night out celebrating our first anniversary. I heard my husband come home from work and my cat greet him in a whiny way. Only...it didn't sound like my cat. I walked into the living room to see a brand new baby kitten staring curiously at me from her carrier. After the squealing and the 497907 picture taken our new kitten bonded to us very quickly and became an important part of our family. She is the best gift I have ever received from my husband.

This day one year we were all sitting on the couch relaxing. The grown cat cuddled at the end pretending to hate our guts but still reaching for pets. The not so little kitten was cuddled between us because all the attention should be on her. What made this anniversary special was we were spending it in our brand new house. After almost two years living with an elephant for a neighbor and a constant fight for parking spots we finally owned a bit of something for our own. Even though most couples eventually end up owning their own place it still felt like a special moment for us.

Today we both called each other periodically while at work. I timed it out so that I could wish my husband a happy anniversary at the exact moment we said "I Do" three years ago. We exchanged gifts (which I will post later because XD I must spread the nendoroid love). We watched as our fat adult cat was more interested in attacking the box the gifts came in rather than the gift itself. We ate at a place most people would consider casual dinning but it's special to us. For when we first started dating over 8 years ago 15 dollars a meal was pretty pricey for teenagers. It felt special and grown-up then and we like reliving those moments on special occasions. We gently teased each other and shared inside jokes that would have everyone else raising their eyebrows. We both laughed at the movies when the man behind us was VIGOROUSLY cheering on Wolverine in each and every scene.

Our day was simple and our activities pretty typical but they are special to us. At the end of this day I smiled and thought about how lovely it will be next year to celebrate our 4th wedding anniversary, then the next one and the next one. The past three years have had their shares of ups and downs but overall we have been happy. And I look forward to many more years of happiness with this goofy man I love.

Thank you for reading my simple thoughts and feelings about what could have been a bad day. Perhaps if I viewed everyday as special I could stop sweating the small stuff and focus more on the happy life I do have. But yes, thank you for reading about my mushy life. XD

07-Ghost Episode 7 Summary and Review

So I watched the newest Chrome Shelled Regios episode today. I was ready to blog that episode and Shugo Chara. But after viewing Chrome Shelled Regios I had to lay down because of a MASSIVE HEADACHE I got while watching that episode.

I like shows to be interesting. I like there to be plot turns and twists. I like not knowing what is going to happen next. But I don't like having my brain explode all over the walls.

Seriously it was that bad. Or special. It was all over the place and the thought of even trying to write a summary made me X_X let along any review. It made no sense at all, it was all over the place, and it wasn't fun.

So...I decided to watch and blog something fun. Because blogging is not a chore. It is supposed to be enjoyable and leave my walls free from blood stains. So take THAT Chrome Shelled Regios. 07-Ghost is full of fine looking boys with a decent plot that doesn't make me feel like looking for a gun.

07-Ghost you get to be blogged early this week. Feel honored that I love you and you love me enough not to try to kill me. Now that doesn't mean you are allowed to be boring and predictable. Surprises are nice...just not all at once. So here is my early 07-Ghost post enjoy. XD

I like Disney parades better!

The festival thingy is still going on at the church of good looking men. Everyone is happy and celebrating with rainbows and probably ugly looking food. Mikage is looking on at the happiness and is thinking how he should leave before he loses control of himself. Teito comes up and is exciting about the bazaar thingy. Mikage decides that is okay to make one more happy memory before leaving Teito FOREVER! There are more prayers and masses and a creepy looking parade. Mikage is distracted with a weird looking kid and his sad face. Apparently his expression reminds him of a sad Mikage back in school. Ayanami is up in his ship and his men are talking about the mission. The purple hair tiny bishie says he will take on the mission to kill some slaves.

