Accel World episode 24 FINAL EPISODE!

Hello there my lovely readers! Two posts in one day? GO ME! I also went to the bank, did all the laundry, did the grocery shopping, vacuumed, and ordered a 80 dollar online. Do you know how heavy a bag containing $252 worth of change is?! I thought everyone at the bank thought I was insane. XD I saved up all my change this entire year to put towards Anime Weekend Atlanta. Yay for more nendoroids (hopefully).

But in between buying Disney dolls and doing 3 loads of laundry....more anime! Up now is the final episode of Accel World...for now anyway! Spoilers for Nomi being healed in the name of the moon!

Um this happened at the END of the episode Tenchi?

Episode Summary: Kuroyuki is like you fight Nomi and I got this Black Vice dude. Haruyuki is like um have you seen my lack of wings…and energy…and ability to win? Nomi starts gagging because this friendship and love is getting to him. Time to battle. Nomi takes off flying and Haruyuki calls upon Sky Raker’s enhancements. They fly and bash each other for a while but Haruyuki has to keep stopping and recharging his wings while Nomi can fly free. Nomi says some snarky things and Haruyuki almost falls out of the sky. He thinks of Kuroyuki and Sky Raker (naked) and they give him the power to land the striking blow on Nomi. But before Haruyuki can win Chiyuri uses her power on Nomi. Nomi starts cackling like a crazy person and Haruyuki is like nooooooooo! But then Nomi’s wings disappear and reappear on Haruyuki’s back. Haruyuki is then able to blast Nomi into tons of pieces on the ground. Nomi’s head and part of his arm try to crawl away all the while asking how Chiyuri did this. Everyone else is X___X too so Chiyuri explains. Her ability is not to heal as weapons can’t be healed. It is to turn back time. Chiyuri joined up with Nomi so she could level up fast and move back the hands of time to before Haruyuki got his wings stolen. Everyone is all tears and happiness. Except Nomi who threatens to expose all their asses in real life. He tells Black Vice to come help him but Black Vice is like um no. Nomi threatens to expose him and the Club but Black Vice is like um no some more. Because once Nomi loses the game and it is uninstalled the chip will…melt in his brain and he will have no evidence. Black Vice tells everyone he has no grudges against their Legion and hopes to never fight them again. Kuroyuki tries to land one more blow but Black Vice gets away. 

Nomi then starts losing his mind and begs to join their Legion, offers to give them points, anything to save himself. For a moment is APPEARS that Haruyuki is going to forgive him but going back to the conversation a few minutes ago Haruyuki decides they will never understand each and finishes off Nomi. As they look at his sparkles in the sky Kuroyuki joins the others and reveals she only made it on time because Chiyuri called her. This leads to shocked faces and what not. Still Haruyuki is touched Kuroyuki did this all for him and says they will talk when she returns home. The other three return from the game and Chiyuri explains this was her plan all along and had to keep it a secret in case Nomi had bugged her. She starts crying and says she loves them both which doesn’t seem to startle the boys. Kuroyuki makes it back to Tokyo unharmed and bids her friend Megumi goodbye. Haruyuki meets her at the station and tells her all about what happened while she was gone. She is surprised that Sky Raker taught Haruyuki but is proud of what he accomplished. She hugs him and starts crying a bit, thinking that she almost lost him. She says she will reward him since he protected the legion. He asks her to stay with him forever which is romantic and scary to Kuroyuki. But they agree to stay together forever.

Since when does Chiyuri know so much about the game?!

The next day at school Kuroyuki gets her newspaper people to print a story about Haruyuki being innocent which leads to various people apologizing to him. He runs away from the attention and sees Nomi. Nomi walks by him and Haruyuki calls out to him. Nomi is like oh didn’t we play a game together and starts to smile. X____X After school Yuniko and Kuroyuki bring some of their legion members to talk about how when the game is uninstalled all memories of what happened because of the game are erased thus the not so evil Nomi. That makes people question why the game is capable of doing that. Kuroyuki smiles, saying she will ask when she reaches level 10. People part and go their separate ways with Haruyuki saying he needs to do one thing. Kuroyuki joins him and they talk about even if they lose Brain Burst they will not forget each other. Haruyuki’s one thing turns out to be returning Sky Raker’s enhancements. She sees that Kuroyuki is tense and talks to Haruyuki only. She walks away but Kuroyuki calls out to her friend and they end up crying and collapsing in each other’s arms. It appears that means Sky Raker will join Kuroyuki’s legion. Haruyuki starts talking about how life is always changing and they must go with it, growing and what not. Everyone from the show is seen doing their everyday things with special attention paid to Nomi and Megumi. Haruyuki smiles up at the sky and thinks about flying and how the game has changed his life. THE END!

