Nendoroid Leonmitchello Galette des Rois...is a mouthful!

This post is a bit late given when the gift was given. XO How can a gift sit in its original packaging for so long? Let me out let me out!

I want the bird!!! XO Ride it!

While we were on our fabulous trip to Disney World for our anniversary the husband and I exchanged gifts. XD I love getting presents, especially when they are a surprise! Woohoo for nendoroids (even if I think the annual pass to Disney was way more than enough. XD

Oh lord this girl has a long name! Leonmitchello Galette des Rois!!!! How the heck.....and I thought my maiden name was long.

My internet learnings have taught me that she can be referred to as Leo. Oh and she is a cat person from a show called Dog Days. I think when this show premiered I thought it was a bit....on the fanservicy side? Or maybe I read that. In any event my husband thought the bird was cute and thought I would like it. I might have to check out the anime now!

I kept having a final fantasy moment. Rides it!

Leo apparently is a princess on the opposite side of some war (the girl in pink is the main princess). Still look how cute she is. The bird is apparently a cercle mount named Daumas. What an easier name to say. XD

Yes that is a very nice tail. Daumas has its own stand. The tail feathers that are standing up are removable so Leo can ride him.

Leo has several weapons to slice you up with. She has many hands as well but it seems as if she can't hold all the weapons in both arms. The axe gave me a bit of problems.

See the husband putting together his anniversary present? I love Leo's side braid. So cute.

The shield broke 5 seconds after this pic was taken. :( The plastic the arm holds onto is not as sturdy as everything else in the nendoroid universe. The husband super glued it back together and it is drying right now. I think the problem is the shield was connected to the handle, instead of the handle being a separate piece.

RARW! Riding off to battle!

When you take the back feathers off you can hook the seating torso into the hole left by the feather. Helps her stay in place a bit better. RARW! Fight on!

The box was taken when the shield was being glued. Oppies. A new backdrop was used. Smile on the cute animal. Daumas' wings can move.

Daumas does not have a typical nendoroid neck with a jointed ball. It is more like a peg like thing.

Um...that is a special face you are making there Leo.

Maybe she told a funny joke?

I will fight for my right to be cool merchandise!

Love the cute little braid. Also a better look at the kitty ears.

I will not stop even if my shield died along the way.

Now Leo looks like a mermaid riding a sea horse. XD The husband is so much better with posing.

And this is probably why. Here is the husband's anniversary gift. More legos. XD Maybe that is why he is good with little tiny pieces of plastic. Thank you so much for the gift love!

Another Nendoroid post? Kuroyukihime flies in on her umbrella.

Happy Birthday to me! Well it was months ago but this is the present I received from my husband so....Happy Birthday?

If your birthday was months ago why am I still in this box?

My husband did a really great job picking out a nendoroid he thought I would like without me asking. He has been on a roll lately with picking out great presents and putting up with Duffy picture days. Love that husband. XD

I think her box is my favorite so far. Just so pretty.

So many pieces?! Not pictures is Kira pretending she is a ninja and trying to steal some nendoroid pieces.

Kuroyuki is from the anime Accel World. She is basically one of the best players in an online game that is super serious business. This is Kuroyuki in her log in outfit as the internets are very complicated in the future.

Look at those wings. This nendoroid was worth the price (I hope) with the wings alone! So pretty, like she can take off at any moment.

I am not a fan of how this nendoroid sits on her stand though. You have to put the wings on Kuroyuki then out the plug on the wings. Only I think there is an extra piece on the plastic that connects the wings and her back as it doesn't fit in properly. So as long as everyone remains perfectly still all is well. Try to change the pose and down she goes.

Kuroyuki must think she is Mary Poppins. She has two props, both being her umbrella. Open and closed. So very proper in this pose.

Haruyuki has made an appearance! When he logs into the net he is a tiny piggie has his real avatar was stolen. Kuroyuki loves Haruyuki slightly more than her gorgeous umbrella.

Kuroyuki has the best props out of any nendoroid I have. I think. I might being biased though.

Kuroyuki comes with a special set of arms so she can hold Haruyuki. She has to spend a lot of time comforting the boy so it makes sense. She comes with so many parts what lucky girl she is and I am.