At the festival said mean looking kid steals some bread and a guy chases
after him. The three bishops stop him and convince him he is the bad guy for chasing the kid. The kid is then confronted by Mikage and Teito who eventually give him the bread. The kid eats it like he is starving and says his name is Tajio. His momma is dead and his dad had to leave home to make money. Tajio wants to be a BIG KID and not ask for anyone’s help. When Tajio runs off to get some water Teito muses that the kid reminds him of..him. While getting water Tajio sees a play going on and thinks the nun is in real danger. He takes the fake knife and makes a scene. Mikage and Teito get him away from the play and they are dramatically sighing. Suddenly Tajio’s father comes up. X_X The man has a butt load of money and thanks Teito for all his help (thinking he is the priest). They go on their merry way and Teito thinks something is up. Suddenly Ayanami talks to Mikage and tells him to make the choice between Teito or his family. Ayanami’s little purple hair minion of darkness goes and word attacks some people.

Photobucket

Probably not a good thing...

Tajio is being dragged along by his dad and is not having a lot of fun. He realizes that his dad is not really his dad and is freaking out. Teito arrives and Tajio gets away from his dad right before he grows Kor wings. The man attacks Teito but Teito’s magical eye in his hand protects him and the kid. But Mikage and Teito sorta stand there while the man grows more powerful. Frau was busy serving more gross food when he notices SMOKE coming from part of the church. Frau comes and dispatches the Kor quite easily. Ayanami smirks and goes A HA when Frau is awesome. The kid and his dad leave the church all happy and smiles. Mikage thinks sadly that this is last day with Teito but at least it was a happy one. Frau is all pissy because he knows that someone has been watching him. And Ayanami is still being a smug bastard. THE END!

Photobucket

Frau is so awesome flowers flutter all around.

I needed this episode so badly after watching the show that is Chrome Shelled Regios. Sure it was a tad boring but at least I understood what was going on. It didn’t leave me feeling stupid or homicidal. I will take boring over brain splatting any day.

The random friend of the week Tajio was random. I thought that it was special of Mikage to pick this kid out of the crowd. All those people there and some creepy kid with a frown on his face catch his eye? I think it was a stretch that Mikage linked Teito to this random kid but meh. It could have been much worse in terms of random friends of the week (again I am looking at you Shugo Chara).

Photobucket

Hurry. I need attention.

So at a festival thingy where free samples are given out and people are generous Tajio felt compelled to steal. And instead of punishing this thief the Bishops cover up his crimes. Because kids can’t do anything wrong DUR. Instead it is more fun to trip people who are chasing after naughty thieves!

Photobucket

How dare you want to make money!

So the friend of the week didn’t last very long. What with the stealing of the bread and trying to stop the play there was barely any time for Tajio to get his story across. That made his character very weak. Oh, poor baby. You are poor and your mom is dead. Your dad left you alone to earn money and you are trying to be a man and not ask for help. Your story is beyond familiar and boring. Perhaps if the episode focused less on the festival and more of Tajio his sob story would have tugged at my heart strings more.

Photobucket

You are not that cute!

But it didn’t. And when his dad magically came back to pick him up it rolled even more. It wasn’t even the fact that his dad knew where he was that had me going REALLY?! It was the mere convenience of it all. My dad has left to earn money for us and OH there he is. And he is possessed by a Kor. Really, I am so shocked by all of this. Please scrape me off the floor due to this massive plot twist.

Photobucket

*sigh* We saw this all coming.

At least the The Eye of Mikhael of was more impressive this week. It was at least able to protect Teito and Tajio. And Teito didn’t pass out on the floor due to its awesome sparkleness. Sure Teito has the whole rest of the series to gain control of his new toy. I just can’t wait to see Teito look awesome. Well, more awesome I should say.

Photobucket

Teito sparkles..THROUGH THE CHAINS!

This whole Ayanami being all pissy at Frau is special. Poor Ayanami can’t handle someone being as strong as him. Let me cry for him. But in this episode Ayanami did the little smirk face like he knows what/who Frau is. Great now tell me. XD Silly bloggers want to know.

Photobucket

DO YOU NOW?! TELL ME!