NO FORGIVENESS!

XO What the hell was that?! I did not see people thrown off building because of their bad behavior. All I saw was hugs and kisses and forgiveness. In the name of the Moon…it was expected! Sweet but expected. XD

And that is where Kuroyuki stood...the entire time. X___X

Kuroyuki apparently did all that she was going to do in terms of this battle last episode. By making sure that Takumu didn’t get decapitated. That is important and not something small but this episode she was either watching the battle or actually having a hard time getting out of Black Vice’s grip. Which is slightly worrisome either way. Maybe the battle between Nomi and Haruyuki was so fast it just looked like Kuroyuki was standing around doing nothing. Yeah that sounds better.

I got people to kill so lets hurry up here folks!

Nomi saying all the friendship and love was killing me….at least he was consistent? His brother bullying him and losing his only friend really must have cut off his ability to connect to people. When he was taunting Haruyuki that if things had started off different would they have tried to save….I sorta wanted to punch him in the head and nod that he was right on their assessment of their behavior. Kuroyuki cuts off the head of her good friend in the game with no questions asked but everyone else is forgiven with Haruyuki logic. XD That all being said Nomi is insane and sucks.

You is about to crash there Haruyuki!

I liked that Haruyuki has having problems with the enhancements but it wasn’t the end of the world. He was able to recharge them and keep on fighting. Because if all he got was that tiny bit of battery life it wouldn’t be worth it at all. Since he only used them once before and only used it in one battle we didn’t get a real feel on how they worked. It seems that Sky Raker wasn’t able to fly despite wanting it so (too) much but Haruyuki who has already flown..and probably being more amazing because he is the main character was able to make it work.

Naked help is the best help!

Of course…thinking of the girls naked was probably a bit special. We can only power up if we think of people without their clothes on. Maybe it isn’t as bad as I make it sound like because they are naked when “battling” in this game. It was just like OH time to be naked and support Haruyuki. With our love surely he will win.

OH SNAP YOU DIRTY STRIPPER!

When Chiyuri “healed” Nomi I was laughing. Laughing so hard. Like haha you all got screwed by the hoe bag and Nomi had the best plan on the face of the planet. He would be like EFF YOUR FRIENDSHIP, stomp on Haruyuki, decapitate Takumu, and force Kuroyuki to run (or kill her) cackling as his evil plot came true. I mean I hate Nomi but so far he has played what seems to be a perfect game. Except the part where he decided to explain himself. Had he not done that Kuroyuki wouldn’t have made it to the battle in time. Curse you villains. Talk LATER!

But then Chiyuri and her stripper ways were explained. Oh okay not the stripping. But Chiyuri is not a healer. Which makes sense as your avatar is made based on your past hurts. Chiyuri is constantly going on and on how she wants things to be how they used to be. That would require turning back the hands of time. Go Chiyuri. Go Chiyuri indeed.

Um your eye is melting....

I like how in his defeat Nomi was ranting and raving making his ugly faces. And by like I mean MOG you are like half a person on the ground (well more like 1/4 a person) and you are still talking smack. Aren’t you like 12? How big are your balls kid? Like oh snap I will tell everyone who you really are! And Black Vice, you better do what I say or I will expose you too! Nomi faltered a bit when he said he would give them all his points (like…you already are) and will join their legion. I think I would have liked it better had he just cackled and lost his mind at that point, stating he was the best or something.

Thanks for threatening me but I am leaving. Bye.

