Pandora Hearts Episode 25 FINAL EPISODE

…*sniffle* Pandora Hearts is over. It seems that when you are watching a weekly series it is sadder when you come to the last episode than if you had marathoned the entire series. Perhaps that is because you looked forward to the weekly series and had more time invested in the characters and storyline.

Photobucket

We're over? Say what?

Whatever the case is I am a sad little Tenchi. No more 07-Ghost and no more Pandora Hearts. But there is a small silver lining as both shows have to have a season two so maybe my tears will only last for 6 months. XD I can dream of course.

But for now I shall be sad that the series is currently over and many things are left unresolved. Onward to the final write up and how I think things should play out for the next season.

Photobucket

Home is not where his heart is...

Uncle Oscar has decided that Oz should go back to his home. I guess since Pandora knows that Oz is alive that it is safe for him to return back to his household. I think he should return home as well but it was said in a way that made it seem like a passing thought and not something that hadn't being discussed before. Random thought I guess. But since I have random thoughts a lot it’s fine.

Photobucket

Uncalled for comment is completely uncalled for.

Alice….I wanted to slap you hard. I am sure everyone in that room knows why Oz doesn’t want to return home. It is hard to only blame Alice for her rude comments given that Alice says rude stuff all the time. Why was she told of Oz’s relationship with his father? Oz would have told her eventually and it is his business to tell. And telling Alice something is like broadcasting it on the internet BAD IDEA. So Alice…please be learning some tact in the future. Or maybe people can just stop telling you anything.

Photobucket

Thanks for telling us that now Oscar. Heaven forbid you save Oz from any pain.

So after Uncle Oscar announces they are returning home and Alice made her rude comment it is revealed that Oz has nothing to worry about anyway. Daddy Bezarius isn’t there. In fact Daddy Bezarius hasn’t been seen since before the coming of age ceremony. So essential Oz is coming home to a family less house as his sister is at school, mom is apparently dead, and Daddy Bezarius is off hating Oz is some faraway place. Perhaps telling Oz this information first and then telling him they should go home would have gone better. But we need over dramatic moments ya’ll.

Photobucket

Someone looks guilty.........

So now it is time to travel home. And for Oz to ask Gilbert why he hid the fact that Daddy Bezarius was where to be found. We all know the reason why Daddy Bezarius isn’t around and so does Gilbert. So now would be a perfect chance to break down and tell Oz the truth right?! Right?! The season is almost over and we can’t have this secret spill over into season two! But no Uncle Oscar saves Gilbert from answering the question and avoiding the crises. BOOOOOO! BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! Of course Oz is a little bit smarter than most people give him credit for and he isn’t buying all this. Good job Oz.

Photobucket

Thanks again Captain Obvious.

Back at her home Sharon and Break talk about the obvious things that have been happening in the series. Like how Oz could be the reincarnation of Jack and that since the Will of the Abyss has a strong feeling towards Jack that could explain why she didn’t kill Oz when she had the chance. Or that Oz is the key to all of this but we still don’t know why. And also how the Basketcase people don’t want Oz to help them as they tried to throw him in the Abyss before and that typically isn’t a place you keep your secret superduper important weapon. Or maybe it is knowing this crew. Yay for Break and Sharon for keeping all the crazy theories alive.

Photobucket

I can't hate Alice for long when she is this cute!

Oz finally returns home to a huge welcome home party. Or maybe just that old teacher of his who seems to lost some of her edge. Alice deems this house awesome since they serve meat. Alice is good at feeling out situations. Oz has a moment where he relives his father calling him filthy. It feels out of place and overdramatic but meh. It is time to have a nice meat dinner and for Oz to get back to his normal life at his own home.

Photobucket

Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain!