Now we know about Mikage. Or at least I do in case it was obvious to everyone else. Mikage does know what the heck is going on. He is following Ayanami’s lead. Or at least the thought has crossed his mind. But at least we know that he is not going to turn Teito in. He is just going to leave so Teito will be safe. Because Teito is his BESTEST BEST FRIEND EVER! I am just not thrilled that Ayanami can see all what is going on through Mikage.

Photobucket

Does not sound promising..

Poor Teito is just skipping through the forest unaware of what is going on. He doesn’t know that his presence at the church of good looking men is making Ayanami send Kor after Kor their way. He doesn’t know that Mikage is lying to him and is planning on leaving him soon. Teito keeps thinking that everything is his fault…and it is. :( And that makes me sad. He wants to leave before he does anyone harm but the harm has already arrived. My poor little Teito.

Photobucket

Sad face is sad. :(

Ayanami and his crew were boring this week. The tiny patch wearing one killed some slaves and Ayanami was busy smirking to himself and trying to control Mikage. Not any new information on that front but it’s okay. The less of them the better at this point.

Photobucket

Hi. I am random and boring. But at least I am cute. XD

So…everyone at the church was happy and helping people out. An innocent person appeared and was taken over by a Kor. A brief fight occurs. Frau is the one who destroys said Kor. Both Teito and Mikage think about how they have to leave so everyone can be happy. And Ayanami is acting like things are going his way. I hope next week it gets spiced up a little bit more. Please enlighten us flowers!

Pandora Hearts Episodes 6 and 7 Summary and Review

Sometimes it is good to be a little bit of a slacker and let the episodes pile up. You can blog the episodes together and save a bit of wordness. You can write about arcs so things make more sense. And you can save yourself some torture in case on episode leaves off with a x_X moment.

Excuses. I have them. But at least they all make sense. And I find that blogging arcs together more enjoyable at times. It answers questions faster and makes everything flow better. It also makes me posts make more sense.

So yay for me and posting Pandora Hearts on Pandora Hearts day. Clearly I deserve a cookie. So sit back and enjoy my little post on the craziness that is this series. Beware of excessive cute chibi Gilbert though. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Photobucket

No thanks, I prefer cookies.

Photobucket

TOO MUCH CUTE!

Episode 6 starts off with Break informing Oz that things look good for him as the seal hasn’t begun to move on him yet. Oz decides to be optimistic about his situation and not dwell on the sadness. Sharon sips her tea quietly as Raven and Alice try to kill each other. Oz states that he wants to go and investigate his coming of age ceremony site since that is where the pocket watch was/memory number one. Everyone exchanges glances at his suggest. There is a slight flashback of Oz thinking back to how his father hated him and how Gilbert tried to reassure him that was not the case. He wakes up when they reach the mansion and he is shocked about how tore up it looks. Raven appears and tells Oz that he and other Pandora members are going to check things out and for him to wait where it is safe. He also reminds Oz not to think about that dead flower girl person as it was not his fault. Alice wakes up and for some reason she and Oz start talking about Gilbert (or how Alice jokes about him being hurt and all). Oz muses that he thinks that Alice and Oz would get along great since they can’t remember their past. Oz goes into telling how Gilbert was found in their garden hurt and no memories at all. His Uncle told Oz that Gilbert would be his servant from now on. Oz did a great deal of teasing towards Gilberts he proves that he wants to take care of Gilbert and that they should be friends as well. There are some fun scenes that Oz describes as…getting along (but it is really it was Gilbert abuse). Oz just wishes he could go back to the good days.

Photobucket

MMMM the good old days.