Black Vice was like PEACE OUT! He really didn’t do much of anything and when things got ugly just left instead of helping out Nomi. So why did he help out Nomi? He wasn’t getting any of the free points if they won so that can’t be the reason. If Haruyuki and his team won he would be exposed as part of the Cheater’s Club. I just don’t see why Black Vice came. I wasn’t expecting Nomi to have friends but if there was something for the Club to gain it would make sense. Peace out Black Vice.

WOOHOO! Cut off head indeed.

For half a second I thought that Haruyuki was going to forgive Nomi. Like he was going strike AT Nomi but it would be revealed it was inches from his face and that they were going to forgive him. Like was Haruyuki going to lose his mind like Nomi because the rules state the battle has to end. But Haruyuki took out Nomi and really didn’t shed any tears which was surprising.

And no one blames her for their jealous feelings yay!

As I stated earlier Chiyuri is the whole reason why everything ended on the up and up. She is going to join the guild and she and Kuroyuki seem to be friends now. All is right in the world. I just would like to know how stripping in front of Haruyuki was part of the plan. Yes she had to lie to level up her skill. A bit of anime magic and Chiyuri was able to think of this complicated plan despite just joining the game. That is okay. But stripping? What the hell folks. WHAT THE HELL! All is forgiven because Chiyuri training hard and thought of this plan to get Haruyuki his wings back and defeat Nomi.

I think I see a demon!

Was Megumi glaring at Haruyuki on the bus? Did anyone else see the crazy eyes?! I sure did! There was a bit more of Megumi in this episode. If she doesn’t have the game anymore how was she able to pick out that perfect present for Kuroyuki? Sure it could have been a representation of Kuroyuki’s online avatar but it looks like Kuroyuki thinks that Megumi is aware of the Brain Burst program.

AWWW! Tears for everyone!

Kuroyuki and Haruyuki had a sweet reunion. She didn’t yell, she didn’t get jealous over Sky Raker, and over all had a good balance of controlled and sobbing behavior. Haruyuki had some tears, told Kuroyuki he wanted to make her proud, and used his one wish on making sure they could be together forever. They aren’t an official couple yet which is weird after the hospital drama and what not. Get it together people. XD Life at school seems to be better for Haruyuki. Glad this entire mess got cleared up. Again it is hard to blame the boyfriend of one of the locker room victims. He had a right to be mad but of course violence is never the answer. This comes from a girl whose answer to everything growing up was throwing things at people’s heads and running for the hills. So go Haruyuki! Your life is better.

Nope. Still do not want.

Nomi….is scary no matter what. But at least now he looks like a 7th grader and not the boy version of the Orphan girl. But the smiles and looking at the sky, pretending to fly. It was a bit weird to watch. Like oh we played a game together. Let me poke my cheeks and thinks of what it was. It was creepy.

Explains why the game is a secret but still. How can someone grow/suffer from the consequences of their actions?!

Also HOW FAIR IS THIS CRAP! Nomi did tons of horrible things and now he gets a blank slate and a second chance without suffering the consequences. He doesn’t get to walk around school feeling bad for himself because he lost the program. Because he never knew he had it! Did this happen to his brother? He got a blank slate of beating on his younger brother while Nomi had to look at his face all the time and know the truth? UNFAIR! Also what is the point of the game? How can you grow as a person if you forgot all that you have been through. Yes they shouldn’t be able to accelerate anymore but remembering what happened. BLEH! BLEH!

Because the power of friendship/love will make her remember!

So after the meeting with Yuniko and Kuroyuki throwing the audience a teaser for season two (why yes I am still trying to get to level 10 ya’ll) Haruyuki had to wrap the episode up by making sure the power of friendship shined on. He gave Sky Raker back her item but did so in front of Kuroyuki. I thought for a moment that Kuroyuki was going to let her walk away and Haruyuki was going to say something like well maybe next time and it would happen next season. But I guess almost losing Kuroyuki was enough for her to put aside her pride and get her friend back. WOOHOO! Kuroyuki has doubled her legion guys! But kidding aside it was a nice moment. Glad the girls could forgive each other and move on, even if we only got part of Kuroyuki’s real name.