Or or Uncle Oscar can tell Oz he has to become head of the house now that Daddy Bezarius is gone. Even though that might not be possible since Daddy Bezarius has the house Chain. When Oz asks what exactly the house chain is Gilbert makes a big show of trying to cover up the wall. The wall that has a 20 foot painting of the Chain in question. The Chain that dragged Oz into the Abyss in episode 1. Gilbert I love you…..but there was no way Oz was going to miss that “tiny” picture on the wall. Bonus points for Uncle Oscar for going the Alice route and not having any tact.

Photobucket

Gilbert could have hid that painting if he really tried.

But I guess I should be happy. I did say I wanted Oz to find out his father was a Basketcase person before the end of this season and I got my wish. YAY FOR WISHES! Too bad that Oz is deeply hurt and knows that Gilbert has been hiding this from the start and that his own father hates him so much that he threw him in the Abyss and that everyone should know how evil his father is based on his Chain and no one seems to care. But errr….at least I am happy?

Photobucket

My poor Oz. :(

Oz decides he is going to take a well deserved emo break in his room while Break, Gilbert, and Alice discuss what should happen now. Waiting has never been a strong point for Alice and she decides that since Gilbert is her servant she should take care of the situation. Gilbert runs after her to stop her since he wants Oz to have a cry and get it all out. In the end they both end up coming through Oz’s bedroom door to see him acting very emo. Oz talks about his one sided love towards his father and how he understands what his sin is now. But not really. All he says is that he knows he is related to the Tragedy of Sabrie. I think everyone knows that by now. I want something a little bit more people! What exactly is Oz and what is his connection/sin? Not that I am buying the whole sin thing but in his mind….

Photobucket

be right back stabbing Alice.

So Oz goes back and forth with his crazy thoughts. His dad hates him and he is Jack. But he doesn’t care his dad hates him and he is really Oz. He sounds a little manic with his questions and it is a little concerning. But Alice decides this is all about her and her memories. She gets really snotty and decides she is going to search for answers on her own and leave Oz behind. Oz is clearly having a rough day and Alice is going to be rude again? Alice what is going on with you? Stop being such a brat!

Photobucket

Why doesn't anyone ever listen to me?!

The next day Oz is back to being his normal self (well maybe on the outside). But he asks Break to find the Basketcase people. Because Break is a GPS unit. Also this plan is made of fail. I don’t ever see the point of marching into enemy territory and demanding answers but then again I like to make sense. Magically Break and Gilbert agree to this fail plan and find the Basketcase’s location. But instead of sending all of Pandora to bomb the bad guys, our heroes (Alice has decided she loves Oz…err he is her manservant so she had to go) set off to their location which is….Sabrie. I am shocked and amazed people. Those people at Pandora are such detectives!

Photobucket

Oz needs a new poem book and dark corner.

For most of the journey Oz continues to be down on himself. Break comments that Oz has lost all of his self confidence after finding out his father’s betrayal and he is well within his rights to be all emoish. I don’t like that Oz thinks that all the decisions he has made in the series were dumb and he only seems himself as a worthless loser. But I know that this is actually had a kid would react to this situation. He will never be good enough for his father and in his mind he is a loser. I can’t really say this moment is really over dramatic as I find it really accurate and sad.

Photobucket

Hello. Now you die.

So our group makes it to Sabrie. Or what is left of the town. I was expecting a crater like hole in the ground but there is still a bit of the town left unharmed. The three main Basketcase people arrive to announce that their leader will be attacking them shortly. How kind and pointless of them.

Photobucket

Attack of the purpleness!

And attack he does. His Chain comes out of nowhere and binds all of our heroes. And it appears it is going to drag them into the Abyss. Oz manages to find it in himself to release Alice’s power on his own instead of having Gilbert draw them out for him. Then when Alice’s powers aren’t enough Oz manages to power her up just because he can. Daddy Bezarius’s Chain is squished in one blow and everyone is freed from their chains. No explanation is given on why Oz is so awesome. He just is. He has the power to control the Abyss and other things because that is how he is.

Photobucket

Here it comes!

So now that Oz has traveled to Sabrie and confronted the Chain that dragged him into the Abyss it is time for the faceoff with his father. This should be good!

Photobucket

And it's over.....

