What does carry-out special mean in your world?

Sometimes I wonder about people. Well that’s a lie. Let’s start this post off right.

All the time I wonder about people. When I am walking about in a store, mall, or other area of the world I am free to call people out on their bull crap and pretend I am big and bad with my glaring stares and snarky attitude.

But when I am at work/on the clock I can’t do these things. I have to put on my happy face and just shake my head when the customer is finally out of my sight. Or rant about it to my friends and on my blog. But at least once a day I run into someone who is a jerk and society needs to set them straight.

I am convinced that the jerkiest customers pick the worst times to call and unleash their craziness on unsuspecting workers. That time for me and my store would be 5:30 on a Friday night which is where our story begins.





We are slammed. Like there are 5 tickets up, all three lines are in use, and there is chaos in the streets slammed. The rain is pretty awful but not quite the levels of the Flood Two (but we all ran out and moved our cars just in case). Besides jerkhole Jimmy everyone was working their hardest and it was more or less an organized chaos.

I get off my phone and walk the ticket to its appropriate section (making the list of tickets grow even longer now). My co-worker who was on the phone put her call on hold and told me there was an issue about the price of a delivery order. I tell her I would handle it was our manager was trying to catch up with the crazy amount of tickets and this issue was probably going to be an easy one to fix.

Why do I put myself through these things?

Here is a little background information about how things work at my pizzeria. I will tell you in advance I understand it sounds weird and to a customer it might be confusing. But all the prices are on the menu so no one can accuse us of anything. Well they can try but they are idiots.

Our pizzas cost 10.99 for one topping. That is the original price. But we have a continuous special called the carry-out special. We offer a one topping pizza for 6.99 ONLY if you pick it up. Thus it being called a carry-out special. Since this special is continuous I can see where people would assume our pizza would normally be 6.99. But it’s not. We are just giving you a huge deal and you don’t know it. We also offer a delivery special of a 3-topping pizza for 10.99. And I always always ALWAYS tell people that it is a better deal to order a double whatever topping they get pizza instead of just a cheese/pepperoni/whatever delivered. I state to everyone “Hey, your pizza is going to cost 10.99 anyway let’s make it worth your while”. I try to help my customers get more for their money and make them aware of all offers. So that being said I get pissed when people act like jerks to me.

I would also like to add that I understand that this is confusing to some people so I am patient when I explain why our delivery price might seem like 4 dollars more. And again the carry-out special is always offered so if that price doesn’t suit them they are more than welcome to pick up their food at the “discounted” rate.

My co-worker warns me that home boy is already in a pissy mood before I pick up the call and that she has already tried to explain our deal and how our pizza is originally 10.99.

So I pick up the phone and tack on my happy smile because in my mind it helps me get into character and not want to rip people’s heads off.

I start off the conversation with “Hello. I was informed that there might be a pricing issue regarding our delivery prices? What seems to be the problem? Yeah I probably could have worded it better but I think that I am pretty polite. I didn’t accuse him of being stupid or anything.

The man doesn’t really follow my social cues and try to make himself seem like a rational human being. He just demands to know why he can’t order 4 pizzas for delivery for 29.92. He rants and raves that is how much he pays every week when he picks up the pizzas.

We all see the phrase picks up right? Okay just checking.

I explain to him that he could get those pizzas at that price only if he picked them up and that my co-worker was correct when she stated the price was going to be 47.04 for delivery. That is a big price difference I know. That is why we always tell people the cost before any credit cards are rung up or anything.

You also saw the part where he said he picked up 4 pizzas every week so apparently getting to our pizzeria is not an issue. I might have more sympathy for someone who was a first time customer and was confused by our menu (which is not confusing but WHATEVER).

Since I told the man exactly what my co-worker told him he was not happy. When people ask to speak to someone else (or a manager, not sure if he requested one) they are expecting someone to break rules and bend over so they can get taken advantage of. Because mangers who actually stick to policy and gently tell people this will not be possible are few and far between now.

Since I didn’t start off our conversation with YES let me give you those pizzas for 6.99 and let me throw in a 2 liter for your invisible inconvenience he was mad. No, since I wasn’t giving him his way that clearly meant I wasn’t understanding his situation. Or that he was a special little snowflake.