Okay that part almost made me cry. :*

As Haruyuki thinks back fondly about how his life has changed from Brain Burst the episode draws to a close. This show was pretty decent even if the terminology got a bit hard to handle at points. Like oh by the way this is this and colors mean this and blah. But I thought this show had a unique protagonist. It is hard to see why a single guy has a hard time getting girls when he is hot and smart (same goes with single girls). But Haruyuki looks different and was bullied. This show really focused on the power friendship which made me laugh at times but for this protagonist it was so important given how rough his life has been. I really enjoyed watching this season even if Nomi’s smile haunted my dreams. I look forward to next season when Kuroyuki ACTUALLY defeats a king? XD

Accel World episode 23

WEEE! Three posts in one day! Surely I am catching up. Just got to get the rest of the shows done before the next season is upon me! I think I shall have a great deal of time tomorrow to do some more catching up. Unless the husband does something crazy and wants to spend time together. Crazy. That is what AWA is for..next week! Woohoo!

Haruyuki having so much fun weee!

So before we head off to our anime weekend of fun I really do need to get shows up and blogged yes? Up now is Accel World episode 23. Spoilers for Haruyuki trying to save the day.

Me thinks this is game over for Nomi. Wonder how that will help his redemption journey.

Episode Summary: Haruyuki opens his door to tell Takumu some good news…but is surprised to see Chiyuri with him. After our lovely opening song Chiyuri explains that Nomi sent her there to convince Haruyuki and Takumu to go to the no limits area where Nomi will take advantage of them. Since Chiyuri didn’t think lying would work she opted for telling them the truth. Since Haruyuki and Takumu were going to go and fight Nomi anyway I am not sure why this lie about Chiyuri healing them would have made a difference. Haruyuki has decided to forget about StrippingGate and Takumu is like we can do this guys! Haruyuki obsessively checks where Nomi is so they can dive into the game and Chiyuri wants to go with them, even if it takes a long time. They finally log in and wait for Nomi which takes a whole second in real life. Nomi arrives and is all cackles and crazy talk. He brings the device that will put all their points into and it is time to fight. Mortal Kombat style! Haruyuki goes to make the first movie but is overwhelmed by a move that isn’t Nomi’s. They realized that another person is there, someone who has a pretty weird looking avatar. Everyone is shocked as this person would have had to wait for weeks and weeks to sneak up on them. Nomi is like HAHA and starts going on and on about the chip in his head and how his friend has a power to decelerate and stop from wasting his time. Apparently he is special or something. This new friend doesn’t have much to say but keeps Haruyuki trapped while Takumu fights Nomi. There is some beating and what not and both use the incarnate system. Takumu starts having flashbacks of how he was mistreated but uses his new found courage and sword power to overwhelm Nomi. Also Takumu might have won that skirmish as Nomi has maxed out his power stealing ability.

You do have the best collection of crazy faces though.

Nomi is told by the anime gods that this is time to reveal why he is so mean to everyone, with help from Takumu who goes on and on that Nomi must really have some hurt in his life. Nomi explains that his brother gave him the game and forced him to farm points. If Nomi didn’t do what he said he would get beat in real life. The brother took Nomi’s only friend and basically his life was hell. But as Nomi leveled up he found out about his killer move. He became stronger and one day in a crazy attack beat his brother over and over again. Nomi is not the empty one, his brother and his gameless self are CACKLE CACKL CACKLE! Nomi then takes Chiyuri as a hostage to torture her. Takumu immediately stops fighting and Nomi proceeds to beat his ass. Haruyuki almost loses hope at this hopeless situation. He has a talk with his avatar who tells him to keep on fighting. Haruyuki wills his body to move and manages to save Takumu before Nomi can land the last blow. But Haruyuki is pretty weak too so Takumu needs another rescuer! Insert Kuroyuki who spent like 16 hours riding a monster in the limitless field. She asks who Nomi’s friend is and he states he is Black Vice. He acknowledges that he is in the same “club” as Sulfur Pot. Kuroyuki vows to kick his butt and tells Haruyuki to deal with Nomi. THE END!

Something unexplained is going on?! I AM SHOCKED!