Or we never see Daddy Bezarius’ face. :( And all Oz tells him is that it doesn’t matter who he is, why he exists, or what people expect for him. He is going to continue being himself…and that is it. Oz walks away and Daddy Bezarius disappears. Anti climatic is this moment. Especially given the fact that Oz spent most of this episode saying what a loser he is and the like. I hope he just meant those words…but I don’t think those words were worth almost dying for.

Photobucket

No. You are a bad guy. That is it.

As Daddy Bezarius leaves he tells the viewers that Oz CANNOT be in this world. So I am sure it will turn out in season two that Oz’s dad is just trying to protect the world and it pains him to hurt his son but he has too. Rarw I hate it when the bad guy turns out to have good motives. BOOOO!

Photobucket

Aw too cute. THE END!! :(

Oz decides to end this season by comparing his life to a twisted fairy tale and that together with Alice he will solve all the riddles. It is a sweet moment….then it pans back to the grave with the pocket watch on it. That better just be a reflection of episode 1. Oz better still have that pocket watch in his pocket! I think if it had ended with them all standing in front of the grave it would have been better but meh. I think Oz acknowledging this was a story and so unreal it had to be a fairy tale was a pretty decent ending. Or really a lead up into season two.

And that is it. :( I am happy that Oz knows that his father is head of the Basketcase clan. That will give more fuel to season two with Oz having to discover the truth while knowing he has to fight his father eventually. I am sad that Oz didn’t grow much as a person but I would be pretty devastated that not only does my father hate me but he tried to kill me too. So maybe Oz can grow more next season and not have so many emo attacks. And Alice can stop saying such stupid things. And Gilbert can stop feeling guilty over things that aren’t his fault.

You were interesting Pandora Hearts. You have a lot to explain still and I look forward to getting all the answers one day. For now Pandora Hearts is no more and sadness fills my heart. But thanks for the good series and hopefully my posts will encourage someone to watch Pandora Hearts and fall in love with it too. See ya next season!

Pandora Hearts Episode 24

So after Anime Festival Orlando, New Hampshire, and now Anime Weekend Atlanta my schedule has been a little messed up and I have gotten a bit behind on things I want to blog. But now I think all my trips are out of the way and I can get back to my regular life, work included. BOO TO WORK! I have heard some horror stories about what happened at work while I was gone so I am not looking forward to jumping back into that mess.

Photobucket

Seriously WTF is that?!

But that aside I am glad I can get caught up on blogging and anime. Going on trips is nice but I like being at home and doing my normal everyday stuff. XD I like routine.

So yay for Pandora Hearts and BOO that it is ending soon. Let's enjoy this episode for now and pretend it's not almost the end (for now). Click for spoilers and speculation galore!

This episode wasn’t really…interesting to say the least. I could make a summary for this episode but it would go like this:

Photobucket

Behold how awesome Gilbert is.

A bunch of Chains attack the town. Our heroes spend too much time just looking at the Chains. Eventually everyone gets their Chains out and starts rescuing citizens. Pandora Headquarters is attacked. Oz is nearly burnt alive when he rescues some kid but Alice saves him. Break uses his Chain to stomp the others but he is really injured. Alice and Oz take refuge in an abandoned house and they talk about how this is all happening because maybe the Will of the Abyss is sad. Another Chain attacks and they run. The Basketcase trio show up and protect Alice and Oz on orders from their boss. Everyone meets up again and the biggest Chain ever attacks. Alice tries attacking him but is nearly mushed. Oz begs the Will of the Abyss to stop….and she does? It dies and another one of Alice’s memories is revealed. It is of Jack and her on a lake and him telling her that he can never meet with her again. The Will of the Abyss looks on and it is creepy. Oz reveals to Alice later that he will protect her and accept her for who she is and she tries to get out of the romantic situation. THE END!

Photobucket

Quick stare at the giant danger and do nothing!