Home boy proceeded to tell me 4 more times that every week when he picks up these pizzas he pays under 30 dollars!!!

Now I have a hard time giving people out sympathy on a good day. But when a person questions me 4 different times, after I explained it the same way 4 times in the last 2 minutes my sympathy is -53. Is something not computing upstairs dude?

Just listen to yourself. You come each week to pick up your pizzas at 6.99 each. WHEN YOU PICK UP YOUR PIZZAS. This week you want to have them delivered. That means you will be playing the full price. Not 6.99. You will be paying 10.99. Which makes your order over your “usual” price. Because you are not picking up your pizzas. You are having them delivered to wherever you are.

Sir I am not understanding why you can’t understand what I am saying. You can’t get the pickup special. You want delivery. You have to pay the original price if you want delivery. HOW MANY DIFFERENT WAYS CAN I SAY IT!?

At this time everyone is staring at me. My co-workers are wondering why a simple phone call that should take 2 minutes max is pushing the 7 minute mark. Well some of my co-workers were staring. The others had to pick up the slack since I was unable to get the phone.

After I explained why his order was so much for the 6th time it finally clicked in his head. It’s a carry out SPECIAL. You have to go to the store to get the SPECIAL! Finally we have progress people. He even tells me that he thinks our pizza is worth 10.99. A compliment?! Are pigs flying? Am I dreaming? Or have I passed out because the brain can only handle so much stupid at once?

Then he opens his mouth again and my faith in humanity dies a little bit.

He informs me while our pizza is worth that price he will not be paying it. That he is tired of all the games we play with him and he has had it. He has put up it (?!) for long enough. You know what, that’s it. I AM DONE!

*click*

According to my co-workers the look on my face was priceless. If WTF had a face that would be the face.

You’ve had it with us? Sir I have no idea who you. The fact that I really am not good at remembering customers is hardly the point. But you can’t hide craziness. I am sure that I would remember someone covered in crazy.

But pretending you are a loyal customer who comes every week without fail….why are you acting like this? Why after I explained to you how the carry-out special works do you decide that it’s not worth driving to our store and getting your weekly pizza fix? WHY DID I PICK UP THE PHONE?!

What have you put up with before?! You have one issue right now and suddenly we have done you wrong in the past? Isn’t that all magical and awesome like? Only NOT! No you don’t get your way once and you are running away like a kid who doesn’t get their way? How big of you sir.

Oh and sir. I DON’T CARE! If you want to act like this, throw a fit when you are wrong, and take up time being a jerk when there are plenty of paying customers then we don’t need you! No one is going to cry tears of blood because we are no longer graced with your presence. How will we go on?! Oh the economy is bad? Yeah it is. So we can’t afford to have to have customers like you bleeding us dry and costing us money. It goes both ways loser.

Gosh that was a long rant. X_X But yeah he made me mad. But now we have a new little catch phrase at work so I think it was worth it.

SuperHappyFunSell is giving me guilt

In less than 26 days it will be AWA (Anime Weekend Atlanta) time! Even though I was at AFO just under 3 weeks ago I am having major withdraws in regards to conventions and fun mayhem. Maybe that is because work has become increasingly -_________________- and I keep telling myself JUST XX MORE DAYS to get through the WTFness.

Since AWA is over 5 hours from my house we will have to stay night on Thursday instead of our usual Friday/Saturday only pattern. Apparently a lot of other AWA attendees do the same thing so they can get a jump on the registration line and get a lay of the land. To help those arriving early AWA puts on an event so everyone doesn’t go crazy from boredom. Enter the SuperHappyFunSell!

Making some quick cash without getting sun burnt or attacked by someone's random dog.

This event is basically a giant flea market. For a small fee you can sell mostly anything that is taking up room in your house and fatten your wallet. Given that this will be my first AWA in like…7 years I am not sure what sells at this event. But I am sure it is safe to assume that mangas/DVDs/figurines and other anime related products will be available at rock bottom prices. A fun event for those buying and those selling!

To make that one special sale!

I was always planning on going to this event as a spender. I like me some bargains. I hope to find great deals on mangas I am beyond behind on and HOPEFULLY score some figurines on my must have list. Also I think I can only explore the hotel for so long before I get bored. At least this would be an anime event (sort of) and I wouldn’t be spending all night watching hotel TV.