As Raven is investigating the building all his men start attacking weird and attack him. He is forced to shoot them and the robed person from episode one appears (the one who controlled Gilbert and made him stab Oz). She taunts him into remembering how he stabbed Oz those years ago (SHOCKER! Raven is Gilbert) and introduces Gilbert to her Chain. She goes on and on about the past and how 10 years have passed and blah blah. Meanwhile Oz and Alice heard the gunshots and came running. Oz overhears all of this and is GASP shocked to learn Raven is Gilbert. Oz thinks back to Gilbert telling Oz that even though there is darkness in both of them Oz can ALWAYS believe in him. He swears his oath to Oz and it is all sparkly. Oz is all X_X I have been gone for 10 years?! The robed person tells Raven (who is tied up and controlled by her Chain) to attack Oz. The reason for this is unclear but she does reveal that Oz is the key to controlling the Will of the Abyss. So Raven throws Oz around the room for a little bit and Oz doesn’t fight back. He thinks back to all the promises Gilbert made and how he tried to show him the light. Oz puts Raven’s gun to his chest and tells him to end it all if that is what he wants! Cliff hanger….for 5 seconds!

Photobucket

We will have to wait...2 minutes to find out the conclusion of this!

Episode 7 starts off with the last few moments of the previous episode. Oz puts the gun to himself and tells Raven to shoot. Raven is shocked at his words and thinks back to the promises he made as a kid. The gun goes off and the robed person is shot in the arm. Her Chain is sucked through the floor and she is not pleased. The robed person cackles and says even though things turned out slightly different things will still go according to her plan and she disappears. Raven gets all mad at Oz for taking that risk and Oz smiles, saying he knew that Raven would stop if he was really Gilbert. Raven scoffs, saying he is no longer the Gilbert he knew but now a member of an opposing family. Raven sulks off and Oz brushes aside Alice who was trying to comfort him. He is convince that Raven is still Gilbert and will talk to him about it. He runs after Raven leaving Alice alone in the broken down building. Raven is at the grave that he and Oz fell into 10 years ago thinking about his life and his lies. Oz comes up and demands to help Raven with his wounds. Oz talks about the day they fell into this grave and how it seems like only yesterday for Oz. Oz then gets up and starts talking about how Raven is still Gilbert to him, no matter if he is older or belongs to a family that is in a blood feud with his own. Raven is touched and pledges himself to Oz once again.

Photobucket

That was a long scarf...

A voice is taunting Alice in the building, saying that she will always be alone. Then this crazy stuffed animal rabbit starts floating around and threatening Alice and acting insane. Oz comes back to get Alice and she is not pleased to see him. But he still manages to convince Alice to come see the grave with him. As they walk she is caught up in the flowers and how they call to her. Suddenly all three of them are caught up in a memory of Alice’s. She is wearing a fancy dress and carrying that insane bunny plushie around. She runs up to a man that Oz recognizes from her dreams (as the one who told Oz to help Alice out). Instead of helping this time he goes out of his way of disguising who he is. He says that the Will of the Abyss is now watching them and the memory starts to fall apart. They end up in something like the Abyss and Alice is chained to a chair. The bunny plushie flies around and screams at Oz to be with her for a little while. Oz refuses to leave Alice and that pisses it off slightly. The plushie goes on to say that Alice should have never existed and crap like that. When Oz states he still wants to be with Alice the plushie goes insane and tries to eat him. Raven shoots it in the head but that just shrinks it down a little bit. It says that one day he will regret that decision and those three leave the Abyss and end up…outside Sharon’s house. Sharon smiles and says that everything is going to plan. Elsewhere a different version of Alice is waiting in the doll room for Oz and looks a little bit insane about it. The end!

Photobucket

Much too cute!

See! It was good that Pandora Hearts was late being subbed last week/my inability to do anything on time. These two episodes went together perfectly. That and I do not think I could have waited to see if Oz got shot or not. So yay for me!

Photobucket

Shortest cliffhanger ever!

So…..slightly confused. But probably due to the fact that I don’t listen or pay attention as close as I should. But I really thought that Oz knew about the 10 year difference. I thought when Sharon and the others told Oz that he shouldn’t be around his family anymore he was told the time difference. X_X Maybe that was just me putting in the small details for it to make more sense. In any event…Oz is slow.