Well I guess that is a decent size paragraph. But it still didn’t feel like much happened in this episode. Not going to stand out as my favorite episode but that is going to happen time to time. Not every episode can be MOG great.

Photobucket

Our aim is lovely! No seriously we suck.

I do laugh at Pandora’s “elite” members. They all ran like little girls when a few low level Chains came in. Granted they are big scary monsters but they are supposed to be members of an ultra secret organization. Grow some balls and take care of the enemy. Sure they sent out some Chains later but where were they when the fires first started? And massive MOG points to all those men firing on the Chains and only killing one. Clearly Gilbert is the only awesome shot in the series. Even Oz and his inexperience with a gun did better than those grown men.

Photobucket

No no, pay no attention to the dying man behind the curtain.

Break is going to die soon. He is already weak because he is on his second contract and his Chain now has a massive power. I just had a trip down memory lane and thought of him as being a Cyber Jar. What a silly and random thought. But in any event maybe Break has a right to be all moody and cranky all the time. He is fighting to hide how hurt he is and that is a strain on his body. :( But he killed almost all the Chains by himself so he earns a cookie in my book.

Photobucket

What a novel idea captain useless.

Sharon is Sharon. She is just there in my opinion. All fawning over Break and generally being useless. I am a hater and I admit it.

Photobucket

We are here to rescue you so we can kill you later.

The Basketcase people surprised me this week. Of course if their sorta leader is Oz’s father it makes sense that he doesn’t want his son to die (but then again looking at the previews for next week…). But the more plausible answer would be that the Basketcase people need Oz alive for some other purpose and are only keeping him alive until that secret purpose is met. Truly wonderful people they are.

Photobucket

Almost NOM NOM NOM time.

Alice almost met her match with that huge dragon Chain. It was weird watching her get her butt kicked since we are used to her wiping the floor with the other Chains. But we have to take into account she had already squished a bunch of other Chains earlier. She was also worried about Oz’s health so she may not have been pushing herself to the limit as to not hurt him. But Alice still needs a hug at the end of the day.

Photobucket

Lonely doesn't give you an excuse to kill the whole world okay.

Some of the members of our motley crew have decided that the reason all these Chains have gone insane is because the Will of the Abyss is emotionally confused. Hold on as I dry my tears for her. Of course when we find out what horrible thing happened to White Alice I will be taking back my words. I would just like to know how our crew came to that decision. Or why Alice would be feeling sorry for her now. I know that last episode they learned that Alice and White Alice are twins but still. Alice can’t chalk this up to be lonely. Home girl is just crazy.

Photobucket

Let me rescue you so I can kill you later part two.

So after White Alice sends all the Chains to squish everyone…she decides to save them because Oz asked her too. We all know that Oz has some magically sparkly power in him but it seems more than that. That White Alice likes Oz and wants to protect him. Or maybe home girl is just crazy. I mean who else sends a bunch of Chains to squish someone then decides to rescue them from her own attack? Someone is not playing with a full deck of cards.

Photobucket

A fail fragment.

Alice’s newly required memory fragment was not full of information. It was just Jack telling her that he can’t meet her again. Which I am sure is when he goes to fight Gene and everything goes insane. But if I were Alice I would feel rather jipped if that is all the information I got after so long. It is almost like Chrome Shelled Regios and their random Engrish clips.

Photobucket

Aw Alice is so cute and in denial.

The end of the episode was so cute. Break was telling Oz that he wasn’t a snot nose brat and Oz values his own life. Then Oz himself broke out the rosy words and told Alice that he will always be by her side even if her past threatens to break her. Alice tries to pretend that Oz is only her manservant but her blushy face is a dead giveaway. The scene was almost too cute for words.

So…that was the whole episode. Not too much going on but still enjoyable. But I guess that is okay since there HAS to be a second season. Next week looks like Oz is going to go through some family problems. I predict this season will end with Oz finding out his father works with/for the Basketcase people and that he let home as Oz was born and would mess up his plans. Stay tuned to see if I am actually right. XD

Pandora Hearts Episode 22-23

Finally! It feels like forever since I blogged any anime. New Hampshire sucked me into their laid back no technology lifestyle! SAVE ME ANIME!