Due to an unexpected, impromptu week off from work I am going to have less dealer’s room cash than I had wanted. I had already saved for the hotel and paid for the tickets and have gas/food money squirreled away. But I is a greedy person and am saving for two! So this would be a way to make that extra cash up without having to go to a REAL flea market and melting in the sun (and waking up at the crack of dawn).
However…this might be harder than I thought.

Why is that? Well I am a pack rat. I love getting stuff and hate parting with it. I have about 7 boxes in my garage of OTHER flea market stuff I keep meaning to sell but haven’t. Shoes I have worn only once live in my closet. Bottles of the free hotel shampoo clutter up my cabinets. I have more Hello Kitty stickers than the most devoted 5 year old in Japan. I like stuff.

So parting with my stuff is hard to do on a normal day. But now I face an even crazier problem: Parting with gifts.

As I am cleaning out my closets and book case it is much easier to put stuff in the sell pile that I bought myself. When I get to a certain stuffed animal I see the person who gave it to me and it is hard to put in the AWA box. I start feeling guilty and put it back on the shelf, so it can gather dust apparently.

Why do I feel so guilty know fundamentally people gave me those gifts to make me happy and they have served their purpose over the years. But now it is time to find these items a new home so they can be loved.

But deep down I think I am afraid of hurting people’s feelings because it would hurt my feelings. And it has. I have witness my mom placing a carefully bought present from me in the Salvation Army donate box a few years after I gave it to her. I helped a friend run her own yard sale and found several items I gifted to her out on the lawn. I was hurt as dramatic as that sounds. So in my mind if I part with these items I will be hurting the ones who gave them to me. Even if they have long forgotten about giving me said items. Especially the husband who forgets anything that happens 30 minutes after it occurs.

This might explain why I have 687898445 stuffed animals and random knickknacks I am not longer MOG excited to see. I can’t part with my stuff easily and I really can’t part with a gift. Despite the fact things are taking over my house and they need to GO so I can make room for new lovelies.

So while I might look like a greedy girl with way too much stuff there is actually reasoning behind my piles of “crap”. I get sentimental about who gave me the item and why. I think back to that day and how happy I was to receive whatever item it was and how much it meant to me. I hope that the giver also experienced that joy as I think picking out gifts is important and should mean something. I fail to realize that the memories are just as important as the physical item and if it’s time to let it go it needs to go.

So far my pile for the HappySuperFunSell might fill one medium box. X_X Not enough to justify the booth fee and sitting there for 4 hours. I need to either come to terms with parting with some of my past treasures or come to terms with the fact that I one day might be a crazy cat lady. And I really don’t want people gagging when I walk down the produce lane at the grocery store so I think I need to man up and fill a few more boxes!

I would love them all!

07-Ghost Episode 20

I thought I was going to be posting about my MOG yay new figurine. But as my husband pointed out 7-30 days shipping means 7-30 days. Not it is day 7 today and WHERE IS MY PACKAGE! You can't blame a girl for being excited right?

Just leaving me hanging...

Besides Wednesday is 07-Ghost day! The figurine can come on boring Thursday. XD See it all works out!

Now I apologize in advance for the quality of some of the screenies. They turned out really fuzzy for the first half of the episode and I am not sure why. :( Stop ruining my TeitoxFrau moments.

Why so serious?!

So because I am special it turns out that Kuroyuri and Haruse only transported Teito and Hakuren to the roof of the church (of good looking men). Not a ship. Because I suck. :( But Teito and his face have seen better days. Hakuren tries to handle the situation but Haruse punches him once and he is down for the count. At least he tried right?

Ayanami is flying in his ships closer to the church of good looking men. Even though there is a no fly zone thing going on. Kuroyuri and Haruse decide to not kick Hakuren off the roof and instead puts him and Teito in a little flying craft. They talk about their plans on extracting the Eye and possibly squishing Teito when Hakuren wakes up. His awesome plan is to destroy the plane craft mid flight and send them all flying. Haruse and Kuroyuri are saved by other tiny flying craft (as Ayanami's army has arrived but it is fly through the air time for Teito and Hakuren.

Yes, dying with Teito proves you are his friend. And that you are both special.