Photobucket

Them are fighting words!

But at least he found out NOW that Raven is Gilbert. Of course it was totally obvious and everyone was screaming at Oz to stop being so special but it could have been worse. It could have been the last episode before Oz found out the truth. That really would have had me rolling my eyes and …well just rolling my eyes.

Photobucket

Everyone in anime has darkness in their hearts, true facts.

And in reality it hasn’t been that long that Raven was hiding the truth from Oz. Or it hasn’t seemed that long. 3 episodes top and they have only gone two places. So I will be generous and say a month at most. It’s not like SOME animes where the best friend is lying for months and months (looking at you Shugo Chara). So….it was a little dramatic how Oz found out but yay for the truth!

Photobucket

Curse the truth being found out so soon!

The best part of the episodes of course were the SD moments. I think the part where Oz was thinking back to the good old days where he and Gilbert ran through the woods and told bed time stories at slumber parties. Or really….when Oz tied Gilbert to a tree and spun him around. Or put him in a barrel and tossed him over a water fall. I think we all should be grateful that Raven didn’t grow up seeking vengeance that looks justified. XD

Photobucket

Best friends forever!

Photobucket

I can see why Gilbert has stuck around Oz all this time....

We learned a TINY bit more about this Abyss stuff. But not much. They are slowly leaking those details aren’t they? I guess the robed people needed to make an appearance so we don’t forget about them. Said robed person was too busy tearing apart Raven and taunting him about the past to give us any details. She does mention something about the Will of the Abyss and how beating Oz up will help gain this power. Yeah, thanks for all the information.

Photobucket

I wonder if that was in their plans....

Next we have Raven telling Oz that he belongs to a certain family now. Raven’s new family and Oz’s family are apparently involved in a blood feud. Only we are given no details of said blood feud or why this is important. IT JUST IS! Deal with it.

Photobucket

GASP! We must duel now!

Then we have a random stuffed animal flying around bothering Alice. It is cute until it’s eyes grow REALLY big and tries to eat people’s faces. And apparently it is the Will of the Abyss. The Will of the Abyss can run around in the real world. DUH!

Such a mean bunny too!

Next Alice walks into her dream and it is revealed that Alice might have been human at one point. At the very least this old house was where she used to live. We see that blond guy again and once again it makes no sense on why is aware of everyone’s presence or why he is such a big deal. I think that he is somehow related to Oz (his father) but whatever. A cute young Alice was nice to see.

Okay, maybe not that much younger...but alive?

And last our group was dragged into the Abyss. Now..I thought there were rules about how one gets thrown into the Abyss but BAM there they are. Or at least something that looks like the Abyss. Alice gets tortured for a little bit, the Will of the Abyss implies that Oz is important to him/it, and another Alice is somewhere waiting for Oz. All is crystal clear.

Of course. Duh.

Yes that is all very special. In the end it will all make sense but for now they are just a bunch of random facts threatening to explode my brain. But in a good way and not in a violent and messy way. My carpet is ruined enough without blood stains.

NO MORE ANGER!

I will try to hold back my yaoi girl tendencies and not pair up Gilbert and Oz. Even though Gilbert has pledge his undying loyalty to Oz. Or how Oz goes on and on about how important that Gilbert is to him. Or how Oz runs off to help Raven and leaves Alice behind. Nope, not going to mention that at all.

IT SPARKLES!

Sharon annoys me greatly. I hate how she is calmly sipping her tea and acting like she knows what is going on. Well, I am sure she does but she doesn’t have to be so cocky about it. She is cocky about it in an annoying innocent girl way and that is what makes me RARW. Be gone Sharon be gone!

Oz is too confused to care about Sharon.

So in all I am happy with postponing watching Pandora Hearts last week and watching two episodes together. Things made more sense and I didn’t have to wait long to find out Oz’s fate. Still not sure where this show is going but the journey is interesting enough for me. XD

Hurry and explain this all...