Photobucket

WTF is going on?!

But yeah...I wish I hadn't gotten behind on Pandora Hearts. And I am glad it was only for two weeks. Missing two episodes was confusing enough! X_X I have learned my lesson Pandora Hearts.

But yes. Yay for anime. I have been so busy this week I haven't gotten a chance to overload on anime in preparation for AWA. Fail on my behave. I blame Pokemon Platinum and the damn pokemon radar I can't seem to make work.

Okay! On to Pandora Hearts and how it makes my brain explode in fun and exciting ways. And yes for spoilers and speculations!

Yeah. It was a bad time to take a break (an unintentional one) from Pandora Hearts. I have no idea what happened at all in episode 22. Taking a break on episode 23 would have been the smarter move had I known what was going to happen.

Photobucket

Vincent is good at making friends.

This episode opens up in the past (mog shocker right?). It’s not at the point I remember from episode 21 as the tragedy just took place and White Alice was rolling on the floor in pain. No this scene shows normal Alice while she was human. She was happily waiting for Jack to come and play with her. Vincent comes in with her dead cat Cheshire, having cut his eyes out. He mocks her as Alice loses her mind.

Photobucket

This is important I know it!

Even though this scene seems rather random it is actually really important. One we learn about how the pet Cheshire died and why he and White Alice are the way they are. Two Vincent is holding a pair of scissors. Alice was killed and it was an MOG moment on the scissors. So…I am saying it is safe to say that Vincent killed Alice and not Glen (as later information will show it can’t be Glen). Three it shows Alice capable of insane moments, just like White Alice/Will of the Abyss. So it is easier to see how sweet Alice became crazy insane Alice.

Photobucket

What is Break's real name again? I didn't catch it the first 125896 times!

Break wakes up from his memory nightmare to have people fawning over him. Well Gilbert is more in shock that he is from the past too but everyone else seems concerned. Barma acts like he did Break a huge favor and demands that he continue on with his story (Break left off when Vincent came in with a baby Gilbert and that small explosion happened 100 years ago). Oz proves to be Oz again and tries to tell Break not to say anything that will cause him pain. Break pretends that Oz’s concern is unfounded but we all know that Break is happy someone cares about him.

Photobucket

How can someone so young be so crazy?

Vincent falls on the ground and smiles crazy when he sees White Alice. He wants to know why she is even here because he KNOWS Alice shouldn’t be here. He saw her die (or did it, whatever). White Alice and Cheshire are not pleased to see Vincent. It is attack of the crazy eyes and then…it’s almost like White Alice is Alice, crying like an innocent child. She even doesn’t recognize Break in the room. Instead it is time for a tea party.

Photobucket

I was expecting an epic tantrum....

Yeah…Alice is a crazy person. And Break needs a hug for going through such craziness. He looks like deer in headlights while all these people he doesn’t know have freak attacks. Yes Break was a bad person what with killing people and all to bring back his family…but still. This is above and beyond torture.

Photobucket

Who needs tears?! It's time for tea!

So while White Alice is having her tea party waiting for Jack, Vincent decides to ruin her happiness. He tells her that Jack is probably dead by now, that he will never come back and he is fighting Glen. That everything that is happening right now is her fault, that she killed Jack. That was the wrong thing to say.

Photobucket

I don't think I would be laughing at a time like this but that's just me.

Vincent thinks that if everything breaks and goes insane he will look like the normal one. Yeah….this kid isn’t playing with a full deck. He and baby Gilbert are flung away as the dimension falls apart. Break hears Vincent say the word Break 4896967 times. Break decides that he is broken as well for being in this dimension and that is where the name comes from. In a way it makes sense….but Break is still a weird name.

Photobucket

Favorite scene of the entire episode. Is Break really Fai?!