I am not a real big fan of this plan. I would have gone for knocking out the bad guys and stealing the flying craft but that's just me. I like to make sense and all.

And I am not sure what it means to grab your best friend before you go splat. I guess dying together is romantic? I am not sure. I guess the idea is nice but I am not impressed. XD It is hard to impress me with fail plans.

In any event Teito and Hakuren are rescued by Frau. XD Was there any doubt that Frau would not ride in on a white...hover craft and save his Teito?!

MOG the borg!

Frau pours some water all over Teito's face and the scary war paint melts away. But the Wars are still inside the Eye of Awesomeness. Frau wants to throw it away and save his Teito. Mr. Eye obviously has a problem with this. He wakes up and demands to be allowed to kill Ayanami.

At this point it is hard to tell if the Eye is talking or if it is TeitoEye talking. But maybe Mr. Eye is upset about dead Mikage and wants revenge for his master? If that is the case then Mr. Eye isn't all that bad. XD

But then everything gets a little bit messy. Everyone is jumping around onto different crafts and being all confusing. It doesn't help matters that Ayanami's other minion looks just like Hakuren and Frau so it confuses me up. But it is battle time!

It's morphin time!

TeitoEye has decided he is going to threaten Ayanami from like 1586898 feet away. Kuroyuri gets in his way and TeitoEye tells him he doesn't want to kill anyone but Ayanami. But the Eye goes a bit crazy due to being poisoned with wars. Kuroyuri is flinged off the ship and Haruse is not happy with that. Teito is more in control of the situation and tries to spare Haruse's life but his Eye spears are not listening.

Why is Teito so nice all the time?!

WHY TEITO?! Why do you always give people second chances? I am not down with you being nice to the bad guys because you feel bad about having done bad things in your past too. Just be the victim and kill the guys in black okay?!

Um...this is interesting?!

Kuroyuri has managed to land on another random small ship and wants to retreat. Haruse is out of juice due to the demon flowers still surrounding his body. He tells Ayanami he is going to take one for the team and DIE. Well merge himself with Teito's body so he can transport Teito and the Eye back to the evilness. Kuroyuri is against this fail plan but Haruse smiles gently and gets ready to squish Teito.

Then the Eye speaks to Teito. But it is not the harsh voice we have been hearing so far. Instead it is a gentle voice that cares for Teito and wants to save him. He is going to suck the Wars into itself and plop out of Teito's hand.

Then it is gets all sparkly and we get that awesome screenie of....X_X. So...an angel? Or is the Eye invoking the powers of said angel? It kind of looks like some creepy vampire stuff is going on (NO SPARKLES). So who know what this Eye thing is. It just GLOWS okay!

Baby Teito is cuter when there aren't things growing out of his arm.

As the Eye leaves Teito it tells him to remember the past. He suddenly sees Father and him jamming away as Teito was in control of the Eye power. He also sees Father and him going on a journey. Remember faster Teito! I guess it doesn't matter as there is going to have to be a second season anyway. XD

This battle would be more epic if the screenie didn't suck.

During all of this the not so fun minion of Ayanami's is fighting Frau. It is actually kind of amusing but all the screenies from the first half of the episodes were kinda crappy. The word kinda is fun. XD

But after the Eye decides to leave Teito and blow up Haruse (not sure where Haruse ended up actually. He just wasn't there anymore...) Teito is crashing to Earth again. He is reaching for the Eye and Frau and the minion are racing towards the both of them.

You can't have him.

That Eye was actually smaller than I thought...

Must...not....melt....

Sucky screenie is ruining my moment!

Do we see this touching scene people?! PROOF! PROOF I TELL YOU!

Frau obviously reaches for Teito instead of the Eye. The minion gets the Eye and runs off to Ayanami who is having a WOOT attack. But he can have his little happy day parade. I get a touching scene for my little yaoi pairing. Let me have this moment.

Okay so Teito was having a hard time getting into this moment. He was more concerned about the Eye that likes to take over his body and do random things at random times. Yes it is important Teito but so is making sure you aren't splatted on the ground. Or molested by Ayanami. Not sure which one is worse.....