X__X It feels like a million years since I last saw this show. Like OH YEAH Chiyuri was running around taking off her clothes and Haruyuki was solving mysteries instantly because he is cool like that. Must be Accel World.

I come bearing hoe bags?

I think Haruyuki opening the door and finding Takumu was a bit odd. It felt as if I missed part of the episode and bam I came in on something I progress. Of course this might have something to do with the fact that I haven’t seen this series in over 2 weeks. Maybe if I had viewed them closer together it wouldn’t see so odd to me. Like HELLO TAKUMU AND CHIYURI!

Couldn't you just...accelerate with Nomi if that is what he wanted?

Can we talk about the stripper for a second? So I thought homeslice was siding with Nomi because she was protecting her friends. Like oh no if you kill Nomi you will never get your wings back. That would make sense, why she has been hush hush on siding with Nomi and obviously being conflicted. Or maybe she thought that if she teamed up with Nomi she could somehow get them back together in the game or erase the game in ALL of them thus putting them back to how they used to be. Or used to be in her little crazy mind.

So are we not getting an explanation for your behavior?

But the way Chiyuri was acting in this episode made little sense. She is like hey guys Nomi told me to get you guys to come somewhere at a certain time and I am supposed to use our friend to trick you there. Yes it does turn out that it is a trick but Takumu and Haruyuki were already going to have a battle with Nomi. Chiyuri talking about how she didn’t think they would believe her lie and was going for the truth. Was this all a lie to her, her saying she was afraid her lie wouldn’t be believed? If so…yeah her and her armless self weren’t doing much. I guess I am just not understanding why this total switch. Why was Chiyuri not talking to the boys and now she wants to help them out? Seems like an awful lot to answer to with ONE episode left. Thus Chiyuri and her actions seem crazy to me.

Haruyuki looked pretty insane by checking over and over again where Nomi was. But that was build up the ambush and who would waste that much time in the game?! Since both boys are coming off spending an entire week or more in the game nonstop I can see how they might be tired. Must wear on you mentally or something. So that is why Chiyuri is getting all these brownie points. Because she is willing to waste that much of her life in the game.

Friend goes some jokes.

Was anyone surprised when Nomi came rolling in with Black Vice. Like nope, Nomi is scum. He can’t possibly have any friends. We are going to put aside the fact that other people are not showing up the match list and pretend Nomi is working alone. Oh and in case Nomi does have friends we are going to do the challenging so there is no way someone could have waited all that time just to help Nomi out. Nope this has to go our way and we will beat Nomi is a fair fight…two on one.

BRB making some cookies.

I am not sure what I think about Black Vice and his decelerating powers. I mean he has other powers too but I might have been too distracted looking at his weird shape to really care about how he was squishing Haruyuki. Why would you want to decelerate? The entire point of this program (or what people think the point is) is to go faster than the world around you. This waiting for a sneak attack seems to be the ONLY advantage to decelerating. Maybe there is more but I am still trying to wrap my head around the incarnate process. Decelerating is just a bit too much for me.

Oh and YOUR MOM!

While Haruyuki was all being squished Saw 5 style Takumu had to take on Nomi alone. It had the basic fighting elements there. Takumu showing off his new incarnate skill, Nomi making crazy faces and pretending like he was still going to win. Takumu took his moment to almost lose and have flashback about he was bully. That obviously led to him to find the strength to get hurt by Nomi so he could bash in Nomi.

This is the part where you tell us how sad your life is so we can give you hugs and forgive you.

Only Takumu lost his damn mind. I must have forgotten the part of the plan that involved giving Nomi the chance to defend himself. Like I thought this was going to be an enemy where you crush and don’t give a second chance to. But NOOOO Takumu is like you are the empty one inside because you can only hold so many powers. Please tell us why you are so angry. It will give you time to think of a plan on how to beat me. Yes Takumu. This was a great idea.

So you got your revenge? Why torture innocent people?