Despite the fact the Abyss is falling apart and he is missing an eye and White Alice is INSANE Break decides he is going to get his wish granted. Which makes sense. If he is going to suffer and go through all this crap he might as well get his wish granted. The wish to turn back time and save his family.

Photobucket

Yes Gilbert, it's all about you.

And end scene. Gilbert is still walking around talking about how he is from the past. Gilbert I love you…but in the grand scheme of things what happened to you personally was the least suckiest thing out of the whole group. But it is funny to see him hanging on to that fact while everything else is crashing and burning all around him. The person that should be freaking out the most (after Break) is Alice and she is just sitting there on the floor. Poor Alice.

Photobucket

Barama's information fails.

Barma has decided that he is going to share with the group his information to make the deal fair. He says that Jack Bezarius use to write about a person named Alice. He found her living in a tower confine by the Basketcase people. Jack had his feelings hurt that Glen kept this information from him but he visited Alice. Alice does not seem to hate Glen but instead thinks everyone hates her. Alice looked forward to her visits with Jack and Jack seems happy too.

Photobucket

I predict this will end well.

But soon Jack picks up on the fact that not all is right with a girl who locked up in tower by crazy people. Sometimes Alice acts a little off, like she has a dark side to her. Jack questions the other Alice one day and OH BOY. She smiles her evil smile and I am sure Jack regrets asking that question.

Photobucket

This makes perfect sense DUH!

The other Alice explains Alice seems different because they are different. Their souls are connected. It is unclear who is in charge but I would assume it is the Will of the Abyss. But she implies that normal Alice uses their connection to come visit Earth for half the day. So White Alice in this scenario seems like the sane one and the normal Alice is the Will of the Abyss. Or I am just confused and have no idea what is going on and I am sure Jack didn’t either. Poor Jack.

Photobucket

Such a people person.

In conclusion of Barma says that Alice and the Will of the Abyss are twins. They were real people but born in the Abyss. Or some jazz like that. Barma doesn’t give them much else in terms of information. He says that Jack merely mentions a lot of regret when it comes to Alice and that Jack really should have been worried about a nation rather than two individuals. Barma shows his true colors and grabs Alice. The Basketcase people wanted Alice so they could get the Will of the Abyss (hence her being locked up in the tower). He also threatens Break that he will tell all of Pandora who he really is.

Photobucket

Oh it's on!

Oz isn’t having any of that. He says that Barma is an important person and people will listen to him. But Oz has the hero Jack inside of him and he can also twist the situation to his advantage. Oz has a mean streak in him when his friends are threatened. Also it is easier to be brave when Gilbert has a gun pointed at your opponent's head. XD Later Oz feels all X_X about the whole situation and that he was scared out of his mind. Typical Oz behavior.

Photobucket

It's hard to feel bad for yourself when you are hungry.

Alice is sitting on the floor in the exact same position as the boys discuss the situation. Now part of me feels really bad that she is depressed. I am sure all this information was hard on her. Most of it involves her. And she just found out that she is the twin of the Will of the Abyss. But then Alice announces she is hungry. Yeah….I guess Alice wasn’t sitting on the floor feeling bad for herself. But I can pretend she was?

Photobucket

Yay for sparkles!

Oz tries to tell Break once again how he really looks up to him for saying all that hard information even though he didn’t have to. Break tries to brush off the situation by saying he hasn’t even told the whole story. Oz does the whole I don’t care who you are speech and Alice bust out with we are using each other thus we are friends speech. This is supposed to be a touching moment where they all bound and Break smiles and knows they are friends deep down. But no..Break is not feeling the moment which makes the moment that much more special. Or at least it does in my opinion. XD

Photobucket

And you didn't freak out because....?

In the carriage ride home Break tells the rest of his story. About how he was born into a family of knights and he was sent to protect a certain noble family. He and the young daughter were out of the house when everyone else was killed. That is when he was approached by something in the Abyss to turn back time. Oz feels sad that nothing was done for Break, that the wish was too impossible. Break then explains no, that White Alice granted his wish and turned back time. The family was saved…for two or three years. But then they were all killed by a different person for a different reason. So Break’s wish actually cost the life of the little girl as she was spared the first time around.