But Frau tries to have a moment with Teito to convince him his life is really worth it. Or that Teito is the most important person/thing in his life and it is all magical in my eyes. Do you hear that Teito! You are important to Frau! That is probably as close as he is going to get to cry. Be caught up in the moment. Yeah you better hug him back.

Today is national hug a Teito day.

After they land on the ground Hakuren is all dramatic and hugs Teito. He probably got a little jealous that Frau was getting more hugs than him. But they are FRIENDS now and that means something people.

There is also some talk about how all the people at the church of good looking men is stupid and thought the Eye going insane was lightening. Lightening that made a crater in the ground.

Since that is boring..have Hakuren hug instead. XD

Memories: One sliver at a time.

Teito starts to remember a few other things from his past, about going on a journey and a song. He sings in briefly and Frau says he knows it. That his friend used to sing it. WHAT FRIEND IS IT?!

MMMM bonding moment.

Frau tries to pass off saving Teito as no big deal. Apparently the Eye won't be able to do anything with out Teito so who cares if Ayanami has it. But we all know it's because Frau likes him and wants to give him kisses. They taunt each other back and forth about the situation and Teito ends up spending some time with him singing.

A plant....seriously?!

So Castor and the demon flower owner arrive on the scene. They have an awesome little plant with them. Bastien has been reincarnated as a plant. A tree.....wow.

I think I rather be a cute baby dragon...but Frau seems happy.

This is a great place to plant a tree, right next to another tree.

This is really the best spot in the garden Frau? Right next to another huge tree? Where is this tree supposed to grow? X_X Stick to your day job and don't be a gardener.

No love triangles!

Teito had decided to take off his mourning robes and put on a real trainees robe. He is going to go for the goal with Hakuren and become a priest. Hakuren decides to blush for some reason. NO! Teito is taken. GO AWAY!

But I am glad that Teito is trying to move on, even if he did look better in the black robes. And I am glad that Frau acknowledged this. Perhaps too much in a teacher like way but whatever. I want the cute!

This promises to be special....

On the way to their exam Teito steps on a bishop's key. His special gold key. And he flips out. Since this is anime this bishop turns out to be the person ahead of the entire exam. That is how Teito's life goes people!

I wasn't really feeling this happy/funny moment. There was a serious tone in this episode and throwing in a joke/fun thing at the end was...not flowing well. I think it would have worked better had this been the beginning of episode 21. BLEH!

But this episode was still great. Really great Frau and Teito stuff. XD Can't wait until next week (where the fun is allowed!) 7 more days to go people. XD

Kobato Volume Three

More Kobato?! XD When I get addicted I get addicted hard and fast. That is probably why I collect so many things. I just can't like something a little bit. XD

Too cute for words!

So yes it is time for more Kobato manga. Sadly the 4th volume is not ALL out yet. I might just make a post with the chapters that are out since Kobato has a funky release date. I can't just be happy with what I have okay?!

As always it is time for spoilers, complaints about hiding details from me, and crazy speculations! Good times good times!

Is there a reason he keeps saying the same things over and over again?

Kobato answers the phone and it is the debt collector again. Kobato tries to be innocent and explain the situation but the debt collector is having none of that. He tells Kobato...to tell Sayaka she owes the money. Because apparently we the readers might have forgotten that since he hasn't said that enough. I wish he would come up with different lines. I guess debt collectors do come off as annoying and threatening but come on. :( Overplaying the scary here.

And Kobato has to think over the whole they have the same last name element some more. She sure picked a bad place to heal hearts. Unless she can win the lottery.

Sure of what?! TELL ME!

While Kobato is thinking things over Ioryogi goes outside and confronts that creature from last volume. Said creature's name is Ginsei and he has a score to settle with Ioryogi. They fight a little bit and throw around some insults. Ginsei wants to know if Ioryogi has plans to go back to their world after all is over. Apparently Ioryogi can't or won't come back until he is sure...

OF WHAT?! Why do you do this, every manga and anime series. Give me vague answers and leave me wanting more. :( You are alone Ioryogi, no need to hide things from me!

Hallways are not for sleeping!

Kobato is worried about the whole nursery school situation and Sayaka doesn't give her any reason to calm down. Seriously going on and on about Fujimoto working too hard for her. :( Way to make the mood even more down and out.