I kinda was rolling my eyes during Nomi’s explanation of insanity. A lot of people are picked on by their older siblings. I of course was the best older sister ever and am appalled at how far Nomi’s brother took things. So yes the brother was scum and Nomi never really got to experience the game how it was meant to be played (in our heroes view anyway). Farming points and losing your only friend. Sad things. But then Nomi took it way too far. Yeah yeah most bullies were bullied themselves but this was taking it all to a new level of crazy. Taping people in dressing room situations, cheating at all the tests possible, and ruining countless people’s games? That is a lot because one person picked on you. You got your revenge on your brother…and you have decide to be cruel to everyone else you come across? Yep that sounds crazy.

Takumu needs to stand up for himself.

Nomi torturing Chiyuri? I am shocked. But I guess I am more shocked that Takumu has been so loyal this entire time. Despite his earlier….well special moments he has proven to be very loyal. Perhaps it is because of all the guilt he is still holding on to. Takumu has some idea that Chiyuri likes Haruyuki but I guess he doesn’t know about StripGate. So…yeah it is sad that Takumu is willing to go out for Chiyuri when she is cheating hoe bag who probably wants them all to lose the game anyway.

Well he tried folks. He tried.

I really, really thought that Haruyuki was going to be able to solve the Nomi problem alone and Kuroyuki was going to come back home to cupcakes and rainbows. Yes Haruyuki was having his daily woe is me this is impossible moment. But he thought of Kuroyuki and he was like I can do this! He broke free of Black Vice and I thought WOOHOO the power of friendship is so bright I must be watching Sailor Moon. But alias… the power of friendship doesn’t pay the bills nor does it stop an obvious defeat from happening. Poor Haruyuki for trying and feeling like he failed.

My thoughts exactly.

Kuroyuki came in riding on a pony to save the day. I knew those taming reins of legendary creatures was going to come in handy but I didn’t think that meant the next damn day. Like really folks. Really. I thought this was going to happen in the next season or something. Kuroyuki is like nope still on vacation folks. I just rode 17 whole hours to rescue your silly butts. Be grateful for the anime magic!

Um..I have been trying to do that for like 490383 episodes now crazy lady?

And that is where our episode ends. With Kuroyuki being super pissed at Black Vice and her telling Haruyuki to beat Nomi. Um…that is great that she believes in Haruyuki but home boy might need some help. Watch Chiyuri be the one to save the day. Because that would just piss me off. XD Until next time!

Accel World episode 22

Hello there my lovely readers!!! Today has been a busy day. The husband and I planning on going out of town on my normal days off (my weekends if you would) so I am trying to get everything caught up on and done today so I won’t come back to loads of laundry and unwatched anime episodes. Of course I am a couch potato by nature so it is hard to accomplish everything from my bed. I keep getting distracted. I shall pull through though so I can have a good two days off not focusing on undone things at home! Woohoo for me!!!

Oh snap someone call Kuroyuki!

So yes I am going to try to have three anime episodes up and blogged today before I put my tired little eyes to bed. Up now is Accel World episode 22. Spoilers for the most uncomfortable strip show ever.

So...I'm bait again?

Episode Summary: Blood Leopard and Haruyuki learn that the person messing around with the Akihabara Battle Grounds is not Nomi but a different user named Rust Jigsaw. Haruyuki is upset it isn’t Nomi but the bartender is concerned there are two cheaters now. The bar tender thinks if Blood Leopard asks for a battle it will lure Rust Jigsaw out. Blood Leopard is like no my more interesting friend Haruyuki and his flightless self will get him to come out. They wait a little bit while Blood Leopard tries to give Haruyuki tips on how Rust Jigsaw will try and defeat them. Blood Leopard also warns that Haruyuki shouldn’t use the incarnate system that much as it eats at your heart and turns into the hardness/sad that created your avatar in the first place. That is how Chrome Disaster was formed and why the Kings are trying to keep the incarnate system on the down low. Soon Rust Jigsaw arrives and challenges them. Rust Jigsaw is way above Haruyuki’s current abilities but Blood Leopard is able to protect Haruyuki. After biting Haruyuki on his neck she is able to take his ultimate attack bar and transform into a real leopard. They bounce around a bit and Blood Leopard lands on Rust Jigsaw. She bites his neck super hard and is able to defeat him in one blow. They wake up in the real world and she tells Haruyuki to hurry as she caused actual damage and the person leaving the building with a neck injury would be Rust Jigsaw. Haruyuki ends up spotting a person holding their neck and waving their arms around crazy but a maid and her flyer block the way. Rust Jigsaw ends up getting away but Haruyuki does his best with a description of the boy.