Photobucket

Fai already has a twin....but we know how Tsubasa works. XD

Yes Break is still alive despite the fact that his life is crap and every decision he has made thus far has sucked hard. Oz tries to tell Break it isn’t his fault but Break goes all Tsubasa on him. It is his fault even if he didn’t know the outcome because he was asking for something so taboo. So Break thinks he is an awful person and deserves all this pain. WOOHOO.

Photobucket

See the seriousness!

Oz is full of these feel better speeches today. I think it is hard for him to be taken seriously since he technically only 15 but he is pretty wise. That and Break is not a very serious person to begin with. Everyone tries to take a moment to reflect on the day as Alice catches two snowflakes in her hand. One for her and one for her insane and murderous twin sister. Exciting.

So yeah…this episode was pretty special. I got kinda lost about how Alice and the Will of the Abyss were twins. Or why “human” Alice needed White Alice to get to Earth and visit Jack. Or why Barma thought his information was on par with Break’s. If I was Break I would be pretty pissed that I told practically everything except the tragedy and all he gets is that Alice is twins with the Abyss…WHICH IS ALMOST EXPECTED! Bleh.

Episode 23 was basically a review/recap episode. But Pandora Hearts went a little different route and didn’t have an episode with boring clips from other episodes thing.

No instead the plot was going at a snail’s pace with lots of pit stops to remind the viewers who people are and about unresolved plot issues.

Photobucket

Vincent is almost nice in this scene. Almost.

The new stuff consisted of Alice, Gilbert, and Oz hunting down another Chain. Once again it doesn’t have a memory for Alice. The entire group comments that none of the Chains so far have had memory pieces and they are not common like Break promised they would be. Ada takes a break from school and Alice is jealous. Oz gets a little antsy that the Pandora people are basically stalking him in an effort to protect him. Break manages to get those people off his back. Oz is a little down about them not getting facts about the Tragedy of Sabrie and Gilbert is sad that his Master is sad. Gilbert decides to go and see Vincent, the only person who knows what went down. Alice and Oz also without knowing Gilbert went but they are turned away by Echo. Gilbert questions Vincent but Vincent claims he doesn’t know anything. He really does later when he gets angry in front of Echo. The gang weighs their options and Oz decides they should go back to his adulthood ceremony site. Alice doesn’t feel anything when she goes to that grave Oz stumbled on in episode 1. Nothing sticks out as odd at the mansion. It becomes a bonding moment for Oz and Gilbert until it is interrupted after low level Chains. After they are squished the group looks over the hill and the nearby town is on fire. X_X

See, that is a lot of stuff that happened for a recap episode. Pandora Hearts did a good job!

Photobucket

Oz is on the ball!

Issues that we were reminded of include Gilbert protecting the Basketcase person. Who is Oz’s father. And will be a big shocker when Oz finally finds out. Shame on Gilbert for not telling him yet.

The song Lacie is discussed. MMM why is the song called Lacie? It’s not like it spells Alice of anything….

Photobucket

Drive by appearance!

We see Leo and Elliot but nothing are mentioned of Elliot’s nightmares and how he had a dream that he was basically Vincent.

Photobucket

Alice doesn't need to know who is in there. Even though she probably does.

The grave was mentioned again and even though it didn’t turn up any clues Gilbert made a big show of saying he couldn’t read what was written on the stone. I am sure it will turn out to be important.

Photobucket

Mortal Kombat!

And I like that they got back to Chain fighting again. That was what they were supposed to be doing all along! Of course it was fruitless but I am glad it got shown again.

I am sensing that there is going to be a season two for Pandora Hearts. XD I have no idea WHY I think that. No, it can’t be that there are only 2 episodes left and there are too many unanswered questions…NEVER. XD But yay for Pandora Hearts and all their confusing plots and scenarios. I look forward to being more confused next week!