Then Kobato comes home to see Fujimoto asleep/passed out on the floor. Instead of leaving him to rot in the hallway she takes care of him and is rewarded with attitude. And accusations that Kobato has told Sayaka about the debt collector. Fujimoto is also filled with light and love!

But....Fujimoto is nice enough to give Kobato her phone number (from the magical phone that comes from Ioryogi's magical pocket) and says she can call him anytime. Not that he cares or anything.

Stop with the doubting!

Ioryogi and Kobato talk about how Sayaka borrowed the money from the yakuza and that is why they are all evil and in your face. Kobato starts to doubt that she can heal Sayaka's heart which is both sad..and probably true. There are some issues you can't heal by lending a helpful hand or ear. :( So while I am like NO KOBATO YOU CAN DO IT...maybe she can't. But she probably will given the nature of this manga.

Just 290 more to go!

But what Kobato can do is lift people's spirits up. Mihara the building manager wants to talk to Kobato. Mainly because Kobato seems down and she wants to offer cookies to her (which I didn't see her eat). Sayaka and Mihara went to school together so Mihara feels close to her. She is sad that some people might see Sayaka in a bad light and how some parents are pulling their kids from the school due to the circumstances.

Kobato not knowing the entire situation gives her rainbow colored glasses view on the situation. She wants to do anything to help Sayaka which I am sure Mihara doesn't hear a lot. It touches Mihara's heart and TADA a broken heart is earned. Ioryogi points it out and both celebrate...in front of Mihara. XD But all is good when Mihara's heart is healed.

TOTAL SHOCK AND AWE!

Kobato finds out that Sayaka's debt collector is not her brother like I thought...but her ex-husband.

That makes me X_X inside. Really? You married the yakuza and borrow money from them?! I am not seeing the sense here. But at least she divorced him without losing all her fingers? Yay plus side? But still....WHY?!

He totally looks like the understanding type.

So why does Sayaka have this guy's last name? Because she wants him to understand her? RIGHT! Because I totally want to hang on to a last name that is linked to a gang member. X_X Really, what can this guy understand about her? This will be interesting to say the least..

I HEART THE BUNNY!

I LOVE THE BUNNY! Hello Wish character (the little bunny coming down to give the angel's God information). They make a better mascot than Ioryogi any day. Too bad Fujimoto is inside that suit. XD And he heard Ioryogi's voice. Time to make up a lie Kobato!

Ioryogi runs off and leaves Kobato on the bench alone. Alone to think about how lovely Fujimoto is. DANGER DANGER!

Confirming this is the XXXholic universe.

Ioryogi runs off to the pole that is in the XXXholic universe. Yuko has to be in on this wish. She has to! I WANT TO BELIEVE! But it was fun to see Ioryogi slide right in that space instead of squishing by like our favorite neighbor spaz had to.

More people that are briefly mentioned and not named YAY!

Ioryogi goes to a home of a talking bear. Only the bear claims that this is not his original form or name either, just like Ioryogi. They were given to him by THAT person. WHO CAN THAT PERSON BE?! Yuko?! God? MMMMM!

But we learn from Mr. Bear it is Ioryogi's fault that they are stuck in this form. People are always getting in trouble in heaven! Or the other place where they came from.

She is special because there are sparkles around her ya'll!

So the Wish universe is going to come into play with this storyline as well. The bunny's are mentioned as well as heaven at this point. Not sure where their time line is going to end up given that Wish has a BIG span of time to cover. XD

But yes, thanks for making it obvious that Kobato is special. XD I wouldn't have been able to figure that out all on my own.

Mr. Bear teases Ioryogi about his form now and brings up Ginsei. Apparently Ginsei was under Ioryogi and might have looked up to him at one point. Doesn't explain the RAGE that he has towards Ioryogi but I am sure all will be explained soon right?!

But at the end of the conversation and snipping Mr. Bear agrees to investigate the stuff about the school. Why I am not sure since they seem to have enough information to me. But things are often crazy in manga and have their own reasoning for doing things.

Aw Kobato cares for the crazy person who torments her!

Kobato is waiting for Ioryogi and he never shows up. Despite the fact that Ioryogi always makes fun of Kobato and basically calls her stupid she worries about him. Because he is o so sweet.