Oh snap someone mentioned taking Haruyuki away from her. Kuroyuki is not pleased.

You better take me seriously or I will cut off your head!

Be like Samon and slam that into the ground 248938 times.

A bit of a handful but I managed to get Kuroyuki to hold the unfolded umbrella and Haruyuki. Now they can join the other nendoroids. What a big family I have now.

Magical Girls Unite! Nendoroid Kyoko Sakura completes the group!

Nendoroid posts all over the place! I take a long break so now I have few under my belt to post. You know for when work gets too crazy and I don't feel like doing anything else.

Let me out of this box already!

I can't even remember when I received Kyoko. X___X It has been that long. I did order her the day she became available so this post is a long time coming.

Kyoko is the last magical girl I needed from the show Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica. It seems like just yesterday I was watching that show, waiting every week for one more new episode. Now it is an old show. Oh the world we live in.

Sayaka should have been the last magical girl released but I guess since Kyoko was introduced last this makes sense....

Look at me I am smiling! Kyoko I think had a variety of characteristics and a big range while the other girls sorta stayed within who they were on first meeting. If that makes sense. I think that Sayaka was always crazy so my theory works. So Sayaka smiling so happy like this when she spent most of the series with a frowny/angry face on...maybe it makes sense.

This is Sayaka's handy weapon. I had a bit of problems getting the spear in her hand. Usually the nendoroid weapons have pegs that hook into special hands but this is not the case with the spear.

As you can see Kyoko is really only holding her spear with one hand. You gotta...jab the the rod into her fans and I always worry I am going to break things or smear paint. Rarw! Next time add the little pegs and holes in the hands.

Kyoko is a lucky girl as her weapon sorta turns into another one. In the show the spear has chains in it giving it the appearance of a whip like...thing. I am sure there is a word for it but it escapes me right now.

The pictures lie! That or I was using the wrong arms to try to get this spear whip to work. Go around her body now!

I might be in the middle of battle but I need to eat too. Kyoko comes with two treats in case she gets really hungry.

Close up of the noms. These are pretty good, the "chocolate" filled ones anyway.

Kyoko is here to kick Kyoko to the curb hurray! I am sure she will fit in nicely with the other lovelies? What do you think?

Nendoroids making a comeback? Hello Inori Yuzuriha

Hello there my lovely readers!!! XD One might think that Duffy has taken over my picture taking life...and that might be fair to say. I love taking out my little nendoroids but I always worry that something is going to happen to them, that someone will jostle my bag or they will fall on the ground. These things can happen with a stuffed animal too but won't leave a big dent in their heads. So....with that and the fact they look so small against everything else I am not sure when I will take them out again.

Let me out!!! I have been trapped in here since AWA!

But that doesn't mean I will stop collecting them. I have gotten three nendoroids since I last posted. I am such a slacker though and haven't posted them yet! Thank goodness I have nothing else to blog....just kidding.

While Guilty Crown took a crazy turn halfway through the series it doesn't mean Inori the nendoroid should be left out in the cold. Some to me you naked little nendoroid and I will let you live among our people.

It's been so long since I have put nendoroids together. What to do first?!!?

Hello my name is Inori and I am probably an artificial human. Maybe. Guilty Crown didn't do a great job explaining what I really was. Or why my shirt needed to have huge slits in it. But look at my cute braids!

Go fetch me a sammich! Or some string.....

Shu is that you? Look at my pensive face.

Inori has an angry face. What do you think of it? Does it really suit her or does it look out of place? Like a kid having a tantrum....

This is Inori trying to be gangsta. It was really hard to get her arms to stay in position. The pictures on the box always make it look so easy.

People look more gangsta with things on their head. Look how angry it looks.

Shu is trying to take out Inori's Void now. Sparkle on!

There is a "sword" in that swirl on her tummy but I wouldn't call it an actual weapon. More like it was in the process of being taken out of Inori and hasn't totally formed into her sword. Which is fine since I don't have a Shu to go along with Inori. The Void sparkles are connected to Inori by a little band that goes around her tummy. It was sorta weird positioning a nendoroid that way.

There is Inori's string. Yay for the return of nendoroids yes?