Don't mind me, just taking out someone with the tamest attack ever.

Haruyuki talks to Takumu later that night to compare notes. Takumu apparently learned the first step and the last step to incarnate and Yuniko doesn’t think he is ready for battle. But Takumu is like don’t give up weeee! Takumu decides that both of them did their best. Haruyuki goes to bed happy knowing they are going to win. The next day Haruyuki is at school, sorta thinking about Chiyuri when Takumu and his bad news train self arrives. Takumu explains that Chiyuri was battling all night with Nomi and they were kicking butt. Takumu realizes that Nomi is basically unstoppable now and that both Haruyuki and Takumu were counting on Kuroyuki to save the day. Well now Takumu doesn’t think this is going to happen. Haruyuki walks home all depressed, even more so when he learns that Blood Leopard has not found Rust Jigsaw. Haruyuki sees Chiyuri walking home, skipping her club. He decides to go talk to her in her room and she acts like oh okay. Haruyuki tries talking to Chiyuri but she acts like this is all a game and Haruyuki needs to stop being so serious. When Haruyuki tries to show Chiyuri the error of her ways Chiyuri breaks down and starts crying. She attempts to strip, trying to convince Haruyuki she does what she wants and is in control.

Haruyuki is like I don’t understand girls and walks to his apartment. He decides he has nothing left but his brain against Nomi and starts thinking. He realizes that Rust Jigsaw did not have a neurolinker thing thing on and how can that be?! With some quick research Haruyuki has figured out the answer. He confronts Nomi at school the next day and says he wins. Haruyuki concludes that Nomi has a second generation virtual reality device, an illegal chip, in his head and that is how he avoids being on the list. Nomi makes some of the ugliest faces in the world and then decides it is funny. Nomi says Haruyuki doesn’t win as much as they both have extreme dirt on each other. Haruyuki says he wants to finish this in Brain Burst. Nomi suggests they bet all their points and winner takes all. Haruyuki shows Takumu the list of requirements for this battle Nomi thought up. Takumu is worried that Nomi might cheat still with these rules but Haruyuki thinks since Nomi plays a dirty game he won’t have any friends to help with the cheating process. So it sounds like a go with this winner take all battle. THE END!

Rusty Nails+Jigsaw= Rust Jigsaw. Worse boss ever.

Every time I look around I see Nomi. Nomi here and Nomi there. HOW LONG IS THIS ARC?! Is the season almost over yet? That seems to be the only way we are going to get rid on Nomi. He haunts my dreams like the little stubby arms do.

I thought that Haruyuki would have been more upset about the fact that all of Brain Burst is talking about his lack of wings. I would be like :( the only thing people admired me for is gone and woe is me. Plus WOW news gets around fast in this game. I guess that makes sense since minutes in the real world are like days there. Still I thought that Haruyuki would have more of a reaction than he did. Maybe he was more focused on the fact that Nomi isn’t the only cheater out there and it won’t be that easy cracking this mystery.

While waiting and using Haruyuki like bait Blood Leopard gave him a lot of good advice. Which I thought was nice but they did just meet 5 seconds ago according to Haruyuki. Yuniko must really go on and on about Haruyuki to her close legion mates. XD But yes it was nice of Blood Leopard to help Haruyuki. Unlike some users named Sky Raker. Eating away at your heart? THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW!

I am a bit disappointed though. I thought Haruyuki was turning into Chrome Disaster. Well I could just pretend HE might become him/it. As anyone who uses the incarnate system too much is in danger of that. So technically I am right…but not because the last Chrome Disaster did something to Haruyuki. So that was just a random coincidence or something? Something WAS glowing on Haruyuki back, where Chrome Disaster went all Spiderman on him. But I can say I am wrong and it’s okay. Just that this is a SUPER drawback to using the incarnate system. In fact maybe telling everyone the truth about it would make them less likely to use it less? Either way Sky Raker sucks.