Helping people out of the kindness of your heart? That is overrated!

So Ioryogi got kicked out of heaven and lost his original form and now to earn his place back in heaven (if he even wants it) he has to help Kobato with her wish. I guess if I had to depend on some crazy girl to get back my life I might be a little *(&*(^* all the time too. But I am sure that Ioryogi will learn to love Kobato for herself and not what she can do for him.

Fujimoto just earned 15 points there. Yeah I am stingy.

Kobato finds the man who threaten her in front of the school. He seems to be in a great deal of pain and Kobato calls Fujimoto for help. Because special girls don't know to call the police. He rushes there because he cares about Kobato but is all RARW when he sees it's just that punk.

Kobato gets really, really upset that this man is in pain and he could die. Like over the top upset. Fujimoto tries to comfort her and tell her it is going to be okay. And that makes me happy. XD Not that she is sad but that Fujimoto doesn't tease her for being upset over something minor.

Kobato is way too cute!

SHE NEEDS HUGS! MORE HUGS!

:( WHO DIED?!

They take the crack head person to the hospital and it turns out it is his appendix. Fujimoto tries to tell Kobato that no one dies from that condition but the tears flow again. She states that people can die from the simplest things. That people DO die from the simplest things.

So...Kobato's wish is to see that person again. To be where he is. And if she falls in love again her wish can't happen. I have it all figured out WOOT!...Okay probably not. But I do want to know who died.

OH! We are adding Wish into this universe.

Ginsei shows up to bother Ioryogi again when Ioryogi can't find Kobato. Ioryogi thinks that Ginsei did something to Kobato and it is time for yelling. And it is also time for Ginsei to bring up the heaven stuff again. Everyone likes to repeat themselves in this series. And people like to get kicked out of Heaven in CLAMP.

Someone got kicked out of heaven...........

So after getting kicked around a little bit Ginsei acknowledges that Ioryogi is still the man heaven is brought up AGAIN. Now it is whether or not Ioryogi is going to return to heaven once Kobato's stuff is all over. Ioryogi is a bit hesitate to answer. If he doesn't want to return to heaven why is he going through all of this?!

His touch is magic?

Fujimoto takes Kobato home from the hospital. He is shocked to see that Kobato owns NOTHING in this world and doesn't do a good job hiding his shock. But he gets a little bossy with Kobato to cover up the fact that he is worried for her. And if he touches Kobato it glows. GLOWS I TELL YOU!

And Ioryogi comes back from his own adventure and beats on Kobato a little bit. XD

He can still be a jerk.

The next day Kobato is still sad about the situation and Fujimoto picks up on the situation. Kobato tries to put on a happy face for the kids but inside she is sad. And tired. Fujimoto again tries to be bossy about the situation and gives Kobato orders to watch the kids nap. It is all a cover up to allow Kobato to rest a little bit. But Fujimoto can't straight out say that to Kobato because he is the tough guy.

I'm not sure why this makes him evil...

While Kobato is busy being caught up in Fujimoto's amazingness Ioryogi is left behind in the streets. Mr. Bear's co-worker Mr. Bird arrives and says that he has news about the school. Apparently Mr. Bear is good about getting info out of people. Long story short is the school was owned by Sayaka's dad. Dad was a great dude and even adopted some kid at a point (Fujimoto). He needed money and thought he was borrowing from a charity organization but it was the yakuza. Sayaka took over the school and is being harassed now.

I guess the question I have is when Sayaka and this dude married. If it was before the debt well then he is a jerk. If it was afterwords she is stupid. But I am going to assume it was before and Sayaka wants him back.

Love triangle anyone?

And this makes me think that even more. Fujimoto seems to have/had feelings for Sayaka and this MAN stole him from her. It doesn't sound like he is upset about the debt thing as much as Sayaka chose someone so untrustworthy over him. If he was a bad guy from the start I doubt Fujimoto would be helping Sayaka the way he does.

Or maybe he is just playing the protective older brother who is looking out for his sister. Either way...we need more answers! And more Kobato! Don't push her to the sidelines!

So much for volume three. So while no one has really DIED yet (well except Sayaka's dad and Kobato's person) it is still turning out to be a sad story. :( Bring the happy in volume 4 maybe?!