The battle between Rust Jigsaw and Leopard Blood/Haruyuki…was sorta lame. It didn’t last very long and quite frankly he got his butt handed to him rather fast. I thought that Leopard Blood hadn’t been to this battle place in a long time? She seemed to have his moves down pretty hardcore. Haruyuki was very good bait though and didn’t contribute to the battle much. Good job.

Which leads me to another point. How did Blood Leopard do real damage to Rust Jigsaw? I don’t think I like that aspect of the game. That means everyone should be walking around all broken and crap. I can see it messing with your mind mentally but not your body for real. What is the point of it being a semi virtual reality game then? What determines real damage and what is just game damage? A weird random rule that didn’t amount to anything since Rust Jigsaw got away.

Surely all is well now that he knows the beginning and end of the incarnate system.

Takumu didn’t do that much better with Yuniko. Which is understandable. It took Haruyuki days to figure out how to be a beginner. Yuniko is trying to teach Takumu the correct way to use the incarnate system. It will take longer and maybe Takumu isn’t a super gamer like Haruyuki. But at least Takumu wasn’t down and out and woe is me right?

Because that came the next day woohoo! Takumu got word that Chiyuri and Nomi were kicking ass and everyone is now sad and depressed. Surely they are too powerful to beat. Nomi has won. Kuroyuki has lost. All is gone. Haruyuki was like wft are you talking about Kuroyuki is the most amazing person ever who gives us tiny fractions of information at a time. She kicks ass by just looking sideways at people. Takumu….might have been being realistic about the situation but I am surprised he didn’t start mumbling Game Over, Game Over Man while the aliens ate his face. Very special indeed.

Haruyuki has decided that he wasn’t done experiencing sadness that day and went to see Chiyuri. Who has probably lost her mind. Okay she really lost her mind. She starts off being aloof and pretending like none of this matters. Which is what I expected. Then she started to waver and cry because deep down she really just wants to be with her friends again and she hates Nomi. She thinks that by keeping her mouth shut she is protecting them. Okay then you have at it. Be sad and the martyr.

Takumu should probably start looking for a new girlfriend now.

But then she decided it was a great time to take off her shirt. Like…what the hell was that all about?! Everything else in the room up to that point made sense. Even the fact that Haruyuki and Chiyuri were avoiding saying what they really wanted to say. But then Chiyuri tried to convince Haruyuki that she was in control of her actions by coming on to him?! I mean…I rather her kiss Haruyuki than strip tease. That is so much more in her character. Just…just what the hell?! I get she probably loved Haruyuki but settled for Takumu this is…not good. Not good at all. I doubt this is the way to make things the way they once were.

It is time to do something amazing and figure this all out...in 5 seconds!!!

After Haruyuki sat in a closet and banged his head against the wall he decided he needed to solve this craziness. If he couldn’t win in the game well he would have to try to win in real life. I would have liked it better had he taken him longer, pouring over all the footage and what not. Coffee filled nights. But nope Haruyuki was like…OH WAIT! That guy I saw for ten seconds! He wasn’t wearing a neurolinker thing. Clearly he must be using something else and I will solve this with information not available to the viewers. That was a bit disappointing. I wanted to be like OH SNAP why didn’t I think of that? :( Sadness.

But Haruyuki and his AHA you have a brain chip self was right. I thought that Nomi was trying to rip his face off. Since I just have been scarred for life by Total Recall I was having flashbacks of that moment. Like oh okay time for insanity. I really thought the plot was going to go one step further and reveal that Nomi is really OLDER than Haruyuki and had to get the chip implanted to play the game/accelerate. That the neurolinker around his neck was all a lie. But for now it is just the chip and melted faces.

So….as it stands Haruyuki might be making a big mistake by settling things in Brain Burst. Nomi is a sneaky little person. Given the fact Haruyuki thinks this is a good idea because Nomi has no real friends in the game makes me think that a real friend is lurking in the shadows. Good luck Haruyuki. You are probably going to need it.
